It is honestly amazing with greas deals and prices do not get me started on the desserts they are amazing i recommend the cookie dough and milkshakes they are so good.

Terrible place, ordered pizza through delivery, it took 2 and a half hours for the pizza to arrive, when it arrived as expected it was frozen cold, all around terrible experience, will never be eating here again, do not suggest it, was not worth the money spent

Ordered through just eat and although delivery was on time the pizza was undercooked and cold, onion rings barely touched a friar and breaded mushrooms were watery. Tried them before and had the same result and in fairness thought maybe they had a bad night but apparently “no” was the same poor quality.

Very disappointed with Fat pizza harrow. They have cancelled my order on two occasions without even telling me and received no refund, emailed the address on the website and still no response. The store just keeps saying we will refund you. I have now lost £45 in total. BECAREFUL!!!!

People give such negative reviews about Fat pizza, I have been a customer for about 2 years,Firstly value for money, secondly taste,and thirdly reliability, the food is always hot upon arrival. Please give it a chance.

Beware if ordering regular pizza - you’ll need to check sizes. Terrible value for money. Ordered a regular pizza for £15 plus £4 delivery. The pizza was really small the size of a side plate. Dominos much better value. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Email confirmation promised food will arrive no longer than 50 minutes, same as their app. It’s been 90 minutes now and still nothing. Called restaurant 5 times and finally got through to someone who didn’t care and was rude by default, who said order will take another 10 minutes and abruptly hung up. Don’t waste your time, money and breath with these people. Surprised they are still in business and clearly hire the first person they see. Feel sorry for the delivery drivers. Edit: It’s been 11 minutes since the call and it still hasn’t arrived to my surprise. Edit 2: Delivery driver turned up 111 minutes since ordering. She was lovely, they sent the wrong drink too.

My pizza was only a three cheese pizza and it was literally dripping I could t get any one to answer the for about 15 minutes. When I did get an answer the person did seem to want to be helpful ..... But the food is essentially uneadible .... We stopped using fat pizza (fat burger) as raw bacon just didn't sit well with me.

So we deliberately dodge fat pizza as the franchise don't care about the fact they served under cooked bacon from their other company fat burger. So we chose to try "posh pizza" on just eat... Well it turned up in fat pizza boxes and our food was cold, pizza was dripping in grease and smothered in oragarno, jalapeno poppers were smashed to bits and stuck to the box missing jalapenos and we received four stone cold mozzarella dippers. If they hadn't masqueraded under "posh pizza" I'd never of ordered and you wouldn't of got this review. Currently waiting for a replacement for this meal but from Papa John's because I know it's edible from there and won't come literally dripping in grease.

Have ordered from fat pizza a couple of times and always terrible. Waited nearly 2 hours for food, then order missing items. Stupidly decided to give another chance… god we’re we wrong. Again waiting nearly 2 hours for our food and still no sign of it turning up. No one answering the phone. Absolute shambles place.

I know this pizza place has had bad reviews but I have been having pizzas from them for years,always hot,tasty and 100% value for money,for those who have tried them once please try them again.

Ordered thin and crispy medium and got a small child’s size pizza. Ordered again thin and crispy large pizza and it was thick and doughy, will not order again.

Extremely disappointed, avoid!!! Nothing came as advertised. The two slices of cheap Tesco packaged sugary waffles which were apparently fresh had melted syrup on them - not white chocolate sauce which it was supposed to be “laced” with. The burger which was supposed to have jack daniels sauce, lettuce, tomato slice and crispy onions had a slither of bbq sauce and Mayo, no lettuce, tomato or onions. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this over priced place. The burger didn’t taste too bad, its that nothing came as advertised in the description?! Fat disappointment. Just look on the Facebook reviews and see the evidence for yourself.

Ordered online turned up an hour late cold , had dessert all ice creams melted , so rude when called an told them but offered to replace asap wil hour late still not here

Ordered one pizza and a side at 5.30pm, it never turned up until 7.15pm. I called the restaurant multiple times just to ask for an update on when our pizza would be on its way (which I asked very politely as I understand how busy it can get), just to be spoken to rudely and passively aggressively by a lady on the phone. The food itself was hot and nice when it arrived, it’s just a shame that the customer service completely ruined it.

