Food seam to have gone down hill

I ordered a chicken kebab and a bottle of wine today. I was very pleased with it and it got delivered on time by a delightful young man. I will definitely be buying from them again. Lots of love from Anna xxx.

I have just received the worst Donner meat & chips I've have ever been given. The Donner meat was completely dry & actually crispy & the chips was re-cooked at least once. I will never ever go there again

Consistantly high quality food & customer service with broad menu choice. Personable yet efficient & professional staff. A much valued and respected asset to the local community.

Gave up, foods overpriced, website is worse than awful and the owners are angry with life, beccles deserves better than the crap given on our just eat options

Ordered our evening tea it wasn’t how I ordered it from the online menu chicken fillet double meal ordered it without salad come with everything chicken was tuff as old boots didn’t have much of a coating on it the wife’s Italian burger came full of salad and with a double Pattie she also got chips which wasn’t ordered so I won’t have food from there anymore

Professional, polite, food fine, everybody is respectful and polite unlike others. Not too long to wait at all. Personnel don't mind order changes and will a!ways help you out with add-ons etc. Good, structured food preparation and delivery service or you can pop in and pick up your order or just go there 10 out of 10.

Disgusting customer service! I will never order from chicken 2000 again! Very rude! Clearly bad business choices have been made by them. As they have now lost a customer and received a bad review which will be shared with friends and family whom are regular customers. They sent the wrong item and because it was accidentally opened (but not consumed which was proved to the delivery driver) they would not provide a refund or give something to the same cost. Perhaps they have lost the cost of the item as it had accidentally been opened. But the wrong item should never have been sent in the first place and they have now lost business from many (hence bad business choices made). I’m extremely dissatisfied by this service and will NOT be using them again. My money has been wasted on something that was never received, therefore I have overpaid them and they won’t give my money back. This place is not good news!

Best chilli sauce ever. Meat is fantastic in kebabs, burgers juicy, and pizzas better than domino's.

Edit: Had the best experience ever here on Tues. Walked in and had chicken and chips. They fried me up some fresh chips and stacked the box to be super full. They also gave my extra chicken. It was all delicious. Generally quite tasty and decently priced. I find the staff nice enough and have ordered from here for years. I like the fried chicken, chips and spicy hot pizza. I also must must must have chili sauce.

Usually really good, but recently they have been missing things from my order. And not giving the right amount of nuggets for my daughter's meal. Disappointed

Ordered a Doner Meat and Cheesy Chips. Paid £7.90 for 4 dry, flavourless strips of meat, and chips that tasted stale and way over fried. Threw it straight in the bin. A complete waste of money. Kessingland Kebab and Pizza is much better than this abomination. Avoid.

Used this place for years and the latest order was most disappointing. Small portion of over cooked chicken with salad that had seen better days and no notice taken of what salad or sauce was ordered. Also delivered late and cold.

This has now got beyond dreadful, cold chips, large chicken kebab had just 4 pieces of dry and flavourless chicken, absolutely dreadful, totally ripped off and seriously deserve to close, the worst bit, I'm still hungry, feel robbed and they don't even care about any review

Don't bother with this place. Ordered and told it would be an hour. Hour and a half later we are still waiting. If you can't cope with being this busy, don't take any more orders. Simple. Or at least give an accurate idea of how long it's going to be so we can go elsewhere. Update - Could not get through on the phone so had to go down there. Said order is out for delivery. Went home and waited another 30 mins. No sign of food. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get through. Went down again and told the same. Sat outside and called home and thankfully it did turn up this time. 2 hours and 15 mins after ordering. Absolute shambles.

I had a takeaway delivered today for my 50th birthday with my family. Food hot and tasty and arrived on time, no complaints from all of us.

Pi**ed off is a understament everytime i order from this plave theres always something wrong with my order i even went in to place my order face to face and they got it wrong again food half decent but when i say i want wedges not chips i mean wedegs they have even charged me for wedges too

Sort your website out....it's absolutely awful it doesn't work and you deserve to close forever,.....,.......... ...............

Only takeaway I know with Chicken in name, that runs out of chicken @ 7pm on a Sat night.....no replacement, no refund....complete rip off merchants...Avoid or pay the price

After ordering the food at 6 oclock and told it would be 45mins to 1hour after 1hour 30 mins a call to shop to be told it's now leaving. Then get a call from driver to say was outside but wasn't 30 mins later it turns up cold after a call to shop again was told I can wait other 45/ 1hour for a new order To be sent out if he put it to the front off list ? Very bad phone manner and service

Chips were absolutely appauling. Cold , chewy and almost tasted like they had been re fried again. However, chicken was ok, food arrived on time but wont be ordering from here again unfortunately

Don't order from here! I've lived in beccles my whole life and you are never guaranteed good food. Turns up late, foods cold, they miss food off your order and when you call them they don't give you the food and are very rude.

