Use this Chinese all the time, wouldn't go anywhere else. Food is amazing and staff are lovely!

I always order from here but Ordered food today ordered curry sauce and got sent sweet and sour sauce got told the curry sauce it would be here in 10 mins it’s half hour later and I’m still waiting had to chuck the food in the bin because it went stone cold so won’t be ordering from here no more rang the restaurant to try and find out what’s going on and my phone calls are being ignored

Don't order from them unless you want to wait 2hours for food which will not come

Staff go above and beyond food is ur classic chinese food nothing fancy but very tasty and always arrives warm owners are genuinely very nice people definitely best chinese in the area considering this is my one and only chinese I order from I'd recommend this place at least give it a try and make up ur own mind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered at 19:00 - food didn’t arrive, phoned back at 20:30 and no answer on the phone. Tried to phone and get through for about 20 minutes but nothing…. The end.

Best Chinese takeaway in the town. I ordered a few times, tried some noodles and fried dishes, I recommend their Singaporean vermicelli and Szechuan chow mein the most, very affordable and authentic. Excellent service - staff was really enthusiastic to help when I called about my order. The delivery guy was cheerful and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Tasty House in Waltham Cross is the best Chinese in town, hands down. No other Chinese can beat their delicious food and excellent service. Everything, from spring rolls to rice and noodle dishes, is exceptionally tasty. Their customer service is outstanding, as they are respectful and welcoming. I have ordered from them more than three times, and each time it gets better.

Do not order from their website,they use a company called food it, my order was cancelled and my money not refunded. They had apparently cancelled orders on just eat but kot their website. They also tried to say my order was cancelled because my address was incomplete but the address had to be filled in to put the order through.£50 down and no food

Looking for a new Chinese as our regular has closed. We tried this based on the stars on another site. However it was anything but Tasty. The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When we called to check on it they made excuses about the website management. When the food did arrive the delivery man said they were very busy so I still had high hopes of good food. The first thing I tasty were the chips and they were skinny fries style and tasted chewy 😑. The prawns were very lacking in flavour, very over cooked and the batter was stodgy and unappealing. Now sweet and sour chicken is a classic and it definitely varies in colour and flavour but this was lacking in both. Once again overcooked and lots of crunchy batter mixed in for an undesirable crunch. The pineapple in the sauce was also not cooked in properly. Lastly the egg fried rice may as well have been Uncle Ben microwave rice. I would consider this take out to be inferior to a supermarket brand version of takeout. It most definitely would have been quicker to drive to Tesco and come home and warm it up.

Absolutely lovely food. Best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tried loads of Chinese places. The people are also very friendly. Would defo recommend this place to everyone. Danny

didn’t enjoy one thing about this meal . the chicken chowmeain had hardly any chicken in it no onion or spring onion . the chicken balls looked like they was re-cooked and the pancake roll just had bean shoots in it.also they forgot to send a sweet n sour sauce with the chicken balls then they said it will be a wait untill the driver comes back .the spare ribs was all chopped up and very chewy. how tasty house have 3 and half stars is beyond me it was very greasy as well. we,ll never eat here again,worst chinese with had ever…. i feel sick and i only managed half of it .

Always fabulous ordering from here since I moved here only Chinese I order from very nice friendly people although delivery times was some times long its worth the wait not 90% time Always early delivery than estimated food is great classic Chinese takeaway nothing fancy perfect

My order was wrong, vermicelli instead of chow mein, it tasted pretty awful, very powdery, two mouthfuls then straight in the bin

The food is amazing and the delivery driver Vic is a top man he’s always so polite and gets ur food to u on time and still hot always deserves a tip

We have at time used this take away a few times a week but after tonight service i will not go back there if it was FREE.Got told 30 - 40 mins wait time which was fine but then the fool taking the orders disappeared and was told to wait then when the fool came back then the phone rang as he told me to wait again as he took they order. So i then asked for the manager was told he was busy and how could he help " i asked the fool is my money was not good enough for them when the fool replyed with some bull about the phone order to told him to stick his food up his arse". Would not return to them anymore so lost our custom and would not give them the time of day

Website advertised 30-50 minute delivery time Email confirmation said 1 hour 15 minute delivery time. Actual delivery time OVER TWO HOURS!!! Restaurant don't care, just say "we're busy". This has happened with them too many times now, won't be ordering from them again.