I am very disappointed with our service with the fat pizza today. We ordered 2 pizzas which had a missing topping (not a big deal), 2 tango ice blasts, strawberry milkshake and 2 carrot cake. The service was despicable! Not only was our food really late the driver forgot our drinks and carrot cakes. We got told 20 minutes for them to turn up and we had to wait 40 minutes! I phoned up because we didn't get the service we deserve. We then had to wait a further 40 minutes for the drinks and the delivery driver tried to charge us even though we paid £52.50 which one the drinks was wrong and filled with loads of syrup my partner couldn't drink it due to being diabetic also we didn't get our carrot cakes and was given one piece of chocolate cake which I cannot eat! I'm very unhappy with this service, we are regular customers to you guys and so disappointed this has happen.Not pleased at all.

Spent almost £40 for 2 regular pizzas, fries and coockie dough and got two tiny pizzas delivered to me (similar to dominos personal pizzas) raw fries and tiny cookie dough that was supposed to be for sharing. Phoned to complain and was told that their regular pizza actually meant small and they couldn’t do anything. Completely disgusted hardly enough there to feed one person let alone a family. What we did receive was cold and greasy.

Not a particularly great meal, wouldn't order from them again, but to be messaged frequently with offers and be asked to pay a fee to stop the messages is disgusting and poor business practice.

These workers are the worst I've ever seen in my whole entire life of eating out, they are rude, they do not want to help or even work to be honest! They made me pay for a product that they do not sell, they are calling me names down the phone and blacklisted me because I put in a bad review and wanted a refund. Do not order from this restaurant! If you do, you will be very dissapointed! The staff are literally awful I don't even know how to express my frustration against this food outlet!Every single worker had something to say. The girl that works there and also the guy that thought he was being funny, laughing at my situation calling me names he just did not show no compassion at all!

TIP TO STAFF —- MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR CUSTOMER ON HOLD BEFORE SLAGGING THEM OFF!!! I ordered from fat pizza today, to receive my order 20 minutes later which my house is 7mins away and also paid 2.50 for delivery. With runny ice cream, sauces missing on cookie doughs and the nachos….well I’d advise you to just make home made ones because their ones are dry and plain and more basic than tesco valued ones.The other food well that was cold so I was fuming of course. I rang the store and told them the situation and apparently the kids names were Holly and Jessica, probably not true. But anyway she told me to wait on hold to not realise she didn’t press the hold button. The lady was speaking bad about me the customer??? Saying I was trying to get free food??? I didn’t want anything for free as I paid for the food… I just wanted my correct order not cold. The whole convocation was recorded so next time you silly girls who work at the call centre want to slag someone off make sure they can’t hear the whole convocation LOOOOL.

I have used this place for a long time but my last 2 experiences have been terrible. This evening not only was my order over an hour late but it was also incorrect. After several attempts I finally got through on the phone, I explained my order was wrong to the lady that answered the phone, she said hang on (which I did for several minutes) to then have them hang up on me, I have been trying to call back now for the last 20 minutes but they are not answering the phone. I will never use this place again, I don't know what has changed but the food is terrible and the customer service is non existent.

Was using fat pizza every Saturday then one Saturday the pizza was cold then the following week the female delivery driver wouldn’t bring it to my door so because I would go out to meet her she took my pizza and ice. Ream back to the shop for another driver to deliver the same pizza which was cold and very nice runny ice cream after that I stopped using them

Advertise, pizza in 15 minutes.. tell you 45 minutes when it is ordered.. OK, life is life... arrives 2 hours later, re heated - (Because it was burnt around the edges), floppy, not like a 'thin and crispy' as ordered.. and really act like no f***s given.... DONE - no more money from me, losers

Dont know whats happened at Southend Store but customer service is shocking. Raw pizza arrived and after a month it has still not been refunded dispite numerous emails and messages. Call to store results in an email adress which is never answered. Will not order again from here so loss of regular orders and tips for your drivers due to bad management.

