This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with, rude staff and awful customer service. They always take a long time to deliver and the shift manager is vile on the phone

Really enjoyed the refurbished brighter buzzier pizza express in South Woodford. Menu was as per normal, slightly overpriced, but enjoyed by all!

This was my first time ordering from Dominoes Woodford green. I waited for over an hour and my pizza hadn’t been delivered. I spoke to a lady at the Woodford branch at exactly 18:52pm who said it takes 55mins. I then told her that this is my first time and I usually order from Pizza Hut and they take 10mins and she said “ok then order from them”. I asked to speak with someone superior as she was quite rude and she refused. She said that’s how fast dominoes deliver and if I don’t like it I can go back to Pizza Hut. I told her that she is representing a brand and she was very rude and that didn’t bother her. I told her I was going to report her behavior to the headquarters and she said I could go ahead. Her behavior was too bad for a domino staff and it should be looked into. This was very appealing behaviors and I’m shocked to know this type of staff works there. My pizza finally came about 75 mins late and was very cold.

Ordered a pizza for delivery but wrong pizza arrived. Reordered but again the wrong pizza arriv3d for the second time after waiting another 40 mins. This place has just gone down and down with rude and unhelpful staff. Avoid!!

so same order ever time we have their pizza £23 and some pence. Today £28 and some pence asked them to check, gave him my number to check my previous orders, so he does then tells me I have never ordered before. Going back with statements on Saturday, many is a liar and rude but most importantly wrong! I will never buy their pizza again EVER they are just over charging against their price list and then lying when called on it. Disgusting.

I had my daughters friends around yesterday morning/afternoon. We decided to order pizza for lunch. Decided on dominos. So I called early. 11.35am. They open at 11.30. I placed my order over the telephone, paid for it by credit card and requested several times that the pizzas were to be delivered for 1pm. The gentleman who took the order said this shouldn’t be a problem. 1pm came. No pizza. I waited 5 minutes before I called. ‘Where is my order, I requested it for a 1pm delivery. Sorry we don’t have any drivers. I can’t give you a time of delivery.’ I explained I ordered early so that I could have my delivery for 1pm. Same response. I asked to speak to the manager. It was the manager. A lady called Ini. Same response. No drivers. So I asked her to call them to find out when they would come back. She wouldn’t do this. So her rationale answer and solution was that we can’t give you a time for delivery. You can come and pick up. I ended up doing this. No apology, no refund or money off the bill. Please everyone avoid, boycott. Appalling service, very unprofessional. Dominos I’m disgusted. A global pizza company. Prides itself on delivery. Really. Shame on you. I would have got a hip replacement on the NHS quicker than your pizza delivery. DOMINOS PIZZA UK YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO RESPOND TO ANY OF THE REVIEWS REGARDING THIS BRANCH. CLEARLY YOU DON’T CARE. JUST WANT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Thieves.

I have been ordering from this branch for years but recently things have gone from bad to worse. Today was a collection order. They gave me my order around 10 mins late and when we got home we realised why. The pizzas were cold and the cheesy bites were hot but under cooked. They obviously forgot to put the cheesy bites into the oven so they put them in late and the pizzas got cold waiting for them to be done. Past orders have all had issues with pizzas being delivered cold and parts of the order missing. This branch does nothing to help dominos flagging reputation. Change the management, please !!

Overall I got this as I had no choice but to do a take out, as it was late in the evening and I didn't want to sit alone in a restaurant. It was standard Dominos food and if that's what you want, great. For me it always falls a bit short and most importantly is overpriced when I can get a better Pizza from Bel Sit up the road. I try to avoid Dominos as much as I possibly can

Tasty pizza. Recently returned to the area. 4 orders in 4 weeks, on time, well delivered, and decent deals.

Poor service, an attempt to make a delivery was made but at the wrong door number. All the houses are clearly numbered. The manager of the store then called to say the delivery man knocked on our door but we did not answer. Because of this we would have to collect from the store. He was absolutely certain the driver had knocked at our door. But this was a lie! we have CCTV cameras all over the house and the delivery driver was no where to be seen on the recordings! The manager basically called us a liar! Will not be buying from this store again, as they have obviously not heard of the phrase, "the customer is always right!"

I moved to the area in September, not out of choice. I order a pizza about once a month and in my old area, I couldn't fault the service. This branch is rude, take ages to deliver, the pizza isn't even warm when it arrives. I'm so sick of having to complain about this branch and demand my money back from the driver. Can I just add, it's not their fault - they are just delivering the food. Won't be using this branch anymore. I'll drive and collect from a different branch.

I have ordered from this one a few times and almost every time I have had a problem. The first few times they got my sisters order wrong and when she called up to ask if she could have the right order they were rude to her and said they wouldn't do it. She had ordered the garlic dough balls and instead got the chicken strippers, we are vegetarians so asked if we could get the garlic dough balls delivered as we got the wrong one and they refused to and told her even if they did she wouldn't get them for 2 hours and they would be cold! The next time I ordered from them I ordered delivery again and when I paid the man with £20 cash he said he couldn't accept it because it was a Scottish note - okay fine, although I have never had Scottish money refused before. So I explained that I didn't have my card on me and he said I would have to ring the shop, I was babysitting my niece at the time and she was upstairs so I said I needed to get her dressed ready for bed first and then I would come down. When I came down he was on the phone talking to his friend which I thought was weird, when I tried to ask for the number he told me to hold on as he was on the phone??? Then when I asked him again he said to his friend "hang on I need to call you back" and then when he got off he told me he didn't know it and that he would just take the £20. I think this was extremely rude and really poor customer service. However, the times they do get the orders right the food is good.

If you want your pizza on time , do not use this gav just can't get it right 1 hour late every time cold , cold , cold , cold , cold

I ordered two pizzas there gave me four box of pizza when I was speaking to the woman who I spoke to she was talking to the other side I was on the phone I said can I have it by 7 there gave it to me early
