Domino's Pizza in Runnymede

Me and my friends ordered a large order and asked them to leave it at the door to not wake up anyone in my house only for them to never deliver the order. When we called they just said tough we can’t do anything about it. Do not order they have terrible customer service and just try to scam you.

I placed an order at 11, way before closing time. Paid from my phone and the tracker was telling me the order was out for delivery after 30 minutes (at 11:30) so I waited for my order. Come 12:15 my order is still out for delivery so I call up the store 4 times and no answer. The pizza shows up at 12:45 with just a call saying “be outside in 5 mins”. On a positive note, never had an issue with collection from this store.

If you wish to waste 1 hour of your life (or 2) and lots of money for cold and - at best - mediocre tasting pizza then go ahead & order..... I did just that and came to regret it A LOT. Firstly the website is a total pain to negotiate, lost my entire order 3 times in the process and had to start from scratch each time. Then the payment did not go through three times and I got the white blank screen 3 x, whereupon my credit card company decided that fraudulent activity must be going on and blocked my card. Since I had promised 8 hungry kids they could have Dominoes for dinner I persisted against my better judgement and hey presto - after an hour and a half!!!!! of waiting for the delivery some tepid (at best) pizza was delivered by a guy who told me they were "busy". Well, that was the most stupid way of spending over £65 and I shall make the pizza myself next time and donate the £ 50 I will have leftover to charity. Needless to say this was a truly awful experience, I will never ever order from Dominoes again and strongly discourage you to do so as well if you like your life to unencumbered by experiences like this one.

I got a thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was like a pizza pan it was so hard. No sauce, cold, and the driver made me come two flights to parking lot to get it then stated he had no change (so I had to return to my room to get correct change). My first UK Domonio pizza and it worries me they are all the same. HORRID enough even my pizza-loving pup would not even eat it

Don't know why I keep ordering from them. I'm too forgiving. I ordered and then sat for an hour and a half while the delivery tracker told me it was delivered after 20 mins. I finally rang up and they appeared to have no log of my order (phone number/order number, nothing) until I told them how much I'd spent and they magically found it and rang up the driver who was 'two minutes away'. (Every time they ring the driver they're ALWAYS two minutes away). Food was cold as expected. I ended up microwaving it myself. If I don't make it till morning then mourn the fact that my last meal was Egham Dominos.

Ordered online for collection. Went for one of the deals where you get a small pizza for around £3.50. We thought we had removed the extra cheese topping when in fact we had removed cheese altogether. One would assume a base pizza comes with the basics i.e. dough, cheese, and tomato sauce. I have seen a few other reviews with the same issue so seems like the ordering system is not clear. When we phoned to query this we were told since that was what we ordered, that is what we got with the phone put down on us. Very unprofessional organization.

Placed an order on Saturday evening, live 2 minutes drive from Domino's Pizza, waited over an hour and a half for what was then cold food. Appalling service. I recommend using the many competitors in the vicinity as I will do from now on.

Haven't been here for a while, purely because we cut down o n the takeaways. Anyway the pizza we ordered was delicious, piping hot, and was made well. Kids loved it and were full up. What more can we say

My kids have a thing about Dominos - they love it. Is it the advertising? Their pizzas are fine. Service is efficient and delivery prompt - you cant really argue with it, but I prefer the local independent pizza place!

Have ordered many times from this Dominos, and it has always provided good pizza, which is usually delivered on time. This particular time, I ordered a large pizza online, and it arrived in ~20 mins or so. I proceeded to call them when it arrived cheeseless. Turns out it was my fault and had accidentally unticked the cheese option when building my pizza. They immediately sent out a new one with cheese, despite it being my fault. Great customer service!

Today we watched trays of dough being loaded into a car (back seat and boot) presumably to be taken to another outlet. The dough was not covered, trays were being placed on the wet roof of the car before being staked onto trays containing uncovered dough. We took photos and will not upload them here but will be supplying them to Runnymede Borough Council.

