McDonald's in Boston

As always, very inconsistent, it's ok, but it's never all ok, wrong drink, chips bit undercooked, chicken selects lukewarm

I've been here a few times and will never come back. Extremely slow service. I've never heard a single word of apology for the long wait. Dirty tables, dirty seats and the floor is beyond words. In one word, a tragedy.

Excellent service. Excellent food, hot and fresh. Nice atmosphere, great meal, great drinks. Excellent.

Slowest , rudest McDonald's ever . Several poor experiences. They really do take forever. Poor show , something is always stone cold .

I forgot to book a restaurant for my wedding anniversary. Luckily McDonald's managed to fit us in without reservation. The Maître d', Ronald, is an absolute clown but the rest of the staff were friendly.

DISGUSTING!!!! DONT ENTER UNLESS YOU WANT EMPLOYEES TO SCRATCH THEIR PRIVATES IN YOUR FOOD!!! i visited sutterton on the 18th October 2024 to try the new mcrib. My family and I had just returned from butlins in skeg. I went to the front counter got my kids there happy meals and asked for the mcrib myself. while getting some sugars for my drink i peeked over to see one of the employees scratching his private area while making my mcrib!!!! i called a manager and asked them to make another one as he had scratched his privates to which i was told no as it would be a waste for them to make another one. Needless to say i am furious with the customer service and have already started to escalate this further

A nice mcdonalds. Food good, nice and clean, very quick service. Only downside is the car park is quite small and it was full on a Friday lunch time. And the exit is rubbish.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. No one in front of us when I ordered breakfast for 2 people. Chose the table service option. Run of the mill regular items, no special requirements, 2 regular lattes. After 25 minutes our order still hadn't arrived at the table. Whilst other customers after us had theirs, and eaten. Went to the counter to question it, and was told we're just remaking your order. When it was bought over, in a paper bag!!!!, it was incorrect. Back to the counter to complain. Not even a hint of an apology. Absolutely shocking customer service

Quick service in the drive thru but forgot part of our order so had to go in. Fries were not great, they needed to be fresher and have salt applied.

Out of all the McDonalds I’ve visited throughout my life time this one by far is the best. The members of staff were so unbelievably polite and nothing was to much trouble for them! 10/10 enough credit to your team.

Pleasant staff, easy parking and food good.

Regardless of what time you go,it is always slow service. How hasn't management sorted this out by now?

It’s a McDonald’s. You know what you are going to get in terms of food. The service was a bit slower than other ones I’ve been to but it was fine

We had breakfast there. It's a bargain only about 14 pounds for three of us. Very clean inside ,loads of seating

It's relative, another McDonald's but a good one for me, clean toilets, prompt service, clean restaurant.

Slow service, tepid cappuccino. The drinking aperture in the lid tore when I lifted it and made the drinking experience uncomfortable and messy. This is not specific to only this restaurant - often, lids are like this now and never used to be. Cost cutting. Drinking aperture was aligned with cup seam, which made it leak. Just can't get conscientious staff these days. Only went because Starbucks was closed. See you never.

Your standard McDonald's like anywhere else. This place does have plenty of parking bays.

Fast efficient service. Very clean even the toilets. Better than other McDonald's very good standards

Far to busy at lunch time, parking chaotic with a wait, not very clean, untidy, bins overflowing, won't call at this one again.

Always enjoy a McDonald's, enough said.

cold food .. Phillips burger was tasteless no gerkins very small blob of sauce and cold terrible for nearly 8 pounds for the meal

A quick stop to use the facilities, share a burger & grab a coffee en route back up to West Yorkshire from glorious North Norfolk. We were so pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate & the toilet facilities also… extremely well kept up to judging by our visit. It was very busy at the order points but a young waitress made a point of coming over to ask if we’d like her to serve us on a till … which we did. Food was hot & up to standard & all staff extremely pleasant. Can’t ask for more. Well done.

Super busy, very clean, fast service.

Not a great McDonalds, I visited just after lunch so it might have been busy previously and the staff were catching up. The machine that took my order was working, but no receipt so I had to remember my order number. There was detritus on the floor, so much that an assistant had to ask me to lift my foot to remove the paper that had become stuck to it somehow. The bins were full, there were no paper napkins. And my burger looked like it had been thrown into the box from a considerable distance. I had to rebuild it before I could eat it. Also the car park just felt dangerous, I don't know why, but I just looked around for cars speeding through far more than I normally would. The burger itself was tasty, but not crunchy. Fries were OK though.

Nothing to complain about here, the standard excellent service from McDonalds

Great service, food lovely. Staff were quick to clear/clean tables that had been vacated. A bit rowdy with young children running around, knocking into tables & drinks over when you're trying to eat. Great treat for kids but keep them under control PLEASE.

Very slow service. As per usual, no receipt from the self service machine and order appeared and then instantly disappeared from the collection screen way before our order was ready.

The wait was literally 5 mins at the window and when it arrived the bun looked like it had been cut open with a blunt device....I could have done a better job with a wooden disposable fork

Fast service and piping hot Mcdonalds which is rare to find. Really fresh hot chips nicely salted. A decent Mcdonalds.

Food was hot and came out quickly. The servers were polite. The only problem was that the salt had some chips in it, the chips had way too much salt on them.

