Pizza Hut in Southend-on-Sea

I had the best customer service experience with Grace from Pizza Hut in Leigh-on-Sea. Despite the team being extremely busy tonight and short on delivery drivers, Grace handled everything with professionalism and grace. She was managing phone orders, speaking to customers calling back to check on delivery times, and still managed to assist walk-ins like me while I waited for my pizza. Grace is truly a credit to the team, maintaining a smile and a positive attitude even under pressure.

Very good pizza and friendly staff. Got the £10 deal and was even better as it felt like an absolute steal………………………………..

Me and my children had ordered from this restaurant last night.Never normally ever had a issue but two hours after having our pizza my four and 9 year old have not stopped being sick!!!!! We have all been up all last night all being sick and it's been horrible I don't expect food poisoning from such a well known Establishment! We will not be offering Pizza Hut again!

Another grim delivery. Poor start to 2022. You’d think I’d have learnt my lesson by now! Won’t order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Life long I have always used pizza hut, however over the last 3-6 months the quality of food seems to have really dropped. 3 times in a row we had poor experiences, the first time 1 pizza turned up instead of 2, then once the second turned up the dough was under-cooked. As a goodwill gesture pizza hut gave us a credit note. We ordered a further two times after and the food was massively disappointing. A friend at work suggested trying another " mainstream pizza " company and unfortunately it really showed how poor pizza hut has become and I doubt we will use pizza hut again. I hope this gets read by the managment to try and address what exactly has gone wrong over the last few months.

We have just had one of the nicest pizza We had the Champions bundle Super supreme with potato wedges and BBQ chicken wings with a bottle of 7up free for £19.99 Before i found out i had an allergy i ate many pizzas and made many this is one of the best this was from the westcliff on sea branch Delivery was swift it was piping hot lovely Thanks

Often used be it collection or delivery arrives on time when ordered on line like most pizza places it depends on who makes the pizza as to the topping For us it has to be deep pan , just a shame the hot dog stuffed crust is no more.

As a vegan I came here with high expectations and I went home cryinh cos they had NO F**KING VEGAN CHEESE. It has fully ruined my year and I want to cry. Very sad

Ordered a pizza and potato wedges, half the wedges wasn’t cooked properly, as for the pizza it was soggy mess, the bottom felt like something had been spilt on it, couldn’t eat any of it, never order from here again

Only use when they doing good deals, always good pizza, good counter service, no complaints used for several years, and always collect.

A very poor service.Order never arrived, was sitting in someone's delivery vehicle for over an hour and a half. I sent it back and had to call the online complaints department to request a refund. 2 weeks on and no refund. Evening ruinned.No free pizza even after revisiting. Staff refuse to co-operate.Excuse - delivery drivers had not been trained.Avoid this store if you expect a good quality service. Where is my pizza!Where is my money!
