Booked a table to eat on Friday only to arrive on time to be told they only accepted card payments , wow and no mention of this fact on the booking or confirmation e-mail, we will not bother wasting our time again as there are so many other more deserving resterants to choose from in the area that actually take real money

Paulo in particular was very attentive, friendly and polite. Thank-you! Food was delicious, especially the fried mozzarella with tomato dip. Will be coming again.

Taken out for 'dinner' was totally dumbfounded at the plate of food I was served - wanted to ask if this was the kiddies menu ! just such a small amount of food - came home and had to cook myself another dinner. Absolutely disgusted, another point was the table had the veneer coming off, like the table had been stabbed - my friend and I covered with a napkin ! Very disappointed.

Took the grandchildren for lunch before returning to school. Restaurant was quiet so service wasn’t slow. Food was ok, most of us only had pizza. Drinks are expensive which is a shame when you have children with you. Staff seemed friendly enough but we didn’t really have much interaction with them other than to order food and pay.

Staff were unfriendly from the start with minimal interaction and taking ages to take order. Worst service I have ever had in a Prezzo and if the staff are as unhappy at work as they look then I’d recommend leaving!! Food was also below the standards normally seen in Prezzo so all round a bad experience

We visited today as a family of 4. Both of my children have additional needs but staff didn't bat an eyelid and even got them both chatting. What lovely, polite and friendly staff. Food was amazing, service great and atmosphere good. Can't fault it! We will be back soon 😁

Really great time, family of 8, 4 adults, 3 big kids and a 2 year old. Food was delicious, tasty an hot. Servers were polite, friendly and professional. 10/10 for the whole experience. Thanks Prezzo’s we’ll be back.

We have been coming here for a number of years now and still really enjoy it. Victoria and her staff especially Darrius give excellent service. We always get a very warm welcome. The dishes are always tasty and well presented. So compliments to the chef. What can I say... just brilliant. Thank you.

We haven't eaten in here for a couple of years (due to Covid!) and visiting during the week did not disappoint. It felt safe with the tables well spaced apart, the waiter Paulo was funny and attentive and the food arrived quickly and very tasty too. The only negative we have, is that they did not have any vegan cheese to put on a pizza. Make sure you leave room for dessert - the sticky toffee pudding was amazing!

Warm welcome. Excellent service throughout with a waiter that was excellent. A bit of banter and service that was attentive but not to much. Food came and presented very well and offered a break before the main very tasty and piping hot. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will start using more often.

Looks great from the outside, welcoming and gives off a bit of a premium vibe. The cracks started to appear when inside, was seated in a booth which was ideal, but the leather on the cracks had all cracked and split and the table was sticky from the previous diner. Front of house staff were presentable and professional, but not very engaging and it took some real effort trying to grab any attention. Ordered pizza and pasta, wasn't really much other option but that's fine. The meal went down alright, but a lot of little things that let the whole experience down. The disengaged and very transactional staff, general cleanliness such as sticky table, no straws available (apparently due to covid, not a good enough excuse really), waited too long for food ad drinks for it all to be alright but nothing special. Below average at this price point, have had better experience at a Pizza Express.

Just returned to Boston's vibrant Prezzo restaurant for my first indoor meal following lockdown. The welcome and service were first class and the generous portions of penne and 'mini'-pizza really tasty, enhanced by the healthy-looking green salad! Thank you very much!

We were lucky to be able to get a table at Prezzo on our first night in Boston, as, due to the Covid distancing rules, there were far fewer spaces than usual. However, we were quickly shown to a table and our food was ordered and served in good time. The serving staff were all extremely pleasant and efficient.

