Boston Kebab House in Boston

I ordered 2 medium Lamb Shish Kebabs because there is no longer a large option. The portion is ridiculous in my opinion, I don't know if my child would eat it. The taste is no longer the same as it used to be a disappointment

Ordered at 6.15 arrived cold called the shop said be out within an hour and didn't arrive so called shop again and said on way. Never arrived after the hour and after 2.5 hours still not received my tea . Very poor service

If there was an option for 1 start I would give it. The man behind the counter was so rude. Had no clue what he was doing and the food tasted like absolute crap. Ordered from here before and the order was completely messed up. If you’re going to run a kebab shop run it properly. My partner ordered a kebab from here and the Donner was soaked in oil. waste your money here. AVOID!!

This place has gone down hill big style. Called in for a Large Diner kebab, portion size was very small, salad consisted of a tomato wedge, slice of cucumber, bit of lettuce and white cabbage and a chilli. Value for money was very poor, won't be going back again.

Order take place BY 8.15pm, order be accepted and at the time this review submit still nothing know about it, this ia what this food Shop do All time to custumers, no quality, no hygiene standers at All, so means not recomende anytime.

Absolutely disgusting attitude! Me and my boyfriend tried ordering food and the guy on the phone started to be so RUDE. We asked if they do some things that they haven’t got on their menu, US NOT KNOWING THAT, he HUNG UP because we are trying to order things they haven’t got! How disgusting, disrespectful and impolite. Do not recommend, absolutely 0 costumer service!

Ordered at 6.30 and told an hour wait. Rang at 8.00 and was told it was on the way, rang again at 8.30 and was the guy in the the other end shouted at me saying he had already told me it was on the way. Out meal finally turned up at 9.30, 3 hours after ordering, it was cold and we had items missing and incorrect. I will never use them again, staff are rude and ignorant, good is poor.

I order mix kebab... And chicken kebab.... I tell him no onion.... When i come home open kebab that be surprised for me the make joke the put onion evreve and for mix kebab the put only doner wis out any chicken.... So i angry.... Very bad personal...... Spend time and make me angry..... Food was no good.... Goood luck guys..... Fuuuuuu......

I used to use this takeaway quite regular a few years ago.. I was warned since new management in the last year the food has gone downhill.. But I'm not one to judge and listen to other people.. so I wanted to find out myself as the food used to be really nice with fast service friendly staff.. To cut a long story short the food took 2-hours and 45 minutes to arrive.. when it did it was absolutely stone Cold the food was totally disgusting.. my donner burger the meat was cut into small square pieces I don't understand this also very little donner meat the letters had shrivel up gone really dry and there wasn't much salad at all.. This is my first ever review I don't like doing them but I was so mad at the time I decided to do a review and let everybody know this takeaway is a dump.. I've honestly had one pound burger microwave meals better than the food they serve.. Haven't ordered a kebab takeaway since and probably never will again.

Place is an absolute joke. Do not order from here unless you're prepared to pay on delivery. Ordered from here before with little issues, sometimes a bit late on busy nights but nothing major. Ordered Fri night for no show of delivery, 2hours later did a contact form, no reply. At almost 3 hrs still nothing so phoned them to cancel the order and request a refund assuming something had gone wrong their end or just extremely busy. Was informed it had been delivered ages ago. No as otherwise I wouldn't be phoning would I and had to sort food from elsewhere. Was assured would speak to the driver. I phone back the next day to sort refund to be refused as driver is insisting he delivered it....obviously to the wrong house. Wouldn't even redeliver the same order to us. I understand people try it on sometimes but we're now completely out of pocket and not even an apology. Fuming.

ordered 2 burgers one was correct other was wrong i noticed when i got home so i telephoned them they full of rubbish they only care about your money DO NOT EVER GO THERE i will never visit again used to be good now gone down hill very fast avoid at all costs

First time I've ordered from this lot and definately the last.... Ordered at 6 with a 60 min delivery time which was fine. Rang at 7.30. "Sorry mate we're really busy he'll be there within half an hour" Rang at 8.10 "he's on his way, we're short staffed and I can't get hold of the driver" 8.30 ordered from Pizza Milano.....Do that first to save time!

