On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

I have visited this Pizza Hut several times in the last month for their “Bluffets”. They currently offer unlimited pizzas served to your table when ordering through the app, alongside a pasta dish and the sals of your choice. The pizzas are small but cooked fresh and hot!! On one occasion they ran out of the deep pan option after ordering which was annoying as I have never been a fan of thin base and therefore our lunch was not as enjoyable. However, staff here are lovely and hospitable. They work extremely hard attending to everyone’s requests with the new buffet system. Last week we were served by a waitress with red hair (who previously worked at the leisure park Hut) and she was just brilliant and an absolute asset to this branch, which made our dining experience even better. I hadn’t returned to this specific restaurant in years as the other hut would always be my go to as I felt the standards were much higher but this one has definitely improved over time.

Have never written a review before, but felt the urge to on this occasion. Ordered food from Pizza Hut in Chelmsford who were more than happy to take our money, however after saying it would take between 80-90 minutes for delivery and waiting for 2 hours, they informed us that food was still not even being cooked and could not give any ETA. We cancelled the order - although still received an email saying ‘hoped you enjoyed your meal’. We were given a customer services number to phone to try and get a refund. When dialling the number you listen to an automated message and are directed to the Pizza Hut website where the only method of contact is via email which can take up to 10 days to even get a response. I am not sure if somehow we are being scammed by Pizza Hut during these turbulent times, but behaviour like this needs be flagged to the general public.

Terrible branch, if there is a mistake regarding the online order you cant get through to rectify it. Rather than answer the phone and ask you to wait they hang up. The excuse is they are busy. As customer service goes there is none! The branch is totally mismanaged. As for Trip Advisor asking what I got, the answer is, it turned out to be nothing, although I did order dinner! Recommend you think twice and order elsewhere!

Delivery time was meant to be 19:10 the food turned up at 19:40, when it arrived it was Lukewarm, when I called up to explain this they were not interested whatsoever I ended the conversation with in future I will be ordering from domino’s he replied ok then bye, 2 large pizzas delivered cost £46 I expect it to be hot when it arrives and there was not much topping on them, we actually laughed about it because one of the pizzas was all the meats and there was hardly no meat on it, I would avoid this place and for the price I would go to the supermarket next time and cook them at home…. At least I know they will be hot.

Ordered 1 pizza on the phone and it came to £30, I questioned this price and the arrogant staff member told me it's normally £11.99 but I ordered it via the phone. That's a £20 increase ( what a complete joke ) she wouldn't refund me and now I've has to waste 3 hours of my chasing the head office. Go somewhere else.

We’ve used this Domino’s on multiple occasions, but a recent experience in December 2022 has led us to write this review. We placed an order at around 18:20 on a Sunday evening, the food didn’t arrive until 20:00 and was like warm at best. I raised this with Domino’s at the time, they offered a voucher and next time I tried to use it at this store, the staff claimed they knew nothing about it! When I eventually spoke to someone who did know about the voucher, they said the delivery time would be over 1 1/2 hours, the reason for our original complaint! We’ve since tried to engage for a refund with Domino’s HQ and the owner of this “franchise” to no avail, so advice is to use another local takeaway store instead - do not use this Domino’s. Support local businesses instead, the franchisee of this store does not care about basic customer service.

My Italian Crust was undercooked. Apparently, I'm supposed to eat it this way because this is how it comes - I'm already eating a pizza that is overdone on top, but could tolerate that - This is what I was told by the manager. He was rude, dismissive, unhelpful. He did offer to do another, but let me know that it would be the same and then I would not get a refund. I opted for the refund, but as I had ordered online, I had to get my refund online - it's the law, but it came through promptly the next day. Complained and got lectured about how Domino Italian Crusts are made and the perfect temperature of their ovens, which in Cheshunt Domino's means solid cheese and undercooked Italian Crusts... apparently.

AMAZING! I’m writing on behalf of my slightly drunk father who came in and bargained down some food. I absolutely apologise for his behaviour but OMG was your service amazing and how you handled him. We come here allllll the time, easily a couple times a month. Best food ever!! Totally worth the money. Amazing people, so kind, always on time and lots to choose from. Thanks guys👍💛

Lucky to have 1 star the place should be closed should have years ago repeated unreasonable mistakes caused by thier attitude and lack of care to thier jobs to provide a serivce they clearly can't deliver besides give you rude bad mannered slow lazy threatening attuides from a dysfunctional setup they prompt to us as a serivce is complete rubbish Disgusting 1hr late messing about with receiving my order as paid in full and in return got no customer care or support in resolving the matter I had called 20times with no response then 2 times with a Disgusting cold rude blunt attitude with no decent honourable human reaction on wanting to keep my costume by resolving the issue with delivery not being apologetic not being reasonable and making thier parking chargers my issue when I've paid my delivery and delivery fee and waited with traumatised stress from the experience from the way I was spoken to in a bad threatening manner Still no delivery still no refund with a 4 year old daughter unwell on top I didn't need this stress to order food and give my costume to receive the wrost evening ever
