Pizza Hut in Croydon

This is my local Pizza Hut Delivery. It was closed for a while and then when it reopened, it's like they shoved a bunch of kids into the branch who do not know what they're doing, have never had a single lesson in customer services and, simply put, do not give a crap about their customers. Since they have reopened after COVID, I have purchased from them about 7 times and every single time there ahs been issues. Every time I have been gracious, understanding, explained to them how they could improve, explained, kindly what has gone wrong and how they can rectify it, the issues stem from waiting 90 minutes for pizzas to be delivered to wrong orders, to a mixture of both, not informing me of when they had certain in branch offers making me pay full price when I could have saved £5-10 just because I ask for that offer. They are shockingly non-proactive. One time, they had run out of deep pan bases, so they just decided that thin crust would do. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my cold pizza, it was the wrong order. In that instance, the customer services guy gave me £10 on tab for next time I called. So when I used it and order a deep pan, I was sent a thin crust again. Today, I called in my order and went to collect it. They told me to come in 20 minutes, I came after 30 to give them more time. But it is my belief that they hadn't even put the pizzas in the oven yet. The guy at the counter assured me it would be another 10 minutes. I argued with him for about 10, then at the end he tells me it will still be another 10 minutes. So all in all, it still took my pizzas an hour to be prepared, even though I turned up to collect them. They did not offer anything for the poor service, neither did they recommend an offer which would have meant I 'd have received the pizzas I actually wanted plus a £5 back. Because they have 0 proactivity, they don't care about the customer, they barely know their own menu, they don't have any training and they are severely short staffed. Pizza Hut should ashamed. Whether they are incompetent or whether they are short staffed, I have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened - I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DEALING WITH THEM LEAVES ME RILED UP WITH MY BLOOD BOILING. NEVER AGAIN - PIZZA HUT HAVE LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

Made a mistake on the online order, called the West Croydon Pizzahut, they were extremely helpful. Pizza was excellent 👌 John

If I could rate 0 I would. 1hr 45 mins wait to deliver rung over 10 times no answer. And when it did come it was disgusting my 2 year old nephew even refused to eat it! I don’t normally right reviews. But I really hope people avoid this place and they take the criticism seriously and try turn the place around.

ordered pizzas at 1809 decided to turn up at 2034 turn pizzas away said do not want as far to late didnt answer phone when kept ringing never answered phoned even to head office pfft funny half hour wont be using these again not even apology terrible sevice dont know how they keep there jobs

I ordered at 20:25. The shop did not answer any calls I made and after 2 hours of waiting I ordered from Pizza GoGo instead. Half an hour later the pizza arrived and I had subsequently doubled up and spent double what I intended to. The driver said there were a lack of drivers available and the phones at the shop were broken so no calls could be made. Pizza arrived cold. Highly unlikely I will ever order from this shop again. Terrible service.

I love this place. A great place for lunch. I personally love their buffet with pizza pasta and salad. Good value on weekdays up until 3pm. Kids love it. Good value refillable drinks. Activities given to the kids. Great for family or couples or even friends. The sides are yummy and if its mains you're after there's a big choice. Wonderful atmosphere and polite and helpful staff

Called into Pizza Hut for a lunch with my husband and two children. Stood waiting by the doorway for more than five minutes as waiters were too busy chit chatting. Finally got taken to a table to be left 40 minutes without even so much as being offered a drink. We finally got a young waiters attention who swiftly told us to wait whilst he served the people on the table next to us who had only just arrived! Needless to say we walked out and took our business elsewhere. Absolutely atrocious!

worst decision i ever made. food was half cooked and charged me for drinks i never had. i guess thats how they make money since no one would go there!

Tonight I ordered a pizza for and was told it would take 35 minutes for delivery. After waiting for 50 minutes I called the shop and was told my food had left the shop and if it didn’t arrive within 20 minutes I should call back. After another 20 minutes I called back, as I still hadn’t had my order. The manager wasn’t interested in my complaint or me asking for a refund. Finally my food arrived an hour and a half after ordering it, COLD. If the manager is to be believed my food had been rattling around the streets on the back of a pizza bike for over 40 minutes. Don’t use this branch. I could have walked there and picked quicker than they delivered it to me

Thought that the staff at Pizza Hut were really accommodating - a mistake was made on my order which meant it had to be remade, and they took it off the bill without me having to ask. Friendly and polite staff all round. It was a shame however that despite the restaurant being very empty for a Friday night, it was pretty dirty - sticky menus, dirty tables and bathroom.
