Very overpriced for what is mediocre pizza at best. Won't deliver to my area anymore although they used to.

the place stinks. slow and rude service. unable to handle a large number of orders, I paid for two pizzas and only got one delivered.

Ordered some pizza for me and colleagues, lunchtime, midweek. When I went to collect, I saw there was only 1 girl doing everything: she was actually awesome, doing all of it so quickly. I had to wait a few minutes, so I hung around. After 5 minutes one guy comes to the cashier from the back, walking so slowly (in the background, the girl was still working like a machine, multitasking and juggling)... He asks me if I was ok, I said " yes, I am just waiting...", " ah ok", and he walks very slowly towards the back again. In the mean time the girl has made 7 pizzas, sliced them, boxed them, handed them over and took payment and run back to make the next order. I have no idea of who's managing that place, but something seems very unfair.

Really glad the collection for 12:45 hadn't even been started when we arrived. Very poor.

Shocking experience. Unfortunately I ordered a pizza which did not arrive. I paid in full over the phone yet I was denied a full refund. There was no apology offered and I found the assistant manager to be both unhelpful and rude - when I agreed to a 70% refund I was hung up on…

I ordered food on 21st January 23. After a long wait the Just eat app informed me that my food had arrived which it had not. I called the restaurant to query this and was told that the person delivering could not find my address but would turn back around and try again. After a further 20 minutes I had a call from the driver to tell me she could not find my address and was parked up by a cafe which is very close to my home. I gave her directions and said I’d be waving out of the window. I saw her drive past and waved frantically to get her attention but she drove off, I called her again and she said she could not find me so again a repeat happened until I eventually called her to tell her to return the food and I will get a refund. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and was told it would take 12 working days. On 30th January I called the restaurant to query my refund and was told to wait for a call back from the manager. The following day a manager called me and said that I have to go through just eat for a refund. This advice would of be sufficient but the person on the end of the phone persisted to challenge me about my “attitude” on the phone on the 21st although he was not the member of staff I spoke to, he was just taking a report from the member of staff who made this accusations and took it as gospel. I did not call the restaurant for an argument or for the 3rd degree, I was just querying my refund and was met with the worst customer service I have ever received. I am not a rude person so this really got my back up. I still have had no refund

Absolute disgrace , order wrong , 45 minutes for delivery then the trumped up manager tried telling me it was my fault

Order from this dominoes quite regularly, always have to double check the number of boxes we ordered as they often make at least one mistake. The pizza is good! Annoying they no longer deliver to Wellow, we only live 5 minutes away and always have to go and collect.

Pizza was lovely, we got two and they were well made. We ordered in person and the staff member who took the order was really rude (bad attitude), but their colleagues were all pleasant. The location is lovely, with plenty of seating and you can watch the pizzas being made, which is pretty cool

Probably the worst Domino’s shop in the UK! Rude staff who ignore customers. Frequent errors with order, some items not ready so other food gets cold. Will drive to other shops in future.

it's my first time here but this will be my last visit because there is one very rude and annoying kid who works here and if you ask questions or don't understand you will be treated very badly

if i could give it less than 1 star i would. ordered a pizza at 1:10pm and it still has not arrived at 2;15pm, tried to ring the store and nobody picked up , the estimated delivery time was 20-34 minutes.

The food is amazing and always many great deals so most of the time is well priced

Domino's have always delivered when I have needed them the most. Sometimes get a good deal, sometimes not. If no good deals try Roma Pizza.

It's dominos, you know exactly what you are getting and this restaurant delivers to the usual standard. Service was good and as always busy

Only given this 4 star's as it wasn't the best I've had, not 100% sure why a little soggy rather to much sauce and less toppings than my local Domino's, this was a pickup and had the offer of 50% off when you spent £35 so value for money was excellent, chap who served was pleasant and made in about 10 mins, By no means bad just not the best

Diabolical customer service this evening … staff were rude, uninterested and disrespectful… food cold and not greatly presented either !!! Such a shame .. rapidly gone down in our estimation

Not very welcoming on entry to the store seemed more interested in joking about when I went in, got served only too have my food slid across the counter at me, need to raise they're game basically. 😏

Not a great company at all. Delivery driver was very rude.