The level of incompetence makes me worry for the future.

Breakfast wrap was inserted into the packaging upside down so when I opened it the whole thing fell apart. I politely asked them if they could remake it which they did but then told me to “open it carefully next time”. On top of that the place is infested with flies. I usually expect incompetence to run high in a McDonald’s but the morons here really are a special breed of idiot

Great place for a stop and for the kids to have some fun .

On the way back from a long weekend break. Stopped for a coffee and snack. All good value. Not too busy, which was good. Restful break.

Very busy McDonald's. The table which we sat at had not been wiped down! Staff clearly were not lovin it, hence only 3 stars! However, the food was hot and tasted as fresh as it gets for a McDonald's.

We order online for collection there was an issue with the order coming through but the manager was very helpful and sorted it for me.

This specific McDonald's continues to disappoint. Avoid at all cost. First time my coffee was stone cold. It must have sat there at the back for a long time. They did replace it for a new one but it should have never gone out to customer in a first place. Today my big mac was missing a top bun!!! We were already en route when I opened it so I couldn't go back for a new one but again this should have never had happened. As we were waiting for our food another customer was complaining about his burger. Looks like this is a regular ocurance at this place. I will definitely not be back and I don't recommend to anyone going there. I would give 0 starts if i could. Sort it out.

Last 6 months this place has got even worse, i don't think anyone been trained in food hygiene. The best thing for this place is to nock it flat

First time in ages I've had a big mac. Buns get smaller, burgers get thinner. Only went in because the wife needed the toilet. She can bloody hold it next time 🤣

25min waiting for nuggets and cheeseburger

Typical maccies alright ish in the day time but if you go later at night it costs the same bit the quality severely drops off Stale chips luke warm food it's meh

Great new McDonald's outlet, very clean and good food. I hope they keep the standard high as time goes on.

Used this one quite a few times and every time it takes ages to get your food. The last time I went I ordered in the app and used the drive through, I was the only person in it and the rest I was very quiet too. It took far too long for a standard breakfast to be served

Or they will forget about the product, you always have to check if everything is there, and now you still have to check if the products are complete. New sandwich cheeseburger without burger.

Don't know about daytime shifts, but nightshift must be get rid of will save money at least and reputation,or that's a new trend to employ most useless people to hold the wheel while ripping us up? AND what's that all about coming out first to check out who are in parking slots waiting for food???? Gave FEW tries before saying something, cos you know sometimes people make mistakes BUT FLIPPING EVERYTIME?, circus animals are smarter than THESE PLANKTON's who works there on nights. place earning some reputation. Typical Golden Arches the prices gone up but the foods a lot smaller or it’s just my hands are bigger ..like everything today reckons it’s fast food but can be quite await even though it was not that busy when visiting..

Quick service, shame there was no iced drinks available on this occasion as it was the main reason for me to stop. There is a problem with Internet connection, so you may struggle to oder via the app.

Very busy and long queue, 25 minute wait. Staff helpful but dealing with a lot of rude people due to queue and therefore making mistakes and getting upset. Food was lukewarm and soggy with no lettuce on either burgers and a lack of care taken making them. If it wasn't staffed by children I would have returned the lot but it's not their fault they were understaffed.

Avoid like the plague. You won't get what you ordered, and if you do the food is cold, tastes old, something is always missing. Oh and if you want a warm burger try and show up around 2-3am. That's when they are the best...

It's McDonalds. What more is there to say. The staff were really helpful and happy, which made a difference. The car park is small and very busy. It is difficult to find a space when there is a lot of passing traffic.

Usual McDonald's fare. Service was not as fast as I would expect.

This is a decent place to stop if you're on the road and need a bite to eat. It's good, clean and the standard of food is predictable. Just what you need when you're travelling.

This McDonald's always gets the order correct and is quick to deliver to the car as we use click and serve.

We ate in for our meal, Rachael was lovely. She interacted with my little one, ensured she had colouring and things to do to keep her occupied whilst eating. The only downside was that the Outside play equipment wasn't open, but we managed to keep our little one entertained whilst waiting for breakfast.

Even during a busy spell, service was a reasonable speed and they remembered our sauces.

The food is always greasy like the fries was dripping in grease and the wrap was greasy too.... how does the dry wrap meal even come into contact with any oil?

Possibly one of the best Big Mac Meals I ever had at a Maccy D's!

It’s ok. If you need to feed in a hurry, else very hit and miss. This time no milkshakes at all. Food not hot. Only go there when no time to go anywhere else. Parking spaces are a bit too small.

Absolutely immaculate take away. Greeted by one of the most fantastic front of house staff called Tom He wished everyone entering a good evening and was such a lovely kind person. What a credit to your team. keep up the good work young man you are a asset to McDonald's

It's a clean and tidy McDonald's, the service is very good here, compared to some of the others. The orders have always been correct and the waiting time is very short.

Drove round, ordered, paid and collected. Friendly staff and efficient.

It's a small restaurant can be hectic, had to report of no toilet roll in ladies so they are not monitored like they should be.

My son loves a Macdonald but it has to be plain everything. The drive through couldn't be faster and the order is always correct. The staff are so polite you leave feeling happier than when you arrive. Brilliant drive through.
