Domino's Pizza Carterton in West Oxfordshire

The pizza was lovely, but would have been better without the 2 black hairs (possibly more but I stopped eating it) that were in my pizza 🤢.

The staff here are so friendly especially the manager Jake He made me feel really welcome and the places hygiene was really sufficient and it looked almost spotless! I would rate it 1000/10 if I could Jake had immense aura I can’t help but glaze

I'm a regular at Dominoes and each experience has been pretty good. Friendly and efficient staff, the service is fast. This time, the pizza I received was fantastic and exceptional! It was very, very cheesy and deliciously. That's exactly what i wanted. I ordered a large margarita with extra cheese and I was not disappointed. I recommend using the lunch time deal for a large pizza with one topping for £6.99 before 4 pm. It's available daily. In this case, my extra topping was cheese. Just check out my pizza! I almost forgot to take the photo, hence why one slice is missing.

My delivery driver Clive was very fast and delivered the pizza with a big smile on his face :)

High quality if you compare with other Dominos.Facilities so clean and friendly staff.The manager explained me different options for a family (2 adults and 3 kids). He speaks different languages so he was bale to repeat the info in 2 languages.

Gf pizzas need work , the only option is small they don't offer any other size . Arrived with hardly any topping and paid £16.99 so if your coeliac give it a miss! (Regarding drivers - driver tonight sat 23rd of march honestly thought he had been drinking his driving was appalling , drove at our wall even though there was a huge space , then mounted the path for no reason , if a pedestrian had been coming I wouldn't like too think about would of happened.

I like the Meteor pizza. The last two times I have had one, the meat toppings were the same as usual but the bbq sauce and cheese were less than normal so not as flavoursome. I thought the first time it was bad luck but this has happened twice so my previous 4 star review from a couple of years ago has had to be reduced as the pizzas are too expensive not to be perfect.

Really looking forward to trying new loaded fries, should have checked in store when I collected as this is what I got… really disappointed.

Ordered on just eat for delivery, to then receive a phone call 2 minutes later to say they can't deliver due to shortage on drivers and we either collected or our food was going to be 2 hours for delivery. She said we could have something extra for the inconvenience of going and having to collect and everything we asked for we were told we weren't allowed. Really really poor customer service.

Appealing service: ordered online checking the live tracking to make sure it comes on time, been stuck on quality check for 30 minutes so I called got a rude answer from the employee that they been here knocked and called (no missed calls) ended up waiting for the driver to come back I asked if there was anything on my porch when he last was here he said no while there was a delivery from Amazon which just showed me he never even came by. I'm appalled in the costumer interaction and their services after spending £40 to get my food cold and a passive aggressive respons.

Pizza was good. Pick your toppings or order a common pizza. It's pizza! They do offer a lot of toppings I was surprised by but I am an American and they would probably find our toppings odd as well.

Easy to locate, and a very neat place

Where do I start. It’s supposed to be easy and handy to order from a dominos but my god this is the worst dominos Iv come across. Iv ordered from here like 5 times and every time something is wrong. Order is wrong . Order is missing an item … double decadence has none in it even though I paid extra for that. When items were missing I rang over 30 TIMES!!!!!! No answer. I couldn’t go down to the store as my children where in bed and husband away. Next time I ordered I went in and they said they would put the items on for free … I get home and can you believe items were missing again … don’t bother with this place. Caprinoes around the corner or the Italian does take away pizza too

Waited for 2 pizzas and arrived luke warm and no ordered coleslaw, driver did say she would go back to store and collect, but said no as most of pizza would have been eaten so no point. Latest of bad experiences, no apology, no refund, will not be returning.

Great service , and I can see is really short staff there they working hard and doing the best they can . I wish I could help , but i do understand they are is short with staff . The pizza is tasty and who was on service she was friendly.

Waiting far to long and can't get hold of the store

I placed an order for delivery at 16:48 to hopefully eat at around 6pm. When it got to 6:30 and the delivery still hadn't arrived, I attempted to call the store 8 times but there was no answer. I tried many times after but nothing. By the time 8pm came around, I decided to go there and ask for my refund. The staff didn't apologise and showed very little interest. I suggested that out of basic common courtesy they contact any other customers who had been waiting 3+ hours for their order. I personally won't be going back there but perhaps if you implement this simple process going forward you can keep the other customers you have.

I ordered a few months ago and waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive before I called to ask where it was. It took ages for someone to answer the phone. When my food was delivered it was freezing. I decided to reorder tonight in the hope it had improved. 2 hours and 15 mins in and still no delivery. No answer to my calls either. AVOID!

My wife and I were super tired, having just moved into a new house. We ordered a medium tuna pizza to save the time and effort of cooking. It cost £18.99. It took an hour to arrive. It was a tepid rag. I'm not ordering from here again.

Normally a good service but Tonight was absolutely appalling by the lady who's said she is management. Hung up on me numerous times, laughed at me down the phone, the list could go on to be fair. She clearly shouldn't be working in a customer based environment when she has no respect for paying customers. I felt like I was on the phone to a stroppy teenager...But I think they'd have more respect!!!

If you like being Hung up on and sworn at by the girl who claims she's the manager then this is the place for you. We are regular customers and she has to be the most disrespectful person to have worked there.

