Il Padrino in Warrington

Ordered a Mexican burger (usually the best) with chilli con carne on top, Christmas Eve treat for us all! It came as a burger with 3 green peppers on! When I complained he said they didn’t understand how to make it!!!!! With no apology…..they r new owners apparently…., never again even the kebab meat was raw & thick ….. looked like it was off an Alsatian!!!!!

Be careful I've just been inshore to here and they don't accept card so advised me to order on just eat but the prices on just eat are much move expensive than in store and when asked they said yes cheaper if you pay cash but the amount they have increased prices on just eat is extortionate be careful

Charged £5 for a tiny portion of cheesy chips and gravy yet on JustEat the price is listed as £3? The portion is literally the size of what a burger would come in not a portion of chips! Not even chips, they're crispy fries covered in salt totally killing any taste. Gravy watered down like badly made bisto, definitely not the usual chippy gravy. Top it off didnt even melt the cheese, but was more cheese than chips. Cold congealed mess I couldn't eat it- poor quality and a total rip off AVOID

Ordered a pizza, it didn't turn up, they lied to me three times about different things. HE also pretended to be on the phone to the delivery driver when he clearly wasn't. do not order a pizza from here.

Awful. Donner kebab hardly cooked. What was meant to be a piece of chicken, e.g. a thigh, turned out to be a burnt wing and 3 knuckles. Bad. Bad. Bad.

We placed a order for takeaway at 18.30 i was told the order would be with me within 1 hour, at 19.25 i rang to query where our order was to be rudely told the order would take take upto 1.5 hr to arrive not 1 hr i was previously told, so i asked is it almost here, he rudely replied it would be another 15 mins so i replied if its not with me within the 15 mins then i dont want it, after 15 mins still no order, rang back to be told they had cancelled my order!! So im doubtful they ever intended on fulfilling my order in the first place. Very rude unprofessional, will never use again.

Brilliant service, brilliant staff, brilliant food, brilliant chefs. Everything is brilliant. I can't put it into words. If you ever hold a competition with a prize of a free pizza call me up!!!

This is by far the worst place I have ever eaten from the food is awful, the place itself stinks of god knows what and the staff are not only idiots but are ill mannered and rude DO NOT GO

Best garlic bread and pepperoni ever! Can't get enough it's true my delicious and excellent value you for money.. & quick service.
