I give orders for collection but it is not ready

Great tasting pizza which arrived in 20mins. Two Greek pizzas were ordered and both were piping hot and fresh. One slight detraction is that we customised the pizza by removing tomatoes and adding onions but no onions were present.

i order Pizza garlic Stick with special garlic dip. they forgot to send my dips with the order and i had call them asking about it. they said they will send the dips but by the time they send my dips my food got cold and garlic bread sticks got harder. had to bin it. i didn't enjoy it at all. i need the Refund.

Ordered 6 Special garlic dips only received 3? Why do you choose to just not give someone something they pay for?? In a restaurant I couldn’t just walk out without paying for something!!

Avoid this place absolutely useless, ordered a pizza waited for 1 hour 40 minutes when I called I was told I need to wait another 30 minutes ended up cancelling the order and got a refund 2 weeks later. This will be the last time ever ordering from this place.

We like Papa johns - busy easter but great Pizza

Ordered pizza and sides online, waited 1 hour 40 mins for delivery- food boxes arrived damaged and food was cold- tried calling store but they kept hanging up on me. Wrote to customer services who after 10 days replied to say it was normal policy to offer a refund but in this case as we had eaten the food (after warming up in the microwave) we were not eligible!

Delivered late and pizza was cold.

Cash on delivery but the courier didn’t have any change so ended up having to pay £5 over the price …ridiculous I’ll be in the shop tomorrow to sort it out

Ordered a pizza and garlic bread at 1250hrs Cheshunt branch they delivered at 1345hrs cold and garlic bread over cooked, phoned up to complain and they did not want to anything about it not a replacement no refund nothing just poor customer service. Don't waste your money go to the others Domino's. Rubbish service we won't order from them again. UDAY They would not give mangers name WASTED PHONE CALL.

I ordered from here for the first time, it took an hour and a half. I then had to call them to ask where it was as the updated hadn’t been updated. I had a confirmation email when I ordered it. When I phoned them the man I spoke to told me there wasn’t an order for my address and that I’d get an instant refund. I haven’t had that refund. Quite disappointed as it’s too late to order again or something else.

U need to put your prices down for a medium £26 for a medium and some dips is crazy

food was cold and pizza bread was still raw and doughy. also they have a terrible rat infestation which is direct behind this shop and the shop management have ignored all previous complaints from a number of people. absolutely disgusting service and cleanliness

No reason to take a pizza order if it cannot be ready in less than 30 minutes. Keep dragging me around with waiting time First and last Time buying from Papa Jones

We have vegan pizza and most of the time they arent very appealing. The service, delivery and the Pizza were awesome! Even my child couldnt stop saying delicious! Thanks guys!

Hair in my pizza under the toppings, called up and told them and they said they will send me out a new one. Told them I don’t want another one and I just want a refund for that pizza. I was informed that would not be possible, with no explanation. I will never order from here again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else too.

Food was late but being Friday and football was on it’s understandable. Great food and really nice delivery people. Thank you.

Made a big order today for my little 5 year olds birthday party. Guy on the phone was so helpful, had everything pre planned. Pizzas arrived when we wanted them to and every came hot and delicious - we would defiantly order from there again.

Great pizzas and service but ridiculous prices for delivery

Worst pizza I have ever had .i gave them a chance a few times .same every time. There’s hardly a topping on the pizza I ask for more ever time and they tell me they will put more but nope never got it .you can literally count the toppings.shame.so far the best pizza in town is TGF pizza cheshunt .Never again from papa John’s

Had a similar problem as one of the other reviewers. Ordered at 7:35 pizza came at around 8:55 wasn’t even hot and tasted disgusting. put toppings on the pizza as if they were rationing their supplies and we’re in some world war. Took ages to update the tracker had to keep calling. Ridiculous!!!! Avoid this papa johns

I made an order with Papa Johns at 7pm on the website. I kept checking my order and it didn’t move from being made. I called the restaurant 5 times before anyone finally answered at 7.41pm I spoke to a man called Lokesh who said he is very busy and there’s no drivers so my order will take 30 minutes. I made my order at 7pm and it wouldn’t be delivered until 8.10pm. I was fuming understandably and he said well just come and collect it. I have 2 young children who I ordered dinner for, if I was able to collect it I wouldn’t have made an order in the first place. He said there’s nothing that can be done - didn’t offer me a refund or any type of compensation. DISGUSTING SERVICE! Would NEVER order again.

RUDE!!!! Shout at customer when following up on order. Order delivered to wrong address and Im charged. Me and my partner left hungry and charged for 2 large pizzas. Please avoid this branch as they are extremely unprofessional, rude, discriminative and charge for undelivered service! Im making complaint even further as these people need to learn what is customer service. This is not 3rd world market where you shout at your customer if they ask you.

Never had Papa John’s pizza before. First and last time. Bland pizza. Bland toppings. Bland cheese. Bland dough and too much of it.

Tasty hot food really enjoyed will order again

Ordered a pizza online at 19.08, still no pizza at 20.20! Called to complain about how long we are waiting, got a very rude response from the guy at the end of the line. Disgraceful service, doesn’t take that long to make and deliver a pizza on a Weds night. Don’t order from here, go elsewhere.

