Domino's Pizza in Test Valley

Ordered online an hour and a half in advance realised the coupon did not go through. Rang up to see if the order could be cancelled so I could re order to be told the order was already put through and Pizzas in the oven, given it usually takes about 7 minutes to cook Pizzas I found it difficult to believe and the manager was no help sadly

Ordered online for collection. Food ready in less than 10 minutes. Polite and friendly staff. Food was great.

The food is always piping hot & delivered promptly to us. They are THE BEST Pizza’s hands down! Carry on the good work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Shockingly poor - they took nearly and hour and a half to deliver, then it was short of items, which I was told would be delivered and weren't - then they just didn't answer the phone so essentially just stole my money!

Wow that was a bad experience! Was told to rush to the shop as they were closing - stood waiting and ignored as my pizza was put on the side - 10 mins passed of me just stood there watching the pizza get cold, money in my hand ready to pay and leave, everyone pretending they couldn’t see me - phone falling off the wall in the background - after literally calling at people and them pretending they couldn’t hear me for 2 feet away I gave up and left. I’ve never been to a place where they will literally ignore people to this level - will be sending my comments to regional - this is the worst example of a complete lack of customer service and/ or human decency.

Waited at the till for 5 minutes wanting to order while colleagues were stood around folding cardboard or pretending to not notice me. Had to ask to be served. One other customer with me, same issue. Only 2 orders on the board. Terrible customer service.

Massively screwed up and order and took 2 hours in the end to get sorted. I called and complained and was told I would get a refund and still absolutely nothing. Have opened a claim with PayPal so will see how that goes. Manager there is useless

Terrible service, was advised my order would be delivered in 27 minutes 1 hour 5 minutes later nothing. Even though I get a message saying delivered. Apparently, if it arrives cold, I'll get a refund. It needs to be delivered first. Not happy will never use again stay clear.

Phoned up and requested that as I'd ordered a double decadence base to please have extra sauce as they sometimes put in just enough to stick two bases together. Asked twice and got the driest pizza it's barely edible

It's hit or miss .some times the pizza are not cooked properly. Other times it's fine

This place is so hit and miss. Mostly miss recently. Ordered 2 pizzas, labels on the boxes even stated our order correctly and in full. We opened it and one pizza had literally every ingredient they had just thrown onto it, completely wrong order. Called up and they said they'd send a replacement, took almost an hour. Meanwhile we had one pizza going cold. Had to call twice to find out what was going on, and they didn't seem to know. No more dominos from the Andover branch for the foreseeable future based on this subpar experience.

Don’t bother. 40 minutes after tracker showed it was out for delivery still not here. Cold when arrived. Sent it back and phoned for refund. Couldn’t hear for the background noise. Then they couldn’t understand address despite it being clearly written in the order. Said they’d refund but not crossing my fingers.

Ordered online. Food arrived quickly. Lovely pizzas . Friendly delivery guy. Thank you

The cheese loaded fries were burnt, as soon as I lifted the lid the burnt smell hit me, not edible. alot of grease from the dough balls too.

It's Dominoes nothing more should be required to be said.

The night of this takeaway was rather traumatising. I won’t go into detail but 20 mins beforehand the police were on the phone. Pizza saved the day. Piping hot and cheesey. Soothed my soul. Love the garlic dip

Ordered two pizzas yesterday. Today all day my husband and I are sick with food poisoning. Will Never order from this place again. Someone should definitely check their hygiene and food safety.

Followed food on app as it passed my address and sat half a mile away for 20 minutes before being marked as delivered, contacted them where they apologised and reassured me it was on its way. Didnt turn up and they apologised again and said there was a mix up and it should be with me in 15 minutes, didnt turn again so was offered another hour wait or a refund. Opted for a refund and surprise surprise, refund wasnt issued, 3 phone calls, spoke to 2 managers which assured me the refund was being sent as we spoke, wasnt received so as i paid through paypal got them to retrieved my money. This was the third consecutive mess up by them, first over an hour late, second, half the meal was missing and now this, i wont be using them again until they can improve the service and employ managers that can actually do their job.

