Nice to go to another costa than your own

Just popped in as had club meet, nice place and staff, just a bit pricey for me.

Had a delicious toasted sandwich cheese and tomato a few days ago. The staff were excellent. They even toasted my sandwich in a separate toaster because I'm vegetarian the coffee was good to!!!

again the bubbles are missing from my drinks,they are the fun part of the drink,my granddaughter was so disappointed because they are her favourite, and to top it off they didn't put any straws in. I can't believe how the person at Costa, pilgrim way in wyberton Boston can be so incompetent not to get drinks correct! unbelievable.

Costa is now dog friendly, that's great news. The staff are friendly and we love having latte at Costa. We would love it more if the standard of latte served was more consistent. I'll explain, sometimes it's creamy with a creamy froth (just as in the picture advertised) that's great but other times it's disappointing no creamy froth just flat.

Clean and tidy seating area with most tables cleared of previous person's crockery etc. No queue at till so served promptly and food / drinks made quickly too. Person taking order was reasonably pleasant but not very chatty - could have been friendlier / more approachable.

How about you put some coffee in my drink next time , hot milk and cream is not that nice , to top it off was 3 miles down the road before I noticed. Will not be going back to this one again Starbucks it from now on .

twice now I have received my drink without bubbles and straws. how simple is it to put bubbles in and the big straws or even any straw. not happy

Coffee is good. Food is nice but overpriced.

I think they were struggling to get a driver, should have been delivered at 14.50, arrived just 16.00. Restaurant number is out of use and goes to a message saying just that.... couldn't cancel due to this. Contacted just eat for generic replies. Bad Service and I use it lots, so I know the difference. To top it all the toastie was cold and the cake looked cut down to fit in. a toasty envelope for delivery 🤷

Went to drive thru got told off for smoking in my owns car when there’s no law against it at all will not be going again she was very rude

Waste of money really. The bap i had was tiny. Definitely would NOT order from here again.

First time here and found it to be clean, efficient and quiet. Okay, it's a drive through which had a regular flow of customers, and I sat in for a coffee and chat with my friend, but the whole atmosphere was relaxed. No problems parking when we went either. We will come back again. We didn't eat anything on this occasion but there was plenty of choice on offer.

Can't believe people say that the staff are slow and you have to wait a long time and never had a problem with anything at the place

Another one under our belts. Obviously a very new one . Same layout as majority these days. Staff friendly and quick service. Handy stop if your travelling through.

Typical roadside Costa. Once you get in it. Car parking is not the best laid out.

Went in at 7:58 when it shuts at eight and the workers refused to make us a drink and told us they were locking up when they clearly weren't as they were just standing and chatting.

Sat and had a nice coffee and cake, nothing to complain about there, the furniture is a different thing though, definitely need someone with a wet vac or something similar to clean the blue sofa and chairs located near the counter.

The driver sat a few streets away then changed the status to "delivered" but never delivered. No refunds offered either unfortunately.

We went 1 hr before it shut. Don't like the fact you have to register your car number plate. I understand why but on a none football day a wast of time as the carpark was empty. Secondly went up to order and the first thing was created with from the lady serving was.... we shut in a hour!!! There was 5 of us so 1/4 of that time felt like it was taken up on making the coffees. It was a bit of a mess in the seating area . There was only one other table with customer's at the time. The drinks did taste nice . I only live 5 minutes away and was my first visit and to be fair it will probably be my last.

Delivery driver moody because I didn’t realise he was calling me (phone on silent as at work)Unsure as to why he didn’t ring the doorbell. Thrust the bags at me and marched off to his car muttering under his breath

Just over 2 years old but furniture starting to show signs of wear and tear

Usual Costa fare but we have Ubered food and drink from here twice for work and both times, they've got the order wrong with things missing and having to get in the car to go and get the missing items! Waste of time using Uber if Costa can't get the order right

I have ordered lunch ( hot food plus coffee) 4 times over the last few weeks, but on 3 of these orders, I didn't receive the food. As much as I appreciate getting the coffee, it does not qualify as lunch.

Gingerbread Latte only half a glass full the rest was cream very sweet. Chocolate cake very dry. It’s our normal place that I love to go. Not sure what happened today. Tables not very clean either.

I usually get excellent service, but today, I was missing a panini from my order. Everything else was OK.

The coffee was good, but the service was absolutely appalling. Spent seven minutes waiting for someone to even look at us, then waited another five minutes before someone took our order.

I ended up with a cake for dinner as my sandwich was out of stock normally places where the food item is short would remove it or replace with alternative or call the customer like many restaurants have do I would not he recommending Costa coffee to know one

Love a nice hot chocolate especially this time of year..but I've also had the cappuccino, Hazel nut latte,black forest hot chocolate plus the frostino drinks too..love the Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie and the muffins are delicious 😋

The white hot chocolate was just hot milk and watery and I ordered a large gingerbread latte and got a medium instead, which was cold I don't know what happened this time I dont have this problem with Starbucks

Does anyone read reviews for Costa, McDonald's, etc? Same as any other Costa, that's the point, right? Average fare but convenient. If possible support your smaller independent coffee shop whenever you can.

Said on the app that it's delivered, but didn't received, noone rang the doorbell, went outside to look and nothing. Tried calling, operator said currently customer service not working...

Costa has much better food/drinks/cakes than Starbucks (sorry 😔) Love their vegan range too! They are always filled to the edge and tasty! They keep to time for collections so far. Friendly staff. Used the Costa in the Quadrant today (Boston) and is still just as good, if not better than a year ago. Coffee lovers paradise! 😍🌴☕

the staff are very helpful, know & perform their roles well. The toilets were clean. Lots of choice & the food was served hot & tasted great. Thanks to everyone involved. I would definitely recommend

Ordered two of the only bubble drinks on the meal, both drinks came with no mango bubbles. Absolutely rotten ruined my year

Stil had items for sale which were out of stock so have to claim back a refund

The ladies here are phenomenal here. When my mum was around they always served her helped her. Was amazing. Everyday they still ask and for family. A great team indeed

Lovely coffee & restaurant, clean, tidy and fast service. The staff was very friendly. My only gripe was advertising the Rolo hot chocolate in the restaurant when not on offer anymore. Apart from that, it was all perfect and I highly recommend it.

We called here for a drink - the place was a disgrace ! There were six tables with no customers- but all had debris from previous customers- no attempt being made by staff to clear up - totally unacceptable! Went to competitor nearby!

It's a nice Costa. Yeah, it's a little expensive and sometimes things are unavailable, but that's not that fault of the staff at all - who are extremely friendly, efficient and seem to get along well with each other. I especially like the white hot chocolate, it's so much nicer from this store than others I've had it from.

The cups were a quarter full. Very disappointed.

The wait is to long to get served. Had to wait nearly thirty minutes a few weeks a go when I was there. And this time 13 minutes it needs more staff. One was on drive through and one no the counter. We were second and there was another 7 behind, so God knows how long they would have to wait

Really nice costa well stocked. Friendly staff. Only thing has with most Costa cafes the toilets let it down.
