Great pizza and friendly service

Clean and tidy , great place for a quick bite while shopping

Had a very bad experience with Domino’s Harwich on the 26th January 2024, We were having a family dinner and we ordered online when delivered we had 7 Chicken wings and loaded fries missing, rung up the store and spoke to a lady regarding the issue and she stated she would resolve the problem by cooking a preparing the order and get it out ASAP, unfortunately 45mins later I had to ring back and speak to another member of the team who said she was sorry for the delay and would get the order prepared again and send out she said they were very busy and the delivery driver was delayed. I will unfortunately not be using this store in the future.

Absolutely terrible don't spend your money in this garbage service garbage food garbage value fir money total garbage no starts totally useless garbage have I made my pint still go there only yourself to blame!!?

Not been here for ages, decided to have a tenant bbq, ready very promptly, and was really tasty 👍👍👍 far better than I had before 👍👍

We were very impressed by our visit to this branch of Dominos for a simple takeaway pizza after a long sea trip back from Holland. The young man who served us pointed out the correct prices, was humorous and good natured in helping us with our order. As we waited I watched another member of staff preparing dough and completing pizzas with great care. The pizzas themselves were truly delicious (I am pretty fussy and normally make my own) with none of that inedible crust one is usually left with. Top marks Harwich staff!

Always very happy with Domino's in Harwich. Always ready on time, piping hot and delicious. I like that you can sit inside the front of the shop with some tables and chairs and eat your pizza, and they also provide napkins etc but no toilets as not a restaurant. It's usually better to order before going in as you seem to get better deals

Way Way overpriced for what turned out to be absolute garbage....an hour after eating this insult to my digestive system I vomited... seriously its time we all ditched this type of so called food chain and demand what is right. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and now seriously regret it 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Hit and miss, depends what staff are on. Indian man is Ace but young kids don't know what they are doing most of the time resulting in cold pizzas and bad attitudes

Only special people work here! What's the point of ordering on line when they give you a collection time and you still have to wait up to half an hour for them to make it....low quality not enough ingredients on the pizza and overall bad service

Fast service and polite staff, food is up to the same standard as any other domino's pizza

Once again the pizza I ordered has missing toppings. This seems to happen almost every time I order from this branch. It is a shame as domino's pizzas are tasty and often has good deals but they can never seem to get the order right.

Waited over an hour and a half for my order. Before I decided to cancel as it was too late to eat. Only to be told over the phone, by the member of staff whom showed no remorse, I would have to wait even longer, two to three days, for a refund. A repeat customer, no longer.

Possibly the worst Domino's Pizza I have ever ordered from. I requested for the beef to be taken off a pizza and jalapeños added on which was printed on the label. However, upon receiving the pizza, there was beef riddled all over the pizza and no jalapeños. In addition to this, I asked for sweetcorn added to another pizza but there was none when we received the order. We then called the store, as soon as the worker answered he hung up the phone. When we rung back, he said he would get another order out to us but he did not ask for the order number or address. Still waiting for this pizza. I would highly recommend not ordering from this place with incompetent staff members.

Call to make an order for delivery asked if I could pay cash on delivery (sorry sir no card only ) my reply was ok I only have cash on me can I collect ( yes) .OK I will walk down and collect got to the shop only to be told you can only pay by card ( my thought was you told me I could collect with cash) ok cancel my order ,but you still have to pay for it sir lol with cash I replied no card sir ( how thick or some people)

Easy to order, quick delivery with a smile and really nice pizza that actually looks something like the picture in the ad. All the additional toppings were as ordered and in abundance. A good experience.

Ordered a gluten free and medium pizza from the Harwich store to the caravan we are staying at. My husband went to bite into the gluten free pizza only to see what looked like a metal part of a screw on the pizza. He immediately rang the store to inform them. The lady seemed to find this funny and told him if he was happy with the pizza to eat around it and throw the part with the screw away or if unhappy they could make him a fresh pizza. He told them he didn't want a new pizza as this had put him off. It has also put my mother in law and my self off the other pizza we had ordered and we have ended up throwing the lot away. Very disgusted by their attitude, what a waste of £21. They couldn't even deliver to the caravan, we had to walk to reception to collect them.

My last 10 orders spanning a year, only 1 order came to me with no problems. Iv had missing dipping sauce (2 big tubs, on a delivered pizza), wrong order sent, hair in my pizza, a slice missing and replaced with a smaller slice, orders where due to social distancing they were placing my pizza boxes on the dirty floor outside my front door with no cardboard stand (3 times), wrong toppings put on my pizza (hot sauce) i watched the guy do it and on the screen is said NO SAUCE. They said they would replace the pizza but by then my whole order would of gone cold. So they offered to do it all again for me, and gave me a cold pizza. And one order that I thought was okay, made me ill for 4 days! And when I phoned to ask to speak to the manager so he or she could over look my order, the guy who answered sounded very panicked, telling his co worker that i wanted to speak to his manager. I started this review willing to gave 3 stars, because my last order was good apart from a crushed pizza box on delivery, but after that list you can see why I only gave it 1 stars! All people want is a basic pizza, it can't be this hard.....can it?

Food always hot and on time. Never have to wait to long really which is a bonus. Haven't been in store and had any dealings with staff however couple delivery drivers ive found very rude. Overall though its great

Pizza was nice. Wedges were pretty much all green, mostly inedible. Cookies are raw, hot and raw. Thankfully I got ice cream so, just pizza and ice cream. Really disappointed

Not only were we ignored and left waiting to collect but found bones in the pizza.. It was a vege pizza with bones in it

Staff could be a bit more efficient. If pizza is ready, give it to the waiting customer rather then continuing with other work. They do make good pizza.

Three adults and two children (10 &13) unable to go out due to bad weather, get a pizzer and eat in with good DVD, ordered direct to harwich domino,s by phone to be delivered, two large pizza's two lots of chips and two lots of chicken strippers,price nearly £40 asked about the 50% off if you spend over £30 told "that's only if you order on line" order arrived 35 minutes later, began to eat found the pizza's were so salty not very nice to eat,in fact loads of pizza were left impossable to eat, phoned domino's to complain, was told in no way," that's not salty it's the mixture we use in preparing the base" That' the very last time I use Domino's

I currently work here, however I've always ordered from here and never had any issues with the food, the staff are all wonderful people to work with and I'm having a blast! I always recommend people get pizza here because it's always amazing!

Ordered food at 9:25pm, waited 40 minutes before ringing as the app said it had been delivered when it hadn’t and was told the driver was delivering the food, waited another 50 minutes as the food still hadn’t been delivered 15 mins before the store was closing and was told again the driver was still out for delivery

Should also be able to serve a couple of Veg Dishes... Just one sorry not good...

Worse pizza in Harwich I been wait 20 min nobody say something then someone come say to me you can take your pizza over 1 hour .never never go there again .how you can say to customers like that if we no there what you doing there?????

Some orders arrive hot and on time, others cold and extremely late. They used to have good, consistent service (in my personal experience) but lately I have found it to be lacking. Not sure what happened but currently their pizzas aren't worth the price they charge unless you've got a deal/coupon.

Last time I went here, I got food poisoning. Upped it to 3 stars because of the 3 friendly staff there. But won't be buying form there again in a hurry

Always unhelpful, rude and impolite. It's the only Dominoes in town and treat you with the contempt a monopoly allows them.

Rang 5 times no one answered the phone..went to company I Harwich...never use again !
