Explained that my daughter has dairy allergies and we need a chicken pizza with vegan cheese and they bluntly said they would n’t do it!! It’s unbelievable that you cannot cater to a basic change .. it was as simple as not using dairy! And using an alternative cheese option! How on earth was that difficult.

Waited 2 hours for one pizza to be delivered. Phoned to see where it had got to and told they only had 2 drivers. It showed on app as out for delivery for about half an hour and surprise surprise!! It was freezing cold when it arrived.

we always get Domino's pizza on a tuesday always have good deals and never been dissappointed with the service.

Cada vez que ordeno algo me llaman y respondo que hablan muy grosero y agresivo. tienes un lago de habilidades para el cliente si desea tener clientes y menos quejas de las que necesita para actuar de manera agradable y tener buenas habilidades con el cliente, trátenos como desea ser tratado. Trabajo en hostelería y sé que el negocio de su tienda es el peor.

Food much better than last time I had it delivered... all seemed a lot more fresh, warm, tasty and pizza was very nice! Only had to wait 30 minutes after putting order in for home delivery (last time I waited 1 hr 10 min!) Nice friendly chap who delivered to my door. Hope it’s like this every time from now on!

Ordered pizza last night and was supposed to get the 2 free garlic bread they missed off our order last time and promised to deliver with next order, pizza came stone cold, missing the free garlic bread and once again they had cocked the order up, they sent me chicken wings instead of chicken strippers, tried to ring up to complain and spent 30 minute constantly ringing on 2 different phones to be cut off each time, the staff here barely speak English and do not have a clue what they are doing !! We are a dominoes pizza loving family and have just recently moved to this area and quite frankly I’m shocked how this franchise is still in business, can’t even order from a different store as they tell you to ring kidlington!! Won’t be ordering dominoes ever again, I have made a complaint with resolver and included photos of my 50+ phone calls and my chicken wings that are sat on my side uneaten as the chicken was for my 5 year old who won’t eat chicken with bones and was very disappointed at not having his strippers for tea, will be contacting head office today !!

not much to review really its pizza but poor quality, didnt taste like proper mozzarella but it may have been, rather wait & go to Pizza Express

I’ve found dominoes to be ok in the past however, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon... Ordered food at 8pm after a busy day at work and not wanting to cook. Normally they take about 30-45 min to deliver. I checked the online tracker at 9pm to see my pizza etc had been ‘delivered’... I rang the Kidlington dominoes, the phone rang for a good 30-49 second before somebody bothered to pick up. Then to be told ‘you need to hold on’.... again waiting a further 20 or so seconds... I explained I hadn’t had my delivery yet but the tracker said otherwise. Then to be told deliveries are taking up to 2 hours!!!! My order came around 9.20pm (so 1 hour 20 min wait) for it to be luke warm! The pizza barely had any tomato sauce on and chicken wings tasteless... even the chicken strips felt cool to touch. Not good at all!

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6pm - had a Phone call at 5:40pm demanding to know where I was as I wasn’t there. I explained i ordered a 6pm delivery only to be told he would leave it on door step or phone branch if I had a problem. I contacted the branch where the manager told me the driver was new and he would ask him to bring pizza to me as (30minutes later) it would still be warm. Also offering me a free order next time. When if arrived it was cold but we couldn’t be bothered to complain again. Then at 10pm when we were all in bed the same Delivery driver rang our door bell, waking my small children. My husband went to the door and the driver was very rude and saying the pizza was for round the back (it’s not another property - just my garden). I contacted the branch again and without giving my address they told me the driver was new.... I do not believe they only have one driver on as you constantly see them speeding around the high street. Training in customer service and general manners wouldn’t go a miss. We are very shocked to be made to feel intimidated on our own doorstep especially late at night so will be reporting the branch.

I used to like dominoes pizza until I experienced using the Kidlington store, I had been using this store because it's the closest one to me since moving to this area last year. I have had endless problems with them. For a start I think they have hearing problems because they never answer the phone. I have had to walk in most times because calling is a complete waist of time! They answered the phone to me once out of the many times I have tried calling and they said it would be a long wait time to deliver so I said I'd pick up, I turned up to find my order was wrong! I learnt my lesson after that and decided to order it online hoping they could read. Numerous online orders have been average and late. What has pushed me to write is bad review was that recently it was my birthday and I made an online order, paid up front for it to never be delivered resulting in starvation and sad faces. After writing a complaint to dominoes I had a call from someone in Maidenhead who didn't seem to care, I eventually got my money back after my persistent calling and said 'do you think I deserve some kind of compensation or something?' To which he gave me a 50% off which I get vouchers for through the post all the time! So now I do not order from dominoes anymore!

