Domino's Pizza Lowestoft in Waveney

If you order for collection don’t bother coming in until 10/20 mins after it says ready to collect because it won’t be, i sat and waited for 35 minutes the other day after it said ready to collect, i even arrived 10 mins after the time it said ready yet still sat for another 35 minutes. By the time i was handed my food it was hot so i’m assuming they hadn’t even started preparing it until i got there.

We booked a collection, got there at the designated time, told them our name, the attendant disappeared at the back. 10mins later he was still not back. We eventually rang the bell again - he had forgotten about us! Really? Maybe they're better geared for delivery...

Ordered a delivery spent over 30.00 my food was barely warm the cookies had gone hard wedges were the worst being soggy and cold and the pizza very dried up chicken on it and barely warm this is a delivery restaraunt and I would expect a better service than cold Food being delivered really disappointed

Does not accept cash so will not be using this business again.

Tried the plant base pepperoni from the "create your own" option on the app, we were pleasantly surprised🙂

Parking is limited outside, pizza was ok

😤😤😡😡😡😡🤬🤬 The staff needs to go specsavers, we got given someone else's order didn't realise this until we got home , really don't know how the staff can cofuse a p with a j yes we got our food in the end but we got no apology just a member of staff try to laugh it of which I really didn't see the funny side of the food was dried out because it had been sitting on the hot plate for some time we will not be ordering any time soon or recommending to any one unless they get the staffs eye tested , I have a health condition into which I need to eat by a set time not a happy bunny is a under statement. 🤬😤😡

An absolute joke, I called to see where my order had got to and they denied all knowledge of it despite taking my money from just eat. Don't use these incompetent theives, I have several friends and family members who have had trouble with them.

Staff on the front desk need more training

Was looking forward to a few pizzas and sides with the family but extremely disappointed that all the food arrived cold. Not warm, or a little cold but completely cold. Maybe due to the fact it was delivered by a guy on a bicycle rather than a car like it usually is. Not impressed Domino’s!

Well... Ordered food at 19.42 today and on confirm it said 29-34 minutes wait which is okay. Once got the message saying food is ready for collection I was waiting 6 minutes to be acknowledged and another 15 minutes for the food. Didn't get a sorry for waiting etc from staff. The food was not the best and taste was poor. Very little toppings but too much tomato sauce on the base. Despite the place recently refurbished and expanded in size I was shocked. Snot on side where pay, dirty finger marks everywhere, hair on the side and a unused pizza box on the floor which was used for another customer. Despite having prices rise I personally would be careful while ordering online as turns out your waiting longer and paying more.

As a customer I'm not happy. I found you highly rude and bad manners when a customer is still talking to you on the phone don't you hanged up on me when I was still talking to to order my food. Pizzas where OK. But the service need to be improved you don't hang up on a customer.and we didn't get asked if we wanted any pots of sauce with our pizzas I found this service really poor

Food never arrived, payment took, called the Lowestoft branch, no answer !

Pizza was late only received 2 items of the 3 I ordered pizza was not the usual standard from dominos not happy

Very friendly chap at the counter. Collected my special deal pizza and tasted a million dollars (not bad for £6 for large)! Will definitely be ordering again.

Lovly taste but a bit cold when delivered as some reason took longer to arrive ? . Size of pizza was on the smaller... we even measured it odd size ? When made ? No answer back from shop. Still okay to eat but they could do better

Perfect dominoes, hot and brilliant delivery drivers who are friendly and funny. Can't really ask for more!

What a load of rubbish. The advert on tv saying that they turn the ovens up higher. I have been a chef for 35 years and I have never heard such clap trap in my life. The food would be burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. Sales proper gander.

As part of the social distancing, I have ordered dominos for myself and my family. When the driver arrived, he tried to give me a completely wrong order. When I told him this, he first tried to say I was wrong with what I ordered. After a few minutes, another dominos customer phoned me as they had received my order and had my details on. This is breaking the law to begin with in accordance with GDPR. The delivery driver took the food away and said the office would contact me regarding compensation. They did indeed ring but offered nothing for my trouble and didn’t even have the decency to apologise. I was told ‘ we will refund your order or cook fresh’. I understand these are stressful times but massive companies are still expected to deliver a service which you do pay a premium for. I feel completely let down and can safely safe, I will Never use this disgusting company ever again.

