Caffe Nero in Boston

Started coming here most morning now before work, really relaxing place and great drinks

Lovely coffee shop. I go there a lot when I'm in Boston and the barista are always friendly and even when it's busy it's quick service. :) It gets a bit loud during peak times but nothing my headphones can't cancel out.

I love going to Nero's cafe. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. I enjoy my ginger shot and my bacon roll there. As well as the Arabic coffee 🥰🥰🥰

Staff are very friendly. Good atmosphere. Café Nero you need to upgrade some of the quite filthy looking chairs and upgrade the toilets. Needs giving some attention before any real competition comes along. Staff should keep tables clean as many people are having to clear for them. Either that or have cloths and a spray for customers to clean after other customers.

Café Nero Has THe prime spot in Boston for a friendly coffee and snacks..sometimes with a little calmer atmosphere and in busy times is buzzing. Staff are great. However they don't appear to have pride in keeping tables clean. why are some of the chairs so filthy grotty looking. Why do customers have to clear tables when they come in. Stop taking this great little Café vantage point for granted. Café Nero please look after this place with pride.

It was OK. Not bad, but not great either. Just what you would expect from an average café.

This looks shabby inside compared to some others Very dated too . It’s time to jazz up a little pls. Went in again as I really like their coffee better than any other shop. It still looks very dated

Absolutely love cafe Nero, prices have gone up a bit although they now do offer two types of coffee in their shop, can get a bit noisy but the service is second to none

Staff are very caring and go out of there way for people with allergies.

Coffee was great, it taste good and was the right temperature. The cakes are defrosted and aren't that great. I didn't finish mine. The seating is limited as this is a small Nero's, but there were plenty available.

CAFE Neros is the best coffee around, been going to Neros for over 16 years, the first one we went to was in Norwich.

Lovely clean place. Wasn't rushed out after finishing drinks.

Building ok, very polite staff, but what let it down was there ability to make the drink that i wanted, which was a cortado, four attempts were made, maybe a bit more training for there staff..

Last time I had a coffee there, I must admit it was much better quality than at Costa's. Tables were regularly cleaned which is also good. However, the cakes behind the counter were manky, visually unappealing, looked untidy, out of shape. So I'd say the place needs to improve, because the moment there are caffe places in town that have much higher standards.

I would like to say many thanks to Callum. He was very helpful. He helped me to carry a very heavy parcel. It was very much appreciated. A very polite young man. I would also like to say thank you to his Manager for allowing him to come to my rescue.

Clean friendly place you can take your dogs there too. Expensive but great teacakes

My mother and I went there last week and had their new iced coffee, as I had a voucher. It was surprisingly nice and so we went again this week and had another iced coffee and it was awful this time.

Be aware !! We visited Boston with our family and bought coffees and food from this Caffè Nero and we also had some fries with us from a different shop and we have been told off straight away that we cannot consume food that we bought from a different location, even though we already bought loads of stuff from them ! Only the food for babies can be consumed inside. The caffe shop was almost empty!! That’s soo sad ! Cleanliness was poor also, the floors were not cleaned and strong toilet smell instead of the nice smell of coffee !!

We took our granddaughter for a snack while visiting the area. The staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly but most of all, patient. Plus the cakes and savouries were on top form.

Clean with friendly staff, lovely food and coffee. Fixed seating was a little jaded and in need of attention. Staff cleaned tables between customers. Toilets were clean.

Well it's a Cafe Nero, excellent coffee, in fact my favourite of all the big coffee houses. The sausage rolls were excellent.

Great staff decent coffee but needs uncomfortable wooden seating down the side replacing with the pre-covid comfy chairs as its losing trade. The 1.4 metre rule they have is bizarre as even with them restrictions two lots of two comfy chairs would fit ok.....

If you're in Boston and fancy a coffee I can recommend Caffe Nero,12 Strait,Bargate, Boston. It has a nice atmosphere and is always nice and clean. Good coffee served with a smile. Thank you to all concerned.

pleasent cafe good clean costomer toilets allows pets in which is always a good thing shame they do not sell pot noodles as well tables NOT cleaned straight away cue is basically a free for all they should sell meals and not just snacks the rating is for lovily salmon and cream cheese sandwich very nice would reccomend

Got the seat near the door unfortunately. Drafty and customers kept bashing the back of my chair with the door. Coffee was the same as it always is
