Pizza Gogo in Rochford

Me and my Friend got a takeaway as it was his birthday. We ordered the twin deal. When the food arrived we both noticed that the mozzarella dippers were cold and they were not cooked. The BBQ wings had no BBQ sauce on them and they were tiny and over cooked. The stuff crust hot dog was only half a hot dog and was disgusting, dry, burnt edges. I understand that pizza gogo is cheaper, but I will never use them again after such a disappointing take away. I would had complained and sent it back but I didn't want to moan and ruin my friends birthday any more than gogo had already ruined the evening.

We had a take away from Pizza GoGo in Rayleigh today absolutely amazing service and food was lovely we are definitely coming back.

Ordered food, on website standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes, still not received food at 45 minutes, phoned to find out where our food was. A very unhelpful member of staff informed me it would be another 20 minutes, then another 25 minutes, then he wasn't sure how long as our order was still in the que and had not even been cooked yet. Then put us on hold and continued to give us no more information as to why it was taking so long and that he just thought it would take about another 25 minutes, this continued to the point that we cancelled our order. We then ordered from dominos, for the same price.

I was feeling hungry one evening after finishing work and fancied a pizza. Pizza GoGo is local to me so I arrived at the venue at 2330 hours, prior to arriving I checked to make sure they were open and was in luck as they don't close until midnight. I entered the venue and was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter with the sentence "We're closed" I replied "No you're not, you don't close until midnight, and if you were closed I wouldn't be standing inside." I asked once again if I could have some food which resulted in the same answer, the male behind the counter then carried on dismissing me completely. With an attitude like this I will never set foot in one of your establishments again.

I ordered ‘any pizza any size’ from Rayleigh Pizza GoGo and wanted to choose my own toppings. I was told that was fine and that it would cost £10.99. However, when I asked to only have the toppings on one half of the pizza (with the other half just cheese and tomato as my partner prefers hers plain) I was told it would be an extra charge of £2.00!? I find it really hard to understand why Pizza GoGo charge me £10.99 for a create your own pizza with toppings on the whole pizza... but then tell me it will be £12.99 for exactly the same pizza but with toppings only on one half (Saving them toppings). When I asked them why it was going to cost me more money to have half the amount of toppings, I was told that “it’s more difficult and takes us more time to make a pizza with the toppings only on one half”. Companies like this should be ashamed of their level of customer service! It’s a shame as the pizza arrived and the food is actually pretty good but I will not be ordering from here again as I feel like I’m paying extra without a real reason! Staff have no intention of trying to help you get what you want so I would advise that you to order somewhere elsewhere!

Ordered pizza from here a couple of times and I cant fault it! Great tasting pizza, all tastes fresh and was all ordered and delivered on time!

Decided to come in tonight after work for my usual order, have become a fairly regular customer because of the fast service and the pizzas there are reasonably priced and delicious, however I was disappointed with my food for the first time. It was a different person working in there tonight than usual, but the man with the glasses (don't know his name) really knows how to cook a good pizza and has done since I started becoming a regular, hence why I keep coming back. Will give this place another try however as has been excellent so far other than the food I received tonight, which wasn't so.

Food was fresh and not at all greasy, unlike other pizza places I've been to in the past, and was just what we were looking for! The £20 deal made it even better - 2 medium pizzas, a side, a garlic bread and a 1litre bottle of drink included which was plenty for the 2 of us. Service was also great, the young girl recommended desserts to us as we were spoilt for choice, and they turned out great too (once we found the stomach room for them). We went instore and ordered and waited, so wouldn't be able to review any delivery times. The wait time though was short, only around 10 minutes, and often there are more deals to be had instore too, so I would recommend!!

Don't trust, mugs you off. Pizza turned up burnt, they didn't send garlic pizza bread which I paid for, I complained and asked for it and he tried to deny it then in the end said he will send it. Called back an hour later and he said it 'wasn't on the receipt' (even though I have written confirmation in email) he said he's not sending it or a replacement for the burnt pizza! Places like this should be shut down you pay for a service that delivers not disappoints

We've used Pizza Gogo, Rayleigh a number of times - usually ordering via their website - as phoning can be a painful process. Their pizzas are the best locally but the last two times are making us reconsider somewhat...... The first reason is thay can't get the order right - and when you pay for something you expect the delivery to match what you've ordered - not to be missing items. The second issue is the speed of delivery. We're 1/2 mile / 5 minutes away, by car, so why does it take an hour and 25 minutes for our delivery to arrive? Then when chased up they say it's in the car and the driver left 5 minutes ago (without taking an order reference, name or address - employing psychics?). He must be pushing the car to ours if it still takes another 20 minutes. So we'll learn to order an hour in advance in future or take our business eslewhere!

Horribly experience, went to complain on the website, only to be greeted with the message 'we're closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Sorry for any inconvenience" However, this is the message I wrote to them.... I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service I received....

Ordered a meat feast, ate 3 slices and now have a bad stomach! I'd avoid this place, if I was ordering pizza again.

great range of toppings, competitive prices and yummy too. Regular offers make it even better. Highly recommended

I don't usually write reviews on takeaways, but I think this place should get some recognition for keeping itself competitive and producing lovely pizza.When Dominos opened up a few doors down I personally thought this place would be closed in a month or two, but I'm glad to say Pizza GoGo are still going strong and deservedly so. Don't be led by the Domino's brand as this place is just as good.

These pizzas are the tastiest and freshest in Rayleigh. We've found the customer service to be a little lacking, but the food itself has been consistently enjoyable. Always piping hot, even delivery and with a huuuge menu! We never order in from anywhere else! Their prices have gone up a little in the last few months - hope that doesn't continue.

Whether you want a plain or stuffed crust pizza you cannot get better in rayleigh.The bases are freshly made each day.Newly added are warm chicken wraps that are fantastic