Ordered pizza online Saturday night and had a problem with online order- ordered two by mistake! Phoned in a bit of a panic and the man was really lovely and cancelled one order and refunded me really quickly and arranged fast delivery of the other one. Pizza arrived and was delicious as usual. But can not thank the man enough for being so understanding and friendly towards me!

I rang up asking why theres no dominos doube decadence politely. The guy who i sopke to was rude and said we dont want to. He was blunt sarcasic. As the prices are so high i didnt aappreciate the sevice.

This is the first time ive ever ordered from this store and I can't believe how bad this pizza is... It's under cooked, soggy with virtually no cheese on it. Absolutely shocking and possibly the worst pizza I've ever had..

Must have a shortage of Mozzarella!!! The restaurant skimp on this vital ingredient despite selecting the option for extra cheese and paying for the privilege. Pizza's do taste great though. Just need to sort out portion size

The large pizza deal before 4 excellent my family have it about once a month some times more feeding a family on that price is good. Never had a pizza after that though as so expensive . Food always fresh cooked in a good time brilliant value and decent staff as well

My dad ordered a pizza for himself,and for us to share he finished his pizza before us and he didn’t vomite after my mates and I finished we were fine the,today I woke up and rushed to the toilet to vomite,I called my mates and they said they vomited to.Come on dominos what is this I will inform th health enviroment definently do not go here!

Not had take-away from here for a while, last time we had it delivered the pizza was pretty battered but still edible.

The following guy on the phone was very abrupt indeed. Really to the extreme . He barely wanted to hear my order between his shouts of " Yeah, Anything Else" ... And talking about shouts it sounds like the kitchen staff were throwing pans at each other . Finally for some wedges, and asked specifically if they'd be hot and crispy. Of course he replied "yes" When they finally -over 1 hour- arrived they were just damp. The only reason I give 3 stars is because they are usually better.

We have pizza every week, and we all (family) have different pizzas, and they're always lovely. You can have a half in half pizza if you want. The delivery service is very good. They have a two for one deal once a week, but have lots of other deals all the time.

the food tastes fantastic. Value for money. If i have the Grandkids to stay they always request Dominoes.

Always find Dominos to be both expensive, and greasy. Often delivery is slow, but does always reach you piping hot which is a bonus.

We ordered a pizza online, which was simple to do. We ordered it for a time slot but fantastic that it came early and I got notifications to say when it started cooking, when it had finished cooking and when it was on its way. Pizza arrived very hot, very yummy. One of the nicest pizzas I've had. It wasn't too tomatoey which I'm not too keen on when it is. You could taste every topping which is great. Price was ok.. Little bit expensive if you add you own toppings. Was worth it for every once and while! Looking forward to the next one :)

Raw dough, had to finish cooking the Pizzas myself when they arrived! Hardly any cheese, I got garlic stuffed crust instead of bbq. This is the second time that this has happened!

i love that (as a very fussy person) i can choose the exact toppings i want. I dont like the tomato base so always opt for BBQ.

I ordered pizza online, it didn't arrive for over an hour so called up, the man on the phone was extremely rude saying it was all my fault, he said that I ought to be more careful putting my details in next time and hung up the phone. I checked my online receipt and there was nothing wrong with my order, then when the food arrived the dessert was missing. extremely bad customer service by the time I received my pizza it was cold- will not be using again. EVER.

Well its a dominos really, not much to say, the same as every other one across the country. My only gripe is the food comes really quick, as in 15 mins from ordering?? How can you cook a pizza properly and deliver it 2 miles away in that time??.

Just as you would expect, great pizzas and a convenient place to stop. Nice staff and tasty pizzas. The whole offers/timetable of offers means you should choose when you go.

First time I've used dominos, the lady taking orders was helpful and when I told what I wanted she advised the cheapest way to order! A tasty pizza, lovely base and plenty of toppings. About 15 mins wait which we did in the car and the staff even brought our order out to us! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Just had a thin crust Texan BBQ chicken and must say from ordering was here in 15mins and really tasted good, full flavour sweet BBQ sauce, smoked bacon really set off the sauce plenty of chicken on it too, crisp and thin just how I like it. Haven't had a pizza in a wry long time but will be having this particular one again.

When you travel as much as I do it is great to know that when I get home late there is always someone that is willing to deliver fast and hot food into the area meaning that you don't have to wait and you know what you are paying straight away. With the service that they offer where they show you the deals as well even when you haven't spotted them, they are always someone to rely on.

Pizzas here all ways nice , but are lot of money , but can say they are very good , I went to collect the pizza , I didn't really have to wait very long , very good