Im was order today take way delivery From there to see if they have some improvement since mine Last order, long time ago and What im get is once again and repeately times was missings again and again, food cold and no sauce at all like mine requesting in order, so it means to me they dont care about What custemers pay for it, just think to make money £, From me is mine Last chance was give ends now and not recomend, very bad. I travelled 9 miles for a doner kebab and a 10 inch margarita with garlic base pizza. 10 mins went by and the kebab was placed on the side. No pizza, after a quick discussion between the staff a pizza started to cook, the photo is what I received after waiting 25 minutes. They then tried giving me the now cold kebab which was sat on the side. I said it best be hot and he decided to do a fresh one. I was given a free Pepsi !!! Also whilst I sat waiting I saw an onion ring which had fallen on the floor get put back in the bag. Overall, disgraceful and They will not be getting my custom again!!! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful! Just waited almost 3 hours for a delivery. We tried to ring them to ask where it was & it was engaged for over an hour and a half (I think the phone must be off the hook, as it’s a Sunday night). We’ve just sent the delivery driver away and will be claiming a full refund, as we’ve already had something to eat, after assuming that they weren’t coming. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I don’t care if you’ve only got 2 drivers on tonight. As the customer, that’s not my problem. You can’t give a time for delivery and turn up over an hour and a half later as if nothing has happened. DO NOT use PayPal to pay for your delivery from them. Wait until you actually receive your order because we now have to claim a refund. That’s if you want to bother ordering from them at all!

Often order from here and they often take far too long to deliver food. Obviously need to sort out their drivers! Why should you have to wait 2 hours for your food when u live 5 mins away from them. Sometimes turning up cold or over cooked, with no more than a sorry and a promise for a free chips or drink on next order! Busy or not, nobody should have to wait for fried chicken for 2 hours. Apauling delivery service, they say 1 hour for delivery and I am not even that far, after nearly 2 hours called to check they have not forgotten about me. The answer was “ oh yes we are making the order now !. Not even an apology, they make you feel it is not your right even to call. They say they are busy!!! Really?. you are in Boston Lincolnshire not Massachusetts and your street is full of take aways. Had I known it will take this long, I would not have ordered, shame I already paid and judging by their service and phone manners, I doubt they will refund if I cancelled. But it will certainly be the last time!. Will not recommend to anyone.

As a regular order I thought I'd give this place an order biggest regret I have ever made! The service was apauling let alone the food having taken 2 hours to deliver no money knocked off my grandads slipper has more taste bland and cold never again

Just walked in after a long journey. I didn't expect something special, but the kebab wrap was below my expectations. I don't say it was bad, but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice. Slow service, too.

Physical surroundings near the street corner not particularly clean-looking and attractive but the service is adequate and the vittles decent.

So we have used these for over 4 years. This is now the third time they have taken two hours to process and deliver one bloody pizza and a wrap. Hey who doesn’t enjoy a family meal at 11pm anyway?? Great way to get a good nights sleep. Oh I forgot to mention! Couldn’t even get the order of three items correct and missed the garlic bread! Absolute bunch of clowns.

Went into the shop to order came to nearly £30 and got about £15 worth of food, they can’t count out 5 bits of chicken and put it in a tray as I ordered, I asked for a bbq chicken pizza and asked to have mushrooms on it... surprise surprise no mushrooms, also asked for a large chips and large mixed kebab meat and they gave small portions, service is always bad and they don’t care about what food you get I’m the tray at the end of it all. All round very poor.

On a website, they have "CHKN DONER WRAP CHIPS" and underneath they clearly state "Chicken Donner Wrap Meal. With Chips and Drink".

Fond as I am of kebabs, my visits here are numerous. Always good, always fresh, always clean and the staff are always pleasant and polite. Very good kebab shop and I would highly recommend it.

Had a takeaway from here with my sister and it was lovely! Hot and fresh! Really delicious absolutely going back! Don't know what they do with the chips but they were so tasty!!!

When we do opt for a takeaway because we are busy we have it delivered , this can be a mixed blessing as at busy periods it can be over an hour but last week it was delivered 30 minutes before the time it was ordered for !

One of the best tasting take away in Boston. However they are regularly 30-45mins late even when ordering to a specific time on their website. Never bring forks when asked. And continuously gets the order wrong!

Average food at reasonable prices,all food well cooked and well presented, just the ideal way to round off a night on the town, the chicken sheesh is particularly tasty.

A truly great kebab. Lots of fresh salad and coleslaw. Tasty meat and pitta and all for a good price too. Their chips are fine and the service quick. Recommended.