Hi I ordered the new kebab pizza last night and tbh I was disappointed. There was hardly any meat on it at all. Not even enough to have 1 piece on each slice. It tasted nice but being one of your most expensive pizza on the menu I expected a fully loaded kebab pizza

A serious 10/10 from me !!!!! — I’m speechless !!! (Well not really) but you know what I mean ! I literally don’t know what to say other than WOW !!!!! This is the best pizza I’ve ever had in 31 years on this earth ! 24 inches of absolutely heaven ! The pizza wasn’t just unbelievable but everything else too. @thefatpizza kindly gave me a 24 inch pizza, a box of curly fries, a box of fried chicken and a box of wings, 2 milkshakes (1 Ferrero and 1 strawberry) and 2 tango Ice Blasts. @thefatpizza truly spoilt me. The pizza was just divine - so big I couldn’t even fit it in my boot and after eating the food this afternoon I slept until this evening - proper pizza coma anyway the food is unreal- so so fresh and the flavours amazing.. the crust and pizza base were perfect the cheese and tomato sauce also on point and the service in the actual shop was the best .. I was greeted by the friendliest lady and made to feel so special on my first visit to @thefatpizza too. I would truly recommend @thefatpizza to every single person- even if you live quite far it is sure as hell worth travelling for !!! @pizzagram_ldn get your ass down there !!! the photos do not lie, but in the 3 years I have used fat pizza I only have good things to say.I can only assume that they have become a lot better over time.The pizza is always delish and for £10 you can not go wrong.You can track and trace so you know exactly when it will be delivered.

Disgusting, ordered from the fat dessert at 8:15 at 9:20 I rang and was told my food was out for delivery called back 30 minutes later to be told my order was cancelled do not order from here customer service is appalling

Waiting over 3 hours now, and still not arrived. I rang the restaurant 3 times, and each time said it has left the shop! I live 5 min drive away, so obviously a lie I will never use again!

Ordered some pizzas and a couple Tango Ice Blast’s for my friends and I the other day and waited an hour and a half for the designated time of arrival to come. I then waited another half an hour so called to query the time, and spoke to a lovely woman at the Southend store who looked into the order and assured us it would arrive soon. Another half an hour later and I called again (2 hours since we ordered now) and was greeted by a very arrogant boy who told us that it was only just leaving and than went “oh well yeah” and persisted to do so to avoid answering any valid questions. The food arrives, over 2 hours late, and we are delivered just one pizza AND NOTHING ELSE. No ice blasts or other extras we ordered. We call and get the same boy from before, who immediately when I complained began shouting aggressively down the phone, when I asked for compensation. Repeatedly, saying that he will either give us a refund or he’ll cancel the rest of the order. After reminding him that giving us the rest of the food is simply fulfilling our order, he screamed that he is not giving us compensation and was childishly yelling “I’m not giving youuu anything”. Staff should not be allowed to speak so aggressively to children. It’s appauling. How is using “you can’t get your order right now - there’s traffic laws sorry” an excuse for your order being two hours late and then incorrect. The worst place I have ever ordered from, honestly disgusting - that man should never be able to speak to children like that. Do not order from here. P.S it’s been nearly three hours and the rest of our order is still NOT here; and we just got a text saying another 30 minutes - 4 hours for food...really?

We waited over 3 hours for a pizza to arrive last Saturday, phoned up 4 times saying having trouble with our order, cant seem to find it, staff telling us its on the way. One staff I spoke to on the phone wanted to chat to her friend to see if shes been paid rather then talking to me.Spoke to the assistant manager Kelsey he apologise, said he cant issue us a refund because he now cant see the order. Told us we will have to show proof that we paid, we wasnt allow to come down to show its been taking out the bank, but to email them.We sent the email, still no reply back, so my partner phoned the bank, saw the money has been taking out, which was a unknown transaction. The bank has refund the money back and is sending a new card out to us.This was ordered through Fatpizza website. Will never order from fat pizza again, such bad service and no email back.

