A real costa fan. Almost always a nice experience

Usual Costa fare and service very clean and tidy Lots of parking too.

Friendly staff and tried the hot milkshake and was surprisingly nice! Thank you!

My double espresso wasn't up to their normal standards 😑, because it was a takeaway I couldn't return it

Usual Costa fare but we have Ubered food and drink from here twice for work and both times, they've got the order wrong with things missing and having to get in the car to go and get the missing items! Waste of time using Uber if Costa can't get the order right

Gingerbread Latte only half a glass full the rest was cream very sweet. Chocolate cake very dry. It’s our normal place that I love to go. Not sure what happened today. Tables not very clean either.

The coffee was good, but the service was absolutely appalling. Spent seven minutes waiting for someone to even look at us, then waited another five minutes before someone took our order.

The staff are friendly and we love having latte at Costa. We would love it more if the standard of latte served was more consistent. I'll explain, it's a hit and miss with the standard of latte served. Sometimes it's creamy with a creamy froth (just as in the picture advertised) that's great but other times it's disappointing no creamy froth just served flat, not great. Another thing that would be great would be if the establishment was dog friendly but alas it is not, which is a shame.

Friendly staff, even if there's a queue they get through it quickly so you're not waiting long

Love a nice hot chocolate especially this time of year..but I've also had the cappuccino, Hazel nut latte,black forest hot chocolate plus the frostino drinks too..love the Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie and the muffins are delicious 😋

Does anyone read reviews for Costa, McDonald's, etc? Same as any other Costa, that's the point, right? Average fare but convenient. If possible support your smaller independent coffee shop whenever you can.

Costa has much better food/drinks/cakes than Starbucks (sorry 😔) Love their vegan range too! They are always filled to the edge and tasty! They keep to time for collections so far. Friendly staff. Used the Costa in the Quadrant today (Boston) and is still just as good, if not better than a year ago. Coffee lovers paradise! 😍🌴☕

The ladies here are phenomenal here. When my mum was around they always served her helped her. Was amazing. Everyday they still ask and for family. A great team indeed

Lovely coffee & restaurant, clean, tidy and fast service. The staff was very friendly. My only gripe was advertising the Rolo hot chocolate in the restaurant when not on offer anymore. Apart from that, it was all perfect and I highly recommend it.

We called here for a drink - the place was a disgrace ! There were six tables with no customers- but all had debris from previous customers- no attempt being made by staff to clear up - totally unacceptable! Went to competitor nearby!

It's a nice Costa. Yeah, it's a little expensive and sometimes things are unavailable, but that's not that fault of the staff at all - who are extremely friendly, efficient and seem to get along well with each other. I especially like the white hot chocolate, it's so much nicer from this store than others I've had it from.

The wait is to long to get served. Had to wait nearly thirty minutes a few weeks a go when I was there. And this time 13 minutes it needs more staff. One was on drive through and one no the counter. We were second and there was another 7 behind, so God knows how long they would have to wait

This used to be a great costa but has gone down hill a little with the quality of drinks seems to be since they changed the frostino to a frappe in name, maybe just a coincidence but not the same, I always have with coffee but can never taste it, its made very inconsistent and for the price isn't great as you expect it to be top notch everyone especially for nearly a fiver a drink

A lively Costa with great staff. I recently visited this store and unfortunately lost my wallet, living 50 miles away I couldn't just pop back to check so I reached out via their Instagram page and even whilst not being at work, the Social Media person got in touch with the shift leader who found my wallet and kept it in the safe for me, when I went back in the next day the same team were on shift, the lady who served me not only recognised me, she remembered my order from 24 hours before!

Was cheaper than expected just under £10 for 2 sausage sarnies and 2 latte staff where friendly excellent team work

There was 7 of us the young lady was very patient with me it was two oldest children that could not make up there minds. 10 out of 10.

Update: April 2022, still clean inside however was waiting approx 5-10 mins to be served as there wasn't anyone serving at the counter, only someone doing drive thru. Would have nice to have been acknowledged whilst I was waiting though. Never had any issues prior with waiting a long time. There is also a Greggs and Burger King built right next to it now and a Starbucks opposite. Previous: Quite a new Costa (less than 2 years old), so very modern and clean. I can imagine it getting busier once Boston FC move to their new location as the new pitch is right beside Costa. Friendly service, nice and spacious inside. There is also seating outside. There is a drive thru too. Toilets are available however we didn't use them however I expect them to be clean, considering our current climate. Customers asked to wear masks when ordering and also to use the track and trace system for the Covid 19 current guidelines. I didn't wear a mask(didn't realise at first) and wasn't questioned. I will wear one next time though.

Quiet coffee shop on A16 south of Boston.

What can I say, its a Costa coffee shop, they are all the same, selling all the same products. All a bit boring really, hence I usually use independent coffee shops. The staff were brilliant though, a very good welcome.

Not our usual Costa coffee, but were in the area. (Daleside Rd). Lovely hot drinks, served in a timely manner, with a friendly smile. Drinks were nice & strong. Nice experience.

Nice place with friendly staff but Costa is very over priced.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is just rude, waiting time is absolutely outrageous while there was no queue what so ever. I’ve spent 15 minutes waiting for a latte, which tasted like battery acid… Costa could at least make a decent coffee if they want to compete. I definitely won’t come back there ever again and would be more than happy to visit their competition.

Went today and asked for a latte with cherry/Black Forest syrup, to be told I was not allowed this. I have this at every costa I visit and the staff never make a fuss. So I asked Kyle and Cally if this was the only costa in the country that had this rule? For Kyle to bluntly say it’s for hot chocolate only. I explained that other costa just put it through as a different flavour. To be bluntly told this would mess up stock orders. I do not like hot chocolate hence not ordering it. It’s a squirt of syrup which you charge me for anyway, surely I’m allowed the one I like??? Will not be visiting this store again. What happened to customer always right. Oh and maybe remove the sign about customers attitudes, and replace with staff attitude too!!

Too large cups for coffee.there are no small cups.You should give water with expresso.also, we asked hot milk, but we were given cold instead. It should be better service.

Not really Costas fault but do not go over 90 minutes if you have used their car park or you will receive a £100 fine

OK clean and love the ham and cheese toasties but why is it so damned expensive for a blinkin coffee. Yes I agree with fair trade and love the idea they are always championing things. This time Pride and why the hell not. But come on guys your prices are extortionate in the largest degree.

If you want a bog standard drink you should be ok. Don't bother if you need a dairy free options of any kind. Had one taste and ended up throwing it away, never tasted anything so disgusting.
