Always hot,on time and taste great! Never fails to impress!! :)

Staff were very friendly and told me I could take a seat if I wanted to while I waited. Very polite. Papa Johns is the only pizza place I would order from. Much better quality and tasty compared to others. Great service & great food

Pizza was like warm and really greasy this time around shame to be honest. Had the side and drink but the pizza was just grease so threw it out

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered, when it arrived half of the food was burnt, other half barely warm. Requested a partial refund via just eat and was given £3 back on a £64 order. Given the ingredients probably cost them about £3, they've made a nice little profit

Food never turned up after an hour. We went up there and still had to wait for it. Got home and they had given us 2 wrong items. They wouldn’t answer the phone to get our items replaced or refunded. Won’t use again

It's was all burnt. I know it's a Saturday but come on. The pizza was burnt. I only ate 3 slices as the rest was horrible. Plus the don't put much of the topping on other than cheese. Like 1 pinapple for 5 slices why not call it just plain cheese at that point. Go somewhere else of you want pizza as they just burn your food

Stingy on the toppings. Far too expensive to be stingy on toppings. Would at a minimum expect topping on each slice of pizza but some was just cheese and tomato. Disappointed. Lost a customer.

Disappointed. Spent 20 mins reheating. Cauliflower soggy. Pizza barely warm. Not the same when u have to reheat. Didn't enjoy. Not had problems previously.

Delivery shocking. Called twice told 15 minutes are really busy waited an hour and 20 minutes no apology or offer of money back!!

I had no idea the food was on its way or delivered. The app stuck on order confirmed. When I called Papa John's said the just eat app doesn't do delivery tracking. I obviously explained it did! But I missed the order as I work out back of house.

Waited 4 hours! Driver turned up had to turn them away as ended up ordering else where, absolute joke and I expect a refund

Cooked perfectly and really tasty, loved it. Authentic thin crust is a really nice thickness to the pizza base. Delivery driver was brilliant and friendly too.

Food was great until the cinnapie sticks. We called up as these were bellow standard. We couldn't rip them apart and they were chewy beyond edible. We called the store to be told "we've been doing these for 3-4 months and not had a complaint". Then to be told that's how they are, it's the icing apparently, despite barely having any. If being unable to get them apart and having inedible food is how it's meant to be, we will not be returning.

Absolutely awful. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for food that arrived like warm, and with a pizza missing. Without wanting to wait hours for a replacement, requested a refund but was told to “call in the morning” but when persisted on the matter, they simply hung up.

Ordered online via the app. Waited an hour & half for delivery, the app was updated as pizza delivered 40 minutes before it arrived. Obviously the food arrived cold and uneatable so have complained online. Tried calling the store numerous times with no answer, so have no way to contact anyone. Avoid this franchise unless this is on only food left on the planet.

Won't use again! Driver couldn't read English so no point leaving a note on order. Therefore will not order from Papa John's again, what a let down!

Firstly the pizza always nice. Moving on we ordered pizza around 10pm and the delivery driver didn't ring the RING door bell incase we had kids. Which we do and they was asleep. Also he was so friendly and super nice man. 👏👏👏👏👏

Driver was extremely rude, banged on door 4 times and shouted through letterbox as I was putting baby down. Horrible. Wouldn’t like to think that could happen to my wife home alone as would be very scary.

A piece of real chicken found in Vegan Works pizza.

Pizza was lovely, as usual, popcorn chicken was yummy.

I ordered online for collection and went out to my car to collect my order, but my car wouldn't start...I didn't know what to do because I'd already placed the order 10mins prior! I called the restaurant and the guy was so helpful and sorted it all out for me so it will be delivered as my car is kaput. Real kindness really gratefully received. Plus their food is always absolutely divine! Very grateful regular customer x

I would have paid around £26 without the tuesday discount i ordered 1 medium pizza and potate tots with cheese the pizza looked like a small. For the cost it was disgusting

Ordered my pizza on tuesday at 5.57.On the app it said at 6.21 that my order was on its way,great.20 minutes later and my food hadnt turned up and i only live 7 minutes up the road.I rang the shop and the man said if it hasnt turned up in the next 10 minutes to ring him back.It did arrive,exactly 10 minutes later.Now this is why i have got the hump.I asked the driver how comes he was so long when the app said 30 minutes ago that my order was on its way.He said i was his 3 drop in a row,basically he had been to 2 other addresses before mine.My pizzas had to be put into the oven to warm up but my side order was cold to tepid.When i rang the shop to complain, the lady on the phone wasnt much help but said the manager would ring me back.Now this is the bit where i was lied to.ive been in the delivery game a number of years for pizza hut,dominoes..etc. and if there is loads of orders but hardly any drivers you can sometimes have to take 3,4 or 5 orders in 1 go just to get the food to customers.When i said to manager hes driver went to 2 other customers before me he said that wasnt allowed,the driver was wrong.If thats the case why was the manager out doing deliveries we he reckons they wasnt doing multi drops.

I literally only gave these Jokers one star because i can't leave a zero review. Totally unacceptable lack of service. Ordered for an office. waited over an hour. Rang them and got told the driver had waited at my "house" for 25 minutes. I explained that we were an office and the driver never even tried the door and requested redelivery. They stated they wouldn't redeliver. Went mad at them , gave up and put the phone down in the end, so we then ordered from somewhere else, only to find that the driver decided to come back with cold pizza's no one wanted anymore as we had ordered elsewhere. Totally useless.

Absolutely Annoyed and P’off. I asked the restaurant for no mushrooms as I’m allergic. What do I get mega amounts of mushroom. So all of the food went in the bin because I can’t chance having an allergic reaction. Lucky enough I didn’t touch it. But still terrible and won’t ever use this company ever again

Food arrived bang on time and lovely and hot, everything was delicious.

Very disappointed that I waited 2.5hrs for food and then items arrived with stuff missing. No apology given at all and had I not called I doubt food would of arrived, and only when I complained did I get confirmation it was coming.

Delivery arrived within the half hour although only thing I was missing from the order was my potato tots but delivery driver was friendly and food was piping hot 😊

Completey unacceptable. Ordered from here twice first time took over an hour and pizzas were undercooked. Second time pizzas were 2 HOURS, undercooked and completely wrong. I asked for a works with no jackfruit pepperoni and added pineapple, I got a pizza with ONLY jackfruit pepperoni and pineapple???? That doesn't even make sense?! I will NEVER order from this branch again I'm surprised that this branch is even allowed to operate at this level of appalling service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If I was Papa John I would be sacking the branch manager/franchisee. A disgrace to the Papa John's name! The staff at this branch are incapable of cooking the pizzas aswell, took 2 hours to arrive and putting the correct toppings on the pizzas seems to be a task that is too difficult for the workers here.

the pizza itself was okay, but to my dismay while ordering my pizza i was insulted with sarcasm as i asked about the price of the pizza total.
