Domino's Pizza in Broxbourne

My Italian Crust was undercooked. Apparently, I'm supposed to eat it this way because this is how it comes - I'm already eating a pizza that is overdone on top, but could tolerate that - This is what I was told by the manager. He was rude, dismissive, unhelpful. He did offer to do another, but let me know that it would be the same and then I would not get a refund. I opted for the refund, but as I had ordered online, I had to get my refund online - it's the law, but it came through promptly the next day. Complained and got lectured about how Domino Italian Crusts are made and the perfect temperature of their ovens, which in Cheshunt Domino's means solid cheese and undercooked Italian Crusts... apparently.

Ordered on website; waited an hour, called to see what was going on and was told that the website was down for the last few days 😩 took my money though and wouldn’t take a phone order ‘Adam’ ‘The Manager’ who wouldn’t give his surname was very rude and said that they would let people know the website was down when the website was back up and running 😅😅😅Not the first time food hasn’t been delivered, total shambles

Excellent food and the speed they deliver will make you wonder why everyone else estimates 30 to 45 mins. Nice selection, standard pizzas, decent deals. I’ve tried Pizza Hut once and these guys beat them on quality and speed all for the same price. They normally deliver in under 25 mins sometimes 20 mins - don’t ask me how they do it but it makes me come back time and time again.

Last order I placed online they took my money but never delivered. First member of staff I spoke to, apologised and said I'd get a refund, as the driver was unsure what address he delivered to. Turns out, he lied when I spoke to a manager again weeks later when I didn't get my money back. All phone calls are recorded so I have no problem playing them back for proof, if needs be. Still trying to get my money back months later. I have also contacted HR via e-mail but no response. Pathetic excuse of a company, avoid by all means!!! Pizza is definitely not worth the inconvenience.

dominos should be disgraced by the service which they offer in their Cheshunt branch ! I ordered three pizza online and sides.... usually you wait around 45 mins - 1hr on a Saturday night and this is what we expected .... well two hours later still no pizza! During this we kept trying to ring the Cheshunt branch to locate our delivery but couldn’t get through ! FINALLY we got through and it had now been the 2hr mark! Yes 2hr for pizza JOKE! The employee who was on the phone was extremely rude and she had no idea what was going and basically told me I haven’t a clue and it wasn’t her problem .... great customer service 👍🏻. Then a manger came on the phone who told me my order would be 5-10 mins and she was extremely sorry ! granted they gave us a refund. 25 mins later still no pizza ! So we called again and finally we find out our pizza had been misplaced by the driver! So 2 and half hours later still now pizzas and more to the point they had to make them all over again and we had to go and collect them! Moral of the story NEVER order from dominos Cheshunt .... disgraceful customer service .... can’t even deliver your pizza . Stick to pappa John Cheshunt coz trust me I wish I did !

Dominos is great, but every-time I order from Cheshunt. The food is dry, not dry in terms of the dough.. they are not using enough sauce on the base of the pizza, wraps and garlic bread. Will try a different branch next time, I always order on a Saturday and this is twice now.. maybe they are saving on the sauces as all other toppings are good

Delicious and hot pizza. As always not disappointed all perfect, taste and service. Lovely idea of family meal at home.

Ordered 13.5” deep pan tandoori hot pizza and garlic pizza bread and both were delicious and for an added bonus was able to remove the jalapeños and add beef on pizza for no extra cost which was great,highly recommended pizza outlet 👍...

Always met with a smile and good manners. The Pizza's are excellent, you can ask for any type you want, make up your own. Will allways use them when I fancy a Pizza.

Ordered takeaway pizza from here. Arrived in good time and the pizzas were tasty and really good. Good value. Will order again from here

My son is a great fan of pizza and the guys at dominos seem to know him by name. I love the thin and crusty pizzas and the toppings are tasty. Good service

Ok. So the first time I ordered from here they sent me the wrong pizza completely after waiting. Fine. We all make mistakes. They sent me a voucher for the mistake which was awesome. Staff were very friendly. I used the voucher today and this is what turned up. When I called they said they have had this problem before with that driver!! Again the lady I dealt with was great but I won't be ordering from here again!! Which is a shame as I like dominos pizza! Someone needs to sort this out ASAP!!

Had night in with my 12 year old daughter ordered pizza online we had a half and half with chicken wings the delivery was ontime and arrived nice and hot taste was ok but nothing special to much tomato sause and not enough toppings chicken wings bland with no real flavour

My husband collected our pizza last night he got home to find we had the wrong pizza! Called and explained they expected us to come back out to get our new one till we refused? And placed my husband on hold to "check their policy" once new one arrived was correct but bland and tasted worse than a frozen pizza! Avoid!

Pizza is as pizza does ... Nice pizza ready on time that was estimated . The food is nice however a little over priced. Clean fresh easy food .

Website doesn't work, now not allowed to pay over the phone - helpful, not really! Shame as pizza was ok but won't be trying to place an order again. Wouldn't recommend.

I have had pizza delivered from here many times but then manager suddenly decided that they don't deliver to my house anymore. He was very rude and hung up on me.

I sometimes have a pizza as a treat for dinner. I order by phone, pay by card over the phone or cash when its delivered. Good choices, good taste and speedy delivery so still hot when it gets to you.

Sometimes the service is really quick. Sometimes the service is extremely slow. I have had my pizza delivered in about 20 mins from the time order. But sometimes I have been waiting over an hour. The food is usually always good quality and piping hot....

We order here a couple of times a month we either get the small personel pizzas which is good not a tea time snack. Or even get a bigger pizza with it split into two separate toppers nags as we both like different toppings. Used...

It was horrible, no taste, even the dough was not nice. I used to love Dominos pizza. The price and the taste were excellent, not anymore. Very disappointed. Don't think I will buy Dominoes anymore.

Every pizza we have from here is great - not had a bad one yet - we have tried the rest and always end up ordering from here
