Subway in Broxbourne

I have been extremely ill and unable to eat. Today my appetite started to come back and I wanted to try something light, so I decided a plain tuna mayo with cucumber and this was what I received. Half of the sub didn't have cucumber (there were 4 pieces of cucumber in total.) And they decided to dump a bucket of mayonnaise in it. I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how bad they have made such a simple sandwich. Needless to say, I couldn't eat it because of how much mayonnaise there was. It made me feel sick and now I've lost my appetite again. Thanks. Absolutely terrible.

The meatballs were burnt, the cookies were missing from the order, the drinks that turned up weren’t what we ordered and talking to them over the phone the employee was rude and shouting

I forgot to choose if my sub was to be toasted or not when ordering online. A very nice lady actually called me to ask which I preferred. Went over and above which was absolutely appreciated.

Sub was perfect. Cheese bites were extremely spicy, there was no dietary information that says there are chillies or that they would be spicy and the cheese looked orange instead of yellow like in the photo.

I haven’t received my food and still waiting for it I want my money back and never ever get anything online from here. I am calling up no one is picking up the phone

I’m a regular customer in this shop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The shop is always spotless.

Great service from Subway, kept me informed and everything was included that I ordered. Only problem was my delivery, I scheduled to recieve at 13:20 and received my meal 30 mins later, the food was cold obviously so couldn't fully enjoy the meal.

2nd time I’ve had missing items but already paid for them.Its hard to get money back through just eat cause I feel it’s pot luck if ‘just eat’ gives u money back to the original payment card or credit for ‘just eat’.There has also been times where ‘just eat’ has refused so I’ve ended up out of pocket for someone else’s fault (it can be infuriating)

Tasty sub, good value meal deal

I ordered a sub for 1 meal and some chicken bites. in the deal you get a drink, cookies and crisps. I only received the sub, chicken bites and the tiny sauce pot. missing 3 items. I tried to contact the store several times but no answer.

We ordered 3 cookies too, one of them had a chunk missing in the shape of a mouth, someone had taken a bit!

Driver could not read English delivery instructions. He phoned several times. But could not find house despite me trying to explain the instructions attached to the order.. Driver had very poor spoken English. He finally found me and was about to return to Subway restaurant as undelivered.

Really disappointed. Bag was no sealed whatsoever, gave me the wrong crisps and was no tuna whatsoever in my salad. Will not be ordering again and do not reccomend

Personally, I’ve been going here constantly and never had bad service, food was very good and they complete the Sandwich very quickly and yet still tastes good🤙.

£3.79 for sausage in the sandwich and didn’t get it. I know I won’t get a refund as just eat system is bad. Last order there.

The food was horrible but I’ve been asked to send a picture via email however my email is refusing to let me attach images therefore I don’t think I’ll be compensated unless they offer me another way to send proof of the disgusting food I received

First order not received although website says delivered, Although delivery instructions sent with order. Courier unable to read English. Who reeived my order? Was the courier legal to be working?. Subway advised to reorder and replacement received.

Instruction was easy and simple "call when at the reception" food was delivered 15min after couriers call. He said that he is outside. I had to wait outside for 15min using my break time. It will be faster to go and collect it instead of waiting until it will get delivered. Awful courier

Food took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold as prepared by the restaurant 1.5 hours before collection so was inedible had to be thrown in the bin

I could see driver, driving around the area, time kept changing it resulted in food being completely cold. How simple should that be?

Disappointed with my order? I ordered a chicken tikka salad and when it turned up there was no chicken!! Tried to contact Subway, no one answers the phone and so I ended up paying £5.99 for just a bowel of salad!!

The order anther guy came to me and said it’s the wrong one he went back to change it and now the people who work there said they won’t allow me to get me the right food I paid now I will report this and I will be coming

all was alright but got no receipt and the custom sub we made didnt come and gave us a normal one. my son is now going hungry because he was allergic to the meat inside it. i hope for a refund. thank you to subway

Got 3 meatball 6 inch subs, 2 of which i did not select to be toasted yet they toasted them. My kids were less than impressed. Otherwise the food was ok. Disappointed that meal deals weren't available.

Sub had tomato’s in that I didn’t ask for and crisps didn’t come

We like this Subway and are always given great service from Tahir. The best time to visit is on Saturday mornings when there’s always free parking all around. The staff are friendly and the food is well stocked. We also have another Subway close by but we much prefer to use this one because it’s clean, quick, and a nice way to start the weekend.

My sub was made so sloppily, all the filling was pouring out. It was also cold. Would have been easier to eat it with a knife and fork.

Never had subway before and decided to try it. I'd heard the salad was dry and limp. I was wrong, I had a salad served by Tahir, he was very generous with the ingredients, very friendly. I have been back a few times now, the salad is fresh and crunchy and there is plenty to choose from highly recommended.

The food was nice, the false advertising of expired deals and not knowing what stock was available wasn’t great however the staff were lovely and did their best, I will eat here again

As I am pregnant i got a baby brain somehow, I forgot to tell what I wanted in my sub. So I got a phone call where they double checked if I wanted my sub plain. Thank you, it was a really good customer service 👍

I come here almost everyday because the food is fresh and the service is excellent. The manager Tahir is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this particular subway.

The delivery was on time and the food tasted nice, BUT the pictures shown are very deceptive. The mega meat sub clearly shows 4 WHOLE meatballs per 6inch, not 4 halved in a foot long as received.

My food was cold I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and they didn’t pick up.

Do not order from this subway. I placed an order on ubereats only to not receive my order and not the full refund, not to mention when you try to phone the store they immediately hang up so it is impossible to get your food or any sort of refund for your troubles. I will be taking my money elsewhere!

I would give this less than one star if i could. ordered from subway twice and both times received terrible service, either get the wrong food or it doesn’t show up at all. won’t be ordering from here again !

The food was as usual for Subway and friendly staff.

Really good service, very nice staff and they fill the sandwiches the exact right way. I go to subway often and out of every one i've been to, this is definitely the BEST ONE. Regards to the owner
