ordered online walked down from the premier inn 3mins down the rd got a half & half stuffed crust pizza the guys in there where nice and polite and made me a banging soft dough pizza

Really not nice vegetarian pizza hardly had cheese and did not taste nice order took nearly one hour.

Ordered at 17.55 with delivery estimate of 18.35. Order didn’t arrive until 19.25.

Food overall is very nice and would buy again. However delivery is the worst I’ve ever seen we are a very direct route from the business and yet the drivers take triple the amount of time to not only drive here but also goes completely the operiste direction. Not happy at all.

Ordered a kebab told between 45-60 minutes and 90 minutes later no food so phoned up to cancel it the service is piss poor can’t tell you what the is like

Great experience at Papa John’s Berkhamsted! The staff were polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. My pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious on collection. Always a reliable choice—highly recommend!

I do not recommend even trying this food. the presentation is terrible, the taste is even worse. we ordered with sauce but it was not available. no taste. and the smell after opening the box had to lead the room. you need to know how to make such bad food. don't waste money and protect your stomach

My son had hes 15th birthday playing bowling and had followed onto pizza hut for a meal after. We were humbled by a wonderful gentleman called vasille ( apologies as spelling may be incorrect) who greeted us and gave us lots of time in explaining the menu and taking us to our table. He was very courteous and kind. My father in laws shoe was untied and vasille kindly offered to assist with this. He went above and beyond the entire time we were there. He took time in taking our order, listening to our concerns regarding food allergens. Hes manorism towards guests was upmost respectful and genuinly happy to help. I asked if he could sing happy birthday to my son with a cake and him and a few other members of staff had no problems in arranging this for us. He even advised if we have discount codes to use them for the bill. It was a pleasure to have him assist us and wanted to say publicly that this person deserves recognition for hes service towards others. A very hard worker and hes peoples skills are amazing. !!!! Well done and thank you vasille for helping create a wonderful birthday atmosphere for my son and treating us all with kindness!!! Lovely food aswell!!

Its always good time visiting pizza hut; i mean; we are having pizza so could it go wrong? there is good parking availability in the premises and also staff was polite and quick. enjoyable, and now I am craving a Pizza! :D

We ordered a take away from here. If you’re gluten free please avoid. The pizza was rock hard, i struggled to cut it with a pizza cutter. Worried I was going to loose a tooth! So if your GF, I’d advise going elsewhere.