Very bad service ordered pizza at 20.38. Had call to say they run out of sauce be 30 mins late. An hour after call I phone number that phoned me to say would be late, and operator hung up on me. Phoned number sent in email and asked for credit no help at all. Still waiting for pizza at 2226. Been a long standing customer, but now a ex customer.

I made an order online last night for pizzas to be delivered from Fat Pizza, Southend. When the order arrived it was missing 2 pizzas. I telephoned to inform of the mistake to be told the order number could not be found! I informed the person taking my call that the order had just been delivered with errors so how can it not be on the system if they had just delivered. The operator said that she couldn’t do much as the order was not on the system to which I ask to speak with the manager. She came back and said the manager was busy and that she would sort out two new pizzas to replace the missing ones but they would be 40 minutes before arriving. An hour later two pizzas turned up. Guess what not very appealing are they?!Meant to be cheese and tomato but looks more like burnt tomato bread!!I have no choice as to leave a bad review of Fat Pizza which is a shame as I have always thought you were better than any other pizza outlet!!

First of all Burger arrived Only just warm and Bun Soggy stuck to the Letsdough paper , ordered Southern Fried Chicken however it was only plain Breaded no flavour ordered 2 Lotus Cheesecakes to be told when food arrived they was out of stock cost me also £10 for just 2 pieces of Cake Terrible service , awful Food

35 minutes late, and the food arrived cold.when I called 25 minutes after the latest delivery time, I was told my order was just leaving. Considering the premises is a little over half s mile from me, it's hard to understand why it took a further 10 minutes to arrive, cold. it's almost as if it had been driving around in someone's car for 40 minutes. it's a shame, because the few time the food has been delivered on-time and hot, it's good. 7.30 on a Sunday night isn't known for being a busy night for takeaways, so being told we are busy tonight doesn't cut it for me.

We very rarely order pizza but tonight decided too and I can say it’ll be the first & last time, just paid out a fair amount of money to receive cold pizza, very disappointed so def won’t be going back there, lots of bad reviews on here for them yet they’ve done nothing to correct themselves, fingers crossed they go under

Ordered 2 milkshakes, one Oreo one Ferraro Rocher and a Banoffee Waffle at 5:40pm, they said it would be here for 6:30pm. Called at 6:40pm to see where it was to be told it was going to be 3 mins. 20 mins later I call them back as no sign and they say they’ve confused 2 deliveries and it’s going to be 10 mins. 20 mins later AGAIN I call as STILL no sign of them 15 mins later showed up with the WRONG milkshake. Good quality food but awful service and delivery timing.

Can't review cos still waiting for delivery to arrive 1 hour 15 mins after ordering. So if you want to eat while you remember you have ordered a pizza give this place a miss!!!!!

We ordered at 7 o’clock and they told us it would be delivered for 19:50. Rang up and asked where it was at 10 past 8. They said it’s just left the shop. Gets to 8:30 and still no sign of it. Finally arrives at 8:55. 2hrs LATER!!! Oh and yes it arrived COLD !!! Not happy at all !!!

I have ordered from here a few times over the past few months. I order by the app. Once I’ve placed an order I get regular updates with regards to delivery time and who the driver is. We also get offers sent through as well once you’ve registered. Once the food is delivered, it’s fresh and very tasty. My son loves a fat pizza treat now and again.. well we both do! I will definitely be placing another order soon as our weekend treat..

It's the second time I've ordered from them,really impressed, food was hot ,taste was lovely. I always ordered from papa Johns in the past but I recommend Fat Pizza. I've read the reviews and majority are negative but I really enjoyed what I ordered.

So, ordered pizza about 2030 and was told an hour for delivery, hour and a half goes by and nothing, so we try to call again and again, no answer.

There was an offer posted to Facebook, if you purchase through there messenger service you would get a discount which sounded appealing and ultimately was the reason for going to this pizzeria.

I found this fast food restaurant on Just Eat after a recommendation from a friend and ordered some of their gourmet burgers and milkshakes. I had the Hair of the Dog burger which comes with Jack Daniels sauce and cheese- it was delicious! The meat was delectable and the brioche was perfect.

