Tried delivering the wrong order , the driver then returned with half eaten food from the order which had been delivered to another address . The service was shocking and the restaurant did absolutely nothing to help . Will never order from here again !!!!

we entered the wrong house number by accident and the guys at the restaurant were really helpful and sorted it out quickly and easily. 5 stars!

As a delivery driver and often visits to restaurants,I asked nicely if I could have some tap water to drink,the man said (no,we been advised by head office not to give out tap water) I mean seriously is he for real..what a joke…the other guy working there decided to give me some tap water which was kind,the other guy then told his colleague off for giving me water If HQ have said this then fair enough but this is the 21st century tap water costs nothing!!!

AWFUL!! Ordered a chicken XL meal for collection. the chicken XL burger was not edable. the chicken fillet was so thin and over cooked to the point I couldn't chew it. It was like plastic. I couldn't go back as I stopped there during my work break. Had to bin that. Price wise, even if it was cooked properly, its not worth the money. AWFUL!!

Never order from them online. They take upto 2 hours to deliver your order. Disgraceful.

food came untime. however I'm very disappointed with the food. I spent £26 gave a note on the app to make sure the chicken had extra source. if I wanted plan food I can do that myself. I even phoned the shop to make sure. upon delivery I go to enjoy my meal only to see that they did not follow my instructions. I could have cooked plan chicken at home. hardly any source on my chicken. I'm done with this place clearly they can't follow instructions. did not enjoy this meal. waste of my cash

Restaurant confirmed my order as delivered 20 minutes before it was actually delivered. I had to call them for an update to which the worker seemed like he had no idea where my order was.

4th time I’ve ordered from here with brown mouldy lettuce , only time it hasn’t been brown is when I called up before my order was out for delivery and asked for it to be fresh Just called up and got told it’s bc of the heat from the chicken burger and that’s why it’s gone like that when like I said the time before I requested for fresh lettuce and that’s what I got. Normally good but poor food this time. Extra burger ingredients ordered were missing. Incorrect dips supplied and we received regular sizes when we paid for large.

Ordered Loaded fries, very disappointing! Small portion of fries with what appeared to be microwaved cheese with not much else. If it was a side or it may have been sufficient but £5.49 it was not proportionate. Sadly that will be our last order from Peri Peri.

Honestly. I’m not even 100% that this was chicken. Could have been pigeon for all I can tell. The chicken burgers look NOTHING like the photos. The quality of food was shocking, I assumed from the photos that the meat would be good quality and the prep would be good quality. I can’t even describe to you what this burger looked like. I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog.

honest, 1 hour 40 mins is ridiculous when they are advertising 20-35 minutes. That's just poor. And what an anticlimax... soggy chips and nothing seasoned. was not worth the wait at all. I will not be making the mistake of ordering from here again. Had they informed me and made an effort to order hot food my review wouldn't be so harsh.

I was at the store for collection at 12.53 said was ready for collection at 12.57 which it was not got to 1.14 order was not even began cooking which is when I had to leave as they told me it’s be another 20 minutes which by that time I would have to of been back at work

Extremely late booked this and was going out after due to the delivery time I had to cancel my cab and rebook. Not Happy! The food also arrived stone cold❄️ I could have used it on my bruise as an ice pack. Not happy!

Paid around £25 for 2 chicken burger meals and 2 sides, the burger was the size of a happy meal burger, bland and tasteless. The chips were soggy and cold, the sweet chilli dip was neither sweet nor spicy. The can of Pepsi was revolting, I had 2 sips and poured it away, clearly a very very cheap bulk purchase. The only good thing was the chilli cheese nugget things, very nice. However, will not be ordering from there again!

Chicken n rice meal I had was OK. Not the greatest as rice tasted funny. There was lots to choose from so maybe I made wrong choice although the chicken was nice and flavoursome. Did get a lot of food but so u should when meal is 10 pound with chips and drink. Definitely better places. But filling.

Overall, we have consistently enjoyed the quality and freshness of the food from this takeaway restaurant, as we are regular customers. However, there is a recurring issue with the delivery process. Despite a delivery charge of £3.00, the drivers frequently struggle to locate our building, resulting in us having to search for them instead. This inconvenience detracts from an otherwise positive experience also that we’re just a 10-minute drive away, the delivery charge feels a bit steep.

Ordered my food on justeat at 18:50 estimated delivery was between 19:25/19:45. At 19:50 I called the restaurant due to the app showing my order as delivered they told me they we busy with orders and that they are delayed and my order will be with me soon, I then processed to write down a review on justeat about my experience, I then get a call from the owner telling me to not leave any negative reviews and that he will be delivering my order personally and he will be with me within 5 to 7 mins a few mins later I get another call from him saying that my negative order is already up and his not going to bring my food and will just refund my money so I ended up ordering food elsewhere.

Ordered on the Pepes App food Arrived over 45 minutes late ! when chased for the order the branch wasn't aware of my order seems like they are not processing in App Orders until customers make them aware . When The food finally arrived it was missing items , called pepes to report the issue to be told I've have to wait another 30 minutes for my missing food this was also late taking over 45 minutes to arrive .

I asked the business to cancel the order and they refused. I told them the lady did not want the food, they insisted on delivery anyway which was not welcomed. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