Should I be complaining just because ‘it’s Dominos’? Absolutely. Am I wrong to expect good quality food and great service? Absolutely not. The pizza experience recently was truly awful. The delivery took 2 hours, despite their 55-60 minutes advertised on their website. When the pizza was marked as ‘delivered’ their end (but not actually delivered) I knew it wasn’t going to end well. A phonecall to the branch with a promise of ‘we will throw in something extra’ and another 30 minutes later, our pizza turned up. Stone cold. No extras. In fact, it looked as if they’d actually taken some of the toppings off our pizza! The toppings and cheese were sparse, the quality was poor, and the customer service…well…non existent. If you’re that busy and simply cannot cope with the demand, then just say so.

Ricardo was amazing, quite simply the best service I have ever had from a takeaway or restaurant. He was able to adapt and flex to my changing scenario due to work and ensure we had the most fresh food possible. Thank you so much Ricardo. Really made me appreciate what a fantastically brilliant service is available here. Amazing customer service. 👌

Checking offers as I do on a regular basis I was made to update the App and then new version did not work properly on my ipad. I eventually managed to place my order but a small error was evident when delivery came and not sure whether this was due to the app or human error either way the team responded very positively and quickly when I called. They are always great and I am very pleased with the service they provide.

Pizzas lacked on the topping front , and just not very nice . The popcorn chicken thats new out dont go there, grisly and undercooked!! And for £6 you get about 12 popcorns 🤔. Dont waste your money go to Soross 👍

I've used this Domino's at least 5 or 6 times. It's always on time, hot and really nice. Can't ask for much more really. If you call them up personally it's actually easier than going online! Spot on.

5 stars if you go and order at the place. Unfortunately phone calls are a different story, my order has been mixed up and I've been served the wrong thing several times. But when I tell them they got it wrong. With no complaints they make a new one. I would give it 4.5 if I could.

Dont order from here. It is an absolute rip off. You dont get your moneys worth. The pizza I ordered had none of the toppings on it I wanted. To top it off, only half the pizza had toppings on it. Absoutely let down.

Ordered from here many time always a good pizza and this franchise actually cut the pizza for you un like some that fail to cut it properly. Have only collected from this dominos but has always been perfect every time. They do great lunch time deals aswell.

Ordered 2x pizzas, they lacked flavour and toppings were very sparse! And we paid for extra chicken and chorizo. The price you pay I expect the pizza to be full.. the driver was also rude ! Go to asda the pizzas are better!!

We ordered 15 for a end of season football session. We phoned up and ordered for a 7pm pickup. We arrived at 7pm sharp and was met by all 15 pizzas, still hot and freshly made. The children loved them. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t help us enough. I was very surprised by the quality given the amount and time required. We were very happy and would highly recommend.

Domino's Pizza Carterton always do a great job of preparing orders accurately and quickly. In my experience of placing collection orders at this store, the staff have always been polite and friendly and the food is ready, hot, and as ordered every time.

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. I called the Dominos in Carterton a total of 23 times in a space of half an hour without hanging up and got NO answer. The person that answered the phone was very rude and the call was so rushed that’s he got our order wrong and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Go to Witney guys!!!! It’ll cost a bit more for delivery but trust me, it’s worth it.

They always arrive within 20 minutes of paying. Have even ordered for a set time before on multiple occasions and it always arrives early so we now push the time back 20 minutes later than we want as it has never turned up at the time we requested. But they always give us what we ordered.

We had a take away from the Carterton Dominoes as a family pizza/film night treat. There was nothing wrong with the pizza, it was ready on time, warm, but it was just rather bland. It tasted like a bog standard supermarket £3 pizza, the coleslaw was in a long life pot, and the garlic bread and potato wedges portions were tiny - not a lot each between 4 of us!! When you have paid over £30 for all this it was such a disappointment. Next time I will just go to M&S and buy their luxury pizzas and cook them myself - MUCH nicer and much cheaper.

Brilliant place and very happy staff.

The food is just greasy and tasteless, it’s so overpriced for what it is. It’s like the toppings come out of the employees wages, hardly anything gets put on! Honestly if you want a decent pizza in Carterton try pizzeria, they are beyond amazing! I think the only good thing about dominoes it’s the hours it’s open if you fancy pizza for lunch, even the 61p pizzas from Asda taste better.

Tries to get away with being stingy with toppings. If you complain they just say “we will make sure your next one has the right amount” so are obviously happy to chance putting on less toppings than dominos recipes call for and hope no one notices.

Very average, toppings were sparse, flavours were poor, and I'm sure the pizzas get smaller! Delivery was fast and was piping hot, just not what they use to be .

Usually quick, efficient, and hot, never had a problem, staff are always friendly, but you know what you are going to get so it's OK, avoid the potato wedges as they are always undercooked and kind of soggy

After school kids wanted Pizza so ordered Lunch deal. It was very good, love the fresh taste. The staff very polite. Worth the money

Since ordering from them through the app have had two other orders taking out of my account. Also for some reason was delivered to a wrong number in the street.

The service here has always been quick with good food. I've never had any issues with this place. My children enjoy the pizzas and chicken strippers and, when we let them, the Cookie Dough Ice Cream (although I eat most of it!).

We ordered two pizzas for 4 of us to share, one came with peppers on when we had asked not to have any, they replaced it straight away, they did not even take the wrong pizza back. Great.
