Horrendous service was sent out a pizza where half the toppings had come off the base then a new one was send and the exact same thing had happened again the driver even witness this so I called up and was told they can either call the driver up and send back the second damaged pizza or give me a refund for that pizza after all my family had finished there’s for a birthday meal the manager was so rude

I do not advise buying from dominoes pizza Abingdon food was delivered one pizza had no toppings on at all and took 20 minutes to get through to call them for them to say delivery would be 45 minutes for a replacement! Awful customer service

I ordered late evening and when the driver arrived with my pizza he rang my mobile and refused to come up to my second floor flat. I had to take my 2 year old down the stairs with me and collect my pizza, which was actually on the floor. Not a great delivery service, which is a shame because the pizza was delicious.

I ordered a pizza, garlic bread and coleslaw. It was delivered really quickly (even though the delivery driver went to the wrong house first). The food was hot, exactly as ordered and tasty.

Ordered home delivery. Came on time and pipping hot. Tried Italian base with chicken strippers side. The base was perfect not heavy or not to thin to be crispy, will have again. Got a meal deal which we thought was fair.

The worst customer service from a dominos I’ve ever received. The managers at this dominos are the worst I’ve dealt with. Politeness is non existent. Food is quite often delivered cold too. This franchise really is one of the worst.

ART was a mizzrable inferdel who had a stinking attitude towards me self and ma man dem , the employees need to learn morals and probably apply for a visa . MAY i also add They need to get of their phones Man like derik and the mandems out

Have used twice recently and on both occasions I have been surprised how quickly they have delivered. The food has always been cooked to a good standard and they offer lots of promotions.

Maybe I expected too much, or maybe I somehow missed something in the process, but having ordered two Pizzas on line with an adequate advanced time slot to collect, it all seemed to go wrong. When a system is in place to (a) get a nice meal and (b) alleviate time waste, one expects it all to work and to get a successful outcome. No faulting the Pizzas. They were excellent! But, I arrived at the shop on time, as parking outside is limit / difficult, and had to wait over 16 minutes before receiving the product. What made it worse was neither of the two staff members acknowledged me on entering, nor at any time offering any communication or apology for the delay. Very off hand. My overwhelming feeling was that the staff were not enjoying their work and showed a disregard for the customer! Sort of spoiled the experience.

Always had great service & tasty pizza from the Abingdon branch. Always worth checking the offers before you order as not always available in store. Always so pizza which is a good sign

Horrible service, verbally abusive staff. Left without even ordering my pizza due to the fact that I asked a non pizza related question and they probably identified me as a non client.

Delicious, delicious, delicious and delicious! Collect at £9.99 for a large pizza what's not to like.

Had a delivery the pizza was disgusting salty greasy the cookies where not cooked soggy middle. Won’t buy again next time will buy from Tesco

Ordered a delivery for a selected time slot as we were providing lunch for a staff training day (a regular, termly thing). Ten mins after the selected time slot, I tried calling three times. Finally 15 mins later I got through to someone who was so rude telling me that 'it's busy' and 'there's lots of traffic' which would be an acceptable excuse if our driver had even left yet! What is the point of selecting a time slot, if they are just going to ignore it anyway? 45 minutes after selected delivery time, the pizza turned up. Due to the sheer rudeness and 'deal with it' attitude of the man on the phone, I'm doubting we will use them as our 'training day lunch' provider again!

Had again from here a couple of days ago. The side orders were nice but the pizza was too greasy! Quick delivery although he delivery driver barely spoke. Not the best pizza takeaway in Abingdon.

Take away was hot and tasty. Couldn’t find fault with anything other than the delivery driver sat in his car outside for a couple of minutes finishing his cigarette before knocking the door. Pizza Hut’s pizza is lighter than Domino’s so you don’t feel so bloated afterwards.

Had an excellent pizza here last night. Well worth the money. Staff were off their feet busy but we're still courteous.

Not the first time we have ordered food and it's wrong and stone cold. When we tried to complain all they offered was money off the next order. That does not help as we would never make another order.

They are expensive but they always have a deal on. Never been disappointed and I have used this store many times. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't deliver to my village, Appleton.

El personal es muy servicial. ! Le hablan como suciedad! ! Después allí hablando como si no vas a notar! ! El servicio muy lento, así que decir que se supone que debe ser una rápida comida para llevar, sí, más como slow food n cruda, se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que no este dominos de todos modos! !