Don't go work because promise pay wage but after 6 months I still don't receive just stoling, lying, product wash, and change expiry date.

I answered the door to find the courier had left my food on the ground. Not sure if he did that because he was in a rush or if he didn't want to hand over the food due to worrying about covid. Potato tots were soft expected them to be a bit crispy. Veggie chilli pizza was really nice though.

Order and lose your money: This branch is a big joke, highly unprofessional, on the 29th of March I ordered the pizza for a party, which was not delivered even after over one hour wait. I cancelled the order, but they kept the money, which was not refunded even after 11 days, simple clown show.

Tasty food, but an absolute rip off

They rang up after 1 hr and said sorry we don't have any stuff crust so we have to make your pizza without but it had already been an HR so after 10 mins of saying I wasn't happy and that I had to wait another 45 mins I asked for a discount the next time I rang up he said no I wasn't happy then he said I will give u 40 percent the next time I have rang today and they don't even have my order from just eat on the system very weird can you help me with this

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional disgusting establishment in my entire life. I have dairy allergies and have ordered a dairy free Ben and Jerry’s. They sent the wrong one to me. Unfortunately for me I ate some before realising and now feel extremely unwell. I called the cheshunt store to explain. The first person asked me what I wanted them to do. Had absolutely no idea how to deal with such a situation. I explained I expect the correct product and a full refund as I am now in agony. He then tells me his “manager” would call me within 10 miN. The manager whose name is Ozzy was one of the most unprofessional, rude, patronising individuals I have ever had the dis pleasure of dealing with. Not once did he apologise but proceeded to tell me it’s my fault for not checking it properly. He then said because I have eaten a few spoons before realising he is unwilling to give me a refund. After repeated talking over me telling me to listen, and laughing I gave up and informed him I will be speaking to head office. NEVER order from here if you have allergies, expect any customer service or expect decent food. NEVER again shall I order from this company again. They don’t seem to realise that people have died from this lack of accuracy and irresponsibility. If I could have given zero stars I would have

Food came very cold unfortunantly

Literally tasted like a frozen pizza you’d make yourself! There was literally a couple of dried up crusty burnt pepperoni pieces splashed over it and that was supposed to be a Meaty pizza! Dreadful doesn’t even come close to describing how bad it was! Will never order from here again! Save your money

As a last min decision to order it definitely paid off. They delivered within their estimated time and the food was hot and you could tell how fresh it was too. It wasn’t like it had been lying around waiting under a heat lamp like some places! It was just a beautiful pizza. Soft, fresh dough, excellent amount of topping, just the right amount of tomato base (a personal preference as I find some put too much and kills it) and the actual quality of the topping too was spot on. Over all was VERY happy with it, only regret is I didn’t buy the XXL! Lol! Thank you!

Pizza arrived cold and Incorrect order, after waiting 20mins after the suggested 1 hour wait time.

Unfortunately the driver got lost as I’m in an awkward place but it wasn’t an issue in the end.

i placed an order on 23rd november, i had some guest over an decided to treat them before they had to take their train home, i had placed an order for a half and half pizza 'all the meats' and 'sausage and pepperoni' on arrival of the pizza i was not home but my wife received this. unfortunately the pizza delivered was an sausage and pepperoni pizza and was not what initially order which i was deeply disappointed seeing as it was ordered for my guest who needed to catch a train home, secondly the chicken wings order were both uncooked.i contacted chestnut papa johns were the pizza was delivered from and spoke with Ossey (manager) basically called me a liar and was highly unhelpful and very unprofessional, this was not a great experience and as a customer i did ask Ossey what had happen with my order but he was very unapolgetically and this was demonstrated in his tone during my complaint over the phone, as a customer who currently works in sales i am so shocked at the manner and tone received from a manager of a papa johns, i have been a customer for quite some time and not happy with the service.

Loved the pizza. Always fresh and tasty and delivered on time (Last time ordered online and delivered in 25 mins!!). Highly recommended. Will be back soon!!

I am so happy that you've decided to introduce Vegan pizza and cater to a wider range of dietary needs whilst also being ethical and helping animals. The Vegan 'sheese' you use on the pizza is quite good in terms of texture, taste and appearance.

Cold food, destroyed (like a chainsaw had been used), manager was appalling, Do not trust them to recieve clean food in replacement. Sickened. Refunds take 5+ days

I have ordered 4 times from Papa John's now and the pizzas have been amazing every single time! Delivered fast and so hot I could hardly hold the box from the bottom. The pizza is nice and cheesy (NOT that burnt crusty/hardened cheese you find in cheap places). The pepperoni has a beautiful crisp to it which I love. Other pizzas ive tried have all had great flavour from their fresh ingredients and that beautiful rich tomato sauce. The staff are polite when you ring up as I had to adjusted one of my orders and the nice fella did so without even charging me which was really cool on his behalf! Will continue to order from this place best Pizza around Cheshunt period! Keep up the good work guys.
