wow wow wow where do i even begin.… when i first bit into it i thought omg you have to be kidding Xx !!! but then i carried on deep diving into those flavors and i have to say that way it made my taste buds dance (not like men these days) was oh so good. if you asked me would i recommend to a friend i would say i’ve got them all on a group face time right now raving my review. pizza and wine never made easier ! 🍕

My daughter brought me here for my birthday. She had mentioned how nice the food was, and now it was time to try it myself. Oh my word, a massive salami pizza for me , well presented and so tasty. My daughter had Clinghiali, and that looked equally nice. We ordered one pizza to take with us as the other person in our group could not make it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food . I think I found my favourite pizza place. Thank you for an amazing day.

Haven't been to Rudy's before but will be visiting in person very soon. Unfortunately had our food stolen by an uber driver but the reaction by the restaurant and their staff was amazing. Made sure we were fed and went out of their way to make our night better. Can't thank the team enough & it was some bloody good pizza!

Rude member of staff, overhead her name was ‘keira’. Wasn’t polite at all. I’ve had amazing customer service from this place before but not tonight unfortunately.

I really like Rudys, we have an outlet in Didsbury and we go there often. The chap that served us was great but the food was slow to arrive and felt like the restaurant had too many orders to deal with

Such a great place! Lovely staff, lovely decor and if you love pizzas, this is the place for you! If you're not a fan of being around dogs whilst you're eating, please bear that in mind as they allow dogs inside the restaurant which is a shame

We went in and ordered quite quickly, after 40 minutes wait we were told they had lost out ordered and had to reorder. They did take the pizza off the bill. As this was for a friends birthday it was slightly disappointing.

Early afternoon lunch, it was quiet but service was very good. Very good selection of starters followed by the "Carni" meet pizza which was excellent. Decent selection of wine, overall very happy with our visit. We have been previously during the evening and obviously the atmosphere is much better when you have the buzz of lots of people and during the day lighting is minimal so in the evening the ambience is significantly better. Nice place, popular, well worth a visit.

We was a little skeptical as we was asked to sit outside though there was seats available inside. Very busy though! Yet the food was amazing ! One of the best pizza I’ve had! Highly recommended and will definitely return.

My son treated us to takeaway pizzas for our anniversary- we had only been to Rudy's in Liverpool so thought they would be as good. Very poor - hardly any filling on both pizzas - they were so thin they were like paper. Looked nothing like pics. So disappointed - won't be back!

Outstanding takeaway pizza. Proper pizza base with big burnt bubbles in the dough the way a pizza in Italy is served. Excellent Italian toppings too!

Lovely pizzas, in fact the best I’ve tasted! Lovely staff. Just a shame they allowed dogs in the restaurant around food. This In my opinion isn’t very hygienic. I now only get takeaway for this reason. Please can you reconsider dogs being allowed!

I want to start by saying a massive thank you to the team at Rudy's for being so kind and thoughtful about my son who had an accident earlier that day, and had to go to A&E and miss his sitting for dinner. My sister Managed to make the sitting with my other son, and explained what had happened. The member of staff that she spoke to was apparently very concerned and asked on a couple of occasions how he was getting on. He even offered my son and I a take away pizza on the house! I was taken back when my sister said this. My son was in pain, missed half of his day at Gulliver's World, and now was missing out on a lovely meal of his favourite food with his family. The team at Rudy's took the edge of a really rough day. Unbelievably we were though A&E very quickly (another grateful review coming for Warrington Hospital) and we managed to limp into Rudy's restaurant, albeit very very late. There were two takeaway pizzas waiting for us and we had just enough time to have a quick bite to eat in the restaurant. Because we managed to get to the restaurant I didn't think the pizza would still be free, but they wouldn't charge us! It cheered my son up, it cheered me, my sister and other son up too, and it made a lovely end to a bit of a rubbish day. In addition to the best customer care, Rudy's have the best pizza too! It was absolutely delicious! We had a little bit left over which the boys have just had for their lunch. My husband tried a piece and said it's the best pizza he's ever had!! My son is feeling a bit better today. He's still sore and limping but is definitely much better. I think the pizza must have had healing properties! Sitting here in the Stockton Heath Rudys. Been to the football with my family and we were desperate for a Rudys. Even though it’s Saturday they still found space for us. I’m sat here watching the chefs prepare pizza bases , add toppings and QC every pizza that comes out of the oven. I’ve actually just seen them reject 3 that they were not happy with. Outstanding guys. You will always be our go to.

