I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

Was dubious after reading reviews but 5/5 ready on time,hot,perfect presentation and tasted great! Warm greeting as well. Don’t be put off by previous reviews.

After much hesitation but really craving a pizza for dinner I thought I’d give this domino’s one last chance, but alas once again I’ve been left disappointed. The double decadence wasn’t very decadent, just two dry thin bases roughly smooshed together with no sauce in between, and I mean seriously dry! I don’t know if there is a minimum amount of sauce they are supposed to put in between the bases but it seems they couldn’t even be bothered. The chicken sides were cold/ borderline undercooked. And to top it all off the one usual saving grace being the cookies… were raw. I like cookie dough but this slodgey mess in a box was not appetising at all. The delivery was relatively quick while it usually takes them longer but that’s largely irrelevant when the food was not up to any kind of standard. You’d honestly expect for how expensive the food is for it to be damn near perfect everytime but it hasn’t been for every order I’ve made over the past few years. I suppose I’m the fool for repeating the same mistake time and time again. But enough is enough I shall no longer waste my money here, shame really.

Numerous occasions when food has been alledgedly delviered but never came for another 40 minutes. Order this evening at 19:20, out for delivery at 20:00, no delivery by 20:45, rang the store and was told the driver is stuck in traffic (no traffic, checked google maps and obvs in a pandemic). Nothing selivered by 21:15 and called back to be told that not only was my order not out for delivery but was not even made. Offered a free pizza next time to compensate! What a joke. Now I remember why I don't order from them, lesson well learned.

I placed my order on the app at 6:20pm, to be delivered ‘ASAP’. I then later received a notification at about 7:45 to say my order had been delivered. It had not. I phoned the branch to enquire as to where it was (had to phone 3 times before being put through) and was told the driver had left with my order about 20-25 minutes ago so should be with me soon - the drive from the branch to my address is 7 minutes, according to Google Maps. It got to 8:20 - 2 hours after having placed my order initially - so I phoned them again, this time getting through on my 4th attempt. I was told to rest assured that my order would be with me soon and that the delay was likely due to the driver having other ‘timed orders’ to deliver before mine (I was told on the app that I was not able to pre-order for a set time so I don’t know what was meant by this). There was no further information given as to how much longer I would have to wait for my order. I was given the number for the refund hotline, however when I called, I was told that their lines were closed until Monday. My order eventually arrived at 8:55 - 2 hours and 35 minutes after I placed it, and was cold so we had to reheat our food in the oven at home before we could eat it. I appreciate it is a Saturday night, however this wait time is unacceptable and appalling. I will be phoning the refund hotline and lodging a complaint as soon as I can.

Never had to wait this long for a pizza in my life. Service on phone is useless and cannot give appropriate information. Still waiting to have my pizza

Order a week ago went wrong. The resultant customer interaction has been nothing short of excellent. Katie (manageress) dealt with my complaint in a professional and timely manner. Excellent response. Well done 👍

It has to be the worst Dominos, they openly claim to have delivered they haven’t. Food take 90 mins on average and it’s dried up cardboard It should be shut asap

Absolute joke of a takeaway place took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive STONE cold. Phoned up to find out where the food was and the guy on the phone even admitted the delivery driver had 6 other deliveries! No takeaway place should be delivering 6 orders in one go that’s a joke.

Me and my two friends went in and ordered pizzas which we waited for. We were watching our pizzas being cooked and saw the lady preparing our pizzas wipe her nose, use a tissue over the uncooked pizzas and wipe her hand down her apron. She also coughed over our food. We felt too uncomfortable to say anything as she was quite clearly ill. None of us have eaten the pizza-waste of money. Disgusted.