Ordered chocolate and cinnamon balls. Completely raw and cold not Evan attempted to cook. Told them they are raw. They said tough luck not replacing them and hung up the phone.

Ordered food online and it was incorrect. I called in I was told that the order would be replaced but it never turned up after a hour. When I phoned in to report this I was put on hold and then the line was disconnected.

It’s unfortunately not a great Dominoes, missed items off orders, delivery received cold, told too busy to remedy. Was offered a tiny discount if I ordered another £20 worth off stuff and only off the app etc. I now pick up my own orders, but last nights was incredibly sloppy, couldn’t pick up the pizza. As was ridiculous heavy on sauce, had to eat with knife and fork but couldn't as way too much sauce. Dominoes is too expensive to be consistently wrong, or poor quality. I have already provided a second chance, but now lost a customer.

It's the second time that my burger pizza cane without the verger sauce... I phoned up to complain and I was told "we are to busy and can't do anything about it, you'll need to ohone back later or tomorrow to talk to a manager". I'm sorry this isn't good enough! The slices are cut so uneven which isn't what domino's are about one slice 1 inch width with other 2-4 inches. The standard is so poor here compared to other franchises.

We ordered a domino’s and it took over 50 mins to come. It’s a Thursday night 23.37 and we call up and ask where it is the guy was rude and said 5 to 10 mins then just hung up the phone. Again … rude , no apology or clarification where it is , they just hung up!

Ordered 2 large pizza and some sides from the Andover store last night and when they arrived we realized that they had forgotten the fries.. On top of this after opening are pizzas we discovered one of the pizzas wasn't complete and had what I can only describe as massive hole in the dough it looked a right mess absolutely revolting tbh!! How it got through any quality inspection is beyond me, surely they would have noticed while boxing up and slicing!? But sent it anyway. Or someone had deliberately grabbed it in middle and ripped a chunk out, that's honestly what it looked like 😡... They've promised refund but this hasn't been received yet. Will not be ordering from there again absolutely disgusted with the food and the subsequent customer service on the phone call to resolve the food issue, terrible service from Andover Dominoes!... Oh, but the delivery guy did seem apologetic and was quite nice when he came back with the missing fries and we gave him the Pizza with a massive hole in it to take back to store 🙄 so, thumbs up 👍 to the driver as he was the only one who gave any acceptable customer service in terms of communicating with us.

Pizza wasn't cut at all, driver made me walk to their car in the rain instead of bringing it to the door and I had to wait almost an hour.

Recently ordered a very large order and once again they forgot the drinks. If it's not the dips, then they'll make sure they forget something else. I was promised a refund but this they did not bother doing. They scammed me out of a mere £5.98 but have permanently lost a good customer. This isn't the first time they've screwed me but fortunately it will be the last 👍🏼

Disappointed. Although pizza arrived quickly it was barely warm. We called to explain and were met with an aggressive employee stating this cannot be correct and basically said we were lying, after trying to argue he eventually said he would get another delivered. I would recommend other local pizza places over this branch.

Not the best pizza ive had ... should have gone to Asda or Aldi and bought / cooked one of theirs. Food was hot, and prepared on time, but too much sauce and hardly any cheese on it.

Could give better customer service when things don't go to plan. Failed to receive the correct order 2 and half hours after the original order time. After a few phone calls, the best offer was a refund as 'all delivery drivers were busy'.

Another big business pushing the cashless society by only taking card payments. Thats a customer (me) that wont be returning for your stance on banning cash and forcing everyone to go digital. I'll be supporting my local family run Pizza restaurant from here onwards who accept ALL types of monetary payments and aren't forcing their customers to go cashless.

Who ever made our pizza tonight clearly took time in their placement of the toppings. Tasted amazing. Downside? Their app shows it as delivered, hadn't turned up. Called the store as they were due to shut, they offered full refund or get the food to me. Delivery driver turned up 5 minutes later. This is more on dominos corporate than the store itself.