My partner and I were given a Red letter day voucher by my sister for Christmas. My partner booked us in at 5.30 pm as she had also arranged something else. The welcome was very nice and appeared quite sincere. We explained we had this voucher. We were shown to our table and given a menu. When I'd read the menu, I said jokingly that we had been given the cheapo menu. The selection was minimal. We then asked if we could order from the standard menu, initially this was a problem. After talking to the manageress it was sorted. Starter for me off the big menu, meatballs, very nice. Two meatballs for £8 . My partner had chilli prawns, also 8.00 Our main ,we had a spicy pizza each. It was off the original menu, and explained no difference between the two, it was a massive pizza. But exceptionally bland. The waitress was very generous with the chilli oil and Parmesan cheese though. My sweet was tiramisu, it was ok, but my partners cheesecake was not very nice. But credit to them, they did take it off the bill. So in fairness the food was not up to that of Whetherspoons, we felt awkward with the voucher,when it should have been a nice experience. The surrounding area was nice. So, at best it was average. Would I go again? No!

Lovely meal and very attentive staff - food was so good ! Made the birthday boy feel special at very short notice

Me and my Other half have visited a few times before so i thought I would Share my Thoughts. We Booked a Prepaid Three Course Meal (Which was a Gift) a week in advanced as it can be Difficult to get a table. We were Greeted straight away and shown to our Table, We Ordered two glasses of Wine. It was a bit of a Rocky Start as the Waitress dropped the Wine over me and my Partner, They were Very Apologetic and got everything Cleaned up Right away, for me it wasn't a too big of a Deal as Accidents Happen, they Offered that the next drink is on the house which was a very Kind Gesture ( Most Restraunts would still charge after a Similar ordeal ) I had the Classic Tomato Bruschetta, Bolognese and Tiramisu, My partner had the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Chicken and pepper Pizza and Honeycomb Cheesecake. Everything was Cooked Fresh and Tasted Fantastic ( Bruschetta was Excellent! ) I have No Complaints on the Food, It is Delicous. It is Not the Best I have Experienced but it is the Best in Boston. Both The starters and the Mains came to Our table rather Quickly which was Brilliant, The Desert took just over 20 Minutes. The Staff also had Superb service, Extremely polite, friendly and Truly Dedicated in making your Experience as Pleasant as Possible. Aside from the Slight mishap With the Wine (The waitress seemed very Nervous on that Night Bless her, It was very busy) She helped clean us Up after and Still kept her Professionalism! I Really do Reccomend this Restraunt to anybody, Couples, Families and friends. The Food is Marvellous, Nicely Presented and Delicous. The staff especially make it a Pleasant Experience.

My mum and I ate here at lunch time today for the first time at this restaurant and it was the best prezzo experience I’ve had. There were 2 members of staff here and both were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We shared starters; we had the giant meatballs and the pizza bites. Both starters were tasty but we particularly enjoyed the meatballs and would definitely order those next time. We then both had the chicken spaghetti carbonara al forno which is lovely although when I’ve had it previously it was more saucy whereas today it was a little on the dry side but still enjoyable. Would nightly recommend eating here.

We’ve eaten here a few times - we live 10 mins away & usually because we have had vouchers. it’s been ok, but nothing special, just what one expects of a chain. Some unusual recipes eg bruschetta unlike anything you’d find in Italy. But it’s quite inexpensive with a discount- and convenient location for us.

Love going here for a meal . Staff always so so friendly . Food always perfect ! The bruschetta is a must ! As are the Aperol !

Had a table for our company Christmas party last night . The food was ok no real effort made to make it feel Christmassy , sloppy lasagne and a forest fruit cheesecake that was not fruits of the forest just cheesecake with chocolate and honeycomb pieces with the smallest amount of a fruit sauce at the side of the plate . They also ran out of one of the starters on the Xmas menu so me preparing pre order was a waste of time .The food was not the real issue however it was the service . I was able to order 2 drinks in the time I was there one when I first got there before we were seated an another at the table when ordering food . Considering this was a Christmas work party I would have expected more service they lost out on so much money from our table . Trying to find a waitress was a joke they all seemed to disappear after 9pm and the ones remaining where more bothered about cleaning up . They have the audacity to add a service charge to their bill Which I paid however in reflection wish I had asked to be removed . I was also told at booking i was going to be in the private rooms but was put in among the other guest as they had overbooked which was not fair at all . Never again I’m afraid prezzo I usually love your ambience and food but you failed big time tonight ,

Went for Sunday lunch, both meals amazing, very tasty, great value for money, staff very polite & helpful, well recommend this establishment

I normally love prezzo but the whole meal was so bland! I had the giant meatballs for the starter, which were actually normal sized meatballs and had no seasoning in the slightest! Then onto the main, and the bolognese calzone, which was incredibly dry inside, I thought it would have a rich tomato sauce, but no just chopped up meatballs and lots of chilli seeds, which I found really odd! There was more dry dough than anything else, very stingy with the filling!! I always have desert at prezzo but after the very poor meals so far, we decided against this option!