Ordered a couple times from the Egham store and food has always come cold, very late and missing items from order. Waited over an hour for delivery just for them to forget an item and by the time they delivered the missing item another 40 minutes had passed. Won't order again.

I ordered and collected some large pizzas for my Christmas treat lunch at work, looks like delivery is a problem for this place on a regular basis, everyone who had some pizza said it was lovely, maybe people just need to collect!!

We have ordered from here a couple of times and every time we have waited over an hour. The pizza arrives cold and the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Pizza ,wedges and garlic bread under cooked cold. Staff was very rude upon complaint. Pizza did not resemble what other dominos have served of the same type. They are cutting corners ..... This sham needs to close .... more negative reviews than a food outlet should have. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible food, overpriced. It arrived cold. Restaurant needs improvement. Other dominos branches are quite satisfactory. Why not have a go at making your own?

Este lugar no se merece ni siquiera una estrella. El personal es grosero, la comida (cuando se enciende), es asqueroso. Básicamente estás pagando por personas para ser maleducados y un completo idiota para entregar frío, asqueroso comida para su casa. Nunca jamás a este lugar y sugiero que ustedes tampoco.

Al dominó Egham es el peor servicio de entrega. En muchas ocasiones se ha llevado mi dinero y Error al entregar mi pizza. Cuando protestamos nos ofrecieron nada en términos de compensación, ni siquiera una disculpa. Una franquicia dirigido por aficionados que no tienen una buena comprensión de la satisfacción del cliente o servicio. Evitar si es posible para evitar decepción

We occasionally get a Domino's delivery and they always prove to be efficient and reliable. We have never had issues with lateness or cold food, and the pizzas are of a consistently high standard.

He tenido algunos encuentros agresivas con Dominos en Egham. Pizzas y teléfonos posteriores que colgó debido a última hora de entrega.

estar locales se han utilizado los montones de tienda de Egham de veces y nunca mejorar pese a quejarse a la oficina de cabeza!? Tan pronto como te contesta el teléfono no pueden entender lo que estás pidiendo y a menudo grosero, y si usted llama por teléfono para el martes 2 de mayo, así no te molestes. En los pedidos de entrega llegan mal, siempre tarde ... que mantener llamando, oh está a 5 minutos ... y cuando lo hace subir es siempre fría, nos envió una orden porque esto! Son una concesión que no tiene ni idea y dar Dominos un mal nombre! Mi consejo ... no usar la opción de entrega!

Las buenas pizzas de buena calidad en el momento oportuno. Siempre me recoger y no hemos probado el servicio de entrega a domicilio.

Had to wait over an hour for 2 x margarita pizzas to arrive, when they did they were stone cold. Contacted the store and the chap on the phone was really rude! Save your money, don't go to Dominoes Egham. Worst pizza store in the UK!

asked for delivery, ended up having to meet driver in carpark as he didnt want to leave his car to deliver.

I placed an order using the app, when I went to collect it the person at the counter wanted to charge me again, I told her that I had paid already and she took the pizzas away again to check this. She returned saying that it is her job to check this. Anyway, I drove home and discovered that the pizzas were not my pizzas. I phoned to complain and was told I could keep them and they would give me a voucher for £10, I chose my pizzas because I like my pizzas so I refused. That was an hour ago and I'm still waiting for my pizzas to arrive. Terrible service. Disappointing. Never again.

Being new to Egham and trying out all the local food places, I went into dominos during work for my lunch. The male members of staff were brilliant; however there was one woman working there and her behavior towards more was disgustingly rude. From the moment I walked through the doors she showed me nothing but attitude. I politely asked for assistance with the lunch menu and she rudely stated to me 'can you not read', she made me feel so uncomfortable I waited outside for my pizza to be prepared. After she refused to give dips with a 'Large' pizza which is absurd. It’s a shame because I LOVE dominos, but I will not be going to the Egham branch again.

These guys give Dominoes a bad name. If u ever have the chance always avoid this one. Always late in delivery and no compensation. My pizza turned up 2 hours late on 2 occassions and never turned up once at all. Very bad and will always disappoint
