Zorbas Kebab Shop in Suffolk Coastal

AMAZING! I’m writing on behalf of my slightly drunk father who came in and bargained down some food. I absolutely apologise for his behaviour but OMG was your service amazing and how you handled him. We come here allllll the time, easily a couple times a month. Best food ever!! Totally worth the money. Amazing people, so kind, always on time and lots to choose from. Thanks guys👍💛

Will never use them ever again got our first order wrong and then we phoned up to let them no our order was wrong !! They said they would sort it and bring out what we had ordered through just eat ! They turn up with our order and get the chicken and doner wrap right but still no quarter pounder with cheese, burger sauce and salad ! Very disappointed !! And then they said they were sorry and had been very busy !! No excuse what a joke !! They then said they would give us a full refund on the food we ordered over £18 and nothing !! No refund a week later !!! Don’t use them they do not deserve the business and shouldn’t be still trading !! Next stop trading standards and the council.

Placed an order today at 18:25 and it's currently 20:19 with no sign of it. Have called the restaurant but just fobbed off. No doubt when it arrives it will be cold. Don't waste your money - £25 and 2 hour wait and not kept informed of issues is not good enough

While on holiday near Woodbridge we ordered a takeaway to be delivered, they took the payment, then one hour later I got a text to say that due to driver shortage the order had been cancelled. I find this completely unacceptable. Surely they knew about driver shortages when they took the order. Would definitely not recommend.

Oh my god never again went in for half price pizza was not even worth half prize the base was soggy hardly no topping or sauce the chips well tasted like they were re heated and the salad was manky As for covid they could not care a less Won’t be using here again

Very good food came hot which is good, was early too which was a bonus would highly recommend will definitely order again !

Yet again they charge you for food but on inspection it’s not there. They take the money for it though. Absolute joke. I do not recommend and will not be using this takeaway again.

Went in to collect my food and a mouse ran across the floor certainly won’t be going back health and hygiene informed

They keep missing food on delivery. Even though they charge you, when you phone them they try to charge you again for missing items. This happens a lot.

I ordered a quarter pound cheese burger the roll was Burnt and the burger wAs under cooked. The chicken kebab the chicken was under cooked tried to telephone a order but no one answered, when mentioned this to the manager guy he was so rude and to be honest with u the place looked unclean never again will be using them

Guys... I’ve read the bad reviews (from 3 plus years ago) but I gotta say this place is a little gem. From the really nice staff to the amazing food (check out the Woodbridge special) I’m never disappointed and order from this place more times then I care to mention. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Although the food isn't too bad. I was only 15 when I ordered from Zorbas and changed my order slightly, I said "Sorry could I change the chicken wrap to a 1/4 cheeseburger?" and he told me to "F OFF" and hung up abruptly. (Yes he use the full word but trip advisor won't let me use it)

Best kebab and pizza shop around. Lovely staff, always friendly and attentive, would never go anywhere else.

Our favourite kebab house for not only kebabs but pizzas, chicken, burgers etc. Clean and helpful staff. Food always hot and cooked well, I’ll opulent go anywhere else.

Love there half pounder meal,their kebabs are brilliant.blooming top pizzas.curteous staff and do local delivery.

The half price pizza deal is pretty good. I got the 12 inch Hot & Spicy for £4.50 and I was pretty impressed. It's not the best pizza that I've ever eaten but it wasn't bad and for half price. You can't really complain.

Nice food... especially the garlic sauce!! The staff are friendly as well. There is a good, vast variety of food.

Four staff 2 customers ?????? Two moving equipment around one cooking and one prepping Ordered 2 steaks which come with salad mushrooms chips and onion rings Was asked if wanted dressing said no just as well as when we got home NO SALAD

i went the with my son and i ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza,but when it came i took a bite and i hit my teeth on finger nails which is disgusting and i believe that the place should be shutdown. anyway i took the pizza back and they swore at me and said i planted them, this is despicable!!! also the food hygiene rating sticker is fake and is printed off the internet!!! NEVER GO -4/10

We always go here for our pizza! Always freshly cooked to order and the chicken is lovely too! The staff are very friendly! However they don't offer a delivery service, which is misleading especially as the sign says they do!

Really lovely fresh, fast food. Excellent, efficient service and very friendly staff. We used to use a kebab shop in Woodbridge but will definitely be coming here instead now.

Brilliant takeaway! Always quick with things freshly cooked! The quality and quantity of food is brilliant! Only issue for some would be no delivery at the moment however I live two seconds away and drive so no dramas!!