Bad food no taste and very expensive with half price i can make my self better and faster then this bad shop

Wanted to change from my usual place , took an hour to arrive but it was lovely, chicken balls amazing, beef satay asked for extra chilli, perfect. Will be ordering from here again

Order placed 18.35 with advertised delivery 30-50 minutes. Email then received stating 1 hour 15 minutes. Actual time was 1 hour 35 minutes. 5 calls made to the restaurant, 3 unanswered, 2 they hung up without speaking. No apology from restaurant or delivery person. Food not as hot as it should be, and of low quality. Satay chicken especially bad.

Worse food I have tasted. Chicken was off had a very bad smell to it. Customers service wasn't pleasing too, guy looked annoyed.

I Always use this place when we fancy a Chinese takeaway, most Chinese restaurants always have the one or two items on the plate that wasn't as good as the last order or as nice as a different Chinese place .. This place is spot on everytime 👌 Or I'm just really lucky whenever I place an order lol.

Prawn crackers were off, the food was rotten and manky. They were more expensive then other take away shops so I thought they might taste nicer. Never again.

Order from here all the time there clean polite and friendly the food is tasty and freshly cooked always get your order right and on selected days there are really good special offers like any 4 items for £11

Waited an hour for food to be delivered and when it arrived it was really tasteless, bland and stodgy. The food looked horrible like it had been standing and reheated. I would not order from here again, there are much nicer Chinese restaurants in the area. Don't waste your money! We threw it all away in the end!

Won’t pick up phone and very late. Do not recommend as customer service is awfully poor

This place has gone downhill and we have been ordering from here for years. My order for sweet and sour vegetables with cashews and chilli with extra cost. This has been wrong twice. Last time I was promised that on my next order that this would be included at no cost and so it should as I paid already. When Tasty house answered they do not give their name. Ordering this time a lady answered the phone and she did not give her name and said there will be a £2 extra charge for my order. I said that this was promised at no extra charge. She challenged me and said that she could not give it as I did not take the name of the man last time to check. I asked her whether she gave her name when she answered. She said I do not have to unless you ask me. I asked to speak to the Manager as I had 2 wrong orders with extra cost so £4 loss and I was only asking for what was promised and for 1 order only. The Manager did not come to the phone. I asked for his name. She said his name is Terry and he cannot come to the phone as he is on delivery and he will call later after speaking to someone in the background. I asked why he could not answer whilst he is there and go off on delivery. She started speaking to someone in the background and agreed to drop the charge. I asked why the Manager could not answer the phone and suddenly a Man answered the phone. He said he was Terry abruptly and he has agreed to the cost and abruptly put the phone down. This left me speechless and reflect on their customer service. Terry and Theresa, I was only asking for what was promised and putting my order correct as my order was wrong twice and not losing out on what I paid for as you had £4 of my money already. I have learnt my lesson that I should take your name even if you do not provide it. What did you learn by not listening to your customer and the Manager Terry putting the phone down with a customer at a loss!! I am not one to complain publicly, however, in this instance I feel strongly and you did not listen to a reasonable customer. Your food is good when it's right but your customer service and listening skills have deteriorated completely today for me to the point I never want to order from you unless there is a change in your attitude.

8 tiny salt and pepper prawns for loads of money, no taste in the food, more rice than meat in the rice dish and a half full container of sesame prawn toast and a price hike!

Ordered roast duck with chow mein and salted wings (for collection). After a few hours of eating it, I ran to the toilet to release my bowels. Not the first time tbh but definitely the last. Never again.

Have only had takeaways from here. The food is always hot, well cooked & never greasy. Delivered on time & good value.

If u like magic wok, ull love this. Much better.
