Domino's Pizza in Suffolk Coastal

Our domino's chicken mushroom and sweetcorn pizza was a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT. It was a 13.5 size and I have had more chicken on a buffalo wing than there was on this pizza. In fact everything was scarce except for the overpowering sauce. This is our 1st order from Domino's. - we will not be ordering from them again

The pizza is not bad, as long as you ask for what you want. It's not bad, but you won't give up on it.

Cooked to perfection and ready when I picked it up.

Whoever was on shift before close on 8th of Feb is a G. Was concerned about not receiving food as it was nearly close but they reassured me that food would still be delivered. Excellent customer service!

Do NOT eat in! No cutlery! Just wanted to eat my coleslaw after paying £29.50 meal, to find out there was no cutlery!! Took my son and his friend for a half term treat but I got tricked! Being gluten intolerant I know my pizza can’t be cut and comes only in a small option and kept on its own. However, right there I feel discriminated against, for being gluten intolerant, as it is also never part of a ‘BOGOF’ deal! So I paid £29.50 for two medium pizzas and a small Gluten Free one. I also enjoy coleslaw with my pizza. Had I known there was NO cutlery to eat it with or at least be advised before paying, I will never have ordered it. After sitting down to eat in at our table, I looked around for any cutlery or unit with napkins. Nothing out. What’s the point of dining in???? I asked for a spoon or anything to be able to eat my coleslaw. The chap looked around behind the counter. NOTHING! So I had to pour it onto my pizza which made it mushy. Gluten free pizzas are always uncut, which I did realise. In hindsight, I wish I had got a refund, certainly, if only for the coleslaw, out of principal but I just too tired after a long shift at the NHS. Won’t be going back!

I’ve been to this domino’s twice now and will never go again both times it’s been far to tomatoey and dispute asking for lots of cheese I barely got any it was basically just a tomato pizza , way to much on it , the server said this is the portion size and he can only do double cheese but this was not double cheese and a complete waste of money and had to in the end throw it away and cook something at my partners , every other Dominos and my local Dominos puts on a good amount of cheese and it’s not a problem , I will not order here ever again

I don’t understand why still there is no possibility to pay with cash, which is still legal tender. No logical explanation only that they care about the customer and service. Especially about the customer when he has to give up food having only cash with him.

A nice Modern Restaurant, with plenty of room, and choices, but the special offers,is a little confusing.

Was not the best I've had, Cheeseburger pizza was missing the sauce on top, and had hardly any toppings, and really overloaded with the base sauce, and the 2 lots of pepperoni dough balls where over done and quite tough which was a shame.... Felixstowe domino's not quite up to standard I'm afraid

Ordered online for first time so easy with the discount available on screen, would recommend a lovely hot meal & beautiful sides with luscious icecream which was also discounted. 10/10

The pizza we received was well below previous experience it was very soggy in the middle and overpowering with bbq sauce. We will not be having any more would not recommend Dominos Felixstowe.

Had an impromptu beach pizza picnic. Great value buy one get one free. Limited zero Sugar drinks, unless you like cola.

Possibly one of the best run Domino's I've ever been to. No having to remind the front of house staff that I was there, they simply called me when my order was ready.

Great pizza from here got a bbqmf and was fantastic.

Just had 2 pizza +2 dippers +ice cream.... Lovely ..bit expensive but a treat.

1st time visit,with everywhere close heaving so needed a place to eat, luckily they have some tables & chairs, brilliant service,the lady (Monica)who served us had the patience of a saint & friendly too , recommend to anyone with kids

Not great to be honest, confused with the menu,the person who took our order,needs people skills.food was bland,with all the hype,in the advert I expected more. Sorry,but they need to try harder,we probably won't return!as there are better local pizza establishments than this one,shame really!

Ordered the vegan No Chick pizza , got to say its the best pizza I have tasted!! Lovely flavoured cheese, the meat alternative was cooked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend it.

