The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

We ordered a large order as we had family over, we spent £150. We recieved our order with 1 pizza missing so phoned and reported straight away, it took 2 hours to recieve our missing pizza and it was freezing cold!!

I ordered 2 medium Lamb Shish Kebabs because there is no longer a large option. The portion is ridiculous in my opinion, I don't know if my child would eat it. The taste is no longer the same as it used to be a disappointment

I ordered a pizza through just eat with special instructions, the order was confirmed which indicates they read they instructions. Pizza turns up completely wrong and cold. Chicken pooppers in broken seal box, called the take away to ask for a new pizza as ordered. Guy tells us nothing I can do and refuses any help. My husband asked to speak to the manager only to be told he was indeed the manager (I think not) we asked for his name to which he refused then hung up mid conversation. Absolutely disgusting customer service will never use again.

Ordered a delivery, pizza, garlic bread and potato wedges. It arrived minus the garlic bread and was cold, and the wrong order. I rang and conveyed this and they agreed to resend it after some persuasion. The second order arrived 45 minutes later still cold but the right pizza, garlic bread and wedges. I rang again and complained it was cold and half the pizza was pepperoni and pepper, which had 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice of pepper per slice. I asked why so little topping and apparently there is a pepperoni shortage so they are sending out food with less topping to make their stock last. The potato wedges with cheese weren’t properly the cheese was barely melted. The manager then offered me a free pizza next time I ordered, well after tonight there won’t be a next time……will try Pizza Hut next time.

Ordenado a través de solo comer, se equivocaron de orden, se los llevaron 1. 5 horas para enviar pizza nueva cuando la tienda está a 15 minutos a pie, luego el conductor simplemente se sentó fuera durante 10 minutos y se fue. Cuando volví a llamar a la tienda, el tipo del teléfono dijo que me llamaron 10 veces cuando dije que no me llamaron una vez que respondió con ‘lo hizo, solo conteste el teléfono sí’... ¡no volverá a usar estos nunca más!

We needed a quick diner after spending the afternoon at Hobbledown with our 7 and 1.5 yo. We called before ordering on the app to know how long the wait was. The answer was straight forward, friendly and professional. While waiting for collection in the shop, the staff was very friendly. We had an issue on our side and they’ve fixed it for us. Excellent customer service. Food was nice 👌🏼

Pizza mal hecha. Horrible personal grosero. Entrega tardía. Mala experiencia de servicio al cliente. Aconsejo a todos que eviten este lugar.

Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

Explained that my daughter has dairy allergies and we need a chicken pizza with vegan cheese and they bluntly said they would n’t do it!! It’s unbelievable that you cannot cater to a basic change .. it was as simple as not using dairy! And using an alternative cheese option! How on earth was that difficult.

I went to order a pizza and i was waiting for a long time. No one at the front desk. When someone finally came he was very rude. He refused to take payment using a gift card that could be only redeemed at store. When we tried to discuss it he ignored us and start talking to another person.

Thank you to Rupinder who helped us order a ton of pizzas at very short notice for a party last night 14th March 2025 . All the pizzas were delivered on time and were hot to the wine bar Thank you to Rupinder for organising us ! We are very grateful indeed .

Me dan intoxicación alimentaria después de una pizza mexicana el 23 de febrero. Ignoraron mis cambios en los ingredientes también y también cobrar £ 3. 50 para entregar a menos de un cuarto de milla de distancia. Pagué 18 libras por una pizza que me enfermó. Evita esto a toda costa, mejor morir de hambre que comer desde aquí

Pedido realizado online 1 : ¡15 minutos de espera! ¡Llamé a la tienda dos veces! ¡Dijeron que el conductor se fue hace 45 minutos! Vivimos a 10 minutos! Terrible servicio!

This is my local Pizza Hut Delivery. It was closed for a while and then when it reopened, it's like they shoved a bunch of kids into the branch who do not know what they're doing, have never had a single lesson in customer services and, simply put, do not give a crap about their customers. Since they have reopened after COVID, I have purchased from them about 7 times and every single time there ahs been issues. Every time I have been gracious, understanding, explained to them how they could improve, explained, kindly what has gone wrong and how they can rectify it, the issues stem from waiting 90 minutes for pizzas to be delivered to wrong orders, to a mixture of both, not informing me of when they had certain in branch offers making me pay full price when I could have saved £5-10 just because I ask for that offer. They are shockingly non-proactive. One time, they had run out of deep pan bases, so they just decided that thin crust would do. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my cold pizza, it was the wrong order. In that instance, the customer services guy gave me £10 on tab for next time I called. So when I used it and order a deep pan, I was sent a thin crust again. Today, I called in my order and went to collect it. They told me to come in 20 minutes, I came after 30 to give them more time. But it is my belief that they hadn't even put the pizzas in the oven yet. The guy at the counter assured me it would be another 10 minutes. I argued with him for about 10, then at the end he tells me it will still be another 10 minutes. So all in all, it still took my pizzas an hour to be prepared, even though I turned up to collect them. They did not offer anything for the poor service, neither did they recommend an offer which would have meant I 'd have received the pizzas I actually wanted plus a £5 back. Because they have 0 proactivity, they don't care about the customer, they barely know their own menu, they don't have any training and they are severely short staffed. Pizza Hut should ashamed. Whether they are incompetent or whether they are short staffed, I have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened - I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DEALING WITH THEM LEAVES ME RILED UP WITH MY BLOOD BOILING. NEVER AGAIN - PIZZA HUT HAVE LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

Ordered a Mexican burger (usually the best) with chilli con carne on top, Christmas Eve treat for us all! It came as a burger with 3 green peppers on! When I complained he said they didn’t understand how to make it!!!!! With no apology…..they r new owners apparently…., never again even the kebab meat was raw & thick ….. looked like it was off an Alsatian!!!!!
