Domino's Pizza in Epsom and Ewell

I used to love ordering Dominoes, but now i live in Epsom and the store is terrible! The base always has a raw layer on top, but the cheese is cooked? Oven not hot enough? too hot? After about 4 of them I started ordering the thin and crispy base which was ok.... Until I found a piece of plastic looking wire in my pizza slice!! Nothing was done when i complained. Will never order another dominoes again until i move away from Epsom. I've moved around a bit and Epsom Dominoes is by far the worst!

Horrible staff service, pizza was actually good, but then what is it worth a decent flavou if i have to wait 2 hours for delivery... after paid online and refused to change lol totally not going back i have to say

Had to order food for a bday party for 8 year olds. Needed to keep the pizza warm. The pizza arrived exactly on time and was so hot and tasty. Drivers were really polite. They kindly allowed me to hold on to the bags for 2 hours tooFantastic service

I went to dominios (Epsom)today and brought a small margarita for £10.99. I tried to pay with card but was denied both times. So I paid with cash. 5 minutes later I get an alert on my phone saying I had been charged twice. In Total I had paid 3 times, £30+.I tried to get my money back but they said that I needed a statement from the bank. I continued to show them my GoHenry app about the times I was charged and they refused to give me my money back. Even though in the End I did get my money back and pizza. BUT... 1. The pizza was cold and 2. I had just wasted 10 minutes of my time trying to get the money that was rightfully mine. So thank you Maria... if you are gonna pay, I suggest you have cash. You can withdraw at the ATM at the co-op next door. But there are many other pizza places eg Ask Italian and Pizza express all within a walking distance. Thank you

Never order from this franchise! It never arrives. The first time i ordered was at half eight, after multiple attempts of calling and no one answered, so, i ordered else where. Only to find my door bell ringing at half eleven with my pizza! I said i don't want it, for the delivery man to say, it has nothing to do with him and walked off! This was months ago and i said never again and i stuck to this but for some reason I fancied a pizza and thought why not lets give it ago surely it's improved........no i ended up getting my delivery twice in the same delivery and being charged twice. When i phoned to complain,i wss told yes the first order did not go through (as it told me online,so i ordered again) and i would not be changed twice, only to find two weeks later i had been charged twice. Which by then, it was too late to get a refund on my card and had to have credit! So once again i said never again and then once again stupidly i thought surely it can't happen a third time but again blow and behold mysteriously my order was cancelled! How is still a mystery but please please for hungers sake NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S IN BANSTEAD EVER ever

After ordering and tracking my pizza online it was out for delivery for 30 mins and never arrived. Rung them and someone claiming to be the manager told me it had been delivered there was nothing he could do. So after claiming I was lying multiple times and stating if the system said it had been delivered it must have been he finally agreed to send another one. Another 50 minutes later it turned up and the driver told me the first one never went out. Absolutely shocking service and treatment. I would avoid this branch looks like it’s time to switch to another takeaway provider.

I use Dominos with friends some Tuesdays when it’s buy one get one free and it’s mostly always of high quality. However the Epsom branch is awful. Ordered online. The pizza was made incorrectly, not checked as they should be prior to being boxed and when I called I was told that they were too busy to discuss your complaint and hung up. Obviously short staffed including management that don’t care.

Ridiculously long wait for our order. After an we hour phoned to chase up - engaged for ages and then when it finally started ringing they hung up as soon as the call was answered. Tried again and again and eventually managed to speak to someone only to be told that if I wasn't happy I should go elsewhere. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Pizza Hut for us from now on - suggest anyone reading this review does the same.

Quick. Tasty. Great for ordering online. Driver found the house easily and was very sweet and friendly. I’d give it another star if I didn’t have to add something to my £16.48 order to reach the minimum £16.50 for delivery,

We waited 2 hours for our pizzas to arrive. When they did they were cold and wrong. We also only got 2/3 pizzas. Terrible service. We even drove down to collect to be told they just left for delivery. Manager no where to be seen. Won't be ordering ever again. Pizza Hut from now on.

Best pizza around. I prefer to collect from here (as we aren't in delivery range),rather than getting a delivery from Banstead dominos. Which is very hit and miss with its service!

Every time I order there is always a mistake and I never get all my food.

Have said before but 100% sure now that I will never go back to this dominos. Ordered several times, pizzas half empty and mistakes every time.

Ordered and had a text saying out for delivery took 45 minutes from then to arrive stone cold!!! Was disgusting, rang dominos who said they can't do anything terrible attitude!! And bad customer service will NEVER use again Avoid this place

The title of the review says it all - a ludicrously long wait for average pizzas and appalling customer service.

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 hours for 1 pizza. Called after an hour as was told it was on its way. One of the staff there hung up on me on the phone after i asked him if i could cancel the order. Absolutely disgusting service. Will not be ordering from epsom again as I've heard bad things from multiple people. STAY AWAY.

The foreign girl that answers the phone gave us attitude saying that if we didn't like it to go to pizza hut!!!!!!!!!!!!! then laughed and hang up!!!!!!!!!! great customer service!!!!!! will be reporting thus incident to head office!!!!!!!

Every time I've had home delivery from this store, there has been a problem. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight for the kids in the hope of improvement. The driver arrived an 1 hour & 10 mins later, with just one pizza which was cold & dried out. The assistant manager said she would send out the 2nd pizza with the driver. By the time the driver would have returned it would be another 20 mins & the pizza would be cold & inedible. So I requested a fresh pizza. However, this didn't happen & they just sent us the original second pizza. Consequently the kids had a very expensive dried up & re-heated dinner. No offer of any recompense. The drivers are always polite & pleasant. The management team clearly need organisational & customer service training & leave the poor drivers to pick up the pieces. This is the last time we will use your Epsom store!!

I've ordered from here a few times. Domono's is a franchise, so it can be a bit hit and miss. However, make sure you miss the Epsom one! My 'vegetarian' hot pizza came with a blob of meat on it. Not ideal. I understand the odd mistake happens, however, upon phoning them, I received no apology, or explanation. Just the offer of another pizza in 1 hours time. Not great when my partner was halfway through his. I stated I did not want another pizza, but instead went to make a complaint online to them. When I eventually got a reply, it was that vegetarian is prepared on the same surface as the meat, so this will happen. I'm just glad I didn't pick the gluten free option, which could have a serious side effect to someone's health if it was 'contaminated.' Unless you can prepare something as vegetarian (or GF), you should not advertise it as so. I received an email eventually with an apology, and an offer of 2 x pizza, side and 1 drink. When I went to place my order, I was almost called a liar, as they said I could only have 1 pizza. I had to trawl through my emails to find the name of the person who had written to me. I was then told there was a 1.45 hour wait for the pizza. The customer service is shocking. Will I order again? NO THANK YOU!! I thankfully rarely leave bad reviews on TripAdvisor, but feel I have to in this case.

We ordered several pizza's to celebrate a birthday at work.

The pizza was terrible, I was catering for a party of eight and these were disgusting. I have said it before but hopefully this time I will stick to it, I am never eating here again. I would normally like to be constructive but I do not see the point.
