Domino's Pizza in Tower Hamlets

I have bought Domino's 13 inch Vegi Supreme Pizza on Saturday 05/10/2024 at 06:38pm in the store 8 W India Dock Road, London E14 8JA. The customer service assistant served in the till was very friendly but none of the kitchen staffs was wearing gloves who were making pizza and we have found a long hair in the pizza we bought and it a matter of great concern in terms of standards of hygiene and it caused deepest disappointment to us !

Worst customer service! An item was missing from my order and the driver said someone would bring it now after he called his manager. 15 minutes later I called just to check it was arriving. The guy couldn’t understand what I was saying and finally said “it’s on the way” and hung up! 70 minutes later...nothing had arrived! I called to say I didn’t want the item as my son was now sleeping! The guy just hung up the phone. I called back and they obviously had no intention of sending said item! Asked for refund....still waiting. JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The meal arrived without my drink so I called the store and told them to send the missing drink..I started eating my pizza and realised towards the middle that there's hair buried in the crust of a slice. I called them again and asked for a refund but the manager was extremely rude and instead of being apologetic he even said he needed the order to be sent back. The drink is still missing. Extremely poor customer service. I'm appalled by the terrible people managing the store. I then spoke to another person at the store who has now confirmed that a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 days. The whole drama has obviously ruined my evening and left me utterly disappointed with dominos.

Pongo una estrella y porque no puedes poner 0; Pedí una pizza sin pepperoni y sin salchichas; Y me trajeron uno con pepperoni y chorizo y con cebolla (el que pedí no tenía) y pedí salsa bbq extra y con albóndigas; y no tuve nada de eso desde entonces, pago por una pizza que no es barata al menos podrían entregarla bien. Adjunto algunas fotos que perfectamente podrían ser lo que pedí versus lo que recibí No creo que vuelva a pedir allí.

Tuve un problema con una de nuestras pizzas. Llamé a Domino y hablé con Natalia, que brindó el peor servicio al cliente. ¡EVITAR! ! !

Parece que nunca podré obtener mi pedido completo. Hay intervalos razonables de tiempo entre mis órdenes. Y todavía logran estropearlo. No tiene un precio razonable también y aún así reciben mal el pedido Tan molestos son. Pedidos futuros que solicitaré para hacer el pedido directamente con el gerente.

Good choice, quick service, acceptable quality. No alcohol available however big choice of soft drinks

Awful... 1.5hrs wait for an order to arrive and no one to answer the phone. This is as bad as it gets.

熱々のピザは本場ナポリのおいしさが伝わります。しっかりとした味付けは、生地にしっとりとなじんでおり、感心しました

Easier to order online than in the restaurant and that's when you're standing in there, order came through straight away and only took 5 minutes to cook it

After 2 long days at notttinghill carnival I didint give much thought to ordring a pizza. How wrong I can be. When pizza came, the sauce was dripping off within the first bite. I called and they graciously accepted they were in the wrong a new pizza will be on the way. The second pizza came an hour later and although I did say it wasn't cooked thouhroughly during my complaint my pizza was burnt, the crust was thin, jalapenos looked like lumps of charcoal. So hungry currently trying to get refund which is very tricky.

Avoid this place! Rude staff, the worse Dominos pizza I ever eat. The guys were using out of date dough. Pizza was looking like the guy was fighting with the dough. Unfortunately it was very late in the night and I had to swallow it in my hotel room.

Ordered pizzas from this Dominos branch and 3h later the pizzas still haven't arrived. When spoken to the staff over the phone they are firstly rude and not helpful at all and have for the last 1h said that our pizzas are out for delivery. (We reside 10 min drive from the branch) I don't think this branch should be allowed to be open because it's not normal for a pizza delivery to take up to 3h to arrive. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and will claim my money back! I mean we still haven't received our pizzas and no one is picking up the phone at the branch! By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ordered an hour and a half ago and currently still waiting for our pizza. Contacted the branch 3 times and there staff clearly lied to us, we spoke to 3 different people and got three different stories. Not the first time we have been let down by this dominos. Do your self a favour and order from somewhere else