We are frequent domino’s orderers and a couple of years ago this place used to be amazing but every time we order we have an issue without fail. -if you have an issue with your food expect it to take 20+ minutes for someone to actually answer the phone -if they make a mistake with your order, it won’t be the last time. They’ve given us the wrong drink on two separate occasions. Twice they have not done any customisations. -Food is consistently late, if you do call and manage to get through, the guys on the other end of the phone are extremely rude. (We called last time it was late and the guy shouted down the phone “ITS COMING JUST BE PATIENT” and then hung up. This was 20 minutes after the tracker told us the pizza had been delivered. -They don’t care about the presentation or quality of food they are delivering. We often used to order the cinni dippers but every time it’s not even had a halfhearted attempt at cutting it, sometimes they don’t even bother. -if we get the cookies they are always burnt. - Customer service is literally the worst service I have ever received. Not just one occasion.. EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK TO THEM. Last time we ordered we always leave a note to say our doorbell doesn’t work and to call us and we’ll come and grab it. We order so often that most staff are aware of this. Last month we did this and the delivery lady started shouting at us for not having a working doorbell, we explained why we don’t use our doorbell, due to neighbour issues but she just threatened to blacklist us. I am only writing this as we have complained previously to the store and are just met with an “okay thanks for your concern” then hung up on. We complained to head office and they gave us a voucher. Used the voucher this evening and again had a different delivery driver shouting at my partner because we didn’t answer the door. We specifically spoke to the shop and asked them to call when they arrived and they said it was no problem. Yet this delivery driver named Peter was even more rude and unpleasant to my partner. You would think since we had complained previously they would try and fix it this time but no of course they don’t care and are even ruder. After waiting another 10 minutes to get through to the shop to tell them about his attitude the guy on the phone simply said “oh okay sorry....bye”. Aboshkgy disgusting as per usual. Avoid at all costs and go to pizza go go, Pizza Hut or papa johns where they actual give a damn about customer satisfaction.

My takeaway took 2 hours to get to my house which is a 3 minute drive away...When I attempted to ring them the phone just rang out... terrible service. Would not recommend if you actually want to eat when you are hungry.

What a joke!! 2 hours wait for a couple of pizzas!!! 12+ attempts to call the store... not once did I get an answer... Facebook messenger ha ha ha... not reply and more to the point, actually being ignored!!! Can’t complain if I can’t talk to anyone... so disappointed... dominos you are the worst ever!!

How is this place still running ordered a pizza one hour later says it’s been delivered ring them they say it’s on it’s way never turned up third time this has happened ruined our evening sadly won’t ever use again have also contacted head office disgusting!!!

How annoying we collected seeing as we were from new milton. get home to find no cheese on the pizza just ham and pineapple dry tomato. So frustrating when you wait all week for a treat.

Online app stated pizza delivered but nothing had arrived. After 1 and half hours we tried to call shop - no answer, so we went to shop. Guy at front was beyond useless tried to explain pizza still out on delivery, and they couldn't refund there and then so they made us a fresh order. Which they managed to get wrong. While we were waiting 5 more customers showed up querying where their deliveries were. This store clearly can't handle being busy, and choose to ignore the phone and their customers when confronted. I will be going to Pizza Hut or Papa John's next time.

Took 90 minutes to arrive and the driver clearly had three or four orders in his car with him, because the pizza was barely warm on arrival.

Ordered meal deal, Food arrived in normal time 45 mins approx, pizza was burnt which spoiled the whole pizza and was inedible. Was a shame as our last pizza a few years back was great, perhaps under new management. Won’t return/order delivery.

Ordered dominos for myself, my mum & one other. Ordered at 5:30, it came by 6, so that was good.

Ordered online and had to call the shop after an hour to find out where it was despite the online app saying it had been delivered! Eventually the two pizzas and garlic bread arrived cold. First and last time for me.

Hungry and needed some fast food. Don't know if it was food but it wasn't fast - took 56 minutes to get a cold pizza delivered less than a mile! The driver could barely speak English and thought it was good that the pizza was barely warm so I suggested he take it back up the road. Absolute joke. Anyway, looking on the bright side I saved £16 and 1500 calories. Not the first time I've been let down by these cowboys, but it will be the last!

La pizza es siempre bueno, siempre hemos recogido, pero como estaba lloviendo decidí reservar una entrega. Reservamos una hora antes un martes por la noche. Fue entregado 30 minutos tarde y no muy cálido, así recalentadas en el horno. Este fue un poco decepcionante. Quizás tengan que ser más organizado en sus 2 - 4 - 1 días y conseguir más personal, (me dijeron que estaban muy ocupados cuando me llamaron para verificar después de 15 minutos tarde y me dijeron que estaría allí en 5 minutos). Chico entrega era agradable, a pesar de ser un poco molesto porque él llegó 30 minutos tarde, así que me sentí culpable y le dimos una propina de todos modos! Nuestro apartamento era difícil de encontrar, el chico de la entrega dijo que no estaba dada la direcciones detalladas incluidas con nuestro pedido, pero vimos a alguien vestido de camisa del domino corriendo por la parte superior de nuestro camino y él agitó a nuestra pantalla. 5 / 5 para la pizza deliciosa, sólo entraba por la entrega tarde, así que en general 4 / 5. Yo me lo recogerá en el futuro!

This dominos is much better than the one where we just live (Maidenhead) Arrived quicker, tastier and hotter than what we are used to.