I’ve been ordering from chicken 2000 since they opened but this new management has put an abrupt stop to that. Avoid like the plague. My pizza arrived without any sauce! Just dough, cheese and toppings. The wedges and kebabs were cold. Also the portion size of the wedges has drastically decreased. I phoned them up immediately to complain and ask for a replacement. The person on the other end of the phone flipped at the idea of a replacement, saying I’m wasting his time and to stop bothering him. After he finished his incredibly rude rant he agreed to send a replacement. 2 hours and 15 minutes later still no replacement, so I phoned back up to be greeted by the same rude man! He immediately repeated that I’m wasting his time, and started on with another rude rant. With no replacement meal insight I asked for a refund which instantly got me banned from the establishment.

Worse food ever, over price for what I ordered. Chips cold. No talking to the person on phone very rude. Chip never came with food and they sent more out and I have to paid for them 😡😡

Food was great and staff always nice were regulars and they love us there always having a chat while food is cooking would recommend to anyone. Ignore the negative comments

When I received the late order, I opened the box to see some really pale looking chicken wings. They lacked any real taste and were barely coated. I don't think I have ever had wings that bad from a chicken shop. I ordered garlic bread to bump up the order to qualify for delivery, which was oddly, much better. Maybe order anything but chicken from here?

Yet again polite person took my order and it arrived at the time they said it would and another great meal thank you chicken 2000

Food arrived cold, called the shop to receive verbal abuse implying I was lying. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he didn’t speak English, even though I’d heard him ask the “manager” a question in English whilst on the phone. He said I was only calling to get free food as people calling about cold food was a regular thing for them. Maybe if they served and delivered hot food, they wouldn’t receive so many complaints. Poor food and threatening customer service. AVOID!!

Ordered @ 16:40 for delivery @ 17:50, rang at 18:00 to chase. Food arrived at 18:30, driver ignored request to leave it on the doorstep and lingered forcing me to break 2m social distancing. Food was cold. Rang to complain, owner admitted food had been out for delivery in the car FOR AN HOUR but refused to provide refund. Avoid.

Food took 70 minutes to arrive was Luke warm and now I have the runs !!!

Very happy with our delivery last night. Customer service over the phone was very polite, food arrived on time and we enjoyed our burger and pizza’s.

Always order from you. Food this time was very late and extremely cold. It wasn't even edible. Very disappointed. I'm usually a loyal customer. Definitely thinking about changing to another fast food company. You should be ashamed of your service to customers.

Rang in order at set time , food came early and was cold , rubber chips , chewy chicken and more mayo than chicken in the chicken burger , it was a £38 order for us at work ( local to Beccles)and we were all disappointed

Food is awful, been delivered over an hour later, 2xchips weren’t delivered and that’s what I paid for , £27 pounds worth of food and didn’t even receive half of it, would like some form of refund.

The pizzas were dry, chips over cooked wedges greasy and onions in my salad when asked not to as I'm allergic, really poor meal and waste of money! Food has been getting noticeably worse so we won't be using anymore.

Not the best this time, chips were bit chewy as if they had been sitting cooked too long and the chicken in the burger seemed dry as if that too had been cooked a while, seemed very small thin bits of chicken. All arrived hot though.

All arrived hot and early, the pizzas were lovely and the bases were soft. Very impressed with the wedges.

Tottaly over cooked.. the batter on cod was rock solid and hardly any fish and chips were gross. Really really over priced at £4 delivery for £6 fish an chips within a mile!!!

Meat was very dry. To speed up the cooking time all the cubes of meat have been cut up into smaller pieces and over cooked. Would be better if cooked slower.

I have ordered from Chicken 2000 multiple times in the past, on multiple occasions the food has been extremely poor quality, the chicken was dry, as were the chips, the ‘chicken’ looked as if it had been pulled off a Sparrow, I’m not one to judge a take-away from one order, hence why I have ordered more than once, but this will be the last, not happy!

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered ribs which were so over cooked and dry, even my dog cudnt chew them!! My son had chicken which looked like it had been thrown around the room, stamped on and shoved in the box. I put the whole lot in the bin, £18 wasted. Never again will myself it any of my family or friends order from here again. Disgusted.

I am a great foodie and normally cook my own food so am critic of other food. I must say for a fast good these chicken wings were light battered and not so greasy and really very tasty! Thank you very much I did enjoy them!

Unfortunately I would not rate the food at all. I know it was a late order but still we would've hoped for better quality. I believe the chicken we had must've been sitting out for ages as it was very dry. So much that we didn't finish it. The pizza was ok along with the garlic bread. Can't fault the service.