We had a good day out in Boston. And had dinner at Pressos,couldn't fault anything. A lovely clean and bright restaurant. Very helpful and friendly happy staff. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.Thank you.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Went last Saturday with my husband and what a great evening we had. The food was so yummy, lovely restaurant and the staff are really welcoming. The lasagne is especially good. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

After my wife received a free bottle of prosecco voucher via e mail for her birthday we attended the restaurant for a romantic evening. A waitress asked us what drinks we wanted and we said we would like the free bottle of prosecco she had a voucher for. The waitress then said it would be okay to hand it in at the end. The prosecco was then served to us by the duty manager who then took our food order. However when we came to pay we were told we could not use the voucher as we had had the set menu and it was stated as such in the terms and conditions. The original waitress told the duty manager that we had told her about the voucher when she took our drinks order however the duty manager shot her down by not telling her when she took our food order. Yes we should have read the terms and conditions but the duty manager did not even suggest converting the food to full price as we would have saved £20 instead £5 with the free bottle of prosecco voucher. It seems clear that Prezzo tell their management teams to milk diners for as much money as possible rather than sending them home with a smile on their faces.

Been a couple of times in recently weeks and found the service and food really good. Had the hummus and pizza. Hummus was excellent. The pizza was so thin and crispy with plenty of topping. Simply great. Service good and the staff very polite and helpful.

Have not been for a while so I thought I would go before I left for home. Not very good, small portions on the main and the desert.

Just been to Prezzo in Boston for a wedding anniversary meal. I must say it was the best it’s been. Very busy for a Monday night. All tables full. The waitresses and manager and chefs was on fire tonight. First class food and first class service. The little waitress who served us apologised for the service not being as it should be. We soon told her that it was and they were doing a brilliant job. This waitress was brilliant and need to get a promotion. Can’t fault anything. Food was first class and the Cannoli, well the was heaven. We will definitely be back.

The service is the best and the food quality always first class, comfortable and spacious, clean and great atmosphere. Always high standard. The risottos are superb and the menu varied

With a limited choice in this area. I can certainly recommend this Prezzo, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food always arrives fresh, with good ingredients and good value for money. Always check the Prezzo voucher offers online.

Visited today, and had the best meal yet there. Used a buyagift set menu voucher, and was fantastic value. Normally only come with tesco vouchers as normal price is quite high. Food was lovely, hot, big and quick. It does appear the portion size has increased?? Especially the desserts. Pizzas were huge and starters great. Staff are great and friendly now-havnt always been mind. My sons fav pizza place always. Thanks Prezzo.

It was lovely evening, loved the place, food was amazing, service was quality, especially big thanks to Manager on duty Darius he is very professional at his work, was very friendly and we had a wonderful time.

We went in for lack of anywhere else while staying in Boston for a night. The place was fairly empty but the staff were excellent, very friendly. Whilst the service was good we weren’t that impressed by the food. The menu had some odd flavour combinations on it, which didn’t really work and maybe we didn’t read closely enough, but I wasn’t expecting what tasted like onion marmalade on a blue cheese garlic bread. We had a pasta and a risotto dish each, both of which were ok but nothing special.

It's very easy to see why this chain is in trouble and has had to shut some of its restaurants, the prices.....

From the moment I opened the door things went well, welcoming friendly greeting, good table by the window and cold beer in a cold glass. King Prawn starter was fantasy and a classic pizza for main course . No complaints, would come back if in area .

