Confused as there were 2 different Web sites!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. Dry as anything, no flavour in the cheese or the very little pepperoni on the pizza. Burnt underneath, not convinced there’s even any sauce on it. Like chewing on cardboard wouldn’t recommend.

Don't waste your time or money on this poor excuse for a kebab shop. Couldn't get my order right, told me I was wrong that the kabab doesnt come with chips and pitta even though it says it comes with chips and pitta on the app? But the kebab is either really cheap or reheated to serve, was horrendous I had one bite and couldn't eat anymore, even the dog turned her nose up at it. (still waiting for my chips and pitta) they just don't seem to care

Ordered one large pepperoni pitza and after 75 minutes of waiting I recived a pitza with 10-13 slices of pepperoni, no sos. Called in thinking it is a margarita or vegetarian pitza and the answer was that the pepperoni are under the cheese. It is visible that it is almoast empty.

Have ordered a few times since moving to Leiston a couple months ago. Really like the pizzas! Had an error with the site and ended up with the wrong order, but quickly corrected when we rung up and was very good!

Have ordered twice from here now after giving it a second chance. They cannot seem to get any order correct, maybe they need to revisit the menu! Ordered the La Vita stack burger which is advertised to have 2x burger 2x chicken goujons and bbq sauce, we were given a 2 burgers a dry chicken breast and no bbq sauce! The chips are hard and obviously reheated. Chicken wings dry and not southern fried. Please don't waste your money.

Fantastic pizza and the two fellas serving were nice.

Ordered a takeaway must say the food was delicious and reasonably priced, quality of the food was good. Highly recommend and will reorder again. This place is under new management with friendly staff worth a visit. Great customer service Thank you for the free drink

I honestly don't know why we keep ordering from them?! Maybe hoping each time it would get better. But it honestly just gets worse everytime! Food is always missing, wrong, cold, taste awful! Always an excuse when you call to complain. Shame as we would be really good custom! Avoid !!!

Waited almost 2 hours for our food. Food was cold and pizza was the worse I had in years 🥲 Staff doesn’t know spelling as we gave address properly as line was bad … when the driver arrived the address was a muddle and not even near to what we said is. Never again.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, it then turned up cold and missing food! Not the 1st mistake either, 1st time delivery driver dropped food on the pavement, they then sent the wrong pizza, owner was rude and told me 'put the food in the microwave' won't be using them again 😔

Food took over an hour to arrive after being told it would be 30 minutes, plastic found in my husband donner meat ,the pizza I ordered was a bbq base meat feast but was more like a cheese pizza with hardly and meat or bbq base . Picked it up and the whole topping literally fell off

Had an issue with an order but they sorted it out and gave me a free Garlic bread on the house for the trouble. Good Business.

Ordered couple pizzas calamari chilli cheese nuggets chips everything was very delicious the pizzas especially was amazing very tasty and the chips was just right not soggy at all will definitely order again

Been waiting 50 minutes for 1 burger 1 pizza and 2 sides. after this 50 min wait they realise they have No change - yet ask for cash. how on earth do you run a business like this it's a complete joke. Take always are meant to be an easy hassle-free meal yet this was anything but. We will go elsewhere from now.

This service is absolutely disgusting. 1. Multiple times our orders have arrived two hours after ordering. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but it’s just terrible practice at this point. Tonight is a special treat as it’s been 3 hours and still haven’t received our FULL order. 2. The cherry on top is having missing food and burnt meals (mind you were a family with kids so don’t rely on these people to care at all, we’ve had kids meals not arrive). When you call to ask for the rest of your food (we did ask the driver but called to make sure) we not only didn’t get the food on the second delivery but received a completely wrong order. So that’ll be 3 hours and 40 minutes hours of not receiving our full order. To the company, sorry doesn’t really mean anything without action. We should’ve received a full refund on every thing we ordered as lavita claims delivery is within an hour. It wasn’t.

Terrible service. Snot nose teenager answers the phone and has terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.

The pizzas were greasy, the chicken fillets were cold and the three portions of chips were luke warm. All required reheating in our oven. The dips and coleslaw that we paid for were not delivered either. We have messaged La Vita but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. First and last time we will use this establishment.

Waits for food are ridiculous probably because it’s mainly youngsters working here having a fag most of the time out the back or chatting with their mates. Waits are ridiculous!!!! Food is ok, pizza tastes frozen, burger was nice though and chips were spot on!

I've ordered with them twice and BOTH times I've had a 40 mins delay with my food, so in total nearly 2 hours waiting from the time I've ordered! Never again

Bought 5 pieces of chicken and chips delivery . I received - 5 DRIED WINGS - extremely awful. They sent me my order again after a call that I had and asked the person who made the order if he would eat this. That was the last time I buy from this shop as it wasn’t the first time I received something like this. Since the new ownership the shop went downhill.

Terrible- told 15-20 min pizza. An hour wait. Filled online orders first. Freezing cold and awful. If you like this you eat cardboard. Awful!

