Ordered food tonight ,omg disgusting, Never again Overpriced dog food.

Worst experience first and last order! Ive ordered simple two dishes and its been 1 hour and 20 minutes my food is not here

Really good food ruined by TERRIBLE and RUDE customer service. I called to ask a question about one of their dishes, I was nothing but nice and because he didn’t understand my question (language barrier) he told me “why don’t you order somewhere else?” even though I have ordered here many times and given them my money many times over. Won’t be doing that again.

Ordered from this place for a while now had nice food but service is hot and miss sometimes you’ll have to wait forever for delivery other times things will be missing. Tonight the driver rang us to ask where the house was and told on the road 20 minutes later he finally showed up food was cold. Rang the restaurant to say that the food was cold and we were having to reheat it in the microwave. Man over the phone told me if we wanted food hot we should have collected when I told him how disappointed that response was and that this would mean we will have to order else where in future he thanked me and hung up

I ordered here a few times was okayish. Last night was disgusting 🤢…they sent me crispy shredded beef which was absolutely disgusting.. 🤮. It looked like it had been fried for the second time and tasted that way as im a chef myself. The beef tasted like oil and tasted like old burnt oil. Never ordering from here again absolutely disgusting to send someone crispy beef thats been fried twice

Delivery took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Food was cold. Restaurant are RUDE and not willing to offer a discount, worst customer service ever.

absolutely shameful customer service, extremely rude and to top it all off my father got food poisoning from the shrimp chop suey so they’re clearly not storing their food in the proper conditions either, don’t use this place it’s not worth the drama, even the delivery driver said the woman on the phone is lying to everyone about their orders and most of them have been sitting for a while. DO NOT USE

Absolutely awful !!! Extremely rude and unhelpful. Waited over 2 hours !! When calling 1st time, the woman on the phone just blames it on traffic when not that far away from our address. 2nd time calling to complain, would not even let you say a word and shouting over you then hanging up. Would not recommend ever to anyone and would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I have been a customer for many years but won't be placing any further orders with them. I innocently queried the big increase of an Order which was a £5 increase on what the normal price had been for a couple of portions of chicken chow mein in which I was quoted £17. The fella went into a rant and said I had better order somewhere else which I will do after he made a lousy excuse of EN8 to EN10 being the reason for the price and barely paused for breath. I put the phone down as this fella wasn't worth the time listening any further to his rant and rude tone.

Really disrespectful on the phone. Charged me £6 more than required. Been there 3 times and ruined my order 2 times. Person on the phone wouldn't listen and kept on arguing with me. ⚠️WOULDNT RECOMMEND⚠️

Been ordering from them for yrs last night they declined card payment told him i would pay cash delivery never arrived called 3 times they hang up on me only saying yes thank u and not confirming if food was coming than i called again aftrmer waiting 2h and they cancelled order were rude and say they didnt trust me unbelievable now im affraid if they are going to clone my card as i gave them my details for payment dont understand what happened. 3 calls i made and the guy answering kept hanging up on me only saying yes thank u.not normal

Our new favourite Chinese. Food is always hot, arrives really quickly, all tastes fresh, not greasy. My special instructions for extra chilli always accommodated for. Amazing grilled dumplings thank you.

I've never had an experience quite like it 😂 waited over two hours for our food and when I rang up to ask where it was they had the absolute cheek to tell me to be patient. The shop had closed before my food arrived so I had no way of contacting them so I was very surprised when my food actually turned up.

Recently changed hands, unfortunately for the worse. Good and quick service when phoning an order in for collection, but items missing, tough and some unpleasant food. There was a comment of 'slimey' for one of the dishes for the duck. It's a pity, but hopefully these are just teething issues for the new management.

Chicken satay starter like leather! Dry & chewy. Egg fried rice was brown(?) with no sign of egg in it! Chicken & cashew nut had plenty of chicken and nuts but was very soft and fleshy Chicken balls were okay but the sweet & sour sauce was so thick I could've used it as wallpaper paste! Overall it was awful - the food was not freshly cooked. It was was like reheated leftovers from the night before...

Absolutely disgusting. We spent over £50 and our food was delivered in a cardboard box using one of their deliveries, the box was dirty. The chicken satay didn't even look like chicken and nearly broke our teeth. The squid was frozen, the chicken wings chewy, the pork and duck where grey. But the customer service was absolutely horrific. We ended up taking all the food uneaten back. That night my partner was sick the whole night. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Best Chinese in cheshunt broxbourne hoddesdon/Hertfordshire all ways on time, lovely people on the phone really polite best noddles and egg fried rice all ways has lots of egg in it as some of other Chinese restaurants don't put a lot of egg in egg friend rice and will all ways replace something if something is wrong if I ring up amazing Chinese and will not get it from any where else as I've tried all the Chinese around cheshunt broxbourne hoddesdon if I could give more stars I would 10/10

Without a doubt the worst so called chicken chow main ever had six pieces of chicken the rest just noodles how can you justify £4.70 for this take on. Never again

Cold and greasy. Spent £72.50 waited an hour for delivery and I’ve had to put it all in the microwave to heat it all up. 1st time using this place and definitely the last!

