The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

We ordered a pizza for a Sunday evening and was excited when seeing 5minutes after ordering online it was on its way, or so we thought... 15minutes later we were left wondering where our food was, knowing it would likely be cold. We called them only to be told Call back in five minutes. Another 25minutes had passed and Calling them again was told to wait even further. Eventually 10minutes more out neighbour knocked on out door to say they were handed a delivery at our entry door. To our Frustration we checked the food only to have our fears become reality, the Food was cold and NOT fit for human consumption The horror was that this was a MEAT pizza and Chicken bites and the temperature was far below the safe levels. After contacting to request a Refund we was told that the manager was not there and to call back after 5minutes. Calling again we were told they needed to contact the driver first to hear what they had to say. Getting the run around at this point It was clear because it was my wife on the phone they were taking liberty thinking she would get bored and not bother chasing further. When we called again to repeat the request for a refund, we was told the manager had yet again left the premises and was unavailable please call again in 5minutes. ABSOLUTELY fuming at this point I expressed how poor the service was, epressed how unprofessional the manager was for leaving the premises without the ability to refund complaints. I wonder if the franchisee knows how poor this looks on Their business. The last communication I had I was told I would get a call in 5minutes, THIS has not happened I will continue to write poor reviews and recommend NO ONE uses them again, absolutely disgusting service.

Order for twenty pizzas delivered very efficiently and on time. Our food order was quite complicated but it was fulfilled perfectly and was well cooked, hot and tasty.

DO NOT EAT HERE. i ordered a pizza, never came and they still charged me. Then when i try to call they hang up on me without hearing me out. Horrible place dont order or eat from here

Just fancied a takeaway pizza and ordered from dominoes. When it arrived it was hot tasty and exactly what we had ordered. Fantastic pizza

I will never be ordering from any Domino’s ever again! Myself and my partner decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway as it was late. However this morning we’ve both woken up very ill with a bad belly and in a lot of pain. Myself, I have been in absolute agony all day, unable to keep any fluids down and constantly running to the loo!! Also being pregnant I have to be so careful with food so this has caused me so much anxiety for my unborn child! Never again!!

Ordered food on the app, tracked the driver. Sat in front room curtains open! Rang shop after 75 mins said driver attempted delivery twice and called my mobile! Lies can’t show proof of call, and only thing they have is a photo of my front door. Which means he stood in my garden and took a picture of my door. My dogs didn’t even bark!!

We got pizza delivery as we have had many times. The pizza tonight was dry with hardly any topping which was only in the centre of the pizza. Will not get delivery again. Better to go and collect then do your own quality check!

I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family, a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order!) and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.

I ordered 2 x Pizzas and a box of breaded chicken strips to be delivered. Chicken wings were delivered instead of chicken strips and upon phoning the store, I was informed that the breaded chicken strips were out of stock. I asked for a refund as my family do not eat meat from a bone and so they would be wasted. I was informed that as I had ordered online I would need to email customer care (there is no phone number to contact them on). I emailed customer care and asked for a refund to be told that they would offer be a £5 E-voucher as a "gesture of goodwill". I do not understand how they can call it a gesture of goodwill when they sent an alternative product that I had not ordered. They wouldn't even give me a voucher (not that I wanted one) for the full amount that I paid for the chicken strips which were £6.79! I have had numerous email correspondence since with customer care, who are utterly useless and needless to say I have not received a refund from them. I have now contacted citizens advice and will be taking this matter further.

Got my order wrong! Didn’t check it, couldn’t process refund for 5 days!! To make matters worse the phone number doesn’t work!!

I work in Northallerton and quite often on a Friday dinner time we order domino's to be delivered. You need to look at the deals or else it's quite expensive. Mostly we get the mini pizzas which are yummy and only £4.00. Don't want to curse our office but there has never been an issue with the delivery. Always get what we ordered and it is always piping hot.

Excellent, speedy service when using the app. Great deals, especially the chicken ones! Delivery was so quick and fantastic. Only thing I would like back is the choice for half and half pizzas please!! And maybe loyalty points like other takeaway pizza chains?

Ordered on a Saturday at 6.30 at 6.50 said was out for delivery checked after about 10 mi utes and driver was on way to Windermere, so called the store they said was error with address and would send fresh order, the order arrived at 7.25 and was lukewarm, no way had they sent a fresh order, wedges were hard garlic bread stodgy, very disappointed the fact they told us would send fresh and no way they did, will not be suing again!
