Caprinos Pizza in Test Valley

So this has become the go-to pizza delivery of most people I know, good pizza, seems more tasty than the main big two, also I can customise my pizza better here and have it really covered in cheeses.

If you want the best pizza in Andover then go to Caprinos! Great value, great food and top service!

I was going to give it one star but that wouldn't reflect the whole experience. The pizza is edible. The ingredients are the cheapest possible. Our order: Let's start with loaded fries. Undercooked, bland, we did not eat them. Sadly ended up in a bin. Pizza is ok if you like low quality and little taste. After adding loads of our home made sauces (the ones that come with the pizza are premade and terrible, don't quite get how difficult it is to make your own sauce) we enjoyed it but if you're not hangover and have high expectations I would give it a miss. To sum up, fries are inedible, pizza crust is ok, sauces are not great and you can reheat frozen batch of fries, wings and onion rings at home without paying 10 times the price. Enjoy

We love Caprinos, easily the best pizza in the area but they are always prompt with their deliveries and let you know if there is a delay. We have never had a problem with them and are always satisfied with the service. We had an issue with another Andover takeaway who failed to deliver food after 2 hours, within 15 minutes of ordering trusty Caprinos was at our door.

What absolute disgusting customer service from this company, I ordered from just eat app, paid for everything including the delivery service, then get a call from them minute's later to say I got to pay extra for delivery that I already paid for, talk about being ripped off, never again will I order from these jerks.

Their pizzas are lovely and fresh, love the toppings, always hot and filling.

£30 for 2 7” pizzas what a rip off I used to love caprinos but now after being stung like that absolutely disgraceful

Disappointing as I've tasted a better pizza from a supermarket. Pepperoni seemed to break/split up into little pieces?? Very strange. Quick delivery and friendly staff but based on food, not good.

Never had a bad experience ordering from Caprinos. Tastes way better than Dominos, in my personal opinion. If you get the chance, you have to try their chicken wings, absolutely lovely. Always been early or on time with delivery too. If anyone asks me which pizza in town is the best, I always say Caprinos! EDIT: And how can I forget to mention, the value for the deals is unbeaten in Andover. 20 pounds and you can get two pizzas, two sides and two drinks, my home's go-to!

Just after I ordered I was called back and being asked for more money to cover the delivery. The website had already charged me for the delivery but they wanted more so I cancelled the order and took my buisness elsewhere.

It cost £12 for this little tiny pizza box! The pizza was cold by the time it got here, also didn’t have all the requests of toppings on there. I’m very dissatisfied and will not be returning again!!!!

Thought I’d try Caprinos for the first time after reading the positive reviews, as the likes of Domino’s doesn’t come close to a good pizza. Gave 1 star for delivering hot food. Totally disappointed and binned the pizza without finishing the first slice. Not edible, disgusting cardboard taste and I believe the meats are all processed. Shame, as looked appetising. I’d rather pay for a plane ticket to Italy to at least enjoy what I eat than waste money on this rubbish. Never again.

Awful couples of pizza and curly fries. Thin crust pepperoni was thick and uncooked, the capricosa tasted weird and curly fries were just wet greasy stodge. I've had better out the coop freezer.

Me and my girlfriend ordered pizza and accidentally fell asleep on the couch. They called us twice and rung the door twice but we still didn't wake up (totally our fault)the guy put the pizza down and covered it so no one nicked it. Best delivery guy ever. I didn't get a chance to tip him but if he's out there you deserve a raise. Good guy. Great pizza. Will order again.

Everything almost okay, but big prices.

Took a hour to deliver the pizza 🍕 and it came cold , also try to call them for about 20 minutes and no one answered, terrible service.

we ordered a lot of food, sadly turned up 30mins late however was worth the wait as the food was lovely. Two items from our order weren’t there and they resent it back out. other than the late delivery and the items missing, the food was very lovely and good customer service. from the comments i’ve been seeing they are fairly new so i’ll let them off on the mistake. on the whole a good experience! My Hawaiian pizza i ordered was cut into miss match shapes and some slices had loads of pineapple on some none, Garlic cheesy bread was wafer thin and i could taste 0 garlic just cheese, Won't be ordering again and tbh was the worst pizza i've tried to date.