Staff were very polite and after initial problem with order. Manager Monica was helpful and friendly.

orders a pizza an garlic bread x2 the useless worker advised us to go large on the pizza as it would be same price. Then when we came back and only put 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread they tryed to charge us more for them to make another pizza n garlic breadqq

Avoid and go anywhere else. This place you can't get what you ask for. Also they have limited menu to top it off.

On a hot and spicy pizza I asked for the jalapeño to be on one side small request!! they cannot do this because apparently the cameras are watching and its not allowed.....

Have been here a couple of times for pizza and have not been disappointed. The gluten free pizza is just as good as the ordinary version. (although expensive ) The food never disappoints and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spotless, BUT....... Avoid the toilet. it is always filthy, despite a chart being ticked off every hour to say it is clean. I have complained several times by e mail and have held off on my review because I was waiting for a reply from Dominos, who say that their toilet is clean !! Well I strongly disagree. It needs a gloved hand down it and a good scrub with a toilet cleaner and then regularly cleaned with bleach. They say they cannot use bleach as it is a food shop, but here is a novel idea..... bleach the toilet and leave it there overnight when the shop is closed, This is letting you down !!

Amazing pizza. Great service apart from the Delivery driver “Prat in a Passt” Pulled out in-front of somebody and didn’t even say sorry but swore instead. Prat in a Passat! Great pizza though 😁

Wow Really surprised by this I order all the time and the pizza is usually really hot and fresh and at my door with in 40mins. I can honestly say that I am so disappointed tonight. Our pizza took well over an hour to arrive. I wouldn't have minded the wait , however when it arrived the pizza was cold. It tasted as if it had been left out for the hour we waited! I was worried we would end up getting ill if we ate it without reheating. I ended up reheating in my oven. What a waste as crust went hard after double baking. I thought of calling to complain but didn't fancy a debate with the store ..don't think i would have been happy to wait another hour or pay for a new one. ***UPDATE** So after I reviewed and made a comment on the official website I received an email the very next day apologising for the service I received. I was offered a free large pizza. ! I ordered it and it came with in 25 minutes! It was hot and fresh as usual! And it really made up for the ones we had Halloween night. I'm really impressed with the customer service .. definitely won't stop ordering. The price is always reasonable. There are so many deals you never really have to pay full price. Thank you very much Dominoes Pizza Felixstowe branch. We have all had a lovely evening with good food xx

Good quick service and pizza's enjoyed by all, especially the grandchildren.

We ordered orange and passion fruit for wife and pinapple juice and two bottles of sparkling water, with Cod and Chips for two. We were very please with everything. High quality fish and chips and very nice staff who really care to do their best. Their attitude clearly shows they enjoy serving in this very well kept eating palace. One felt a little over heated in consuming the very large medium portion of fish and chips. So took his jacket of and laid it on the very clean polished floor. Very impressed, hope to return soon.

OK, but not as good these days, not cut properly, not laid out well and not as tasty as they was. Got a funny tummy today as well so not even sure we'll go back tbh

Terrible service, hygienic - handling money and food with no hand washing inbetween, understaffed, staff unable to use tills and after 45 minutes our order hadn't even been started!

Poor food today. Pepperoni pizza over cooked topping and a wet soggy base staff friendly but not friendly enough to make the pizza worthwhile. Won't be going back again.

Very expensive..went to asda and made my own to order..£4.50. This place cost me£20.00. Wouldn't use again.

Grey Pepperoni . Made me ill for 2 days. Disappointing

Good, hot pizza delivered in 45 minutes.we had the veggie supreme - it was delicious. Cookies were lovely too as was the cheesy garlic bread pizza. Wedges could be a bit better, but overall a great meal and we will order again.

This is a rare dominoes with seating area so you can eat in the pizza shop. Its not a restaurant as you won't get plates and you drink out of disposable cups. Saying that tho I take my kids to this place every Saturday after swimming £5.99 lunch time large pizza 1 topping suits us down to the ground. Staff seem to know us now so we even get smiles as my kids watch them make out pizza.

Ok for takeaway, but not sitting in. No atmosphere, no decor, no privacy as Hugh picture windows in the eating area.