Decided to try Prezzo for the first time for a lunchtime bite to eat, and food wise was not disappointed..we went for the 2 courses for 11-50..we both had the Pizza which was very good, the Pepperoni was a bit spicy but still ok..I had the garlic bread with Mozzarella which was very nice..my wife had a chocolate honeycomb desert instead..her desert was very nice and she asked if she could have scoop of ice cream with it..when we got the bill was where it went a bit pear shaped..the scoop of ice cream was charged at 2-63..when this was queried we were told the normal ice cream, which was two scoops, was 4-80 or something like that anyway..so this was the correct price..this is the reason why I have only done 3 stars as personally I think it was an excessive amount to charge for a scoop of ice cream..it just took the gloss of a very nice meal in a very nice restaurant with nice staff..would go again but would make sure no ice cream..

A Family meal to celebrate Mothering Sunday, the meal, the ambience and the staff were top quality as always. It is a delightful restaurant and the food is of the highest quality.

We visited for Anniversary Dinner and it was fantastic experience. The staff including the gentleman who was may be team leader were professional and efficient.

Visiting the area on business we stayed with friends and took them out to eat at Prezzo by way of thanks. Service was excellent though a little slow because it was full. All four ordered different meals (costing about £125 in total). My Calzone arrived with everyone else's mains but when I tucked in it was only warm, not hot. Didn't wish to delay further and keep our hosts late so, assuming it had been allowed to cool, I ate it. Four hours later, and then every half hour after that 'til 6.30am, I was running back and forth to the family bathroom. No one else was ill. I now understand that a common complaint about chain cooked calzone is faulty thermometers meaning it wasn't properly cooked at all. Thanks to an uncooked chicken calzone, which I sadly didn't report on the night, I was robbed of a nights sleep and felt lethargic and ill the following day. Cheers Prezzo. I'm sure it was a one off but on this occasion a gone off. Think I'll have pasta next time.

I’m coeliac and very conscientious about what I eat as often staff have no knowledge or the food isn’t to my standard. However the GF prawn risotto was gorgeous! Was really happy with how seriously the waiter took it, and his attitude from the get go was generally very welcoming, upbeat. Thank you Darius!!

Marvellous atmosphere, floor staff very welcoming, food was very tasty and well presented. Pizza chef was a cool guy entertained us with his throwing pizzas skills , highly recommended and for sure we will be back as much as we can. Congrats to all staff, and thanks for the great time

Ended being in Boston for a few business meetings and decided to try the chain of Prezzo. I’m pleased to say that I was extremely satisfied with the food served and would highly recommend trying the king prawn starters! I had the pleasure of meeting the Head Chef ‘Ricardo’ who was friendly and educated me on a few dishes and the waiter that served me ‘Ana’ was a pleasure.

Excellent food and drinks, sat upstairs and was like a private area, perfect for 20 of us. Would recommend for an evening meal.

Visited at lunchtime and was very dissatisfied food at best was just eatable. Three of us had starters and one didn’t we were half wat through our starters when the main course came out for the person without a starter, we asked for it to be taken back as we wanted to all eat our mains together. When the starters came out the olives came out we usually we have them before we eat our starters. Main course came out and we think the main that came out early was kept warm as it was a little dry. Pizza was cold not even warm, the children’s meals were awful. Not very impressed at all. Only one staff member on duty in the restaurant she seemed to be run off her feet. More staff did appear later on in our visit.

Ive been there last year for xmas meal had a calzone with chicken n broccoli-disgusting. In july had a business meeting with my bosses. Went for a pizza. Cant remember which one but I remember it was missing main spices in the souce and meat. I think this place need some chef who knows other spices than salt and pepperlol

I ordered a carafe of wine and drinking water. I thought we would get a jug of water for 2 people but all we got were two small glasses of water. I cannot eat a meal without plenty of water, so by the time the meal came,I had drunk mine and ordered another glass. It did not come and I could not enjoy my food without it, which put me on edge and I could not enjoy the meal. Eventually I had to go to the bar and ask for the water as I could not carry on with the meal without it. Our waitress was more concerned with chatting with people at the next table.