Half the pizza order turned up 1 hour late. Delivery driver argued about it. Told on the phone I would be refunded. Haven't been.

3 of us ordered 3 pizzas and a side, one of the pizza was missing. After calling them they sent us the 3rd missing pizza. (One of us had to wait 40 mins extra for food) The guy was really helpful on the phone by the way. Pizza quality is poor, there is no difference between thin crust and deep pan. Over all poor execution. Won't recommend. Only upside is the price but I would rather pay a few quid extra for a better quality.

Ordered my pizza at 5:55 on the new app, estimated delivery was 6:25-6:35. At 7:00 I called totally understanding that they may be busy and was told it was just leaving with the delivery driver now. At 7:30 I called again to find out where it was and they confirmed my address but had no idea what I had ordered, so I cancelled it. At 7:45 the pizza turned up at my door and I refused it. According to the delivery person, that is a common occurrence with them. I will never use them again.

Ordered 2 burgers and they forgot one, we was waiting over an hour for the burger!! We kept calling and they said it was on its way but didn't receive it for an hour! They claim all burgers come with bacon but this was a lie. The woman then expected us to pay for a burger we already paid for and didn't receive! This isn't the first time they forgot something and left us waiting. No apologies whatsoever. This is the last straw for us! We also ordered a half and half pizza as me and my partner have different tastes yet it was all sprinkled over the pizza. No care put into the food. Don't order unless you'll willing to wait a couple hours and have a microwave so you can eat together

Don't order from here, read the bad reviews and pay attention. The manager of this place is an extremely rude imbecile. I didn't receive all of my order, so rang to say this. Was told by the manager that I was trying to get a free pizza, then after explaining yet again I just didn't receive one item was told I was lying, after I told him I wouldn't be ordering from them again he said "So....we get enough custom anyway so do what you like" he then told me to f*co off and slammed the phone down.

I ordered cookie dough and a milk shake each for myself and my husband and the cookie dough was okay but didn’t come with ice cream as advertised. The milk shakes we had were Maltese and Milky Way, both just tasted like we were drinking milk. I can tell you now I will never ever be ordering there.

The Fat Pizza are now doing “Fat Desserts” but the 1* trip advisor ratings speak for themselves.

Ordered a delivery with fat deserts one of fat pizzas/fat burger parts. The order was delivered fast enough but I got the complete wrong desert delivered. I called the restaurant a d the girl I spoke to said she would get it redone and sent out asap. I informed her of my order and the 1 scoop of ice cream my desert came with as well as paying £1 extra for an extra scoop. The desert was delivered but no ice cream can be see. I am now waiting for my ice cream to be delivered with a very cold warm cookie dough desert. So after 3 delivery to get my order got to say I am not a happy bunny.

I have ordered from here a few times now and will NEVER order from here again. I waited for almost 2 hours. Had to phone 5 times (and was hung up on twice) and was misinformed 3 times!

Placed an order at 20:50... 2 hours later and it has still not arrived. Called up and was told it was 5minutes away, an hour later and still no pizza. Called up again and was told he on his way but this was now 22:30 and they close at 23:00. Long story short they tried denying a refund after their failure to locate us. We were eventually promised a refund but only after arguing with the manager for 15mins. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS If i could leave no stars then i would do this instead

Fed up paying for expensive pizzas with skimpy, "spot the toppings", from some of the other competitors, I noticed this business online and took the plunge. I was very pleasantly surprised as the pizza arrived promptly, still hot with very generous toppings. There was no shortage of cheese on the garlic bread which tasted great. Tonight, was the 4th time I've ordered pizza and I don't understand the negative reviews as I had no problems whatsoever. The delivery driver was friendly and cheerful. Again, the pizza and garlic bread have been consistently very good. I've given it 4 stars because the pizza measurements/portions other than the 24" are not specified on the website, so you're not sure what you're ordering. Also, the choice of extra toppings were limited, I like to add extra chillies or jalapeno peppers!

