So far ive had their chicken wings, chicken strips, fries, chips(slim,chunky), cheesy garlic bread pizza, calzone nd a pepperoni pizza. Theres a reason i keep going back, its because their food is really damn good for the price, 10/10 in my opinion, the staff are really friendly and the food doesnt take too long to prepare, ive even had it delivered and the owner called ahead of the uber driver to let me know the food was on its way. Above and beyond, never had that anywhere else. Definitely would recommend to anybody who enjoys good food for a good price . Promise im not working for them its jut goood

I would personally rate this as a 10/10 for their burgers, I ordered the double texas gourmet burger meal and oh wow it was just phenomenal. it was a very juicy and tender patty and the sauce was pleasant but it tickled the tongue which was unfortunate (for my liking of spice). it was delivered perfectly in the time bracket and it was wrapped in foil. the chips are beautiful and of wealthy size there too! was a lot of grease dripping from the burger but who doesn’t love a bit of grease every now and then! this burger was one of the best burgers i have tasted so if i were you i would go ahead and try their menu.

The chips had been double dipped in oil so where stale the cheese burger was smothered in ketchup so much ketchup on the burger it was like the bottom bun was swimming in ketchup cheese was stuck to the top of the pizza box the chicken on the pizza was old basically never order as you will be ill for weeks if you eat this food disgusting

Extremely over priced, got charge £11.50 for a 12" pizza compared to Frankies and Chicken Village this is nearly double the price for the same thing. Will never make the mistake of ordering such overpriced pizza again. I would highly recommend looking at other takeaways

Absolutely disgusting half peri peri chicken we ordered it's was nasty really dry and and almost burnt customer service very bad they guy who took the order was very rude and they took over 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery absolute walkers guys save your self from this do not order from here!!!!!!!!

After 6 attempts at getting him to take our phone number right, two hours later and still no food, we go to sleep without having dinner and then the food finally arrived (1:30 am). We didn t take it, of course. The delivery man was trying to say that the fault is our's because we didn t tell them the right phone number, that s why it arrived two hours later, and that he was looking for the address for hours... We were even smoking for half and hour outside and waiting there and nobody showed, so clearly lying to us. Didn't take it, didn't eat.

I normally buy their grilled chicken and its usually really nice but as of today am very disappointed at how dry nd burnt this chicken is honestly....u could do better than this

My boyfriend have got poisoned,because of this take away food! Feeling really very sick. You should take care of the food condition when it’s so hot outside and do not serve food which is already bad. We was a vip clients,after this we will never come back. What a shame.

Polite staff, fresh food and giant portions. Open late in city centre, definitely worry a visit if in town and looking for a good feed. Chicken was cooked to order, plenty of spice.

This place has to be the most appauling grotesque and inhumane takeaway we have ever experience in our lives. We approached the inside what can only be described as the filthiest most horrendous and disgusting unhygienic environment I've ever seen. The food we ordered was a donor kebab with salad and garlic and chilli. The taste was like eating burnt crisp old shoe leather with a taste of gas and lighter fuel. This place should be reported to trading standards for the most vile place in cheshire. Please stay away as you will probably experience food poisoning as after tasting a few slices of meat we threw away 4 donor kebabs and even the salad looked like it was 7 days old it's was not fresh it was disgusting. The staff clothing looked like it was taken from a dirty tramp. They looked like dodgy staff looking at you as though you were from trading standards. This firm should be shut down immediately to protect the general public. I will never accept their apology or reply so don't bother as no amount of compensation would fix my ill feeling towards my terrible experience from this rotting place

We got food here after a night out in Warrington and the food was the best takeaway food we have ever had. The pizza and garlic breads were incredible. Also, the man was really friendly. A card payment did not go through but he ensured that we did not lose out. Very friendly and would definitely return.

I ordered on the Uber Eats app to have an expected arrival time of 1 hour. I called the restaurant multiple times to receive an update, each time having a 'line too busy' message on my phone. I called Uber, who cancelled the order on my behalf after 2 hours and 40 mins of waiting as they couldn't contact them either. The order turns up 20 minutes later, 3 hours after the original order. I didn't take any of the food, but I imagine it was probably very cold sitting in the delivery van for that amount of time. The food wasn't particularly cheap either for a fast food place. I could easily have ordered a decent curry or Chinese for a similar price. Would not recommend and I absolutely won't be back.