As usual the staff and service was first class ,Ricardo the chef is excellent the salmon was melt in the mouth, thank you Vikki and your team Xx

Just back from a lunchtime meal. This restaurant is top rate, not just for the food, but the service. Nothing is too much trouble, even if you want different toppings or ingredients in dishes. Susana ( not sure how it’s spelt in Italian!,) plus the other staff on duty, greeted us in such a friendly manner you felt ‘special’ Top Rate food and Staff, can’t fault at all. We are the older generation and the staff treat us with respect.

We enjoyed the evening, delicious food and a great service. We’ve enjoyed the the night. The starters were delicious and the ladies loved the desert!!!

Our meal was fantastic! Visited the restaurant on a Tuesday night and although the food isn't particularly mind blowing, the team and atmosphere added just the right amount of buzz. There was a little misunderstanding with our booking but the manager sorted it out in no time and we felt very well taken care of.

Sunday night with my Wife and Daughter, we enjoyed an excellent meal at this beautiful Italian restaurant in Wide Bargate. Ambience is just right, the staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. The menu is very varied.

Restaurant is situated in the centre of Boston with plenty of parking nearbye. Service was attentive. Main course of Salmon was a bit unusual in that a came with a side order of the same veg that was already on the plate. It was quite tasty however .Would return if about in the area

Popped in to Prezzos as we were passing by and remembered we had a two for one offer. Food was really nice and the service was even better. Although we had the voucher, we were still happy with the price, food, ambience and staff.

Visited Prezzo Boston on the afternoon of Thursday 6th Sept 18 with a friend. We were made to feel really welcome by the young Italian lad on duty.

Visited this Prezzo for the first time and found the decor modern and fresh. Plenty of tables of all sizes. Menu is of course Italian but a little limited. Portion size was good and service and staff were excellent. Prices are a little steep, but for a special occasion this place would be a good choice. It was quiet when we visited which was nice since we could have a conversation with raising our voices. Worth a visit!

We came here for tea one evening as we were staying nearby. What an experience! From the moment we stepped in we were looked after by the staff. Seated quickly and first drinks ordered. The menu was plentiful and the food arrived hot and well presented. It was a comfortable place for eating and spacious. We had the calamari and meatballs for starters and then pizza and chicken for the mains, all food cooked really well and served within minutes of ordering. The waiters and waitresses stood out here, they really look after the customers. What a lovely place, thank you :)

Been eating here regularly since it opened and have seen staff come and go, we paid a visit a Tuesday evening and it was very quiet in here but same amount of staff as usual. We ask to sit outside which I believe was our first mistake it just went downhill from there anyway after 35mins I got up and asked for our drinks which then took what seemed forever so we got up told them that it was ridiculous to wait nearly 40mins to even get a drink and left. Shame because even though it just a high street chain the service has always been good and the food reliable but tonight was just a joke.

We called in for lunch after I had played a concert in Boston Stump. An excellent meal enjoyed by us both with outstanding service from both waitresses. The 25% discount because of my Gourmet Society card made it all the better.

I travel all around the UK for work and as being lactose intolerant I am used to going into restaurants and finding out what they have on their menu that I can and cannot eat.

Me and my partner had a 40% off voucher for this restaurant so decided to go for lunch here. Upon entering we spoke to an older waitresses with long brown hair and showed her the voucher to explain to us what this covered and she said it just covered all food. So we ordered 2 pizzas and a jug of water. The food was adequate but when given the bill THE SAME waitress told us that the voucher did not cover one of the pizzas or starters. So why on earth did she tell us otherwise? Honestly absolutely clueless staff trying to just get money out of you. This place is basically a wannabe pizza express.

I came here for a quick lunchtime treat with my partner. The place seemed a little quiet, but I had a 40% off food voucher so I figured ‘why not?’. I confirmed it with the waitress, and I said “does this cover any food items?” And she just replied “Yes”. We were then assigned a table next to a wall full of little broken shards of glass. We never really got a chance for input, and the restaurant was empty (par one old lady on her own). It might have been nice to sit near a window. We then asked for a jug of water while we decided. It was warm. No lemons, as they had been saved for a grotesque bowl of formaldehyde to form an ugly little bourgeoisie display up on the counter just like every other one of these chains. Nonetheless, we ordered. My pizza was black, but don’t worry I ordered it like that. Some sort of charcoal base. I’m not sure if it was this that made the base chewy, so I won’t comment. Overall, the food is not bad. Especially not for 40% off. However, when the bill arrived we had saved a total of £4. It was then that the waitress decided to explain that the discount excludes just about every food item on the menu. Honestly, this place is just like Pizza Express’ unsuccessful little brother. And I don’t even like Pizza Express much. Honestly, don’t bother.