I order from here frequently and am a very good customer, but after finding and hair in my pizza and the customer service I received I will definitely never order again. I noticed a short black hair In my pizza and I rung fat pizza to complain and ask for my money back and the women I spoke to on the phone basically argued with me that the hair had come from their kitchen. I explained that I had longe blonde hair and my dad was bald so it certainly didn’t come from us. I was informed the manager would call me today to apologise and arrange a refund but when I hadn’t received a call all day I had to call and chase my apology. I was then put on hold 3 times while the girl on the other side was talking to the manager who informed her to tell me he wasn’t in when he very clearly was. I was then told I didn’t need to speak to the manager to get my apology because they money would be put back in my account without it. It’s completely unacceptable and they’ve now lost a lot of business.

Absolutely awful service tonight. Pizza and sides ordered at 8.34...eta 9.19 according to the email. At 9.50 i called to enquire where my order was, and was told 10-15 minutes due to being busy. 40 minutes later i called again to be told " about 20 minutes " during the call the doorbell rang. I openef the door to a waft of cannabis, and my pizza. I asked when my pizza was collected...9.15...so my pizza had been on the road for 75 minutes! I told the delivery man i wasn't happy, to which he replied " you want the pizza or not" in a very aggressive manner. Then he stomped off.

Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, they were late, cold and one only had half the toppings. I called immediately to complain and was met with resistance. I was eventually offered £3 credit. Not good enough. If i was in a restaurant I'd get my money back or my meal replaced. Seems to have gone down hill massively. Will not be using again, they can keep their measly £3.

1st time using these guys, won't be again! Delivered 40 mins late, spoke to takeaway, no real answer was given.., oh, phone put down because she couldn't cope..., oh we busy? Don't offer delivery times 40 mins after!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 mozzarella sticks via Just Eat app. Pizza arrived in good time but the mozzarella sticks were missing (£8). Tried calling the takeaway several times but no answer. Contacted Just Eat who said they'd the takeaway would give me a call to sort it out. No call was received. Got on to Just Eat live chat again and they then told me the takeaway was uncontactable and I would have to apply for a voucher as it wasn't possible to get a refund. Bunch of frauds, taking customers money then not giving them the food ordered and then don't answer the phone, probably because they know it's going to be yet another complaint. Avoid this place.

We have been ordering from Fat Pizza for years and never had any complaints with the food or the service. Tonight placed an order for 1 pizza at 19:09, at 19:41 I get a text message saying 'my pizza is en route'. By 20:26 I was still waiting for my pizza and so checked online at Just Eat only to see that it had apparently been delivered at 19:55?!

Delivery is usually late but this was the first time I've phoned and spoken to anyone. Incredibly disinterested staff, gave up and cancelled after waiting over 2hrs. Wouldn't use again.

We ordered XL pizzas online and the price had increased from £8.00 to £10.00 being a large increase in price by 25%! Upon delivery of the pizzas (which was 30 minutes later than advised), they also included menus which state that the XL pizzas are £8.00. I can understand that prices do increase but feel that a 25% increase is a bit excessive and also cannot believe that the menu delivered with the pizzas shows a different price, this is totally unprofessional and they should not be sending out menus with incorrect prices as this is false advertising! If they can make a simple mistake of sending menus out with incorrect prices and wrong delivery times, it makes me wonder where else they are letting themselves down.

Ordered another xl pizza which was delivered hot and fresh. The base was lovely. Very tasty. Staff are polite ans friendly. We will be back

Yet again another bad experience from Fat Pizza. I have never received a delivery in full. I always have to ring to chase missing items. This time I phoned to complain and the "Manager" was very sarcastic. Yes, they sent the missing item, but it was too late. If you order it should all arrive together. I am really angry as this has happened so many times before alongside with the emailed discount codes that do not work, enough is enough. I will NOT order again EVER. Order at your own risk and be prepared to be disappointed.

We got a groupon deal for 2 XL pizzas for £9. My husband called through the order the young guy was very polite and helpful. The pizzas came and were absolutely delicious. I'd made up a tuna/prawn/anchovy/onion and hubby had a spicy beef. Both were great mine especially. Delivery lady was very pleasant.

