The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Called in for lunch with the kids after visiting the arcade next door. The menu looked and sounded good, but perhaps we should have been suspicious that the place was empty on a Saturday lunchtime. The serving staff looked bored and disinterested, and service was very slow. Despite the place having very few customers, we waited an hour to get our food - albeit because our order had been ‘lost’ between the service counter and the kitchen. We did get an apology for this, but we got the impression that nobody really cared. When the pizza eventually arrived, it was underwhelming. Not terrible, but the dough was slightly undercooked, and overall they were not as tasty as you might expect given that it’s all the company makes. As we were leaving, some other customers were being turned away because the kitchen had run out of pizza dough. At 2pm on a Saturday. Perhaps they were the lucky ones. We won’t go back.

Don't order from. Here or just eat still no support from. Them knowing a dibebic child was waiting to eat

Very bad delivery service and very bad customer service when you try to talk to them on the phone they hang up on you.

by far the worst service i have EVER experianced , we orderded a large pizza it cost £37 after one hour we got a text to say it had been deliverd, this was not the case, when we rang the office, we were told by someone that doesnt speak english that the pizza had been delivered, after 10 minutes of arguing he told us that is was the drivers fault and not his, after another 30 minutes of arguing in which the guy put the phone down on me at last 5 times, when he took our order and money he spoke perfect english, but when we rang to comlain he spoke no englsh , this place is a TOTAL rip off please avoid like the plaque

I don’t even write Google reviews but this place deserves one. Absolutely trash from the food to the service and to the works. Shut this store down as soon as possible. You will wait for your food for hours and it will come WRONG and COLD, also NOT PROPERLY SEALED. When you try to call for updates, they will hang up on you and will also be very rude as if you didn’t pay for the food and they’re doing you a favour. They also refused to give me a refund of course. Look at all the other reviews, they are definitely not fake. Shut this place down as soon as possible.

It is honestly amazing with greas deals and prices do not get me started on the desserts they are amazing i recommend the cookie dough and milkshakes they are so good.

Ripped off for almost £20 for a small pizza, called the store they said its the set price, wouldn't do anything! I could have got 2 medium from pizza hut for that, avoid avoid avoid

Poor, really poor - couldn’t recommend. Ordered various pizzas and dough balls to be delivered. When it turned up, one item was missing from the order (twisted dough balls with spicy sausage). I tried to make a complaint via the app, which was not possible so ended up calling the store directly. They were pretty good, asking what the problem was, and telling me they would send the missing item, but when they did, the missing item was wrong (twisted dough balls, rather then twisted dough balls with spicy sausage), so it was all kind of pointless. They tried, but failed dismally - and there is no way to get money back for the missing order via the app.