Good food at high prices. Delivery is usually late and food gets all moist in paper bags and boxes. I advise you to collect it yourself and eat it nearby. Staff is a bit slow may be that's why Delivery is slow too, but they are a friendly bunch.

Ordered a delivery and food arrived hot and was delicious. Chips were like chippy chips which was also a bonus. The texas burger was amazing! Will be ordering again.

Flame Grill House has revolutionised the Halal Food game! For a town like Warrington which severely lacks gourmet halal options, Flame Grill House is a breath of fresh air. I've tried everything from the burgers, to the full peri peri chicken, the chicken kebab, the pizzas. Absolutely everything is excellent quality and made with the highest quality of meat available.

Great quick takeaway delivered during lockdown. 5 meals, £28 including delivery (a selection of burgers, chips and pizza). Really impressed with the quality of the New York burger. Haven’t had takeaway in a long time, this was a treat given current circumstances and enjoyed by all.

This place is working really hard to get to everyone. They go above & beyond, our order was slightly late but it's to be expected in these times. The food made up for it & we got a few other things as it was out first order. Thank you, your food is just divine. You guys are doing great.

Warrington didn’t have many if any decent takeaways especially halal ones so this has been our saviour! Great customer service, excellent quality re their burgers (they really are gourmet!) and the delivery person is always so lovely! They even have an app which makes it easy to order! Definitely recommend their pizzas they’re actually topped with ingredients and not half empty! Yay!

First time ordering from Flame Grill House I ordered a kebab with mild chilli sauce,my daughter in law ordered a plate of Donna meat (no sauce) and chips and my son ordered double cheese burger and a chicken burger. The meal arrived 30 mins late. The Donna meat was cold the kebab itself was deconstructed supplied in a tray with the wrong sauce and a pitta bread just thrown on top as an afterthought. My daughter in laws Donna meat also had the same mayonnaise sauce on the meat after requesting no sauce. My son did however enjoy the burger but that was as good as it got.

Food took 2 hours and arrived stone cold & soggy. Food also tasted really cheap which is a joke at £27 for two of us. Not usually one to rate low on takeaways but considering this was the first time we ordered I'm disgusted. Save your time and your money.

Best burgers &charcoal chicken in Warrington, highly recommend

I asked for a donnor wrap, paid 6 pound which seemed a lot. Stood there for 15-20 minutes and when I got my food I said no this isn’t mine I ordered a wrap and this clearly a calzone, guy behind the counter just said yes Donna in there. Gave up trying to tell him as he wasn’t excepting the mistake and didn’t have the best English from what I could tell. Have a look at the picture and make up your own mind. Won’t be going back. If you have Allergies I would advise you to avoid this place as you don’t know what you’re going to get

I had to give this 5 star rating good for value for your money and very good food

We ordered from here when staying at the Gullivers Hotel and just wanted something to eat in our room. We used the Just Eat app quick and easy, got 10% off our order and the takeway gave us a free choc cake and upgraded our 9" Garlic Bread to a 12" free of charge. The food was delivered on time and the driver even rang my mobile to let me know he was here. The food was lovely, piping hot and plentiful. Would not hesitate to use this takeway again if we are in the area and would recommend to friends and family visiting. A****** from us. Thanks Flame Grill House.

Wouldnt even give one star google won’t allow me to post this without giving one star .... Absolute disgrace of service. Ordered via just EAT queried card that we paid on and they thought we wanted to cancel the whole order when nothing of that was said. Waited an hour to confirm order then to be told that the couldn’t honour the order when they had stated the order was on the grill and would be delivered in 20 mins when clarity from just eat stated that the order was not even Being prepared when we had waited an hour. Staff when spoke to were rude. Problems and issues with orders in the past but rectified. Customer service is non existent tried to put the blame on the customer when in fact they could not listen and kept interrupting the customer when trying to rectify a problem ... all in all horrendous and appalling service would not recommend ... DISGRACE

Popped in for pizza, chips and wings. Really friendly people, watched our food cooked completely fresh. We were given a cheeseburger to try due to waiting (not much of a wait though) and it was the best I've ever eaten. The food was amazing, mouth watered and full of flavour. Will definitely be going back
