The worst food ever! I ordered here a few weeks back from uber eats. Spent almost £50 and the entire dishes were tasteless. Not only that I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and it arrived without the sauce. When I called them they said when I call next time and order 'they'll sort something for me'.. sorry but there will never be a next time!!! Also had to wait 2hrs for my food. Absolutely diabolical place the worst In the area!

The food wasn't great, looking forward to a nice meal instead I got a Luke warm meal. The crabmeat soup had no flavour and to top it off, as soon as the food hit my stomach, I hadn't been feeling great. The next day - today, in mad pain. 😢

Just called to make an order. Was told it will be about an hour due to traffic which is fine. Was then told if I wanted to pay buy card I would have to wait an additional 45 mins on top of the hour. Very bad service.

I don’t ever leave reviews on places but feel like I should here to save people their money and time! I don’t want to come across patronising or mean either. We used to order from here whenever we wanted a Chinese takeaway and never had an issue. Only the last 2 times we have ordered from here has been horrible. The first time was just after Christmas we did quite a big order and spent almost £80. The delivery took over 2 hours and when it finally arrived we had food missing. When we rang back up to ask where our food was they said it will be sorted and with us within half an hour. An hour went by and when we rang up again they said we weren’t ‘priority’. So we ended up having to drive there ourselves to receive the rest of our order. The second time when we ordered just tonight we ordered at 7:40pm. The food didn’t get to us until 9:30pm. During this time we rang to ask where our order was. I was put on hold so they could check where the driver was, I was put on hold for over 5mins and then it cut out on us. Finally they said 10 minutes away and it took another half an hour. When it finally got delivered our food was stone cold, soggy just overall disgusting. They don’t seem to really care much. Save your money people x

I recently ordered from a China restaurant using Uber Eats and tried their beef in black bean sauce. The meal was not too bad, but it wasn't outstanding either (meat was overcooked I think). Sauce tastes nice. The packaging was quite good. However, our order arrived a bit later than expected.

I made an order over Uber eats with this restaurant and they were absolutely terrible. The delivery was over 2 hours late. I called to make a complaint and was promised 2 portions of duck and pancakes. When the order arrived they gave us the pancakes alone and also left the sauce that was supposed to be with another one of our orders. I called them back to rectify the issue and was called “childish” and even after that the operator hung up the phone. I’m appalled at the attitude and outright horrible management of this restaurant. I demanded my money be returned and won’t stop until I get my compensation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! The service this place provides is absolutely DISGUSTING! Firstly my food took over an hour and 45 minutes to arrive Secondly they did not bring all of my food Thirdly after speaking to them twice they REFUSED to bring the rest of our order to us. To top this all off they called me childish for demanding the rest of my order (which cost over £40) and they then hung up on me. SHAMEFUL & SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Date: 27.12.23. Absolutely horrendous service. Food arrived almost 2hs after ordering. Most of the food we ordered did not arrive. I called to complain and they were so unhelpful claiming that they were BUSY!!!!! . Will never buy from these people again and l strongly advise people not to buy food from these people.

The thing is, delivery might be late sometimes BUT the food is always 100/10! My favs are aromatic duck with pancakes, king prawn fried rice, crispy shredded chicken but everything I have is always worth the wait and always yummy!

My first time ordering and was very happy. There aren’t many good Chinese locally so i’m glad I gave them a try. The food was fresh, tasty, not stingy with the portion size and the delivery was quick and the driver friendly. And I’m a fussy person, ignore the negative reviews!

All I ordered was 3 things......yet for some reason only 2 were delivered, how its possible to mess up such a simple order is quite surprising + the fact that what was delivered was not even good surprises me even more. If you are not able to do the bare minimum to cater to your customers you might as well just shut down :(

Called the restaurant, allegedly the driver has left with our order 50 minutes ago, we are an 10 minute drive away. Our order did not arrive. Will not be using this restaurant again. Worst meal ever. Chicken satay over cooked, sauce was like glue, Pancake rolls burnt, they forgot one of the dishes. Prawn crackers were stale. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Never again.

Ordered on Uber eats - Never received my food. Disputed the transaction- never order from this place they keep you waiting for ages and cut the phone off when you call. Don’t order from here, ordered at 5:48pm, called at 6:35pm still no food. It’s 8pm now and no food had to order KFC. Disputed the transaction and hopefully I will receive a refund. UPDATE: Uber eats refunded me - NEVER EVER order from here! Another update: keep in mind I ordered at 5:48 pm… it’s now 9:22pm and the food has arrived. I feel put off now but luckily I received a refund.

