Subway in Broxbourne

I’m a regular customer in this shop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The shop is always spotless.

Tasty sub, good value meal deal

I ordered a sub for 1 meal and some chicken bites. in the deal you get a drink, cookies and crisps. I only received the sub, chicken bites and the tiny sauce pot. missing 3 items. I tried to contact the store several times but no answer.

We ordered 3 cookies too, one of them had a chunk missing in the shape of a mouth, someone had taken a bit!

Driver could not read English delivery instructions. He phoned several times. But could not find house despite me trying to explain the instructions attached to the order.. Driver had very poor spoken English. He finally found me and was about to return to Subway restaurant as undelivered.

Really disappointed. Bag was no sealed whatsoever, gave me the wrong crisps and was no tuna whatsoever in my salad. Will not be ordering again and do not reccomend

Personally, I’ve been going here constantly and never had bad service, food was very good and they complete the Sandwich very quickly and yet still tastes good🤙.

eventide I order they always get items missing seriously getting stupid now

£3.79 for sausage in the sandwich and didn’t get it. I know I won’t get a refund as just eat system is bad. Last order there.

The food was horrible but I’ve been asked to send a picture via email however my email is refusing to let me attach images therefore I don’t think I’ll be compensated unless they offer me another way to send proof of the disgusting food I received

First order not received although website says delivered, Although delivery instructions sent with order. Courier unable to read English. Who reeived my order? Was the courier legal to be working?. Subway advised to reorder and replacement received.

terrible for is always burnt and they can't seem to count either

Instruction was easy and simple "call when at the reception" food was delivered 15min after couriers call. He said that he is outside. I had to wait outside for 15min using my break time. It will be faster to go and collect it instead of waiting until it will get delivered. Awful courier

Food took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold as prepared by the restaurant 1.5 hours before collection so was inedible had to be thrown in the bin

Second time over ordered and paid for double cheese and double meat and they’ve not added it

I could see driver, driving around the area, time kept changing it resulted in food being completely cold. How simple should that be?

Order was late, got a call from the subway complaining to me about the delivery driver for some reason. Then when it finally arrived they got the order wrong anyway

Disappointed with my order? I ordered a chicken tikka salad and when it turned up there was no chicken!! Tried to contact Subway, no one answers the phone and so I ended up paying £5.99 for just a bowel of salad!!

I ordered the philli steak and cheese salad ... came with no meat at all

The order anther guy came to me and said it’s the wrong one he went back to change it and now the people who work there said they won’t allow me to get me the right food I paid now I will report this and I will be coming

We received additional food and drinks that we didn’t order

all was alright but got no receipt and the custom sub we made didnt come and gave us a normal one. my son is now going hungry because he was allergic to the meat inside it. i hope for a refund. thank you to subway

Got 3 meatball 6 inch subs, 2 of which i did not select to be toasted yet they toasted them. My kids were less than impressed. Otherwise the food was ok. Disappointed that meal deals weren't available.

Sub had tomato’s in that I didn’t ask for and crisps didn’t come

We like this Subway and are always given great service from Tahir. The best time to visit is on Saturday mornings when there’s always free parking all around. The staff are friendly and the food is well stocked. We also have another Subway close by but we much prefer to use this one because it’s clean, quick, and a nice way to start the weekend.

My sub was made so sloppily, all the filling was pouring out. It was also cold. Would have been easier to eat it with a knife and fork.

Never had subway before and decided to try it. I'd heard the salad was dry and limp. I was wrong, I had a salad served by Tahir, he was very generous with the ingredients, very friendly. I have been back a few times now, the salad is fresh and crunchy and there is plenty to choose from highly recommended.

The food was nice, the false advertising of expired deals and not knowing what stock was available wasn’t great however the staff were lovely and did their best, I will eat here again

As I am pregnant i got a baby brain somehow, I forgot to tell what I wanted in my sub. So I got a phone call where they double checked if I wanted my sub plain. Thank you, it was a really good customer service 👍

I come here almost everyday because the food is fresh and the service is excellent. The manager Tahir is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this particular subway.

The delivery was on time and the food tasted nice, BUT the pictures shown are very deceptive. The mega meat sub clearly shows 4 WHOLE meatballs per 6inch, not 4 halved in a foot long as received.

My food was cold I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and they didn’t pick up.

Do not order from this subway. I placed an order on ubereats only to not receive my order and not the full refund, not to mention when you try to phone the store they immediately hang up so it is impossible to get your food or any sort of refund for your troubles. I will be taking my money elsewhere!

I would give this less than one star if i could. ordered from subway twice and both times received terrible service, either get the wrong food or it doesn’t show up at all. won’t be ordering from here again !

All Tasteless and Small Portions... Never Again

Entire sub missing, other sub was freezing cold and barely toasted. Awful service, how is a missing sub even possible?

requested extra cheese and paid for extra cheese BUT BARELY ANY CHEESE AT ALL ON BACON AND CHICKEN

Order sent to store i don't use staff at store i did go to were rude.

Did a mistake on my order, and I have literally called them straight after my order to change it, but they have refused and said that they are apparently already doing the subs, which was definitely a lie. Also the staff member was really rude to me.

Just ordered from uber eats and they have messed up my order again, I asked for no salad and they added everything. How do you mess up by adding something extra, managment here must be awful. That was my last order, never again. If your looking for food you have way better options at least until a change in heads occur.

Rude Staff Got angry because I wanted to pay using my sub points totally refused and threw the sub in the bin

Pros: Polite server and clean environment. Cons: Only one server present. Requires additional servers, particularly during busy periods. When there are more than one customer, there's a tendency to be kept waiting unreasonably as the only server also has to prepare orders for online delivery too.

My food has not been delivered as yet

I didn’t get my order. It says delivered but it was never delivered.

Please, please can you wrap the sandwich. I ordered from here a few times now hoping that its would be better but how on earth am I meant to eat this when its so poorly wrapped and everything is falling out. On top of that, no one even bothered to cut the sandwich properly so even the slightest amount of wrapping is redundant as I had to unwrap it anyway. Whats the point of a sandwich if i have to eat it with a fork?