Collected in store. Nice friendly service and one happy family with pizzas

First time placing an order with this branch and very unhappy. After an hour waiting for our order phoned to be told 15 minutes away, still not arrived half an hour later and phone again when I was told that would check with the driver and call me straight back another half an hour (so 2 hours delivery time) I was told I could either wait while they remake the order or cancel and get a refund... obviously opted for the refund but have made 3 phone calls to the shop as refund has not been made .... pizza is super expensive as it is and that evening I spent double because had to get our pizza from pizza hut Instead. Will not use domino's again still not had refund

It wasnt the best. The dough was undercooked, and the toppings were falling off the pizza even before I picked a slice up. I wasnt happy with the way they handled there vegan and veggies though. They didn't change gloves in between handling meat and the vegan products. So meat has been in contact with vegan pizzas. And the cashier tried to charge us way more than was advertised. We even had to stand there and work out the maths ourselves as customers. Over all. Wasn't really pleased with the exspirence. If your vegan don't go to dominos as I have seen this issue multiple times across the country.

Never order a bottle of drink they never give it to you

it tasted awful, and they forgot my ice cream which i tried getting in touch with them… no response, useless, the delivery driver was excellent it was just in store staff, very poor effort.

Ordered 28 large pizzas for a social event. Arrived 5 minutes early, all piping hot and very tasty. Very happy and will use again.

Today I did a order 3 large pizza plus one medium, plus 21 chicken wings, and only received 14 chicken wings, also 2 pizza are completely cold, I had phone them explain the situation and they not refund the 7 missing chicken wings or replace the cold pizzas this is unacceptable. Where do i start found a dead spider in my pizza along with a piece of dog which i don't remember ordering but still taste nice the chicken was under cooked i could still hear the chicken clucking poor. PAPA JOHNS way better.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The worst customer service imaginable! Shouted at by the driver for not answering my phone quick enough and when I spoke the the manager about this he seemed not to care in the slightest, told me twice he will call me back and nothing....

Order arrived without extra dips as ordered,driver contacted shop was advised that would be included in next order,doubt that will ever happen......!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN OR MUSLIM. I ordered a vegetarian pizza for me and my daughter, from the andover branch, and I bit in to a piece of chicken on my pizza (vom). I called domino's, they were very apologetic and the manager who said he was a vegetarian offered to make me a new pizza by hand. By this point I felt sick but agreed. My new pizza came with apologetic extras. Some cookies and a garlic bread pizza. I thought how lovely, but no it wasn't lovely because as my daughter was happily nomming on The garlic bread she came across a piece of pork!!! I am shocked and disgusted.

Placed order for pizza, went to collect, had to wait 10+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged I had entered the shop. Which was empty. Turned out the pizzas I had ordered were sitting on the top shelf all the time l had been standing there being ignored like me. Consequence luke warm pizzas and reluctance to ever repeat the experience!

The staff are friendly and the foods great I've seen the earlier comments and all I can say it that they have got their game together since April this year. Good value for money and delivery was within 40mins

Always a good place to rely on, out or at home. Get NHS discount or use blue light card..police, military etc..pizzas are really nice and have improved big time.

Just been delivered our pizza and it was between cold and lukewarm! Disappointed is the word!

I asked for cookies on the phone and on line and I got delivered garlic bread instead not happy but pizza was nice will not be ordering again.

Food ok but nothing special, customer service can be awful. Some staff ok but others really can't be bothered. Though they so say have gluten free menu, will only serve GF when they can be bothered. Some staff feel opening a premade base and putting topping on is to much like hard work.

I’m am part of the civil services and pay annualy for a card for discounts across multiple stores all across the country and for someone who is entitled to 50% on collections at dominos to unless it is on a deal to then be told I am not even tho I have terms and conditions to this that I am showing the man at the desk he still point blank refuses to give me discount I think it is out of order never had any problems with other stores just this one branch

This Dominos is really hit and miss on delivery and quality. Last couple of orders have been slow on delivery and then cold on arrival! I had to chase by phoning the place twice after waiting for over an hour. Just wish they could be consistent!!
