Domino's Pizza UK - Manchester Arena in Manchester

Dramatisch, ze noemen het pizza maar het is kartonen nog slecht ook. Eens in de zoveel tijd geef ik ze weer n kans maar wederom een dikke 0.0 voor iets dat ze in manchester eten noemen. Hun marketing getuigt eveneens van geen smaak dus dat past goed!!!!

This place should be shut down, honestly the worst Domino's i've ever had. This is a prime location next to the AO Arena and is entirely wasted by this poorly run dominos. The pizza was undercooked and the chicken kickers were like rubber. If you want pizza tonight look somewhere else because this place is a joke.

As the title says,I can't fault my experience here. Food was delivered on time and as expected. It was still warm and well prepared. Would order fr here again.

After a long day of travelling, roughly 45 hours, I was delighted to find myself in a YHA hostel and with not a moment to spare I promptly sourced the dominos website and finessed a cheese pizza. Mind you it took all the will power in the world to stop me from eating the leg of the table. Cut to two hours later the table was lopsided and there not a whiff of a pizza in sight. After calling several people to consult on my plan I concluded a phone call to dominos was the necessary action. They were nothing short of pure miscreants. Despite their rude candour I merely overlooked it to determine the location of the fallen soldier that was my cheese pizza. Finally, 104 minutes and 3 table legs later the pizza was delivered and life was good again. Crust was a bit stale

Myself and my friend had an order placed with this store and it didn’t come for over an hour. When we called (on 2 separate numbers) about the order we were hung up on 5 times altogether with no explanation and never received our order. We have placed a formal complaint but just a warning to anybody else wanting to order from here. I’m sure the pizza would’ve been nice if we got it though 👍🏻

Fuimos a Domino's después de ver un acto en la arena. Regresamos al hotel para comer las dos pizzas y la combinación de tiras de pollo. ambas pizzas poco cocidas y descuidadas. fueron absolutamente asquerosos (y dice en la pantalla cuando los estás esperando pasan por un control de calidad). Las cuñas no estaban cocidas en el medio y todavía estaban duras. Me puse en contacto con la tienda de dominó donde habíamos comprado las pizzas de esa noche para quejarme porque la comida no era comestible. No escuché nada de vuelta. Estaba realmente infeliz y al día siguiente envié un correo electrónico al equipo de servicio al cliente, quien me informó que responderían dentro de 5 días. No escuché nada en este tiempo. Básicamente, me robaron poco más de 25.

The Good:- It was open . The service was ok. The Bad Given the order. The Ugly By the time I got home , found out half the order was wrong. Then I Returned with correct order. The first part of order was cold. This had happened previously, but I thought I’d give it another shot, NEVER again

Ordered from here many, many times and have never had a problem either with collection or delivery (unlike the Grosvener Street branch in Manchester - avoid that one like the plague!

some times good and on time some times not! but I think these guys trying their best. I liked their place and toppings which was delicious.

Pizza arrived 15 minutes late, I ordered a big garlic dip and they forgot that, never got a refund for it and never got an apology from the delivery man. Pizza was more or less cold- had to reheat it in the oven before we could eat it. The pizza and the garlic bread pizza were both undercooked-the dough was RAW in both pizzas. I was literally able to take the dough from the inside and roll it back into a ball. Overall-absolutely sh*t. Do not recommend ordering from this branch. I certainly will not be ordering from here again.

The gluten free option tastes exactly like eating cardboard. £35 for 3 medium cardboard, dry Pizzas. Catch up to your American partners in terms of quality.

Extreamly disappointing, ordered a large cheese burger pizza which was almost £20. Waited over an hour for it to be delivered and when it came I looked at the pizza and it seemed small for a large 13.5” pizza, I went to the drivers car and he drove off when I finally caught up to him I asked if it was a large pizza as it is quite small and he told me it was. He then looked at the pizza and said “it’s a large do you want it or not because if not I’ll take it”, he was very rude and clearly had bad customer service. I looked online to double check what size the pizza was suppose to be and a large should be 13.5”... this pizza wasn’t even 13” I called the store and explained, they agreed that it should be 13.5” but told me that it was still a large although I had measured it my self. I’ve now been waiting over half an hour for a pizza that I ordered almost two hours ago because the store tried to rip me off. Update; pizza has finally arrived after two hours of waiting for the pizza I ordered and it is now smaller than the first one I received.