Visited Ruby's for the first time on a Thursday lunchtime. The restaurant was busy and the pizza was very good.Very impressed.

Tried to come in at 8:44pm. The host said sorry we stop letting in at 8:45. I looked around and kitchen staff still making pizzas, tables that had only just sat down and not even got their drinks yet. I said to the host that we know exactly what we want, we come here all the time, we don’t even need a menu and will even take away if needed! What I said was just met with ‘again, it’s 8:45 now so no sorry’. There were clean tables available and just no reason to not serve us really. I get that you have some kind of cut off but as a loyal returning customer (2 of us) and there’s tables of 6-8 without even drinks yet. Common sense would tell you to allow us in and we’d have ordered, eaten and left before these bigger tables had probably even eaten their starters. It’s just common sense really that’s massively changed my opinion on the place. It’s a chain so it’s not the place that makes it individual, it’s the people. No need to be so blunt. After declining us they just went back to the end of the bar and went on their phone. Just lost some loyal regular customers here and although I only live half a mile away I’ll be driving to Manchester for my Rudy’s in future 👍🏼

Great pizza, as good as any anywhere in the world Also do vegan cheese, which is great for my daughter who is dairy free. Though she's not experienced in eating pizza , so started in the middle 😭, she did then swap to eating slices like a normal person

Always absolutely top notch in here. Not only does the pizza slap but the staff are mega . I’m a local so frequently visit rudys and everytime the staff are always so good friendly and all round make your experience better than anywhere else around. Thanks guys as always

My gorgeous cousin gave birth to a lovely little boy yesterday and naturally her first request was a rudys pizza drop off. My aunty went to collect the pizzas and she told them the story to many congratulations. When she came to pay rudys told her it was on the house! They also wrote a sweet message on the box. They’d get a great review either way but that’s another level of class, thanks rudys S.H you added a lot of joy to a tough day🫶🏼

Went here with my son, and some of his friends, food was great (Triple Pepperoni 😋), and service was helpful and friendly, definitely go again.

Amazing pizza and service always!

First time I visited and was immediately impressed by the place, despite it being smallish but it was well arranged and doesn't feel cramped, loved the atmosphere where it felt warm and cozy and great for dining. Staff were impressive, service was topnotch and all of them were very friendly. Good selection of pizza and past and how they described it there is really appetizing. They only hava a few option of drinks especially the beer but not a downer for me. Only drawback for me was the pizza I ordered had more burnt parts and not as fully covered with toppings as my friend's pizzas. So I wasn't really able to eat a big portion of my pizza, though it was really good and tasty. Don't know and can't see a parking spot outside as well, was just dropped by my wife.

Superb “grown up “ Pizza. Very busy on a Tuesday early evening which I don’t think is normally considered a busy time for for food outlet so I dont think I’m alone thinking its the best Pizza in Warry? Good choice but quite limited for vegetarians or vegans. Just a suggestion - make a choice of vegetarian hard cheese available over those with animal content which would widen the availability ? I accept Vegans would still struggle.

Simply the best pizza in UK. We have visited here multiple times now (we live 200 miles away) Never ever been disappointed. Staff are fantastic every time and the food is out this world.