This pizza place is unreliable. I would give it zero stars if I could. The orders come at variable times and the pizza's more often than not half cold. But it's the only reasonable distance pizza place that delivers where we live. Two recent things happened that make me think I should live healthier. First, they brought us a wrong order. I complained and they said no problem, next time you order we'll give you a free pizza but next time I ordered - surprise - they could not find the note back and there was no free pizza. Then, they could not deliver as they had no delivery person. No problem they said we'll refund you. I asked them twice, but now 10 days later they just took our money and never delivered the pizza. So order at this place at your own peril!

For my little boys birthday party we ordered online at 10am for 13:15delivery. Domino’s has never made proper slices either will be small or too big slices, so thought of ringing the shop to inform them, no use, no one answered despite trying to ring several times. At even 13:20 there was no sign of pizza, tried ringing, left voice mail still no use. Have to ring other two branches to chase Kidlington one. After a while driver rang me and he had trouble locating the place. Any way I found the driver and he delivered only half of the delivery. Which is 3pizza and 2sides out of 6pizza and 8sides. He said shop guys gave only one bag. Which was completely unacceptable despite ordering in advance and it ruined our party. In the end driver phoned the shop and asked some one else to bring the rest of the pizza and he waited at the car park to make sure he brings the rest of the order to our party hall. It took another half an hour to get all the pizza sorted. Half of the group of kids will have to wait until all the pizza arrive. They were not even hot and since they stacked one on top of other, they got smashed to the card bird boxes. In conclusion, Domino’s can’t handle if you order more than one pizza.

Really disappointing. Ordered it for a takeaway and after paying I got a phone call saying I would have to collect as not enough drivers. Got home and found hair in the pizza we ordered. Never again....

I am a domino's lover, and I have ordered them the length and breadth of the country. Kidlington is the worst by a distance. 3rd time I have ordered from here and will be the last. Every time there has been no tomato base and is as dry as a nun's do da. Awful.

Me and my family has been using dominos at least once a week over the last few years with never had any bad experience apart from the time we the one in Kidlington came on time what was warm not hot I will advise when ordering make sure and tell them you want it hot not warm

After an all day visiting oxford we decided to stay at home during the night.

I know that Dominos Italian range is not the most authentic pizza on earth but you could've at least made sure you're chicken wasn't silicon and tasted like sulphur x I suggest you look up the meaning of 'fresh' and apply that knowledge to your next session x

Our order took 1 hour to deliver due to "technical issues. " Both our large pizza and chicken were stone cold so tasted like yesterday's leftovers! Not really acceptable for £25.00. I can hear Papa Johns calling next time !!

Bueno, las críticas que he visto han sido pobres, lo que nos sorprendió ya que acabamos comido tres pizzas que eran entregados rápidamente, para una realidad del viernes por la noche y no había sobras como eran muy sabrosos. Pedimos el finas con costra grande la pizza y nos dieron un descuento agradable. Las coberturas eran generosos y el sabor era bueno. Mi única decepción fue que el cohete llegó en ollas separadas de plástico, que parecía innecesaria, ya que podrían haber sido tirado a la pizza pero por lo demás, sin duda volveremos para más, aunque no por su precio.

Pedimos un par de pizzas de masa fina - una con jamón, pimienta y piña y una con cebolla roja, tocino crujiente y hierbas. Ambos llegaron con la grasa, la piña era costras realmente muy dulce y había un par de piezas microscópico de pimienta. En el otro, la cebolla roja, etc. resultó ser bacon (no crujientes), cebolla y el maíz no.

I have been to this take away many times and I called today and it's buy one get one free Tuesday I bought one last month for 12.99 and got the other free today he is trying to say to me it is 19.99 I said sorry but that's wrong and he said have you been here before I said yes he said the price is how much we know you so I called botley branch and they said each outlet is different how's that when its all the same on the website I advise anyone to stay away and get a pizza from saisburys or anywhere but there there attitudes are so bad and they can't even understand you when you order so so disappointed

This is only pizza franchise in this area, so there was no option other than to order from them. I used to like dominos from other branches in oxford but last 3 deliveries were so awful that i have to wright this review. Quality was...

Pizza is ok, Quite burnt in places though. The staff don't have the best english skills over the phone. Delivery was fast but driver rang my doorbell.....at 3am. Woke up entire house. He's a middled aged man so should no better.

Friendly person on end of line-note-it is Friday night too- who was happy to check and reassure my online order had not gone through and instead took it over the phone. Delivery prompt and pizzas as ordered.

I simply wanted to order a pizza and a couple of snacks over the phone as their website did not work. He took my details wrong and then was telling me that I did not have money on my card. 'No money, mate, no money' then he took my card details again and THIS time it went through.No apology, no manners, I wonder why they have a person like this taking orders on the phone if he clearly does not want to do his job.

What a ripoff. Take a look at the official pic of the Pepperoni Passion and then compare it to the "real thing" How can a business charge £40 for two pizzas with no cheese and little in the way of pepperoni?