Ordered two pizzas and some chicken and three large pots of sauce at 6pm. Hour later arrived looking like someone had run it over, crushed boxes with popped sauce pots all over it, just a total mess. We ran back to the door to give back to the driver. I called ahead to let the staff know at the store so they could get the order ready again. Anyway nearly another hour went by so I rang again. They said it’s down as a collection order ? God I was annoyed at this point, asked to be put through to a manager that lacks basic people skills let alone customer service skills, she had a right attitude, in the end said she will re do the order, I explained that 2 hours had gone by now so can I have the order plus a refund, she laughed down the phone “no you can not have the order AND a refund” clearly this women has never had a job before to think this was okay. I said just resident the order and il take the rest up with head office. I rang back in 5 minutes to ask for the order number as I needed this to write to head office, which they gave me a false one too. Now another 45 minutes went by I called again to be told that out of revenge she cancelled the order because I was taking this further, reached my maximum to review !

Pretty sure these guys gave us food poisoning.

I love the pizza! its probably 100+ stars if you ask me! delivery takes not very long, its the best pizza ever!

I ordered online for a pizza to be ready for 8 o'clock - this was ignored and simply cooked immediately, so that it was cold by the time I came to collect and eat it. Sauces and toppings were stingy and the pizza was inedible.

Today Sunday 3/5/20 was the first time using domino's home delivery, could not fault the service, the food was delivered in 20 minutes after ordering,it was hot and delicious will definitely be using again

Worst pizza I have ever had there was little to no topping, and was given the choice of which crust, I chose stuff crust, only to be told at the end it’s an certainly £2.50. I would have not chosen it, that’s bad sales.

Lovely staff, really helpful as I wasn't sure which deal was best for me ( I was ordering for someone else ). Excellent service and speedy production of pizza! Clean restaurant.

Rubbish service no pick up the call trying many time

Appalled with the service, after waiting for over an hour I rang up and was told "it says the order is complete... oh wait no it's been returned and its sat here...." I wonder if they were ever going to ring me to tell me, the driver 'apparently' tried to ring me but had no missed calls. I asked for a fresh pizza but they just sent me a dried up box and a 2 hour old pizza, absolute incompetence, it ruined our night.

Would put 0 if it was possible. Manager is rude, staff get mother to call up shouting because there staff are incapable to do there job. never will use again next time will stick with just eat

Consistently get orders wrong on deliveries, the last 3 have been wrong, dont bother unless you're collecting it. The promise of store credit on every occasion never materialised.

Waited over an hour for pizza to arrive, when it did everything was cold. Rang up to ask if we could get one that was hot, told it would take an hour and 'would probably be cold too'.

Tonight's wasn't so good. :-( And it isn't just me that's disappointed. Not enough cheese, poorly spread toppings and very roughly sliced. It's put me off eating from there for a little while.

when driving home from work, one of drivers was tailgating me and then upon reaching the roundabout cut me up! I can understand being in a hurry but absolutely no reason to be dangerous.

Terrible service and somehow they cant locate the most obvious of address. Rude sarcastic staff that have zero customer service skills. After waiting nearly an hour they cant manage to call to ask help they simply return to the office so now cold pizza is on it's way.

Pizzas are lush and a nice treat and always have reasonable deals on but can wait up to an hour for pizzas so when I go from school to get lunch I have paid and hadn’t had time to wait for my pizza , it’s a shame

We were desperate for a quick bite on a Sunday. Got a good deal and we're able to eat in. Store was freezing though!

Always consistent. I recommend the "Two for Tuesday"...let one delivery car take care of it all. Pizza tracking usually very accurate.

Selected the ASAP option on checkout. Definitely not ASAP, more like as soon as dominos can be bothered. I waited over an hour for my pizza.

I ordered a pizza from here and they got it all wrong the only thing they got on my order right was my big dip that I ordered! And then the manager had the cheek on the phone to try and tell me I wasn’t being truthfull about my complaint, this is actually disgusting! I will never In my life order from dominos in romsey again. Shirley dominos is absolutely 100% better and reliable. If you want your correct order Than don’t come here.

