I went to order a pizza and i was waiting for a long time. No one at the front desk. When someone finally came he was very rude. He refused to take payment using a gift card that could be only redeemed at store. When we tried to discuss it he ignored us and start talking to another person.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever known. Don’t deliver to a local area the staff have no customer services training whatsoever, Very rude on the telephone and not helpful at all. Likewise the delivery personnel do not have any manners or respect for the customers. Stand there looking for a tip when the pizza is half an hour to an hour late. No apologies received or any discount given for late deliveries. You are also very lucky if you can speak to someone who can actually speak English and understand what you’re ordering without saying it twice or three times to them. Definitely need training! Avoid them like the plague!!!

Great pizza that arrived hot and on time, delivery driver was Shiva who was polite and pleasant- great experience thank you!

Disgusted with the service deal bot never activated and I was charged nearly £55 for pizza that should of been £35 when contacting customer service they say nothing they can do. Will never use them again

I ordered pizza using the offer they gave me and thought I would get the kind of pizza I normally get. After waiting for an hour the pizza arrived and I was shocked with how the pizza was looking as the pizza was squashed in the box and the box was bent meaning there were pizzas on top that when I openeed the box the cheese was all stuck on the box. The pizza was also burnt and siblings were very upset with the way the pizza was looking. I can say that I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Whose idea was it to put on garlic salt? You might want to include the word salt on you mobile app. My sons dinner was ruined by this, it also looked like something l would have cooked myself. I’ve used dominoes 100 times - thought I’d go for Pizza Hut 50% off Black Friday deal. No wonder it’s half price. Son took two bites and refused to eat anymore!! Complete waste of money - and it was barely hot when arrived. Dominoes are further away yet arrive 20 mins earlier everytime

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Pizza delivered after approx 60 minutes. When we ate the pizza it was cold. Phoned the shop and they would not refund. Won't use them again.

Simply do not bother ordering from this PH branch. First incident: delivery was delayed by 30+ minutes. Rude staff on the phone when enquiring. 3 hours after our order arrived, a second copy of the exact same order was delivered to our house, which we rejected. Clearly nobody is running that branch with any common sense or management skill. We received a £10 gift voucher for our complaint which we used today. This brings us to incident 2: food was collected in good time but all dough on the pizzas and the sides was hardly cooked at all. Inedible. Absolute shambles of a food "restaurant". Save yourselves the time, money and disappointment - order from literally anywhere else. F****** joke.

Ordered online said 25 to 35 mins after an hour called they said order was a future order!!!!! No I had an email to say order was in the kitchen!!’ Finally arrived after an hour and half not worth the wait

Ordered on-line.......stated delivery up to 55 minutes.... 2 hours later....No show!....Called the shop....no one answering the phone........ Hopeless !!!

The pizza's are great but the delivery is something to be desired Have been occasions that when ordering at lunch time it can take nearly 2 hours to get order. I want lunch not afternoon tea !!!

Have ordered online twice now, first time ended up going to collect as when I phoned to ask why the delivery was taking so long, was told very few drivers working. Took it as a one off and ordered again a couple of weeks later - exact same thing - delivery took close to 2 hours which, yep its a pain but website said 35 - 40 mins. When order arrived - items missing. It's a real shame as I'm sure the girls in the shop get no end of abuse over the phone. Solution - will only be collecting from now on as pizza is still the best tasting to the other take aways!!!!

Rang for a pizza at 7.30 -35-40 minutes for delivery after ringing to see how much longer it would be and being spoken to very rudely not one but twice ! Staff also put the phone on the side keeping me on hold while taking other calls !! The pizza arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes later by this time it was 20 to 10 ! When I told the delivery man that I no longer wanted a pizza that had been sitting there for over an hour he got the hump mumbled something under his breath and stormed off !! If you seriously think you will ever getting my money again ! Disgusting customer service. Further more the still expected me to pay £22 for a pizza that was cold and soggy !

Three deliveries and three disappointments. The last straw was when my delivery turned up late, it also turned out to be burnt and to top it all the delivery guy was very short on change so got a huge tip. Like I say in the title - never again.

Waited over an hour for delivery - when it arrived it was the wrong pizza- 2 medium instead of 1 large with wrong topping on both and all the sides were inedible - burnt garlic bread, cold potato skins phoned to complain, young lady very pleasant but when I said I wanted a refund she passed me to her manager who was very brusque to the point of rudeness and said he would send a replacement. Delivery man was lovely and apologetic and delivered it very quickly but I didn't bother checking whilst he was there. When I got in and opened it - again the wrong toppings and soggy in the middle so inedible. I didn't bother phoning the branch back because by now it was 2 and a quarter hours since ordering so I went to Pizza hut HO to complain and ask for a refund. HO were brilliant and refunded in full - I am surprised they still allow this branch to trade under the Pizza Hut name.

We ordered the £14.00 meal deal last night, which was large pizza, garlic bread, wedges, chicken strips and drink of choice. We collected our pizza, but had to wait far too long in the restaurant for our meal to be rerady. The pizza was overcooked, the wedges were undercooked and the garlic bread was burnt on the edges. The rest of the meal was sort of OK, but instead of the ordinary 7UP we ordered we were given 7UP Free which contains Aspartame, so none of us can drink it. We have not tried Pizza Hut in a long while, but thought we would give it a go. After this experience we will probably not go back again.

Order 2 pizzas from here.. Well they were really tight on toppings and it look 1 hr & 15 mins to come when I kept calling to see where it was they kept saying its on the way & had other orders 2 drop off 2..By the time it come it was cold!! I couldn't b bothered 2 call back as we were staving. Got a email that night asking how they'd done.. Well we told them how disappointed we were and got a email back saying we could have a special offer buy 1 get 1 free for next time however it expired over a month ago... Awful awful awful