Do not EVER, EVER order from this despicable place. I ordered off of Uber eats and instead of receiving what was written in the app I received about half the amount of starters. Not only did I not get what I ordered but it arrived an hour and a half late and lukewarm. I called the restaurant and a disgustingly rude lady answered, telling me she’d hang up, constantly interrupting me, calling me stupid - and then eventually following through and hanging up. If you respect yourself, don’t order from here. The food was mid anyway. My advice? Go out of business. I wish nothing but the worst on your establishment. It angers me to think that you survived COVID while good restaurants haven’t. 👍🏽

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worse restaurant ever. We ordered chicken and vegetable chow main and received PORK ( we do not eat pork for religious reasons) . Once we called and expressed our frustration they hung up the phone and had no empathy. I should also mention the order arrived over 2 hours later and every time we called we were told “15 minutes” and we also live 5 minutes away am gobsmacked they are eve in operating as a business . Awful food. Prawn toast didn't even taste like prawn toast Very oily. The duck had a piece of plastic inside and nearly broke my boyfriends tooth. Horrible customer customer service. I was missing one item and instead of sending it straight away the girl on the phone said “we are busy we can’t send it now”. After when I asked for a refund she said ok I will send it. When I called again after 35 minutes to check my order she just hang up the phone. I tried to call again to ask for a refund but they just hang up the phone or leave it open on the desk. Shame!!

So surprised by the negative reviews. I have ordered 3 times. Twice on justeat and once directly through website. Each time food was on time, hot, fairly priced and tasty. I had free extras every time as well like fortune cookies! This is my go to Chinese food takeaway now as all in Enfield are unacceptable quality or have a limited menu. Thank you China Panda !

Really bad experience ordered food for the family My son's food was missed when I called back I was told 15mins for them to redelivery my son's food 1hr later still been told they are waiting for driver and not sure how long it will take then they had the audacity to shut the phone on my face when I told them I wasn't happy with the service and don't even phone back to apologize. I would not recommend anyone to order food from this restaurant.

Do not order!!!!! I have ordered at 8:09 and is 10 pm and the order did not arrived. I have called them 3 times and they told me a lot of lies, at every call they said they will deliver in 20 minutes and they had another reason . I have called them until they closed at 23:10 was the last phone call to ask for my money back and surprise ! they’ve told me that I am sure that I have ordered there because they do not have any ticket with my adress and my order but every time when I have called them they were telling me that the order will come in 20 minutes for 3 h and they dis not delivered at all so they said call Uber and ask for your money back.

Ordered a takeaway at 5.50 and the estimated delivery was 6.40 - 7.00, at 7.10 I called the restaurant and was told that there were queues at the petrol stations and the driver would deliver our food within 10 - 15 mins, I reported this on the JustEat app and our estimated delivery was changed to 7.50 (2 hours after the order was placed). By 8.00 I had phoned several more times and the line was always busy. Got through to someone at 8.05 and was told they would need to contact the manager and call me back. 8.20 I had to phone back, shocker, and they still had no idea where our order was but was told to wait another 15 minutes. The food finally arrived at 8.30 and was stone cold. The driver said there was an accident at the roundabout, spoiler, there wasn't! So if you're happy to wait more than 2.5 hours for a takeaway that is only an 8 min drive from your house and for it to be cold when it does arrive... so you spend even more time heating it up... then order from here, but if like most people you expect your food to turn up at a reasonable time and hot, then I'd look elsewhere. The extra star was for the woman who answered the phone, she was very polite but seemed stressed out... no doubt several others calling to find out what the delays were... but did her best to help.

I ordered a simple takeaway through Just eat. I was told an hour and was happy to wait. After an hour and a half I rang, only to be told it was very busy. An hour later the delivery driver rang. I told him not to bother. By now, I had walked to a different takeaway, ordered a meal, had a pint while waiting and even arrived home and eaten it. I complained to just eat, which, to be very fair, immediately reimbursed my account. Good on them

I ordered food at 10 to 7 it said it will be here in 40 minutes 2 hours later I range up find out where my ordere is for them to tell me they can't tell me when it is going to be delivered 35 minutes later it was delivered the food was cold and wrong food was delivered not what we asked for the curry was swimming in oil and it was that bad we couldn't eat we had to through in the bin prawn crackers was open and looked like it been eaten half empty we tried to ring up to complain they turned there phones off I recommend annot to order from here

Would give no stars if I could. When I rang at 21.04 to order a delivery I asked how long it would be and was told 40 minutes. Rang again at 22.09 to check when it would arrive and was told it would be with me in 15 minutes. Called again at 22.44 as it still had not arrived and told again it would-be 15 minutes. Food finally arrived at 22.55, nearly two hours after ordering, and barely warm. Told we have been busy. Have learned from this - never order from here again (this was first attempt at delivery always collected previously). Message to restaurant don't give out unrealistic delivery times and don't accept orders if you are too busy to deliver on time! Updates to your customers also help!