One Word... Amazing!! So much cheese that even a giant mouse would struggle. Slight gutted that there was no 1 2 domino as advertised on top of the box. Apart from that great work and keep those pizzas coming! Yours Faithfully John.M

I got a pizza from here and i was looking forward to the stuffed crust because I'm a cheese lover. I got BBQ base and the BBQ sauce was nice but literally it dripped out BBQ every bite I took I could just taste the BBQ sauce not the pepperoni ham or chicken that was on it. Way too much sauce.. would not recommend getting BBQ sauce and getting a delivery as it took nearly 2.5 hours to get to us........

Called in for a takeaway pizza whilst staying close by. Served by a very helpful and friendly lady, service was reasonably fast. Quite good value if you use one of the various offers, the veggie volcano was very good.

I've been using this dominos at the arena for years however in recent months it has really become very poor and unreliable and we have often had late or missing items. One evening we were left waiting over an hour and a half for our food. After many phone calls the food eventually arrived freezing cold. We rang to ask for fresh food and we're told that there was an event leaving the arena so they wouldn't deliver a warm replacement. They then said they would refund me but never did. This evening we ordered a small pizza and cookies. When they arrived we were told they were no longer willing to deliver the food to our apartment and we had to leave our home to get them. I'm not sure if they are now making those with houses come to the end of their driveway to collect their delivery but if they are not then it is discrimination against apartment owners. Then when we did collect our food they had "ran out of cookies" so had put in brownies without calling us or asking us what we might want and we certainly did not want brownies. Unfortunately I'm not sure that there is another dominos option in Manchester so maybe avoid Dominos altogether!

Standard Domino's pizza place - pretty much what you would expect - good if you are in a hurry to eat

Sólo quería decir lo impresionada que estaba en el servicio que recibimos hoy de este restaurante. Llamé al mediodía para pedir pizzas 24 grande para nuestra oficina. Necesitaba por 1300. Había un poco de preocupación al principio porque sólo tenía una persona para hacer las pizzas, pero el director accedió a la orden y que intenta hacer la 1300 fecha límite. Nos dieron 7 pizzas por 1310 (me llamaron para decir que volvería en 2 lotes y comprobar que estaba bien) y el resto 15 minutos después.

Pedí la comida para 9. 15. En 9. 30 llamé a la tienda 5 veces antes de que efectivamente recogió. Cuando decidimos recoger, la persona en el otro extremo dijo mi orden sería allí en 5 - 10 minutos después de informarme con una actitud que está muy ocupado. 45 minutos después de mi pedido fue destinado a han llegado les llamó de nuevo, me despacharon con un "su comida es venir" y luego me colgaron el teléfono! ! No podía creer la falta de modales. Cuando llegamos, mi comida mi pizza estaba fría y mi helado era bastante derretido. No pidas desde aquí a menos que te guste la pizza fría una hora tarde! ! !

Llamé y un pedido hoy en 1. 08 y paga en línea y ahora en 4. 09 Aún para recibir nuestra oferta. Durante los últimos 90 minutos nos han estado llamando a la tienda y nadie responde. Tienen tienda en las hermano santos que respondieron rápidamente y nos informaron que debe contestar el teléfono u azulejos 5 o'clock y no tengo ninguna respuesta del por qué no están respondiendo. No han hecho intentos de entrega; y yo era rebobinar y esperando comprobar la comida pagada. ¿Qué servicio asqueroso para una conocida compañía!