Very delicious, thin dough, real Italian oven-baked pizza, made with quality ingredients. According to the description, it is baked for 60 seconds at 400 degrees for perfect quality. Two-story pizzeria, parking available in the nearby paid parking lot (forge car park). A show kitchen has been set up in the middle of the pizzeria, where guests can watch the pizza making process. The service was attentive and kind, they asked several times if everything was okay, if we needed anything, if we wanted another round of drinks, etc. I was able to eat all three of the appetizer, pizza and dessert, but I say the pizza is more than enough, it hangs off the plate, it's so big!:) as the only small negative, I could mention that even though there were only 3 tables in the restaurant, the pizza after eating it, they didn't come to us for a long time, so after waiting for about 20-25 minutes, we had to indicate that we wanted to ask for dessert. But I can easily overcome this, all in all I strongly recommend the place to lovers of Italian pizza and I will be a returning guest.

Our favourite pizza place and it's within walking distance of our house. Excellent 👌

Walk in for two, shown to table of 4 ordered 2 starters, 2 pizzas and 2 drinks. Waited for service, fine prefer fresh food but when we went to order more drinks and dessert we were told we had run out of time and asked to leave as they needed the table. When we arrived they seated us on the table when there were many tables empty and set for two. Told that when we booked it said 1hr 20mins however we walked in with no booking and nobody said a time limit plus we waited for the drinks, starters and mains to arrive which meant we had limited time when it arrived. All told we had a bill of £25/person and not a minute to enjoy the experience. Will NOT be visiting any of these places again, not welcoming and disappointing to be felt like the customer was an inconvenience to them.

Everything good just a waste of space upstairs ,you could make more money if you opened upstairs. Grateful for the complimentary garlic pizzes due to waiting extra time outside.

Booked a table for six to celebrate my son’s birthday at his favourite pizzeria at 5:45, our drinks order was taken and we then made our starter and main course choices, by 6:30 we still hadn’t got our starter, the server apologized for the delay and we got a free drink, by 7:00 we still hadn’t been served our main course, I asked to speak to the manager I said do you think it was acceptable to wait over an hour for our food ? She would not answer the question and just said if you wanted your starter served with your main you should have asked, there was a table near us who got served before us which I mentioned, in the end it ruined our evening and we asked for the pizzas to be boxed and we took them home, we also did not like the comments heard by one of our party that the manager made to her staff about us, we will not be returning.

Wow. If your looking for a large circular disk of tomato and cheese, make your down to Ruby’s for a delightful and hearty meal with all your friends and family. If you love Pizza you cant possibly be disappointed unless you like pepperoni in which case your PEPPERED!!! They DO NOT serve pepperoni!!! What a dismal disaster you will encounter if you love server circular slices of the devils meat!! (Like me) Anyway, it’s a good place, just make sure to prepare yourself for the forewarned disaster of no pepperoni!!!!

Glorious heavenly place , the perfect marriage of the perfect ingredients , prepared in the most godlike manner that any tasty morsel has ever been. I get so excited upon realising I'm going here that I almost pee myself. I've named my dog rudy , and I'd of named all 4 of my kids after their pizzas , but they were born years before I found this place . No matter where we go out to eat , it's never as satisfying as rudys.... all of the staff are most excellent people , prices are very reasonable , atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Visited as a walk in, there was no problem getting a table. We were served promptly and we weren't rushed, so had a lovely leisurely lunch. The pizzas were delicious.

We sat outside. The food is amazing. The tables were kind of sticky. We had to go inside to ask for cutlery, and they forgot to bring us any. I found it difficult to try to flag them down for the bill, and then I had to go inside to flag someone down to pay when no one returned.

Regular restaurant choice. We visted Naples recently and tried to find better pizza than Rudy's at a number of highly rated pizzerias. We struggled. The pizza here is authentic with high quality ingredients, great choice of craft beers and good service,

Although I'm not a huge pizza fan, three of my friends wanted to try here so we booked a table for Sunday bank holiday weekend. Pizzas were delicious and a change to one order was accomodated willingly. Decent value for teh quality, quick friendly service for the most part, Will definately visit again.
