Terrible service, pizzas undelivered for 2 hr 20 mins, even after calling. Unsurprisingly arrives 40 mins after putting out negative online review. So, 3 hrs, and arrived lukewarm. Never again, spoilt a birthday treat.

Rude delivery driver, needs to get a bike to lose all that weight , remember to shower you was greasier than my chicken👍🏼

Order two burgers , waited 1hr 10 minutes . Garlic bread cold, fries soggy . I was regular , never order from here ever again!

FUMING!! Ordered food and waited 2 hours said it was turning up at 23:05 latest it’s now 12am!! And no sign of food. Ring up at 23:10 and asked where it was and said it is out for delivery again 15 mins after that and now ignoring all my calls!! I AM FUMING!!

The customer service from the owner was horrible, i have been buying food from them for long time but this have to stop the way he talk to customers was too rude, he was nearly treating and raise the voice we don’t want to see these kind of things in our lovely town, i seen most of the reviews are about the phone call, someone who’s in charge need to do something about this, try to avoid this firm, i never going to order food from these company and i wont recommend anyone to order from them as well, we rather spend our money to nice people not to these kind of rude people. Be aware with company.

We've enjoyed their pizzas for a while now and they are good value. However, they constantly miss out items even when ordering online. Final straw came when kept waiting for over an hour for our order, only to get attitude on ringing for an update: some barely intelligible stroppy guy who lied about when we'd ordered and claimed our food was "nearly there now". Cue another 20 minute wait. Sorry, I'm out.

Food always turns up with stuff missing call them Up staff not bothered . Waste of time never use them ever again every week something missing

Very little to no tomato base on the pizza I bought! Very disappointing! This resulted in the pizza having little flavour!

Been a customer for years but not anymore. Ordered food directly from website (chicken feast) and we had 2 pieces of chicken and a drink missing. When contacted, the staff were very rude, claimed they didn't sell what we ordered and hung up the phone - 3 times. The past few orders have been wrong but the staff and their lack of basic manners is the reason we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Always deliver early, the food is great, highly recommended!!! Never had a bad meal or service yet!!

I've been a regular customer at champions, but no more. We had an issue with one of the pizzas and I called up the takeaway to get a replacement sent out, only to be called a liar and that we'd have to wait two hours for a replacement to turn up. Awful attitude from the guy on the phone and you'd expect better. I'm not going to bother ordering from them again if they have such a disgusting attitude when speaking to customers

When I ordered from here I asked for salad and mayonnaise on my kebab meat and chips but when I got home and opened my meal there was non there at all! This was very disappointing as I was looking forward to the meal but couldn't enjoy it. Also the customer service is a disgrace and spoke awfully to us leaving us feeling intimidated.

Absolutely disgusting. Someones hair stuck to my cheesy chips. Will never ever be ordering from this place ever again. Dirty!!!!!!

Had my first visit to Champions Pizza and the whole experience was exceptional. The staff are very attentive, the service is quick and the food is delicious. My Meat Fast Calzone was awesome! I will without doubt be buying again 👍🏼

Pizzas are so good and so cheap compared to dominos and Pizza Hut and delivery service is excellent. Various toppings and side orders on offer.

Ordered at probably their closing time for a very late delivery so wasn’t expecting greatness. Just required post alcohol stodge......However, probably one of the tastiest I’ve tried in widnes. I ordered a steak and cheese pizza expecting to get that sort of steak u have on a subway. Anyhoo, it was proper steak and chargrilled. Amazing and very punctual considering a Saturday night. Very pleasantly pleased and surprised

Wow. The abuse I was just given by champions pizza in widnes was amazing. I ordered a calzone with pepperoni and extra cheese. I rang up as it arrived with donner meat . Instead of having a rational conversation I got my head bit off as apparently calzone means folded pizza with donner meat. Not as I have been led to believe by ordering from many pizza places including them. A folded pizza. First time I rang he shouted at me then hung up. I rang back and asked to speak to a manager and was told he is the only one who speaks English that’s why he answers the phone. Told me as far as I’m concerned he is the manager and to stop calling Then hung up on me again. I rang a third time and he answered the phone. Didn’t speak to me and just badmouthed me to other staff. In English so I don’t know if they can understand. I’m actually in shock with the treatment Never using them again. I would recommend no one else does either. No offer of refund or replacement

After using for 5+ years weekly I thought it was time to write a review. The food is always amazing. Delivery is very quick and always correct order and hot. Won’t use anyone else. Fantastic! Langley Beck

Food was hot when it arrived, tasted really good! Can’t beat a chicken kebab and a doner kebab! Arrived on time! Plus a free garlic pizza! So all in all would recommend and will return!