Food arrived cold, driver refused to deliver to my door even though he was aware of my disability and mobility issues. Restaurant refused to discuss complaint - this has now been formally raised with Head Office. This franchise should be ashamed !!!

Me entrega de orden de esta Dominos más semanas. Los últimos tiempos de una señora llamada Molly ha tomado la llamada y tengo que decir que cómo Ella es encantadora y amable! Fue como si estaba charlando con un amigo en el teléfono. Muy acogedor y se merece una bienvenida especial ya que a veces no es el más amable de las personas en el final de la línea. Ella hizo todo lo posible para crear un extraño para mi amigo y aunque la orden tardó una hora y 20 minutos, no me puedo quejar porque ella era tan adorable y sé que era Justin Bieber y tráfico de fútbol.

Siempre lo que pide en tiempo y forma. No se puede pedir mucho más de una pizza para llevar. Asegúrese de mirar en internet para algunos vale ofrece! Las cookies son también increíbles 😀

Llamado con la esposa antes de ir a un concierto en la arena. El interior estaba muy limpio, pero tranquilo, el personal era amable y servicial en elegir las mejores ofertas para satisfacer a nosotros, el servicio fue rápido y la comida caliente y sabrosa. Un buen comienzo para una buena noche.

Ordenados sus en especial de comprar una pizza de tamaño medio o grande y conseguir uno de igual o menor valor gratis. Pedido en línea y con un tiempo de espera (acabé consiguiendo allí más rápido de lo previsto).

Our pizza arrived 1 hour late and when we rang to ask how long it would be, the woman who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. When it eventually arrived, it was cold.

Delivered very quickly and it was hot. Don't get hot in the states. Very friendly and patience with my ignorance of the IK currency. Would definitely recommend. Made us feel like we were back in the states. Delivered right to hotel

We ordered Domino's after seeing S Club 7 at the arena as there were 4 very hungry women! It was very handy as it was so nearby so the food ended up coming piping hot and only cost us £31 which fed 4 adults with many left overs. Instead of going out in the rain once again, we ordered it before going to the concert so when we got back we had food already been delivered. We got a call in our hotel room and we were told the delivery guy was downstairs in the lobby waiting with our pizza. It was delicious and Domino's always gets 5 stars from me ;)

Ordered and received our food nearly 90 minutes later because the driver couldn't find our flat which is in central Manchester! No body else has a problem... Food was cold and to be honest pretty rubbish!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery to the premier inn near the phones 4 u arena. It arrived fairly quickly, when i went to collect it from reception, the driver told me it was £18.49, so i gave him a £20 note, expecting change, did he give me change? Did he heck. Robbing gits. Won't be ordering again. I always thought drivers were meant to carry a small amount of change. They've made a nice little profit from me.

I can understand getting an order wrong once but twice to the same address...we ordered two for Tuesday and asked for one gluten free, had the email confirmation stating clearly that we had ordered gluten free and when we rang to en quire as to why we ended up with a small None gluten free base were told "you made an error, even if it says that you didn't on your email confirmation" this is a little ridiculous.Personally i would suggest to anyone to go to Another dominoes if you want the experience because this one is severely lacking.

So it was late, and there are not many options in the Northern Quarter so ordered for delivery. Half pepperoni and half mighty meat or meat feast.Tracking through showed this sitting in Quality Assurance for 15 minutes oh and as I was just round the corner I guess this was why it was lukewarm when it arrived.Half and half ....not! 2/3 pepperoni, and it was so off centre and cut off centre it looked like a 4 year old made it. Should never have passed QA.So much sauce that it a) overpowered and b) the topping slid off.Did I mention you could only order a large at £18.19 Awful just awful

They have really cheap pizzas that tasted okay. With buy 1 get 1 free promotion, I can eat for 2-3 meals only by spending more or less £12.

I was staying in the nearby Travelodge on Tuesday 27th May so decided to get the 2 for Tuesday and eat them in our hotel room. The food was as expected and prepared on time. If I'm off to the arena again or stay in the same hotel, I would deffo go back.