Before I moved away, this was something of a Saturday night family tradition. Now it's a celebration when visiting instead. Have never had a bad meal from here either takeaway or delivery (which is always still hot when it arrives) and it's one of the rare places where the food is so reliable I feel invited to explore the menu and find a new favourite rather than stick to the one or two things I already know.

It was very chewy oily and weird tasting

I came down to visit my family and we was in the mood for Chinese. We wanted to try somewhere different and i really wish we didn’t. This was my first time ordering from this place considering it had some good reviews and I can honestly say it was the worst Chinese I have had in a long time and we will never be ordering from here again. Our food didn’t arrive hot baring in mind the delivery came so quick around 20-25 mins which is unusual for a Saturday night so i guessing it was a ‘quick heat up’. The sweet and sour sauce…I can confirm that’s not sweet and sour sauce and everything else was chewy, cold and hard! Baring in mind I’m pregnant I’m just praying I haven’t harmed my baby. Me and my family felt so sick the next day so that tells you something. Oh and to top it off, I wish I looked at the food hygiene rating because it was last updated on the 30th July 2021 scoring a 2!!!!!!!! I am absolutely appalled!

This is our go-to Chinese takeaway in the area (and beyond). Food is fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. I have also found Warren and his team very accommodating and familiar as they always remember our names and likes/dislikes. Totally recommend!

Food is lovely, never been disappointed with service or quality of food

I've lived in waltham x /cheshunt near on 50 years. We tried this as we passed it and could park. But i can honestly say this is the worst takeaway I have ever had. The curry was so thick it looked like porridge and way to salty. Crispy chilli beef was like rope but the prawn crackers were lovely ! 50 quid down the drain so thanks for that.

Food is good, best in the Cheshunt area and I have tried a lot. I must admit, excellent customer service. There was a issue with the delivery of an order and the way the restaurant and staff handled everything was of a very high standard. Definitely my go to Chinese take away/delivery for the Cheshunt area.

I am shocked to read the other reviews I have always found this Chinese the best in cheshunt and Waltham cross. Lovely telephone manner too when ordering.

Love this place! The people who take your order are so professional & polite (a freshening change to other Chinese takeaways) the food is fantastic (the prawn tempura is to die for!) & delivery is always prompt/within given timelines. What sets this place apart from others is that staff clearly take quality & customer satisfaction seriously. So glad I found this place 😊

Just ordered for the first time. Absolutely horrible. Was my cheat meal of the week and what a waste it was. Every dish came saturated in oil. Everything tasted burnt. Everything was soggy. So disappointed. I would never eat from this place again even if I was paid to! It has left the worst taste in my mouth. Haven't bothered to call to complain ain't worth the effort.

Went here on a Monday because the oriental wok is closed on Monday. Not as good and more expensive. Soggy prawn balls and bland noodles. Better off over the road to be honest.

This place is awful, from there awful service over the phone to there food tasting like it was microwaved meal from Tesco (Tesco microwaved meal could possibly do better actually). The food i order was awful such as the chicken balls came soggy as if they hadn't been fried for very long and they still tasted very doughy, The beef in black bean sauce or what was meant to be beef in black bean sauce hardly came with any beef. The service is awful, from them being rude over the phone to me. If you order form this place you are a fool but if you enjoy this place you are even more of a fool.

Thought we would give this restaurant a try, wish we had saved our money, waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for the food to arrive, it was lukewarm, had to reheat it before we could eat it, the meat in my dish was all gristle, inedible, the rest of the meal was bland and tasteless, it went in the bin and I cooked myself a omelette which I did enjoy, needless to say will not be giving them my business again!

Well that was a throughly forgettable experience. The food was so bland and looked and tasted like it was pre-bought and thrown into the wok. I doubt any food prep was done here. When I say the food was bland, not exactly true as all I could taste was oil. If you happen to pass this place keep on going, you will be guaranteed to find somewhere better

Food is always cooked to perfection and hot! Good selection of dishes to choose from! Staff always friendly! Although always pick up as delivery has been delayed before!

Had a take away Friday nite, all I can say is it was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten, the noodles the rice the chop suey, our mouth was tingling from salt, never been before will not return

Ordered delivery and was delivered within half hour. The rice, duck and chicken balls were lovely. I didn't like the prawns but that's probably down to personal preference. Would order again.

I have been coming to this takeaway for years and it's all down to the great food and customer service. The food is very flavoursome.