Ordered through just eat it took them 2 hours to deliver my food. At this point the food was Luke warm when delivered. The duck was over cooked which made it chewy and the crispy bits were solid. The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style had the sauce which was literally just water and hardly any sauce at all. The sesame seed prawn toast was extremely greasy. Overall the food wasn’t terrible but because the delivery was soo long it made the food worse and the service is a let down which is a shame. Ordered at 18:55 expected delivery time 20:15 called at 20:30 to be told the food was ready and awaiting delivery drive which would take 20mins. Food was delivered at 21:30. To me this is not acceptable. Why take on more orders if you can’t keep up with what you have already. When asking for a small refund they literally only gave the refund for the delivery.

I have had a couple of issues with China Panda, twice that my order was delivered early, this may seem much if an issue but it is when it is arranged so it is ready for people when they get home from work etc Tonight's was the worst the lady driver came to my door and said I needed to pay but I had already paid and she said well they told me to collect, again unsaid I had paid and she walked back to her car saying you are so Fuc!!!!! Rude and rand them up and they must of said oh they have paid and she just drove off not even an apology . I will not be using again out of principal plus other people will know too.

Was told to avoid due to quality of food and lack of proper service. Should have listened. Ordered food that didn't come after 1hour 30minutes. I asked for my money back, but they kept promising the driver was round the corner. After three hours, they tell me they cancelled my order. If they took on more than they could handle, they should have mentioned something at 1hour 30minute mark.I would have just tried elsewhere. They kept telling me they had spoken to the driver but then told me at the end they couldn't get hold of him all night. So they lied. Terrible service and tried to cling on to my money until they were 100% sure of a no-show at the expense of me wasting my night.

Tom yum was unspicy and bland. Prawn curry was not a curry, it was salty and greasy. The mixed vegetables and fried bean sprouts were salty, greasy, unflavoured and resembled Russian grool. To top it of. My fortune cookie never a message inside. Meh

Best food ever and the staff are so kind

The worst service I’ve ever had. I’m a regular customer there and the employees not only gave me the wrong order but then told me that I was stuck with the food as the kitchen staff and all the cooks had gone home one hour prior to closing time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered food again and was spoken rudely on the phone when I tried to confirm the order had gone through their system, but a lady who answered the call decided to cancel my order instead. Do not order or trust this place!

Appalling customer service! Waited 1.5hrs, phoned shop to check where my food is, a very rude girl told me they've decided to not deliver to Enfield because they're too busy! But they didn't bother to phone me to let me know! And apparently it's down to me to pursue a refund via a third party! Not getting the food is one thing but the rude service was uncalled for since they're in the wrong, shame!

Just moved into the area and ordered from China Panda. Best Chinese I have had. Ordered for 14 people and food was delivered quicker than estimated time. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered noodles and rice plus other bits, I received noodles and noodles no rice! After my initial explosion of expletives I phoned the shop and were told they were busy and would sort it next time for me. Obviously this went down well, not! "it's my dinner and I want rice with my noodles not noodles with my noodles" to this response I was told in a rude manner they would send it but I would have to give back the extra noodles. The young lady who works there should know the customer is always right and on this occasion the customer was me! Menu binned.

Disgusting people and very poor quality food don’t waste your money. Asked before ordering the difference between satay skewers and chicken satay told it was same but not on skewers, arrived nothing like same rubber chicken in a water sauce. We ordered ribs in sauce came dry , when I called they said they would send out the bbq sauce and laughed on phone. The food was over £28 and it went in the bin . After an original 45 minutes expected wait time, my food was still not here after an hour. I called the restraunt to find out where my food was and I was told that they had a new just eat machine and that it would be with me in another 35 minutes. It has now been 1 hour and 45 minutes and I still have no food. The restraunt has no idea where the driver is or where my food is.Absolutely ridiculous, very bad customer service will definatly not be recommending this restraunt to anybody else
