Pachinos in Wigan

Pedido realizado online 1 : ¡15 minutos de espera! ¡Llamé a la tienda dos veces! ¡Dijeron que el conductor se fue hace 45 minutos! Vivimos a 10 minutos! Terrible servicio!

Ordered food all food came freezing cold all had to be thrown away will definitely not order from here again 😡

Food cold and items missing! Ordered for delivery at 6.30pm for arrival time 7.20pm then it changed to 7.45pm. Called at 8pm to enquire where the food was & told it would be 5min...arrived at 8.30pm with half the set meal missing and sauces. Called them back up and they said the rest of the meal would be with us in 30min. Everything was delivered cold and the kebab meat tough - sill waiting for the rest of the meal to arrive!

Solíamos frecuentar esta comida para llevar en los años 90 y 2000 y realmente disfrutamos de la comida. Pensamos que volveríamos a intentarlo 20 años después y nos decepcionó. Pedimos un kebab con ensalada y patatas fritas. Casi no había ensalada y consistía principalmente en hojas secas de lechuga y las patatas fritas estaban exageradas y también muy secas. Nos cobraron más de 8 y eso no incluyó la entrega. Como estábamos a poco más de 3 millas de distancia, nos dijeron que la entrega costaría 10. No hace falta decir que no volveremos a visitarlo. Una pérdida de buen dinero. ¡Es una pena que los propietarios no muestren ningún orgullo por su comida como solían hacerlo!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE Phoned to order simple order of 2 items. Told it would be 30-40 min Arrived 1hour 40 mins later. Food was stone cold and sweaty! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Se colocó una orden de 12 "pan profundo con corteza rellena y 9" pizza de masa delgada. La entrega ordenada sería de 30 a 45 minutos. Llegó 1 hora y 10 minutos después. Recibí una corteza delgada en lugar de una sartén profunda con la corteza más pequeña y seca que he visto en mi vida. Absolutamente horrible. Es como comer cartón. Para colmo, cuesta 20. 10! ! ! ! ! Nunca volveré a comer de este lugar y nunca lo recomendaré tampoco. Se adjunta mi llamado pan profundo.

Will not be ordered from here again. I ordered a pizza with no onions in the comment box provided on the actual website. This was completely ignored and there was loads of onions on my pizza. Ended up just throwing it away. Wondering what the point of the comment box is if it's just ignored.

We love this local little fast food place. The pizza is soooo nice. The shop is clean and tidy and the staff are really friendly too. We’d highly recommend. We even had them cater for a recent party we had for over 100 people. Fantastic service. Very happy!

I order from here a few weeks ago and the food had bits of burnt crumbs all over my pizza. The kebab had hardly any chicken on and the Pitta was stale

Always order pizza from here, the food is always perfect and cooked spot on. Best takeaway around for sure

Will never go to pachinos again chicken kebabs pathetic lucky if you get 5 pieces of chicken and thats so called a large kebab absolute rip off and rude staff

Ordered 3 calzones on a Sunday night using just eat at 7.05. Expected delivery time was 7.50pm. At 8.10pm we rang to chase the order to be told it was going to be at least another 15-20 minutes, it Finlay arrived at 8.35pm, although the driver was apologetic there was no freebies or discount. Calzones were really nice but not worth waiting an hour and a half in total for,,, shame! We were told we would get £5 credit in the account but when we rang up to access this they had no record of it,,,,AVOID!!

Ordered 3 pizzas instead of cooking as me and my friend were tired, it would have been easier to cook a meal for us both because the time it took to get here was nearly 2 hours after I ordered it! The time kept changing each time I rang up! Will no be ordering from here again.

Nice to have a Pizza here when it is buy one get one free. Other wise find it expensive. Service ok but waiting in the shop it always looks untidy and in need of a good clean up.