This is a pizza place so what can go wrong? Pricing! Do not use unless you have a code. It's way too expensive for what it is

Good lovely pizza's. Friendly staff, have been ordering at this place for over many years, had couple of mistakes but they have made up to it with free pizzas or coupons. Dominos should also look at reducing pizza prices.

Buena entrega rápida, gran app para usar cuando ordene. La pizza es siempre fresco cuando se entreguen como nos encanta tan cerca que nunca hemos tenido un problema con el retraso de la entrega.

Absolutely awful.... gutted we don't have a take away that often as we can't afford it... kids chose dominoes and when it came it wasn't what we ordered .. tried ringing to say what was wrong and basically got told eat what they deliver or go hungry. Needless to say 3 of us went hungry....

Just your average Dominos! A bit over priced for just a pizza but it generally is good service and the staff are friendly!

It is a dominos, it serves takeaway dominos pizza. It is decent, tasty and hugely calorific. It is no five star restaurant but I will certainly be back here again some time. No doubt more than once.

You can say nothing about Dominos apart from pizzas are excellent. Delivered to hotel door and was pouring down with rain but the pizzas arrived hot hot hot! Well done ...

To a good standard like my local dominos which you can't go far wrong with. Consistent standards with plenty of toppings on the pizza served in a timely manner.

Ordered a pizza, Texas bbq medium. Ordered online and they arrived 15 mins earlier which was nice, but the delivery guy looked greaser than the pizza, did not present well. The pizza was nice and I couldn't eat it all! It was expensive to order your own one, but they need to add more different toppings to the pizza. The cheapest pizza was £9.99, but in order to deliver you hAve to order a pizza worth £12.00 which is bad as they are around the corner but I do not drive.

I really do like Dominoes, however they are expensive. Sign up to their page and they send you vouchers and codes to your email and phone to make things cheaper.

I placed an order on line i have the same thing all the time meal for one and always get it deliverd.On this occasion i realized they had changed it and i got a message saying ready for collection so i phoned them up to c wat was happning i oppolgised and said that could not get there to collect it the man said "wat do you want me to do about it you should no how to use the internet !" So rude so i just cancelled it and lost my money i will never go back !!!!!

Went into Dominos to order myself a pizza, went to the counter awaiting to be serviced. Was stood there for around 10-15minutes even though I had made eye contact with a few employees. There was 4 workers present Yet none came over, one of the workers was just stood around with his back to the front desk doing nothing, another was shuffling boxes while the other two was making pizza's. This was at 4:45 so not really that busy and could see they only had one order on there system to do. After 10-15minutes not being served I just left. I'm not complaining about the food because its delicious but need to sort there service out. When I normally go to dominos later in the evening the service is fine, as when busy you get your pizza in 14minutes but they have some slackers.

Fuimos a comprar un par de Pizzas de esas que traen el queso dentro del borde, y no comprendían el pedido, y eso que lo pedíamos en perfecto inglés ya que íbamos con uno de la zona, y las pizzas las hacen en el momento y a la vista a través de un cristal donde se ve que el que cobra y toca el dinero luego amasa la pizza!!!!! Asique muy mal...... El sabor de la pizza era gomoso y pobre en ingredientes......no recomendable. Y no ofrecían ningún complemento para agregar, pobre servicio, pobre atención, pobre calidad....

Every time I get a take out, either collect or deliver they get the order wrong some how. The adolescents the the front desks on the phones are rude and ignorant, clearly need a lesson in manners. Without a deal, ubber expensive. How this chain is still in business God knows?

I find it very expensive for what you get, I also can not eat cheese, but love pizza, my one usually ends up quite dry unless a spend a fortune on extra everything. I think they are quite sparing with the toppings too.

Absolutly rubbish!! The staff are rude and do not seem to have a clue what they are doing. Ordered about 2 months ago and they forgot our dips for our pizzas the delivery driver said she was coming back several times but did not. Phoned to complain and was told a note would be put on there system for us to have them next time we ordered. Really helpful (NOT)We then re-ordered last night much to my reluctant to do so but kids choice. I explained about the dips and was told ok we will put it on your order. Pizzas arrived NO dips driver said he would bring them back in 5 minutes after speaking to his manager. 10 mins later no dips! My partner rang them and they said some1 would bring them in the next couple of minutes (no one came) my partner went down to the shop and was met with bad attitudes!!!It may only be dips but if you have ever tried dominoes pizzas then you will know how dry they are!!I think the staff are a bunch of incompetent and rude but then is it surprising if they are taught to lie!!