Visited with grandaughter, she loves eating here. Food was lovely, pizza could have been a little warmer but it was ok. They had an offer on for children eat for £1 which is excellent value. Staff are friendly. We had a nice relaxed lunch.

A nice change to sit outside and enjoy the ambience in the sun. A leisurely dining experience and good food fast. With the offer that was on with 50% off Prosecco glasses/bottles, the meal went down a treat. The male waiter is always friendly, fabulous and highly professional...a credit to the Prezzo team. He is always on hand to help and advise on the menu, shows he cares about his job & any customer's requests. The restaurant is always in my top 3 places to dine in Boston as it's lovely.

Like to visit this restaurant, lunchtimes, every few weeks. Never have l been disapointed with the food, service or atmosphere. If there are food items not listed or not as you would like on your pizza etc. Just ask, they will do thier utmost to meet your requirements. Usually get served by Susanna, she welcomes us as lost friends!! Great makes you want to go there more often.

Visited Prezzo for a work function and was quite disappointed, unfortunately. Ordered in advance to save time as we were a group booking. I ordered the bruschetta starter - which was a pizza base with a bit of pesto and chopped tomato. Not bruschetta. My main (Gorgonzola pasta) was quite bland and took a long time to be served. I just felt very disappointed with the service and quality of the food for the price that was paid. Doubt I’ll visit again.

Visit regularly and always receive a prompt and friendly welcome, drinks are always on the table within 5-10 minutes and staff very helpful.

Having previously blasted this place, today changed my mind. I had one of the best meals I’ve had in Boston. Had a new charcoal pizza as recommended by the really friendly staff on arrival. It came quickly and freshly! Tasty doesn’t do it justice! Fresh, full of flavour and left me wanting to tell others about it! Well done prezzos! And please please keep it up!

We went here with friends who were visiting us from Leeds, the food was just average, there is much better in Boston, service was ok ( it was not busy when we were there). Prices were high but given the small portion sizes it is Very Very overpriced. I have eaten at the Leeds restaurant and though expensive it gave the impression of being a bit special, but something has been lost here, the Boston branch is trying but somehow failing and we all left feeling we had been ripped off, as well as feeling hungry

A long wait for pi** poor food! 1hr and 30 for a carbonara while the other table gets food! Waste of money the failures in this company get worse every visit! Disgrace!!!!

Great food and exceptional service from the lovely staff at Prezzo Boston. The lady manageress, believe her name is Daisy, and her team went all the way out to please and satisfy our every need. Left with full bellies and happy smiles.

We decided to try this restaurant and pleased we did as not only was the waitresses very helpful the food was of an excellent standard. We spent most the evening at our table without feeling rushed and will definitely be going back.

Food is ok what you would expect in a prezzo restaurant. Grandchildren like it here. Drinks are very expensive. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The place was very busy . We got sat at our table waited a very long time for drinks . Then again waited along time for them to take our food order . The food came out fast and was lovely . They took are emptys but we had to wait along time again and had to ask for desert meau not very good service . Drinks very very very very priced. !!!! Over £7 for a glass of wine .

Perfect food and service I struggle with food but when I am there I am made to feel so comfortable that is at the back of my head I have been to the restaurant as part of my food rehabilitation

This was my first visit to the Boston restaurant and must say I was impressed. My wife has been a few times with friends.Welcoming and service was excellent, table for two was perfect, tables not to close together which is a big plus for me. Food was excellent very impressed.

Went for a meal at lunchtime, they were very busy, but that didnt stop the helpful staff and quick service of all menu choices. Can’t fault, service and food.

We had lunch at prezzo last week and as usual the food and service was first class we have been regular users of prezzo restaurant for a long time and we found the quality and service has always been first class every time