Despite regularly advertising gluten free pizzas I was unable to order a gluten free pizza when calling to place an order because they didn't have any. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying a pizza from here, it's not like running out of pepperoni, no gluten free pizza bases means Coeliacs cannot eat here.

First I tried placing an order via by the phone but someone had left them off the hook so it was continuously ringing to busy. I go in store to order a simple burger and a pizza. The lady tells me it'll be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. Clearly they value their delivery orders more than the customers who come into the shop. I won't be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service.

Don't bother useless service staff to busy having a fag out the back to cook your food.told to collect in 25 min hour later still no food

Good portion size and as far as rural takeaways go it's fine. Chips were tasteless with no seasoning and while the chicken tower burger could have fed a family of 4, it was incredibly greasy.. kind of gross. Local chinese takeaways probably a better choice

Great food, great service, great employees

Working outside La Vita and the owner came to see if we was hungry. We all said the same we had no money. 10 minutes later a freshly made pizza and some drinks for us all. The pizza was amazing and tasty. For us it's the best takeaway in Leiston. As the food was great and the owner is a 5 star gentleman. Thank you.

Sometimes bit of a wait but only because so popular, usually comes nice and hot aswell even though we are not close

We arrived (15 of us) before opening time and the very kind owner let us come in and order to eat take away inside. The pizzas were great and all freshly made. Highly recommended for going with kids.

Best takeaway I've eaten...... Food is amazing, chicken burger great..... Chicken very well cooked.... Better than KFC.... Chips are soft in middle and crispy on edge..... Well worth it

Ok...so.... After we found Dominoes was too far away we went here with not much care. We ended up buying 3 x 14"pizzas and 3 x chips. All was amazing, well cooked, hot, nice polite staff. Well done 👍🏻

Ordered a half and half Pizza and icecream to be delivered to Saxmundham. The food arrived on time and was hot and icecream still frozen solid. Plenty of topping and the base was one of the best I have had. Will definately use again.

This is the best fast food restaurant in the area it is amazing I have sat in the restaurant many times before COVID-19 And the staff are very friendly there if you’re looking for a very very very nice pizza or any other lovely dishes then I would highly recommend coming here

Just had a lovely 9" pizza from here. Im dead fussy and hard to please with pizza, but top marks for this one. Pizza base was fesh, toppings were flavourful and generous and the server was a smashing fella. A genuinely nice chap with v good customer skills. He talked of his homeland and listened to us talk about ours. The chap who cooked our pizza did a smashing job, and the delivery lady who works there was ever so friendly. Can't fault this place at all.

We went there for some pizza which they kindly made with vegan cheese. However, whilst we were there they asked our opinion on some other vegan options they were due to start selling. All looked good. But then when we came back to collect our food, they gave us 2 free vegan burgers to try. The service was great and the food is tasty too.

Me and partner went to go and have a meal as we were staying in Leiston we'll what can I we say. We arrived to find the notice on the door saying closed chairs turned in and a young girl leaning all over the counter top, I went Into the takeaway bit and he said oh yes we're still open please do go in emmm I don't think so ... Now that is a way to loose custom if you ask us !!!

It was great to find a pizza takeaway that does lactose-free cheese! They also cater for people who need gluten-free or vegan ingredients. The pizzas were not excellent, but they were enjoyable enough for a takeaway.

Would have scored higher, but it is mainly a take-away and not really set-up for a restaurant. Food was OK but differing opinions. The pizza bases were very soft and undercooked but some people like them like this. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Four of us chanced upon La Vita and enjoyed a carefully prepared meal. The pizzas were all good as was the tagliatelle al funghi. They do not have a license but are quite happy for you to take a bottle with you (coop close by). The service was very friendly and efficient. We all felt that the meal provided was excellent and good value. Recommended.

The best pizzas compared to others, much better fresh bases which also means its far less stodgy and greasy like keebab pizzas, friendly staff and helpfull, delivery available too with restaurant just opened too

First visit last Tuesday for takeaway pizza. Purchased a 'Mexican hot' 9" for less than £4.50. Pizza was excellent cooked fresh whilst you wait. Highly recommended.

The food is always good. Also even better when it's one of the only takeaways that deliver in the area. There is plenty of selection of food too.

Love this place!! Staff are so friendly.... From the girls taking the orders on the phones to the guys cooking and to the delivery people.... We have Zorbas just down the road but they arent a patch on La Vita for great food OR service. Fresh baked pizzas, lovely fresh ingredients and always accomodating.... Delivery is always quick and food always hot. Can't recommend these guys enough.

This place is a great all rounder. The pizzas are great and so are the chicken wraps! Portions are plentiful and nice flavour. More than just a pizza place.

Excellent pizza, rivals Domino's I would say, they have a delivery service, plus are expanding their current shop, and they have a discount price on all pizzas on a Tuesday if you collect from shop.

Wed decided to get a pizza from La Vita. It's a small little take a way but don't let that put you off. The pizza was very tasty and the staff were helpful.

Very good friendly quick service better than others that I have tried in Saxmundham the calzone is large, fresh and delicious