Friendly staff, shop looks clean. No a great lover of Domino's but the pizza was better than cooking at 9.30pm.

Very quick and clean fast food restaurant with great delivery service. Although good on the inside, always surrounded by kids trying to seat inside without buying any food stay there...

Great for ordering using the App, and does have some good offers. However i always find the pizzas quite greasy and quite sparsely topped. Generally only use them if Roma Pizza is closed as i think there Pizzas are much better.

They are friendly quick and the Pizzas are tasty.

First choice for pizza in Romsey. Always go for the offers which make it much better value. Love the super size pizzas.

Bad customer service and to top that we received the wrong order.

Ordered a double cheese double pineapple pizza, what arrived was an uncooked base drowning in tomato sauce and with a small amount of cheese and barely any pineapple! My boyfriend ate half (he'll eat anything so it's no compliment) but got bored of having to scrape the tomato sauce off. Waste of money! The tub of ice cream was good but then that's not made by them! You're better off having a £2 microwave meal. I did contact them to say how awful it was but nobody got back to me so once they have your money they aren't interested!

We had a BOGOF offer + delivery included - already a good start - and ordered 2 large half 'n' halves, so we could have exactly what we wanted. The pizzas arrived hot and were excellent (and always have been from this branch). On the occasions when I collected myself, the staff have been busy but friendly. No question regarding their competence. Just a bit too easy to have one more slice...

Very easy to select and order a pizza online, I even had an option to remove the cheese. You are kept informed as to what stage your pizza is which is a nice touch. Pizza arrived hot.

Very friendly staff who work at lightening speed. When for a quick walk round the town and my pizza was ready. Plenty of topping and piping hot.

Took over an hour and a half NOT to deliver a pizza. Two hours later got a cold pizza. Complained and was told next one would be free. A week later ordered the free one and guess what, took 2 hours to deliver Never again!

Does a very nice double decadence

Domino's don't appear to apply the "offers" they should unless you make absolutely sure. Last night we got two large pizzas on a BOGOF deal which was fine but the "collection only" deal for personal pizzas was supposed to be £2.49 but they charged the standard menu price of double that ... If you have an idea of the size of those things you'll have a good idea that they're not worth a fiver. This sort of thing seems to happen quite a bit- their policy appears to be to charge you the full price unless you argue rather than just automatically applying the discount that they are advertising.

We got served by the beautiful angry girl. She was blunt, and grunted her way through the conversation.The food was ok... But what really stuck out was the poor people next to us.Waited 50 minutes for a pizza. Had to ask multiple times when there food would be ready and the response was the same blank expression each time. Management... Please hire people who actually care a tiny amount about the job they are doing!!

Well I cant say much. Maybe they were really busy but our pizza arrived uncooked. Enough said. Never again. Menu in the bin and time to move on :)

Having recently moved to Romsey my experiences with branch of Dominoes has not been very good. In the 3 times I have ordered from them the order has only been right once. The first time they got it wrong they did not deliver the drink or the pudding. The second time they got it wrong they did not deliver the pudding and gave us the wrong sides. When I phoned up I was told the rest of my order would be delivered in 20 mins and I would be given £10 credit. An hour later I finally received the rest of my order, although it was cold. I did not find the person on the phone very helpful as originally he only wanted to give me the credit and not bother to deliver the rest of my meal, even though the credit offered would not cover the cost of the food that was not delivered.Going by the other reviews on here I am not the only one not to get what they ordered and I am very disappointed as I have always found dominoes very good in other branches.

We use Domino's a couple of times a month when we are feeling naughty, they don't always get the order perfect but any mistakes are dealt with promptly and politely and the pizzas are always satisfyingly delicious!

Always very polite delivery guys and great food in my opinion. Did have a problem with the order today and wasnt supplied with the bottle of drink included in the order. The guy said he would nip back to the shop to get it, so when he still hadn't provided us with it half an hour later I phoned dominos. They appologised and gave us store credit for £20 (the cost of the entire meal). Thought that was very good of them and very impressed.
