Very poor start to finish. The manageress did not care less about the issue we had. Trust me avoid this like the plague . You had to pay before meal when ordering but if you paid when finished I would have refused to pay . Awful experience . Many other similar reviews . AVOID

I had the "Big V" symplicity burger, the first time I've had this brand of fake burger meat and it was delicious, would order this again. My partner had the fried chicken and honey burger and gave it 8/10. We also had the buffalo chips which were also very good. Would definitely return here.

Honestly I have to say me and my partner have had one of the nicest meals out in a while. I had a pizza and she had the burger. Both were amazing. They have a great lunch deal on both the pizza and burger. The pizza was delicious a lovely crust with an Italian tomato base and lovely stringy mozzarella. It felt like I was in Italy again having a pizza.

Had a nice evening meal with my daughter, staff were fabulous and very helpful. Food was good and well cooked, will be back soon.

The food was ok, nothing special just ok, however, the price was ridiculously high for what was actually received. I ordered a vegetarian burger £13.50 and that is just for the burger in the bun, no side salad, coleslaw or fries just the burger in the bun. I ordered a portion of ranch fries which cost £4:50 and it was just a ramekin size bowl of fries. So £18 charged for a burger in a bun with a few fries. Absolute rip off , will not be returning.

Three of us went there for dinner. The beer was good, but I would have preferred something a little closer to a real ale strong bitter. The service was cheerful and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively if a little bit noisier than I would absolutely have preferred, but I am an old fart. The service was speedy, ordering food was at the bar, the staff that were chatty and very friendly. There was definitely a buzz about the place. The pizza served to those people I was with apparently tasted good and was rapidly demolished. The Christmas cheeseburger I had was excellent, it was cooked rare, and the meat tasted of quality with a good texture, plus plenty of it. The presentation was good and the cheese that went with it was plentiful and beautifully runny. We had an excellent evening, and I would certainly return there.

Only our second visit and it will be our last. Ordered burgers with fries at an extra cost and portions a lot smaller than last time. Not worth the cost I’m afraid. And they don’t take cash….!!! Staff were great mind
