Pizza tastes delicious and beer is even more delicious. I love it this place

The quality of the pizzas has diminished in the last couple of years. It seems that they are cutting costs and ingredients on their pizzas.

Don't waste your time. Made an order. Money was taken, restaurant said they didn't get the order even know the website said conformed. Then they said, can't help even when I showed them the money leaving my account and order details. They didn't care, wasn't helpful and said I will have to contact customer services when it's open for a 7-10 day refund. If the store is open so should customer service be. They've lost a regular customer. I can deal with a website issue that isn't the fault of the workers but the attitude of not caring is ridiculous.

Pizza was allright but too expensive. Place was dirty. Had to wait longer than promised.

Not delivered after 3hrs, they don't answer the phone, went down there and shop full of people with same issue. Got a refund, do not use this branch, terrible management. Would be no stars but didn't have the option.

Shocking spent £60.00 pizzas turned up after 2 hours and one of them was wrong so they sent it out again 2 hours later as i was going to bed. Just tried to give them another try and they put the phone down. Waste of time.

In the last 6 orders all had some thing missing off the order except for One... But that one took 1 hr 45 mins to get here.... This order No ice-cream no dips and all the sides where cold..... Never again.,.,.

I aint even order from here and when i was walking by there where rats crawling around the place. just saying would not recommend a place with live rats.

Utter shambles! I appreciate i ordered on a saturday night and knew i'd have a longer wait, 2 HOURS!! That's mental. Ordered at 6;13pm. Turned up at 8;45pm. Papa Johns blamed it on a technical fault with their online system as i ordered via their website. I got a text around the 8pm mark apologising and that my food was on the way. It turned up cold. Which suggests to me that there wasn't a technical issue, Just a bunch of excuses. Thanks for the £5 voucher tho, that makes it all better.... Going to dominos next time

Very poor service, called them twice for our delivery, running two hours but still no show. They said it’s on it way twice but didn’t arrive,when it’s just half a mile away.very bad customer service.

Ordered a pizza at 8.04 at 8.34 the ‘tracker’ advised that it had been delivered. Phoned the shop and they said it was just out of the oven and would be delivered in 10 mins. Order arrived at 9.01 and was tepid. I rang the shop and they couldn’t have been less interested if they tried. Not the first time the tracker has advised the delivery has been made when it hasn’t - won’t be using them again.

Absolutely awful service, the girl that answered the phone answered with a lot of attitude and it just got worse from there, so rude and abrupt with her tone. It’s lucky my partner has a lot of patience, I would of just hung up the phone and gone to a competitor. Which we will be doing in future. Such a shame.

Best pizzas and wings very quick and polite

Terrible service again. Used to order from here all the time, but have not ordered for ages since the last time I ordered it took well over and hour and turned up cold. Order again tonight and guess what? Once again took well over an hour and turned up stone cold. When I phoned to complain they said my food was in the oven, then a delivery driver turned up 2mins later with the cold pizza 🧐. Lesson learnt though, never again!

I PAID AND MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED Appalling service. Got charged through the website, but was told the order didn't go through. I then tried to place the order on the phone but was asked to pay again. 0 communication and I was asked to give my postcode 5 times, like it's rocket science.

Took over an hour to receive 1 pizza and my goodness they do not like to answer the phone in this facility! Nightmare

Placed order online at 6.20pm for “ASAP”. Hadn't arrived by 8pm (was a friday night so assumed busy). Called to find out that my order was among 3 orders that were delivered in the same round and mine was missed (delivered to one of the others). They made another and it arrived at 8.30 and it was absolutely rough. Pizza box covered in grease at the bottom, slices fell apart while being picked up, stuffed crust (not what i ordered) but the worst bit was that while eating some of the meat that was on it, i can only describe is as a sweaty BO taste. That bad smell that goes to the back of your throat, thats what eating some of it was like. Wretched a few times while trying to eat and gave up after a slice and a half. Absolutely awful and wont be using this place again. It used to be so good? Staff changed recently??

I know it's Friday night but the quality compared to cheshunt branch is poor ,I'll avoid going to the Broxbourne branch in future

Fifth time in a row where ordered a pizza with extra toppings, and got a pizza with ONLY the extra toppings! Would give zero stars if could. So long as its a standard pizza, they are alright.

I think they gone down the hill in quality. It was really good before but my recent visit put me a bit down.

Absolutely disgusted with the way that the manager spoke to me after waiting an hour for my order it didn't get delivered I rang up to see where it was and the manager said that area has been blacklisted I then asked to speak to a manager who then gave me a load of verbal abuse down the phone I will not be ordering from this place every again and I will be putting in a formal complaint into head office

the base of the pizza is always soggy and thinner than a piece of paper. also received a pizza all squashed by the box (and soggy) and when called up to say we were unhappy about it the manager told us if we wanted a new pizza we would have to come and get it (we had ordered for delivery) if not we would get it cold. never going back to papa johns.

Seems like every pizza has the same taste and they save on the amount of ingredients.

Be aware of being overcharged when the staff who take the order do not necessarily offer you the best deal. This happened to me. Their customer services do not respond either.