Pizza never came after 2 hours, so called them to follow up, they said it is gone, so asked me to wait for another 45 minute So i said, i dont want a pizza anymore since it wont arrive until like 11:30pm, and i will be asleep then, and asked for a refund Then the guy said refund will take 45 days I asked for the receipt and confirmation of refund, they said they will give it to me before the shop close, and it never came So had to call the next day, and complaint, before i got confirmation of refund Let me stressful and hungry all evening, so glad i didn't have guest

Pizza 2 hours late, was supposed to be free, tried to charge me, refused to pay. Staff rood on the phone to me. Don't bother, better alternatives around. I'm disgusted by there lack of service.

The food was really good, but the person who received us was really unprofessional and wasn't even trying to be gentle. Such People shouldn't work in contact with other People. He should be fired.

Primera vez, la última vez que pedir allí. Pelo en la pizza, entregado frío. Se aprovechan de la marca y entregar muy, muy mala calidad

Coming from a country where thin crust wood fired oven is a norm, the dominos pizzas are a nice change of pace. The thick crust and topping combinations do put my taste buds on high alert. I especially love the half and half option. Two different pizzas for the price of one. And the two for one collection is a nice treat as the shop is just a 5 minute walk away. Leave home when the tracker switches to baking and I always get it piping hot from a friendly staff. If they are a bit younger, they throw in a couple of extra sauces, free of charge. Great customer service from the Lambeth team.

On a recent visit to West India Dock, I invited a number of friends on board, after phoning Domino's to confirm they could deliver the goods without any issues, which they did.However, upon garnering the menu choices from everybody, the store then told me I would have a 90 minute wait, even though when pressed on the matter they admitted if I walked to them, I would be promptly served if seated in the restaurant. My guest, some of who were disabled, and had no chance of walking to the restaurant, were all seated by this time, and I can only say how utterly let down I was by the store, manager and his stinking attitude. As a result, I cannot recommend Domino'sand will stop using them altogether: Another local Pizza place delivered Within 15 minutes of my call, which was a relief, and shows how easily it can be done correctly!

Home Delivery is rarely before 45 minutes so make sure you order well before you get hungry.Most of the time the food ordered was lukewarm which could be corrected if the food was delivered earlier.But it's standard dominos fare so nothing much in terms of exceptional taste.

I arrived at the branch and the 2 ladies were on the phone, I patiently waited for almost 5 mins, even when another man came, answered the 3rd phone that started ringing, took the order and left. Then another client came, and one of the ladies put down her phone and welcome them, offering to take their order, and she had not even acknowledged me with some eye contact. I interrupted and told them I was there first. They apologized and helped me with my questions (even though the deal I had found online was not available and I ended up ordering online). My mistake was then that I entered my post code and did not notice that it gave me a different branch. I never realized that straight away. I was at the Docklands and ordered for the Wapping Afterwards, when I saw that my pizza was ready on the app, I went to the counter and enquired about it. The lady checked and came back to tell me that it was ready and being boxed. I waited another 5 mins, while other customers that arrived much later than me got their orders, and checked another 2 times. Past maybe 45 mins of my order online, I asked to see the manager, who only explained that they run out of large boxes and when I insisted that mine would have being ready for a long time, we found out that I made that mistake. I called the Wapping branch and after a few tries, as they were hanging up after answering the phone, I spoke to someone who told me they would refund my credit card. I ordered at the counter and waited another "20 mins" for my pizza. I was disappointed initially by the way I was welcomed (or not welcomed). Then after I having made a mistake with ordering at the wrong branch, I enquired over 3 times and was told every time that my pizza was being boxed and then that they ran out of boxes... And I could never address the issue of being at the wrong place, as they never really found out that they didn't even have my order.

Always get takeaway on two for Tuesday's deal... Fast delivery piping hot, friendly delivery driver! What's expected for dominos Don't like franks red-hot wings however

This was the first time I have gone to pick up my pizza. Normally I order home. The staff was very nice. They even called me warning that my pizza was already done. When I arrive everything was ready to go. Very quick and friendly.