Ordered tonight was awful the chicken tasted like rubber, was that bad even the dog turned her nose up at it will not be ordering again

Absolutamente indignado por la calidad de la comida y el servicio al cliente. Llegamos tarde, comida fría, sin bebidas y se entregó la orden equivocada. Hablé con el conductor de la entrega que me aseguraron que me darían un reembolso completo con 2 - 3 días hábiles y se negó a tomar la comida fuera de mí así que todo era poner en la papelera. He esperado el tiempo aconsejado y me puse en contacto con el restaurante ya que no recibe ningún dinero. Poco después de ser el gerente reasurred que me recibe mi dinero más tarde hoy recibí una llamada a comer. me informaron que el restaurante tenía sólo contacto comer solo para hacer la restitución y no lo recibo mi dinero por 7 a 14 días de trabajo. Esto es debido a el restaurante esperando más de 48 horas para informar a comer solo de la restitución. Hablé con el gerente de nuevo que era muy grosero y totalmente descartado mis reclamos. No estoy en posición de tirar dinero y estoy seguro que no son tampoco. mi consejo y no pedir este dinero robando a restaurante. Además del retraso de reembolso no han alimentado la comida a mi perro. Totalmente indignado en la incompetencia completa del personal tanto con mi pedido inicialmente y cómo mal mi reembolso ha sido manipulada. Además han hecho a mark mi pedido ya 'declinado justeat 'En así que soy incapaz de dejar comentarios en el servicio asqueroso he recibido! ! ! !

My husband and I always order our kebabs from here. Their food is lovely and never greasy or sickening (like I've found with other places). Friendly staff and quick delivery times. I never wait more than 30 minutes for our food.

We do get take away at least twice a week and this is best take away place in whole area.folded calzone is worth to try.highly reccomend to anyone.well done boys!!!

Tenemos le dio a este lugar un buen ir muchas veces, aunque fue asqueroso, ya que nuestra comida recubiertos en Chile y no tan buenas y insalubres selecciones de ensaladas. No fue una buena calidad en absoluto! Muy decepcionante, ya que creo que la gente están poniendo comentarios falsas en este lugar.

Envié un correo electrónico en orden en la víspera de Navidad en 16,30 de comida para ser entregado en 17,50 - 18,00 y ninguna señal en 18,30 por lo que les dio una llamada. Habíamos recibido un correo electrónico con la confirmación de nuestra orden...

Looking for a pizza place for the kids and this one popped up on just eat.Ordered the food and it turned up about an hour later. Apart from 2puddings and a can of drink.I phoned up and explained we were missing items, they said I would have them in a few minutes. An hour later I had to phone back, then the puddings turned up about 20 minutes later the cheese cake still frozen !!Pizzas weren't bad,kebab was the worst I've had as was the service.I wouldn't bother if I were you choose one of the other many pizza places and don't waste your money.

Never again. Soggy greasy over-cheesy pizza delivered late and tasting not-as-you-would expect. The staff were rude on the telephone and not apologetic at all, as if we were trying to rip them off somehow.

Ordered our meal and was delivered incorrect order. I dismissed this because we had ordered from here many times before without a problem. I began to eat the baguette we got and I found about an inch long black her tucked underneath inside the tinfoil which it was wrapped in. I rang to inform management this had happened and I had a lovely conversation with the very apologetic manager. He offered me a free kebab which I accepted and he said I could have it next time I order. So only two weeks later I call to order again. I asked for the manager which I was sure was the same as I recognised his voice. However just like it was a completely different person he wasn't very polite and told me their was nothing that he could do as they had no record of this however I had clearly stated I would like this free food at a later date. After countless negotiations he changed his argument to that he will not deliver to my location anyway so he could not provide me with my meal. I was extremely disappointed with this as here on just eat it states that the restaurant will deliver to my area. This disappointment was tragic as we had enjoyed countless meals from here previously. I would therefore not recommend this to anyone due to the lack of customer support and the hygiene problems they obviously have. Also be careful they don't stop delivering to your area when you find a hair in your food.

I just ordered trough just eat and was quoted a time of 12.55am. At 01.05 still no delivery so i rang the shop to see what time it would arrive and got told another 15 min or so. I asked the shop to cancel the order as i am now ready to go to bed but the person at the shop was very rude and aggressive towards me on the phone. I understand that an estimated time means estimated but not by nearly 30 minutes. Therefore if they cant keep to a time scale you should be able to cancel your order with no problem. Not get abuse down the phone. I normally order from this shop via just eat and normally have great customer service and nice fiod but i will never again use this shop.