Great pizza and fast service and some great deals. My son loves Pizza so this was a little treat on our weekend visit. He thought the pizza was tasty, we were served really fast and the food came quickly. They have some great offers

Just like Domino's around the world, quality pizzas, quality price, delivery available throughout Felixstowe. All their pizzas are good.

Was good very good actally and very hot so good all round

Been in several times and what stands out to me is the staff that cook or serve have a very sour attitude. its like if they know you,youre in for a good deal- but if they dont youll not get a good deal ,pay top dollar aND get a bare-bones type pizza to boot.

Good effort but really good ol' Papa's Wingeria just surpasses Dominoes in everything.

Papa's Wingeria does it better. Why go here when you can visit Papa Wing. Not good.

If ordering a pizza we always order from Dominos. The quality is always high with plenty of topping. The tracker on the website is really useful when collecting from the shop. We usually buy using vouchers or offers as they are a but pricey at full price.

Wifey though it was brilliant. So I thank you and the staff of the Felixstowe branch.

Excellent customer service and staff also very helpful, and the taiste is outstanding

Good pizza at a reasonable price. Friendly staff helped us choose from the various special offers. They cooked our food promptly and gave an accurate prediction of how long it would take (Between 9 and 14 minutes and it was ready on 12). The location seems odd at first but being able to eat takeaway pizza on the beach is a unique opportunity that's worth trying.

Just got around to posting this! We went to Domino in Felixstowe on the 5th July at 9.45pm to eat in, when we got there a staff member was putting all the tables and chairs away, so to start with we were disappointed! After ordering our food we come across how disgusting & dirty this place was! On inspection we came across chew gum and some other unpleasant things stuck to every table!! On poking the gum it was solid as if its been there for months if not years! Chairs covered in doe coating and other grime, so i'm not disappointed dining in! Staff clearly could see how dirty the tables are and haven't done anything about it! We've walked past several time this month and to this day the gum remains on the tables in the same places. Fuimos a Domino en Felixstowe en el 5 de julio a las 9. 45:00 a comer, cuando llegamos allí un miembro del personal estaba poniendo todas las mesas y sillas de distancia, así que para empezar nos decepcionó! Después de pedir la comida nos encontrado lo repugnante y sucio este lugar! La inspección nos encontramos con masticar chicle y algunas otras cosas desagradables pegados a cada mesa! ! En remates la encía era sólido como si ha estado allí durante meses si no años! Sillas de cubierta de revestimiento doe y otros suciedad, así que no estoy decepcionado de comedor en! Personal claramente podía ver cómo las mesas están sucias y no hemos hecho nada! Nos hemos pasado varias veces este mes y hasta este día la goma permanece en las mesas en los mismos lugares. No regresaré! Estabamos! Feliz comedor @ Rally de suffolk Domino

Sólo tenemos una vez un Domino's Pizza en mis primos y me encantó! De todos modos me encanta la pizza! Buen restaurante familiar. Pedimos una pizza para llevar el otro día, una pizza pequeña para mí, gran pizza para mi marido! Tomó un poco más de lo que decía ser entregado, pero aún estaban bastante pizza caliente y comestible! Las pizzas eran servidos con un poco de ajo y hierbas que fuimos chapuzón muy bien con la pizza. Recomendaría este lugar pizza a cualquiera. Bueno para llevar la familia y a un precio muy razonable. Se duda, volveríamos tener mucha más pizzas de este lugar!

Really bad! Pizza was cold. I phoned up and thay said thay can redo my order in a hours time, my daughters had to eat the pizza as thay was hurry. Rephoned them to say I cant give the pizza back as my daughters are eating it and told them not to bother. I just won't ever use them again.

El restaurante es en realidad un lugar de recogida porque en su mayoría a domicilio., pero tienen también un par de mesas para servir la pizza por supuesto desde el cuadro sin placas. El punto es que la pizza es muy bueno así que no importa cómo se puede comer. Disfrutar!!