Where's my garlic bread, that I ordered and paid for but you didn't deliver. Not acceptable. Never ordering again.

I certainly wouldn't rush back. I felt that the pizza was quite tasteless.. we ordered a portion of chips and some type of plastic cheese had been used on top, which we hadnt asked for, the chips were very limp and tasted of cardboard 🤢

Constantly late, always arrives cold - customer service is non-existent. They don't care. Will never recommend to anyone.

I was so unhappy with the level Of service, ordered pizza for delivery at 8.30, by 8.50 no food so I phoned, got told food had been cooked but was waiting for a driver so would be 30 minutes!!! Surely my food would be cold by then......oh no Madame it's kept in a hot place!!!

Ordered food at 4:30 for delivery at 6pm At 6:15 food still hadnt arrived with a hungry 3yr 8yr and a house full of teenagers for my sons 18th . I called to ask where my order was girl on phone apologised and said food would be within 10 mins ... food still hadnt arrived so called once again to ask where our food was ? The girl on the phone took my details then rudely proceeded to talk about me in a third tense while i was listening on the phone about how id already called 10 mins ago and how i was again on the phone when food hadnt arrived !!

I ordered from here last night and asked for 2 small pizza stuffed crust for my other half and some doughnuts for myself. I got home and was told they were not stuffed crust and no doughnuts so I called up spoke to a manager and he put a 5 pound credit note on next order. So tonight I gave them another go I asked for a GARLIC based pizza as I'm allergic to tomato and cheesy chips turned up opened it to a tomato based pizza I was beyond annoyed at this point. The lady on the phone called me a lier and said I didn't ask for garlic base but sent another one out. I started to eat the cheesy chips which were half cooked still hard inside. I will never order again. I understand people can have one off day but 2 a day after each other I don't think so.

I am a regular customer, but I kept getting problems with them, so they have lost me. Delivery team is truly awful. Need training. It's like they choose random people in their free time? I gave so many chances but I'd rather order from bigger companies and spend more. The box is bent, this is not the first time. I've had orders arrive wrong, ruined (most cheese stuck to the roof of the box due to poor care), too early and too late. A friend once called on behalf of my order to be offered a free pizza as what they delivered was way too early. We had things to do, we ordered it for a specific time for a reason, only to arrive ASAP. I just like the fact you get a large pizza for quite a good deal. But now, NO. I was contacted by the pizza guy by phone unexpectedly, saying he didn't know where my house was, despite being a regular customer. Reluctantly, I asked if he wanted me to come outside to point out my house. He said that I should. So I inconveniently go outside in my dressing gown to find him. He's half way down the road! He only laughs and jokes about being late. No apology for being between 30-45 minutes late. No "thanks" for coming outside for him. Not very funny at all. I can't take it anymore. Also, they seem to have changed my chocolate cake to a chocolate cheesecake. I ordered cake! I don't even like cheesecake! At least tell me!! This is only good to order the one off pizza because it's cheap for a group of people, I do not recommend becoming a regular as you will only be disappointed. I rated poor, but not the worst score purely based on the affordable pricing of food. If I was to rate the delivery team, I would rate lower even lower than terrible. There is one guy who this doesn't apply to, as he is extremely kind, warming and friendly. The rest will just look extremely grumpy, rely on you to take the pizza out of the holder and that's it. No conversation even if you attempt it. Not good representation. Really lets the company down. Needs major improvement.

Love their pizzas! Simply amazing food and service always.. I would highly recommend this pizza chain as i have tried pizzas from all their branches and love them every time!

I'm not a massive pizza fan anyway, this however looked nasty and tasted worse. chicken, sweetcorn, onion and green pepper on tomato base. squirts of tomato puree randomly was the base and it was not cooked properly. just revolting.

Used to be a regular here. Will never order again. Waited 2 hours for the pizza and received them looking disgusting. They gave us our money back but the service was awful the girl hung up on us.

Seems like this place is the secret everyone tells you about after you start telling them. Pizzas are ridiculously cheap but are better than anything I have tasted from the so called bigger chains.
