My friend and I were hungry at quite late and this place was open. Hit the spot. Didn’t disappoint.

Best pizza and service on felixtowe

Good food, but every time garlic sauce is put in the pizza box and the heat causes it to explode. We don't all like garlic sauce!

I ordered a twin deal 18” pizzas they looked small so I decided to measure them and they’ve come to just under 16” and the other pizza was 15”. I’ve took pictures of Proof of my order from Chicago, they used to be my favorite place to go but now I will never go back to this scammy company.

The drivers can never work out where we are so they drive around Holmhill Drive then eventually phone, even when I give very clear instructions.

So far 20mins late even tho your app says it's delivered, well it's not and if it turns up cold it's going straight back and I'll have my money back

over an hour late and attempted to call the restaurant over 60 times to find out where our food was as the app had told us the food had been delivered but it hadn't, once food had been delivered the food had been crushed.

Good pizza but not enough toppings. we ordered 3 meats and olives, it was mainly olives with very little meat.

Pizza was horrible! I don't mind having my pizza in one piece (not cut) but it makes it very difficult to eat! Was bland and base was extra extra crispy making again difficult to eat! Was also cold unfortunately! This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. It's not good when a pizza shop can not do pizza well. One positive, the can of Dr pepper was good.

I've not purchased pizza from anywhere else since this shop opened.I recommend them to everyone.100% best in Felixstowe

pizza was amazing. got the garlic pizza thing and that was a lot better than i thought it would be. the people who work there are great people (please when ordering be clear their phone is a little old) other than that 10/10 would eat again. (btw to the owners thanks for the delivery even tho it was soo late at night... )

Love the food, love the service. unfortunately on this occasion my pizza was wrong but they gave me a refund with no issues. This is a very rare mistake would highly recommend.

Up visiting some family tried this place out absolute gem for fast food. Tasty, hot and bloody cheap. Down my way what I got from here would of been 25£ this place 14£ absolute bargain. Worth a visit.

Wife absolutely loves the "home alone" deals from here and it's absolutely our go to place for pizza in Felixstowe, it's quick, tasty and well priced!

Good way of feeding lots of people using their 18 inch pizzas. Decided to collect, but still had to wait past order time. Excellent pizzas.

Took my money, then 40 minutes later cancelled and I might get my money back in 3 to 5 days. Used to use them regularly but never again.q

Really lovely pizza! 🍕 You can tell they use fresh ingredients and are made with care!! Forget paying through the nose for a Pappa John's thrown together rubbish with poor service, call Chicago Express and get a gorgeous pizza delivered quickly that you'll love!! The sides are lush too!! Lovely!! 😁

Good pizza, much better value then domino's. A great selection and customization options as well. Only complaint really is customer service, i dont expect much ordering food especially at a fast food chain, but its at a point where its almost awkward to order. Been there a few times and everyone who has served me really didn't seem to care less.

A very nice looking pizza that tasted as good as it looked. Perfectly cooked my way, with a nice dough as well, and it was piping hot. It was also delivered with due care and attention too, sometimes you'll get a delivery from other places where the pizza is all bunched up on one side of the half empty box, but not this one, everything was spot on.

Never had a problem, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet! The food is always spot on and comes hot, best food place we have had in a long time. Will only order from this place.

Had a pizza here once (whilst still buying Dominoes Pizza) and haven't gone anywhere else since. Better taste than dominoes and cheaper! Keep up the good work.

They told me my card details didnt work and to get cash, I paid cash plus they took the money out of my account. I notified them and they wont give me my money back. Be very careful keep your bank details to yourself and pay with cash if you buy a pizza from them.

We love Chicago Express Pizza. Sometimes we have it delivered and sometimes we collect the pizza. Either way, all of the food they prepare is first class and the staff are accommodating, friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them.

I always order from here, food is always outstanding and piping hot when arriving, the pizza is always packed and full of flavor, even when we ask for bbq base on certain pizzas they always accommodate, the delivery driver is also super friendly.

Was meet by aggressive voices telling me the pizza was delivered, I went and looked, no pizza. I was then passed to the deliver driver who aggressively asked what colour my door was, I reply white, oh, he says the door was black. I ask for a refund and I am told, your food has been delivered (albeit to the wrong address). No apology, no refund, just aggressive. AVOID

Very quick delivery and also hot

Ordered a collection on a Saturday evening. Was told order would be 30 minutes. Arrived on time to be met by large number of other customers who were still waiting. Then saw my side orders get prepared and waited another 25 minutes. When these were finally ready they added to two boxes of Pizza that had been sat on top of boxes full of dips. When I complained I was told they had only just come out of oven. When I challenged this and said the pizzas would now be cold they said it was because they had run out of room. They were not organised and could not cope with the orders they were taking. I’ll be sticking with Dominos

I want to start by saying that the pizzas are amazing there however the past 3 times we have turned up 30 minutes after order and they have forgotten to cook our pizza. I dont know how they can just forget orders like that or tell a time and are not ready to collect by that time. Today we had 3 children in the car that are growing very irritable waiting for there food which we ordered in Ipswich and was still not ready by the time we got to felixstowe.

Have been using Chicago Express for years. Last two orders have been dreadful... First one was missing items and took over an hour to receive the remainder. Second one never turned up! Phoned to chase, was told the driver was then leaving with it. Phoned back half an hour later when it still hadn't turned up. Only to be told the system had crashed and my order did not exist! To top it off I am then expected to phone another number to receive my refund! Will never use ever again!

Tried for the first time this evening after a recommendation, and I was not disappointed! Couldn't believe the value of the 'special deals' menu... So much better than some of the bigger chains. Not only that, everything tasted fantastic, was piping hot upon delivery, and earlier than they had estimated! Will never be ordering from anywhere else in Felixstowe now I've found this gem. :)

Takeaway service. They use cheap, flavourless cheese. I won't be using again. The service was quick and ordering easy but the cheese let the pizza down.