I had a £1 pizza deal from 02. Small pizza with chicken topping. Cooked to order, waited about 10 mins - it was delicious.

La Orden era incorrecta, hablé con el conductor de la entrega, muy grosero. Soy conductor sólo dijo hablar de compras! No te molestes que no utilice de nuevo. Pizza fría y de mala calidad... Muy decepcionado con el servicio.

Estar a una distancia de escupir aproximadamente 15 llevar en el establecimiento, puedo decir que dominó siempre será mi favorito. El personal es muy amable y siempre entregar a tiempo

I only live two mins away from dominos so it's easy for me to order a pizza with the app if I'm home late from work and can't be bothered to cook , I always go for the thin and crispy veggie option , they always do deals in the app so it's great value for money , when I've had it delivered its always been with in the time and you can watch the progress of your order through the app so you always know roughly how long it's going to be , some of the deals you have to pick up which is not a problem I just watch the progress and leave to pick it up when it says it's ready so your in and out in less than a minute , I've always preferred dominos over other pizza places , I'm hoping they will be doing a vegan pizza soon

Pre ordered a pizza for myself and friends. Went to collect, order had been giving to someone else. They cooked another batch up, was badly cooked, cold and bland. Bad service bad pizza.

Ordered the pizza to be delivered, gave them 3/4 hour to deliver at 7:30 live less than 5 mins away but just got in from work and it was a treat. 7:30 went by and the progress app they have showed the pizza had been cooking for 40 mins. I phoned to complain, bur it took another 15 mins to arrive cold. 1 1/2 hours from time of order to delivery. Heard two different stories if why they were late from two different people. Eventually, they agreed to refund some of my money. Paid on a card so will have to wait to see if they deliver that promise! Will be using Papa Johns next time.

You get what you pay for here. Take away pizza which tastes like dominoes. Usually tastes great and still hot when delivered....Most of the time anyway. My advise never order at full price as its a total rip off when you can get frozen pizza for a 1£ from Iceland and you can add your own toppings. There are plenty of deals which are usually put through your door, online or on their site. Most of the time I've been happy with the service from Dominoes.

I have ordered pizza 4 times now from this branch and each time they manage to a) Get it completely wrongb) take much longer than any other branch I've ordered fromc) It's never hot (mildly tepid I think sums it up better)It seems that it doesn't matter what time of day, or whether you choose by collection or delivery, the results are the same. I think they really need to take a long look at themselves and take some pointers from other branches (like not leaving cooked pizzas in an unheated cupboard when waiting to be collected)Shame on you Christchurch branch, shame on you.

We ordered dominos a coupe of evenings ago and we can't understand how they can call themselves a take away when for 2 medium pizzas one 1/2 rio 1/2 meatilious and 1 meatilious pizza so not exactly difficult toon 2 hours to get to us and hour after what we were told, when I called after 15 minuets of out takeaway being late the lady said it would be another 20 minuets when that went past I called again and said to forget the order we are no longer hungry and that they where taking the mick to be told basically tough we will be there in 30 minuets, after the driver couldn't find our house, how as it's the only one on our street and having to flag the driver down we had to pay £18.99 for 2 stone cold pizzas, not even a discount for being that late, we had maybe one slice between both pizzas as they where stone cold i had one bite and it made me feel instantly sick!! The pizzas where soggy but also tough were they had been sweating it out in the car. This was the most unpleasant and unappetising piece of food I have even eaten and next time it will be a Pizza Hut job!!

Its a takeaway chain, i don't expect fine dining, but food that edible would be nice, side orders sometimes under or very over cooked ( which has to be tough as most of its mircowaved i imagine, the orders usually get delivered wrong, missing sauces and drinks incorrect etc

Lost count of the number of times that this takeaway have got the order wrong. Even after complaining, there are still mistakes. Very rare that the drivers can find the address, and when the order arrives incorrect, they say it will be another 30-40 to deliver the right item, by which time you don't want the food anyway. Quite often the pizza bases are stale.

Always get the BOGOF offer, 2 king size pizzas for £17! BARGAIN! Will come again with friends! Without the BOGOF offer though they are pretty expensive!

Been here numerous times, the kids love them, but the order is often completed in error. Ask for half cheese, it comes with full cheese, next time asked for half cheese and get no cheese on one half, double cheese on the other half, ask for a thin base vegetarian get a thin crust cheese and tomato, they exchange it with a regular base vegetarian. Its not for a lack of staff, I counted 16 on duty last night, but at least 4 different nationalises, so perhaps its a language barrier? Or just too busy.