Me and my mates went to caprinos on day out as we had the best pizza we have ever had if your travelling to Andover try caprinos 10/10 would recommend ( extra star for a free Coca Cola with our order)

Food is amazing, fresh and hot when you get it. Staff are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend just a shame they don’t deliver out to the wallops. FABULOUS AMAZING FOOD!!!!!!

Its pizza what more can I say, I love pizza

Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had! Sauce had no taste at all, neither did the cheese or “bread” base! Slices were so inconstant as some would have loads more sauce and cheese than others. Crust was “deep dish” but couldn’t get any thinner and was overcooked till it went hard! The bottom of the pizza was covered in so much cornmeal you find yourself wanting to clean your hands after every time you pick it up and also need to hover up after as it gets everywhere! I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner don’t even eat it because of how bad it taste! You’d think if you had your own pizza shop and spent all day there you would try and perfect your recipe and quality so it could compete with places like dominos or the other 5 pizza places in town! Absolutely terrible and waste of money will defiantly never be having it again! Tesco value do a better pizza for lest than a tenth of the price and would take lest than a half the time to go to the shop and cook it then it did for them to deliver it! GRIM

Absolutely amazing, great service, pizza was still hot when it arrived, the pizza's size for its price was so affordable and puts dominos to shame, the garlic stuffed crust had actual garlic in it (good thing) and was soft and overall it was amazing

Rarely order a pizza but fancied one & thought I'd try this place as I'm not overly impressed with the other big 3.Ordered a large pizza & jalapeno poppers. Food was just about ready when I arrived to pick it up, drove 2 miles home & still lovely & hot. Everything tasted great. No complaints, will definitely try again sometime. Would recommend

Reasonably priced pizza, very good choices and flavours.

Was very impressed with Caprinos when they first opened but the last 2 pizzas have been very disappointing. Ordered the thin crust for a change last night. Now there is thin and thin. There was barely a crust at all. There was hardly any toppings, especially cheese and it was over cooked and tasteless. Won't order from there again.

I chose this place as I wanted to try something new rather than dominoes. I made a mistake . Very tight on toppings and very little cheese in the stuffed crust.mostly bread really. Even cut the meatballs in half and put one piece on each slice. Due to lack of cheese and sauce the small amount of meat that was on the pizza was dried out and rubbery. Would be quite tasty if they weren’t so tight. I find it odd that there are only twenty reviews for a place that’s been open for two years. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Saw someone mention this pizza place on social media and decided to check it out. Was very impressed, pizza was far superior compared to the larger chains in the Andover area. Especially the thin crust. Will definitely be ordering again.

Takeaway after gardening all day. Not used this company before but couldn't be bothered to drive so found them on the web and ordered using web service.Ordering process really easy and received a call from them pretty quickly to advise that distance was more than 5 miles (6.6) so if wanted to continue additional £3 delivery (up to 5 miles free). After a long day I was happy to pay this.Pizzas arrived at the time planned and were still very hot. Delivery driver was very pleasant and no issues with cash and change.Pizza's themselves were 9" thin crust. Overall taste was good but bases were a bit soggy. Didn't have the fluffy edges that you'd get from other well known brands and impression was probably cooked in hot oven rather than pizza oven but overall price was cheaper than other well known brands and overall the pizza hit the spot, was certainly enough topping and if I wanted an easy inexpensive pizza I'd order from them again without hesitation.Good food, functional and well priced. Not a 'treat' special pizza but more than meets the need.

Decidimos hacer un último minuto para llevar en un día feriado. Sin embargo, el servicio de entrega fue muy rápido (30 minutos). Había mucho para elegir en línea de coberturas para pan y corteza. Además de un montón de novedades y ofertas tales como salsas. La única crítica es que las coberturas parecía un poco iluminada en la distribución. Pero pedimos la misma ya que con un servicio de entrega de pizza bien conocido y teníamos toneladas guardado para el día siguiente. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
