Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

Absolutely disgusting food when the food finally arrived a hour and half later it was freezing cold, squashed and swimming in grease the chicken was like plastic and a tint off green colour I feel sick they did how ever send a replacement out for it to be just as bad the food went in the bin 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I paid £6.50 for a margarita pizza that was burnt and cold. It definitely wasn’t worth £6.50. The service wasn’t very good. The toilets didn’t have a lock on the door or a toilet seat and it took ages for them to make it

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the way the manager spoke to me on the telephone was horrible, I will never ever eat from there again, and And the way he spoke to me like that, over a cheese wrap, what a joke 😁🤬

I used to g absolutely mad over their pizzas and sing their praises! But recently they are nothing short of disgusting! The base is like cardboard and are always burned. I can only assume they have changed hands?I really cannot see this place being open for much longer. Such a shame 😩😩

Well my friend has a tic and after accidentally hitting the table, the owner came over and slapped him round the head. I was in shock and so were my other friends. I told him The situation and he just laughed. Wont be going here again!!

Me and the girls were on a night out on the town after a hard day at the office. One of them has ADHD and loves to fidget around and so kept on slapping the table, to our dismay the owner came up to us and slapped her round the head and walked off. I found this unacceptable and the owner (bald and orange polo) should be thankful the law isn’t involved…

Well after ordering pizza that tasted like cardboard and potatoe wedges that was soggy and so greasy wouldn’t be ordering again please avoid

Shocking service called me liar when my order never arrived after waiting 2hrs! Have been a customer for many years this new team is a joke! Avoid at all costs

Ordered delivery from here went through order twice to be sure it was correct. Delivery came within 40 mins only for them to send wrong items. Rang them and man who answered phone said he’d send a replacement.The food arrived within 15 mins of ringing them. Can’t quite understand what is going on here as the last few times we’ve had from here the food hasn’t been correct or as good as it used to be, Hopefully next time it should taste better and all be correct

Have a regular takeaway with these guys the orders have always turned up correct and warm... not the cheapest takeaway but the food has always been of good quality and would recommend :) keep up the good work!

Don’t know if this place is hit and miss but it was for sure a MISS this time. Ordered food which actually came in good time but it was stale and was missing things from our order. First phone call the person was arrogant and bit rude and second call to discuss the missing items and poor food the staff member said we ordered food with no drink and can’t do anything about the food. Last time we’re ordering from here!!!

Ordered mistakenly as normally use a different Pizza Jim’s. This takeaway came and it was awful. The pizza looked like it has been run over. Ordered chicken mushrooms and jalapeños pizza. They forgot the jalapeños. Coleslaw was watery and sour. And a flat bottle of coke! The only ok ish thing were the chips. Never again

We have used this place for at least 10yrs and never had a problem if anything was wrong with our delivery Craig and his staff were always happy to sort it out but last time we Ordered a delivery from here the wrong pizza was sent out so we rang them and was told we’ll what do you want us to do so I told them we’d like the correct pizza sent out to which the reply was well can’t you just eat the one we’ve sent. Told them no we don’t eat donar kabab meat we wanted chicken so unhappily he told us he would send it out them slammed the phone down. Over half hour later a knock on door and the pizza was here. The delivery driver was very rude pushed pizza in my hand and stomped off. Asked if Craig still owned the place because he would not have any member of his staff be so rude when answering phone or delivering. I’m thinking as new owners taken over if so it won’t be long before they are out of buisness with there attitude towards there customers.

The toilet had no lock on had see though window on door so can see into toilet many people had walked in on others whilst on toilet and no seating on toilet thus has been like this for over a year when I mentioned to a worker there he says the owner hasn't got round to that.will never go there mite pop in to see if sorted toilets but no food

Friendly staff, food always good, above what you would normally expect. Takeaway, delivery or sit in.

Awful pizza and overpriced, I can imagine the only way these pizzas would be acceptable would be when your smashed off your fits and would eat any old junk.

I love Pizza Jim! I'm visiting it every time I'm in Donny. Pizza served in Pizza Jim is the best one in UK.

Pedimos una kebabs de pollo con ensalada y pan pitta, me la enviaron sin el pan pitta y cuando me llamó a decírselo, nos dijeron que tendrá que esperar hasta la próxima vez que el orden de porque están ocupados. Lo siento, pero cuando pides una comida que quieren todo enviado no en diferentes órdenes en distintos días lo que es broma

Yo vivo en bessacarr n regularmente este lugar. Se llama el número habitual y me dijeron que llamar otra sucursal en Rossington. Sin respuesta durante una hora y media, llamé a mi sucursal habitual no sirvió para nada!! No llevar ya que no existe ninguna ayuda de respuesta y mi local. No usar su nuevo o recomendar que en mi trabajo (IRD) un montón de encargo perdido después de que me digo a mis compañeros de trabajo. Mala cosa, y terribles teléfono modales!

sucursal Rossington Llamado por más de una hora y media tratando de pedir comida para llevar. Llamé a mi sucursal habitual que yo uso regularmente sólo me dijeron que están demasiado ocupados!!! Pésimo servicio al cliente y no estaré con vosotros! 3 años de pedidos regulares y luego tener el teléfono poner porque su demasiado lleno ... Inaceptable! Le digo a todos mis compañeros de trabajo a parada usando demasiado. Red tomate contestador, al otro lado de la carretera y no son groseros!!

We ordered from pizza jim doncaster the pizza we ordered was wrong the price was more than worked out on the menu it says free delivery on orders over £7.50 which wasn't the case has had to pay for it and the food wasnt nice at all in all we wont reccomend it and wont be ordering again

Pedimos desde Pizza Jim el pasado año. Esperamos 40 minutos para la entrega y luego al abrir la orden nos dimos cuenta que nos habían dado hamburguesas normales en vez de hamburguesas de pollo y nos perdíamos una porción de patatas fritas.
