Domino's Pizza in Thurrock

CASHLESS AVOID!!! No signs up ordered pizza went to pay and its card only. Then had issues with the card reader saying it might not work. Seriously rethink this policy as when the Internet goes down you can't serve anyone!!! Pizza was ok not worth the calories tbh. Won't return will stick with local independent places that accept cash

I have had many a Dominoes in my time and this place gets the worst ever prize. The half and half was more like 65-35, the slicing was awful and garlic bread not sliced at all. It tasted weird. Looked like it was put together by a blindfolded drunkard.

My son ordered delivery chicken strips and wedges. Food has a chemical cleaner taste and burned his throat. Not the first time. Had similar with a pizza. Reported, spoke to area manager got nowhere. Took sample in to them last I heard nothing. Sorry Domino's gave u benefit of doubt. Train your staff better. Not their fault. Poor management

Genuinely the worst takeaway pizza I have ever had. Dry and tasteless, essentially like a pizza base with barely any cheese or sauce on. The box it came in would have tasted better. I didn’t think it was possible to turn out a pizza this bad but it genuinely was the worst pizza that I have ever had. Steer clear.

Better pizza than last time, only real complaint couldn’t drink the tango that night as delivery driver had dropped it and it was under pressure

Really disappointed Came in and ordered my usual no cheese pizza, been coming since you opened, when I returned to pick it up after 14 minutes I was ignored for a while eventually asked if it was ready and was answered “it’s just coming” when it arrived the staff member told me she had given me “extra cheese” I pointed out I asked for no cheese she apologised and remade me the pizza and gave me a “free” bottle of Fanta and to gp her credit she did appologise although the new one didn’t have the extra ham and extra pere Ron I I asked for Not great

Wife had margerita pizza from this place. I ordered then went to another place for other foods. By the time I returned it was another 3 minutes before ready. Very busy place with phone orders coming in and the staff very active making.

We often order here the pizza is always fresh, hot and of good quality even if we have it delivered.

Nothing like a giant pizza to keep you going, whatever your hospital needs. Staff, relative, or just stopping by to admire the architecture. Keep it up guys, an army runs on its stomach and the NHS runs on pizza most nights (apparently).

Pizza is freshly prepared in front of you. You can add whatever topping you wish & the lunchtime special pizzas for £1.99 is great, especially for the elderly residents of a local residential complex, they thoroughly enjoy them once a week!

Pizza well presented, if a few minutes slower than expected. Not an easy customer as I don’t eat cooked cheese so pizza is like a danish open sandwich

Always hot & fresh and delivered on time if not early! Especially find their deals great. Real way to get the most from your order

I was told.my order would take 15 to.18 mins a guy Brody served.me a guy Ken got.his.food.before me.i.was.only.given the dough balls.as.a apology not very happy not even a refund please can I have a refund or vouchers

Not sure how many more chances we will give them before giving. Have used around 10 times and I don’t think we have ever had a pizza ready on time... There’s never normally anything wrong with the food but it’s extremely frustrating when the pizza tracker on the app tells you your order is ready, your standing in the shop ready to collect and your still there 15 minutes later!!

Sold me a cheaper pizza than usual as I didn’t have cheese First time anyone ever did that Well done to you

Have had many dominos pizza from different locations and tried this one as it is now my new local on a handful of occasions and I can honestly say not once I have had a order where it has been great. Either my pizza has turned up with half the cheese missing or after an hour and half or the “cheesy”garlic bread has arrived as just plain dough! Also had items missing of my pizza like extra cheese or chicken or the sauce. Not had a pizza for ages now would rather wait till I go back to Oxford!

Really bad service went in and ordered waited a long time had to ask if order was ready it had been sitting there and was not told

Ordered pizza for a group of us nothing complicated 2 pizza's, 2 sides and a sprite. Checked the app said it was cooking for about (20 mins). Not a problem then it was quality checking been waiting 45 minutes now just like to add that this is on a Tuesday lunchtime (2pm).

As it is a franchise Dominoes not interested in how awful management and staff are at Stanford le hope. Only consistency is how many mistakes are made and how reluctant they are to remedy.

Después de esperar casi 2 horas la última vez pedí 3 pizzas, decidí intentar de nuevo esta noche. Mi novio y yo pedimos 1 pizzas y 1 parte de 7 alas caliente. Después de esperar más de una hora me registré la marina y App para decirme a mi pizza está siendo preparado. . . Cómo! ? Decidimos llamarles y averiguar qué está pasando. Nos dicen que son inesperadamente lleno (es viernes por la noche, que no es exactamente inesperado) y que todavía hay muchas pizzas a realizarse antes de la nuestra, y la hacen fresca así que cuando se enviaron a ser entregados son caliente como sea posible. El chico de inmediato ofrecido por nosotros para cancelar nuestra orden y felizmente obligados, casi 9 en punto de la noche y estamos felizmente ir a gastar nuestro dinero en otro lugar. - Tome absolutamente terrible en personal o deje de tomar pedidos si estás demasiado ocupado.

Rubbish service every time waited for two hours for a pizza that I was told was out for delivery then to ring again to be told it was going out in 15 mins! 🤔🤔

I think someone might have focussed staff as finally the toppings are in better quantities now. Was concerned that they were reducing them too much Getting there

We don't normally eat pizza but ordered one for a change and found it to be very tasty and would have one again We ordered the pizza for four thirty it arrived on the dot

Pizzería local, excelente servicio y pizzas. Puedes llamar a sus órdenes o ir y recoger usted mismo. Las pizzas están muy bien hechas y fresco y sabroso.

Ordered a meat feast half way through ordering the lady asked me for my name then w had to start the order all over again!When she finally entered the details only to discover it ain't offed in took her and anther colleague three attempts to input itOrdered double ham but didn't get it!The pizza was ready for a while and I had to point that out to staff as they hadn't noticed.

This is a nice Pizza place and have had a takeaway many times. All I can really say its as good as it gets.

this outlet is one of the cleanest well run version I have ever visited of this chain. My only complaint is each time they sell me a delivery pizza I get spammed by a letter soon afterwards
